Abstract

Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali is a type of UKM culinary business located in Bekasi City. This business was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and at that time only the company implemented a take away strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. This study uses a type of Quantitative research. The population of this study were customers / visitors of Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. The sample collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling approach method with the hair formula and a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results stated that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and then simultaneously product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of World Oil Prices, Exchange Rates, and Interest Rates on the Inflation Rate in Indonesia for the 2015 – 2022 Period. The type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was total sampling, namely 96 data/samples with SPSS software version 26.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the world oil price and interest rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia, but the exchange rate variable has no significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia. The research results also show that the variables of world oil prices, exchange rates, and interest rates simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Environment, Workload, and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sun Hope Indonesia. This research aims to find out how much influence the work environment, workload and motivation have on employee performance which has an impact on PT. Sun Hope Indonesia This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sun Hope Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling, data collection through distributing questionnaires directly and via Google from to 60 respondents, with data processing using SPSS version 27. Data that met the requirements was obtained using validity and reliability tests and classic assumption tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t statistical test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and determatic test (R2). Based on the results of this research, it is stated that the Work Environment, Workload and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Sun Hope Indonesia. As well as the Work Environment variable partially having a positive and significant influence on employee performance and the Workload variable having a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, the Motivation Variable having a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on this, it can be concluded that it is proven that the work environment, work load and motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. Each and every level of Work Environment, Workload, and Motivation has a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation, Organizational Culture and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Ardisal Jasa Utama. The type of research used in this research is Quantitative Research. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample, namely 57 respondents. The data processing tool used in this research is SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the research, it shows that motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Ardisal Jasa Utama employees, organizational culture variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT.Ardisal Jasa Utama employees, discipline variables have an effect significant impact on the performance of PT Ardisal Jasa Utama employees. The research results also show that the variables of motivation, organizational culture and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Ardisal Jasa Utama employees.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera. This research aims to find out how much influence Leadership, Work Motivation and Workload have on Employee Performance which has an impact on PT. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera, located in Bekasi City. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling (Simple Random Sampling). Data were collected through distributing questionnaires directly and via google form to 110 respondents, with data processing using SPSS version 27. Data that met the requirements was obtained using validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t statistical test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R²). Based on the results of this research, it is stated that leadership, work motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera. And the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables, the Work Motivation variable partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and the Workload variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on this, it can be concluded that it is proven that leadership, work motivation and workload have a positive influence on employee performance. Each level of leadership, work motivation and workload has a very important role in employee performance results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Boneka Selaras Toys Bekasi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada karyawan bagian produksi sebagai responden, dengan tujuan untuk memahami perilaku yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan mengadopsi kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menilai sejauh mana Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Annisa Azahra Aulia 202010325158. This study is used to measure the effect of training and development, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bakrie Pipe Industries. This study is a quantitative study where the objects used are employees of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries. The number of samples used in this study was 115 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that the financial literacy variable has a positive effect on investment decisions, the Training and Development variable has a positive effect on employee performance, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive effect on employee performance, the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance and simultaneously the Training and Development, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance burnout dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Admiral Lines. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang dan metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sejumlah sampel dan data-data numerikal atau berupa angka dengan mendeskripsikan kenyataan secara benar, dibentuk oleh kata-kata berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data yang relevan yang diperoleh dari situasi yang alamiah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif bertujuan untuk mencari nilai tertinggi, menengah, dan terendah setiap pernyataan variabel.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemiminan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja anggota Polri di Kantor Kepolisian Resor Metro Bekasi Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 52 responden yang merupakan anggota Polri aktif. Hasil penelitian di uji menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dalam uji T. Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), Komitmen Organisasi (X3) dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y) berpengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dengan dengan T-hitung > T-tabel. (X1) 3,196 > 1,677, (X2) 3,210 > 1,677 dan (X3) 4,856 > 1,677. Variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X3) menunjukkan pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja, mengindikasikan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi merupakan kunci untuk efektivitas dan produktivitas kinerja anggota Polri. Sedangkan Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dalam uji F menunjukan pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel 52,252 > 2,798.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of Competence, Agile Leadership, Social Media Engagement, Reputation on Business Performance of MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. The research sample was 277 MSMEs, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The results show that competence has a positive effect on business performance, competence has a positive effect on reputation, agile leadership has a positive effect on reputation, but agile leadership does not affect business performance, social media engagement has a positive effect on business performance but social media engagement does not affect reputation. Reputation has a positive effect on business performance. Full mediation occurs when reputation mediates competence and business performance, the same thing happens when reputation mediates agile leadership and business performance, but when reputation mediates social media engagement and business performance, partial mediation occurs. The implications of the theory provide new developments and insights related to the theory of competence, agile leadership, social media engagement, reputation and business performance. In practice, MSMEs in Bekasi Regency can play a more active role in welcoming government programs for the development of competencies, expanding current insights, and utilizing social media to build business reputation as a supporter of improving business performance in the future so that they can compete in their respective zones.
