Abstract

Digital transformation is crucial for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to remain competitive and more efficient in the modern era. This research focuses on the digitalization process of UNO Studio, a company that provides photography and studio rental services. Currently, UNO Studio faces operational challenges due to its manual reservation system. This manual method can lead to delays, scheduling errors, and inefficiencies. Therefore, this research aims to upgrade UNO Studio's reservation system to a web-based system fully integrated with a digital payment system. The method used is a prototype approach applied in the software reengineering process. The system was built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with Supabase as the data manager and Midtrans to integrate payments automatically and in real time. Black-box testing results show that all key system features run smoothly without errors. Furthermore, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results indicate a user satisfaction rate of 88.70%, considered excellent. Overall, this system successfully automates the entire reservation and payment process, improving operational efficiency and service accuracy and enhancing the quality of customer service through secure and easy-to-use digital integration.

Abstract

Operational management in non-formal sports communities is often conducted manually, leading to inefficiency and unintegrated data management. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to improve the operational management of Queen Pawn Chess Club. The Prototyping method was applied through requirement identification, prototype development, user evaluation, refinement, and implementation. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to verify functional conformity. The results indicate that all system functions operate according to user requirements and support integrated member registration, equipment lending, and activity information management. The implementation of the system enhances operational efficiency, data organization, and information service quality within the club.Keywords: Web-based information system; Prototyping; Operational management; Chess club; Sports community.AbstrakManajemen operasional pada komunitas olahraga nonformal umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dan kurangnya integrasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan manajemen operasional Queen Pawn Chess Club. Metode yang digunakan adalah Prototyping melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan prototype, evaluasi pengguna, penyempurnaan, dan implementasi sistem. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan kesesuaian fungsi sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan serta mampu mengintegrasikan pendaftaran anggota, peminjaman peralatan, dan informasi kegiatan. Penerapan sistem terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keteraturan data, dan kualitas layanan informasi klub.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has created both opportunities and challenges for businesses, especially in the retail sector. In an effort to improve operational efficiency and service quality, information systems are an important requirement that cannot be ignored. Queen Cell and Queen Baby Shop, two retail business units operating in Tanggamus Regency, still run inventory management and sales transactions manually. The process often causes various problems such as delays in recording, stock mismatches, and financial report errors. To overcome these problems, this research designs and implements a web-based information system specifically designed for the needs of managing goods and sales transactions. The system development methodology uses the SDLC waterfall model approach because it is considered suitable for project needs with clear and stable specifications from the start. The system developed has two types of users, namely ad- min and employees, with the main features being product data management, transaction recording, and sales report processing. The imple- mentation results show that the system can run as expected and is able to significantly improve work efficiency and data accuracy. In addition, the system supports multi-platform access through the web so that it is flexible to use on various devices. It is hoped that this in- formation system can be a sustainable solution for small to medium scale retailers in facing the challenges of digitalization.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya persaingan bisnis, transaksi menjadi lebih kompleks, dan semakin luas jangkuan usaha suatu perusahaan, sudah semestinya perusahaan membutuhkan pengoptimalan suatu proses bisnis agar menjadi efisien dan efektif. Maka suatu Perusahaan terkadang membutuhkan alur proses bisnis baru yang efisien dan efektif untuk menggantian proses bisnis lama. Perubahan proses bisnis yang signifikan disebut Business Process Reenginering. Dengan menggunakan metode BPR ini akan menghasilkan proses bisnis rekomendasi yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja pada perusahaan agar lebih baik. Perusahaan CV Putra Santoso merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pertanian. Pada CV Putra Santoso proses bisnis yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan data yaitu proses pendaftaran agen supplier baru yang memiliki nilai uji efisiensi throughput yang dihitung menggunakan diagram American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) sebesar 65,73 %. Dilakukan penyempurnaan proses bisnis dengan cara dieliminasi atau otomatisasi proses bisnis agar muncul proses bisnis baru kemudian dilakukan uji efisiensi throughput untuk proses bisnis rekomendasi dan menghasilkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 100% serta penurunan total waktu untuk proses bisnisnya.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang pesat membuka peluang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan perpustakaan melalui penerapan sistem otomatis dan terintegrasi. Perpustakaan Bina I'Swara, sebagai penyedia layanan informasi, menghadapi tantangan berupa ketergantungan pada proses manual dan kurangnya penerapan otomatisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan berbagai ketidakefisienan, seperti panjang antrian, keterlambatan dalam layanan, serta rendahnya throughput dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian menerapkan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) yang bertujuan untuk merancang ulang proses bisnis secara mendasar guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan. BPR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan dalam proses lama, menghilangkan langkah-langkah yang tidak efisien, serta mengintegrasikan informasi teknologi sebagai solusi utama. Proses analisis awal menunjukkan efisiensi throughput yang rendah, yaitu 41% (29 menit) dan 38% (57 menit) untuk peminjaman, serta 39% (23 menit) dan 33% (21 menit) untuk pengembalian buku. Melalui pengumpulan data, analisis proses bisnis, pemodelan menggunakan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), dan implementasi solusi berbasis teknologi, efisiensi throughput berhasil ditingkatkan menjadi 100%. Waktu peminjaman berkurang menjadi 505 detik (8 menit 25 detik) dan 763 detik (12 menit 43 detik), sedangkan waktu pengembalian menjadi 325 detik (5 menit 25 detik) dan 265 detik (4 menit 25 detik). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi proses baru dan desain antarmuka web yang dapat mendukung pelayanan perpustakaan Bina I'Swara secara lebih efisien dan modern.

Abstract

Dinas Sosial P3AP2KB Kota Malang merupakan lembaga pemerintahan daerah yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam menangani urusan masalah sosial,pemberdayaan wanita ,perlindungan bagi anak-anak,pengendalian populasi ,serta program keluarga berencana di wilayah Kota Malang .Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Sosial P3AP2KB Kota Malang hingga saat ini prosesnya dikerjakan secara manual .Hal ini sering menimbulkan bermacam kendala,seperti adanya data yang dobel,data yang tercecer,serta kurangnya integrasi antar data.Selain itu,masyarakat juga sering kali kesulitan mendapatkan informasi lengkap mengenai persyaratan berkas saat mengurus surat pengantar atau keterangan,yang pada akhirnya membuat proses pelayanan menjadi lambat dan tidak efisien.Padahal,pada masa kini di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi ,hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri.Oleh karena itu,untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan,di kembangkanlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Layanan Pengaduan Masyarakat berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode prototype.Sistem ini di harapkan bisa mempermudah masyarakat dalam menyampaikan keluhan atau aduan,serta mempercepat proses penanganannya.Hasil akhir dari pengembangan ini adalah sebuah tampilan website pengaduan yang dapat membantu masyarakat maupun pihak kelurahan dalam memperlancar proses pelayanan

Abstract

The employee transfer process at the Tabalong Regency Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud) is still manual, resulting in completion times of up to one month, susceptibility to errors, and reduced applicant satisfaction. This study applies digitalization-based Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to redesign the process flow. The research method uses Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 for process modeling and ASME standards for throughput efficiency testing. The results show that the existing process throughput efficiency is only 1.05% with a total time of 69,005 minutes. The proposed web-based system with real-time document verification automation, electronic signatures, and automatic notifications increases efficiency to 100% in just 110 seconds (1.8 minutes). This implementation is in line with the National SPBE agenda and can be replicated in other agencies.

Abstract

Manual management of toddler data at the local health department level is prone to data duplication and inconsistencies; however, information system solutions that integrate technical aspects and organizational capacity are still rarely studied. This study aims to design and evaluate a web-based infant data verification information system for the Batu City Health Department. The system was developed using the Waterfall SDLC method with the Laravel 10 framework and MySQL, and was evaluated through Black Box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 10 respondents. Test results showed zero data duplication, verification time reduced from approximately 2 days to approximately 4 hours (an efficiency gain of approximately 70%), and a SUS score of 82.5, which falls into the “Excellent” category. These findings indicate that a user-centered design approach effectively enhances system acceptance among non-technical users, and that the combination of the Waterfall SDLC with the SUS constitutes an applicable development framework for health information systems in local government.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembayaran dan pencatatan Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP/PRM) di SMK Ngunut Tulungagung yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Keterbaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), analisis efisiensi throughput, serta usability testing dalam pengembangan sistem pembayaran digital berbasis web (e-SPP) di lingkungan SMK. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan bendahara sekolah serta petugas loket. Hasil analisis menunjukkan efisiensi throughput awal pada proses pembayaran sebesar 50% dan pencatatan sebesar 85%. Setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang berbasis sistem digital terintegrasi, proses pembayaran dan pencatatan dapat dilakukan secara otomatis dan real-time, sehingga menghilangkan antrean, pencatatan berulang, dan rekapitulasi manual. Implementasi sistem meningkatkan efisiensi throughput menjadi 100% serta menurunkan waktu proses dari 216 menit menjadi 12 menit. Hasil usability testing menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan kategori Good dan Acceptable, yang menandakan sistem dapat diterima pengguna. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi pendidikan dalam mendukung transformasi digital administrasi keuangan sekolah.Kata kunci: Business Process Reengineering, BPMN, Pembayaran SPP, Sistem Informasi Pendidikan, Efisiensi ThroughputAbstract: This study aims to improve the efficiency of tuition payment and recording processes (SPP/PRM) at SMK Ngunut Tulungagung, which are still conducted manually. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), throughput efficiency analysis, and usability testing in the development of a web-based digital payment system (e-SPP) in the vocational school environment. Data were collected through observations and interviews with the school treasurer and payment counter staff. The analysis results indicate that the initial throughput efficiency was 50% for the payment process and 85% for the recording process. After implementing a redesigned integrated digital system, payment and recording activities could be performed automatically and in real-time, eliminating queues, redundant records, and manual recapitulation processes. The implementation increased throughput efficiency to 100% and reduced processing time from 216 minutes to 12 minutes. Furthermore, usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in Good and Acceptable categories, indicating that the proposed system is well accepted by users. Abstract

Industri konveksi custom menuntut kecepatan dan ketepatan produksi untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan di tengah persaingan yang ketat. AFR Activewear saat ini menghadapi kendala operasional yang signifikan berupa keterlambatan penyelesaian pesanan yang sering melebihi standar waktu 14 hari kerja. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh manajemen antrian yang masih manual, alur komunikasi yang terfragmentasi, dan terjadinya penumpukan (bottleneck) pada proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Metodologi penelitian meliputi pemetaan proses bisnis saat ini (As-Is), pengukuran kinerja menggunakan indikator throughput efficiency, serta perancangan proses usulan (To-Be) yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem informasi manajemen produksi berbasis web (Kanban Board). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa proses saat ini memiliki efisiensi throughput yang rendah, yaitu sebesar 62,3%, dengan dominasi waktu tunda akibat proses administratif. Penerapan rancangan proses baru yang didukung sistem visual terintegrasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi throughput menjadi 73,9% (meningkat sebesar 11,6%) dan memangkas total waktu penyelesaian pesanan sebesar 15,8%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi proses bisnis melalui BPR dan adopsi teknologi informasi mampu meminimalkan aktivitas non-produktif (non-value added), mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia, serta meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. This problem is caused by manual queue management, fragmented communication flows, and bottlenecks in the production process. This study aims to improve operational efficiency through the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach. The research methodology includes mapping the current business process (As-Is), measuring performance using throughput efficiency indicators, and designing the proposed process (To-Be) integrated with a web-based production management information system (Kanban Board). The analysis results show that the current process has a low throughput efficiency of 62.3%, dominated by delay times due to administrative processes. The implementation of the new process design supported by an integrated visual system is proven to increase throughput efficiency to 73.9% (an increase of 11.6%) and cut the total order completion time by 15.8%. This study concludes that business process transformation through BPR and information technology adoption can minimize non-value-added activities, reduce the risk of human error, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs.
