This article is the result of community service activities, which were carried out at the Bumdes Taiba Smart in Tarai Bangun Village, Kampar. The focus of community service activities carried out is the strengthening of the Bumdes Taiba Smart institution, which is geographically located on the border of Pekanbaru City and Kampar Regency. The Bumdes institutions that exist there basically already have an organizational structure and coexist well with the village government, but there are some challenges that are difficult to solve so that they require brainstorming carried out in community service activities. This community service is through a pattern of brainstorming and regular assistance within 3 months with an offline and online pattern, because there are limitations during July – September 2021, there is a PPKM policy to suppress the Covid 19 pandemic. The challenges found are increasingly difficult for Bumdes Tarai Bangun especially during the pandemic At this time, there was a transition in the community's economy in several sectors. There is not too much local potential that can be utilized and the activities of the Bumdes Taiba Smart are less varied. However, indeed, this community service activity is still not maximal, but it has been able to provide restoration and institutional strengthening for the Taiba Smart Bumdes.

Sejak tahun 1982, Asia Tenggara menghadapi kabut asap hampir setiap tahun, yang disebabkan oleh asap dari pembakaran rumput, hutan, dan gambut yang hampir semuanya terjadi di Indonesia. Asap ini mempengaruhi kesehatan dan ekonomi enam negara ASEAN. Ini adalah krisis lingkungan lintas batas pertama yang coba ditangani secara kolektif oleh ASEAN. Interaksi di tingkat ASEAN berpedoman pada ASEAN Way, dan yang sering diperdebatkan adalah apakah norma-norma yang terkandung di dalamnya membuat negara-negara yang ada mampu berinteraksi secara efektif di tingkat regional. Makalah ini akan fokus pada kompleksitas mengatasi masalah kabut asap lintas batas ini. Kegagalan mengatasi masalah asap dan mencegah negara lain terkena dampak dapat menjadi langkah penting bagi reformasi kelembagaan bagi Indonesia, dan ASEAN perlu meninjau kembali model keterlibatan anggotanya yang tergolong sangat lunak dalam mengatasi masalah asap lintas batas ini, dan membangun solidaritas. antar anggota dalam menangani masalah lingkungan. Indonesia telah membuat kemajuan yang signifikan dengan meratifikasi ASEAN Transboundary Haze Pollution Agreement (AATHP) dalam menangani kebakaran hutan yang memang diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa perjanjian tersebut mengikat, dalam mekanisme pemantauan dan kepatuhan jangka panjang.

To diminish issues in regards to the usefulness of smallholder oil palm manors through smallholder palm oil restoration, it is accepted to be the critical connection in expanding the efficiency of smallholder oil palm ranches and expanding the government assistance of ranchers. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya jumlah pengangguran di Kota Pekanbaru yang mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dalam mengatasi pengangguran di Kota Pekanbaru. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori organisasi publik oleh Jones (1993) dalam Mahsun (2013:8-9) dengan tiga indikator yaitu regulatory role, enabling role, dan direct provision of goods and service. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dalam Sugiyono (2016:246). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dalam mengatasi pengangguran belum efektif. Penyebabnya adalah keterbatasan dana yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dan kurangnya dukungan masyarakat terhadap program Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dalam mengatasi pengangguran. Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menjalankan program-program peningkatan kesempatan kerja serta meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas tenaga kerja untuk menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang terampil dan kompeten guna mengatasi pengangguran di Kota Pekanbaru.This research is motivated by the number of unemployed in Pekanbaru City which has increased from year to year. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office in overcoming unemployment in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this research is public organization theory by Jones (1993) in Mahsun (2013: 8-9) with three indicators, namely regulatory role, enabling role, and direct provision of goods and services. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2016:246). The results of this study indicate that the role of the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office in overcoming unemployment has not been going well. The reason is the limited funds owned by the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office and the lack of community support for the Pekanbaru City Manpower Service program in overcoming unemployment. The Pekanbaru City Manpower Office has the responsibility to run programs to increase job opportunities and improve the quality and productivity of the workforce to produce skilled and competent workers to overcome unemployment in Pekanbaru City.

Agility that is applied in public services during the new normal period at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is aimed at the agility of the organization to respond quickly, in a timely manner. Agility is an organization's ability to provide value to public satisfaction. This study aims to see whether there is agility in the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using the theory of John Dowdy and Kirk Rieckhoff which consists of several indicators, namely strategy, structure, process and human resources. The result of this research is that the structural indicators have been running well. Meanwhile, in the indicators of the process and human resources, the implementation has not been maximized, there is still a lack of availability of human resources in the provision of services carried out by the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. Services in online form, namely the lack of understanding of employees about the implementation of online services, as well as the lack of education for the public in accessing online services. Meanwhile, for services in the new normal period, namely the limitation of labor which causes the services obtained by the community to be less than optimal. Researchers also provide suggestions that the importance of socializing to the community about how to access services online. Because, this service can be accessed by all people from the young to the old.

Palm oil is a commodity with considerable potential, in contributing to profits for Riau Province. Oil palm plantations that grow in Riau Province are owned by several companies and have grown into smallholder plantations. This means that the situation of Palm Oil Commodities in Riau Province is the primary supplier of economic value. On the other hand, Palm Oil Commodities that have grown for many years in Riau Province are in the Peatland area, which has a large potential for burning due to the character of land clearing which is mostly done by burning. This article is the result of research conducted simultaneously, by conducting qualitative research methods supported by primary and secondary data that strengthen the analysis. Riau without smog is difficult to escape, and it is always lucky if it enters the rainy season so that the disaster is not visible and the situation will be very different if it enters the long dry season. The existence of the environment is indeed difficult to go hand in hand with the existence of economic value generated from palm oil commodities.

This research is based on the Tourism Management of Nagari Tuo Pariangan in the Pariangan Tourism Village Area, Tanah Datar Regency. The management of the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist village is carried out by the Nagari Tuo Pariangan Tourism Awareness Group. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of Pariangan Tourism Village. This research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach that describes the management process of the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist village. In addition, to find out the supporting factors in the management of the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist village. The results showed that the management in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan Tourism Village went through 4 stages, namely the planning stage, the organizing stage, the mobilization stage, and the supervision stage. The management of the Nagari Tuo Pariangan Tourism Village can be said to be not optimal because from the planning stage, Pokdarwis has implemented 14 work programs out of 18 work program plans. In the organization it must place skilled people in their fields so that the implementation of tourism management in the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist village is carried out properly. The supervision process in the management of the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist village is carried out by Pokdarwis, the Tourism Office and the Nagari Wali. Factors that support the management of the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist village are community participation factors; community economic impact; and promotion of nagari tuo pariangan.Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Pengelolaan Wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan di Kawasan Desa Wisata Pariangan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pengelolaan desa wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Pariangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan proses pengelolaan desa wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan di Desa Wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan melalui 4 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pengorganisasian, tahap penggerakan, dan tahap pengawasan. Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan dapat dikatakan belum optimal karena dari tahap perencanaan, pokdarwis telah melaksanakan 14 program kerja dari 18 perencanaan program kerja. Pada pengorganisasiannya harus menempatkan orang-orang yang terampil di bidang mereka agar pelaksanaan pengelolaan pariwisata desa wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan dilakukan dengan baik. Proses pengawasan dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan dilakukan oleh Pokdarwis, Dinas Pariwisata dan Wali nagari. Faktor yang mendukung dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Nagari Tuo Pariangan yaitu faktor partisispasi masyarakat; dampak ekonomi masyarakat; dan promosi nagari tuo pariangan.

One of the road equipment that must be installed is public street lighting. In its implementation, lighting for public roads must be managed properly by those who have the authority to manage it. In this research, the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service is an agency that has duties and functions in providing Public Street Lighting (PJU) services in Pekanbaru City. In the implementation of this public street lighting service, several obstacles are often encountered for the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service. This study looks at the responsiveness of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in providing lighting services for public roads, as well as the variables that hinder the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service's ability to respond to issues regarding lighting for public roads in Pekanbaru City. The researcher saw the responsiveness of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service with the Responsiveness indicator by Agus Dwiyanto. By using a qualitative research method approach and a descriptive approach to conduct research related to this situation. Research findings about the responsiveness of the Department of Transportation in public street lighting services in Pekanbaru City are still not optimal. Then there are several obstacles in the implementation of public street lighting services in Pekanbaru City. Salah satu perlengkapan jalan yang harus dipasang adalah penerangan jalan umum. Dalam penyelenggaraannya, Penerangan untuk jalan umum wajib dikelola dengan baik oleh pihak yang memiliki kewenangan dalam mengelolanya. Dalam penelitian ini, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru menjadi instansi yang memiliki tugas dan fungsi dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) di Kota Pekanbaru. Dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan penerangan jalan umum ini masih kerap ditemui beberapa kendala bagi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini melihat ketanggapan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru dalam memberikan pelayanan penerangan untuk jalan umum, serta variabel-variabel yang menghambat kemampuan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru dalam menanggapi persoalan mengenai penerangan untuk jalan umum di Kota Pekanbaru. Peneliti melihat responsivitas dari Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru dengan indikator Responsivitas oleh Agus Dwiyanto. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif melakukan penelitian terkait situasi ini. Temuan pen elitian tentang ketanggapan Dinas Perhubungan dalam pelayanan penerangan jalan umum di Kota Pekanbaru masih belum optimal. Kemudian terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan penerangan jalan umum di Kota Pekanbaru.

Success in natural resource management is highly dependent on the involvement of multi-stakeholders (stakeholders) to take part and work actively in efforts to achieve goals. Siak Regency is the only Regency that has been declared a Green Regency by the Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya. Siak Hijau through the Siak Hijau roadmap issued through the Decree of the Siak Regent Number 446/HK/KPTS/2020 which states that one of the action plans is the management of natural and environmentally sound natural resources which is one of the efforts of the Siak Regency government in managing natural resources in Siak Regency which is carried out by involving multiple parties. The research aims to reveal stakeholders, roles and relationships between stakeholders in environmental and sustainable natural resource management in accordance with the objectives of the Green Siak Program in Siak Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there are 7 stakeholders identified as having an interest and influence in the management of natural resources and have carried out responsibilities in the implementation of the cooperation. These stakeholders are classified into key stakeholders, main stakeholders and supporting stakeholders. The relationship between stakeholders has a positive value, namely there is no potential conflict relationship, but there are still stakeholders who are not related to each other.
