Abstract

New normal is a new order, habit and behavior based on adaptation to cultivate clean and healthy living behavior, therefore we feel that the public, especially children, need to be educated on how to cultivate clean and healthy living behavior to face the new normal era. For this reason, in this community service, we carry out socialization of clean and healthy living behavior in schools to one of the elementary schools in Jadirejo Village, SDN 57 Pekanbaru. In this service activity, the method used in this activity is socialization using print media in the form of banners. The implementation method applied in this service is to conduct socialization in the form of delivering material using pictorial banner media so that the material presented is more interesting and easier to understand. This community service is carried out within 1 month. From the activities carried out to increase the knowledge of SDN 57 Pekanbaru students about clean and healthy living behavior in the school environment, and they have also been able to do 6 steps to wash their hands properly and correctly according to WHO.

Abstract

Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir adalah salah satu wilayah yang berada di Provinsi Riau dan memiliki potensi bahaya atau rawan bencana cukup tinggi. Banjir menjadi bencana tahunan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sehingga dibutuhkan Kapabilitas Pemerintah yang baik dalam Penanggulangan Bencana Banjir yang terjadi, agar Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dapat tertata dengan baik sehingga mengurangi resiko bencana banjir kedepannya. Hal ini juga dibantu oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten dalam menanggulangi bencana banjir tersebut dimana terdapat instansi yang bertanggungjawab yaitu BPBD Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir sebagai koordinator bekerjasama dengan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, dan Pos SAR Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kapabilitas Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Dalam Penanggulangan Bencana Banjir serta hambatan dalam penanggulan Bencana Banjir oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir masih belum sepenuhnya mampu dalam menanggulangi bencana banjir yang terjadi di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, dikarenakan terdapat beberapa indikator yang masih memerlukan perbaikan sesuai dengan kapabilitas pemerintah dalam penanggulangan bencana banjir di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

Kota Solok merupakan salah satu daerah dataran rendah yang memiliki potensi bencana yang bervariasi, dan keterpaparan penduduk serta budaya yang dapat menimbulkan risiko bencana. Banjir merupakan bencana yang sering terjadi di Kota Solok, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk menanggulangi bencana banjir dan didukung dengan adanya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan banjir melalui peningkatan pemahaman dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Penanggulangan Bencana Banjir oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Solok Sumatera Barat serta Kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir di Kota Solok. Konsep teori yang digunakan peneliti adalah konsep Strategi dari Hunger & Wheelen 2003 (Praminingtyas, 2015). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penanggulangan bencana banjir pada tahun 2021 dilaksanakan berdasarkan strategi pada Renstra Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Solok. Pelaksanaan strategi penanggulangan bencana banjir dinilai telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, dan masyarakat Kota Solok juga telah memiliki kesiapsiagaan yang cukup baik dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan permasalahan di lapangan seperti belum terencananya secara jelas target pelaksanaan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat Kota Solok terhadap bencana banjir.

Abstract

Tugas penting suatu negara adalah memberikan pelayanan dan mensejahterakan rakyat. Birokrasi adalah aktor dan perpanjangtangan negara dalam menjalankan dan mencapai tujuan negara. Namun, dalam praktik nya sering kali terjadi penyimpangan oleh aparat birokrasi sebagai pemberi layanan. Salah satu penyimpangan tersebut adalah korupsi. Korupsi merupakan tindakan ketidakjujuran yang merugikan negara dan tentunya merugikan masyarakat Aparat birokrasi yang ideal adalah yang memegang teguh etika sebagai acuan dan pegangan dalam bertindak. Etika administrasi publik dan korupsi sendiri memiliki hubungan kuat dimana korupsi dilakukan oleh administrator. Adapaun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai korupsi birokrasi, teori-teori yang ada di dalamnya, hubungan korupsi dan etika administrasi publik, serta strategi pencegahannya berdasarkan model. Metode kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian dan menggunakan teknik studi literatur dengan sumber yang faktual dan terpercaya. Abstract

Population administration is a series of activities to organize and issue documents through population registration, civil registration, and management of population administration information. The existence of innovation can improve the quality of public services to the community. The innovation "Puber Anak Melania" is a product created by the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) of Payakumbuh City in collaboration with the Public Health Center, Special Mother and Child Hospital (RSKIA) and the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI) Payakumbuh City. The existence of Melania's Puberty innovation makes it easier for the community, faster in managing population administration documents in the city of Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were obtained from the results of observations and interviews. The theoretical concept used in this research is the theory of Haryani and Yanartin in Muluk regarding the Typology of Innovation through Process Innovation. This study aims to determine the process of implementing the innovation "Puber Anak Melania" in Payakumbuh City. In accordance with the process of implementing the innovation, "Puber Anak Melania" really helps the community in managing their Population Administration Documents, but there are still problems such as limited human resources.

Abstract

To achieve waste tonnage in waste transportation in the city of Pekanbaru, the government of the Environmental and Hygiene Service has made a waste privatization policy that has been carried out since 2015. PT Godang Tua Jaya and PT Samhana Indah, which are third parties, are tasked with transporting waste. The collaboration carried out in the privatization of waste is going well, so that the tonnage curve of waste in waste transportation continues to increase. This study aims to determine the process and supporting factors in Collaboration between Actor in Waste Management in Zones 1 and 2 in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data. The results showed that first, the collaboration process between actors in waste management in zones 1 and 2 went well according to cooperation, assertiveness, responsibility, communication, coordination and mutual respect and trust. Second, There are two factors influencing the collaboration between actors in waste management in zones 1 and 2 in Pekanbaru city. First, the supporting factors that encourage collaboration between actors in waste management in zones 1 and 2 in Pekanbaru city, including budget, availability of facilities and infrastructure, and community participation. The two inhibiting factors that become collaboration between actors in waste management in zones 1 and 2 in the city of Pekanbaru, namely the existence of independent waste transportation, thus hindering collaboration and less than optimal.

Abstract

The Kuantan Singingi regency area is one of the regencies in Riau Province that has the potential for the development of tourism progress, considering that this area has a strategic position in the border area of 3 provinces, namely Riau, Jambi, and Sumatera Barat. In this study, the strategy for developing a tourist attraction is in an effort to improve the supporting facilities and infrastructure in order to increase the attractiveness and interest of tourists. Besides that, it is also to carry out development and construction of the seven-level batang koban waterfall tourist attraction which has been prepared and planned through programs, and in accordance with the vision and mission of the service that has been stated in the strategic plan of the service. The theoretical concept used is the theory of SWOT analysis according to Siagian (2018:172). The research method used is qualitative with dataa collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the resultsof the SWOT analysis, recommendation for the strategy given is the Aggressive Strategy where this situation is very profitable, because the strengths possessed can be utilized for existing opportunities. The results of this study indicate that the development of a seven-level batang koban waterfall attraction by the tourism and culture office of Kuantan Singingi regency has not run optimalyy, so the resulting strategy can carry out promotions and large events to introduce this tourits attraction and empower the surrounding community in creativity as well as rejuvenating and procuring facilities and infrastructure for supporting needs at the seven-level batang koban waterfall tourist attraction.

Abstract

Village office services provide satisfaction for the community by completing services on time and supported by adequate human resources and infrastructure. The Pebaun Hilir Village Office has not fully provided satisfaction in public administration services for the village community This is due to inadequate infrastructure, especially the unavailability of a permanent village office, resulting in less than optimal service activities and most of them are carried out at employees' homes. This study aims to find out how the Public Service at the Pebaun Hilir Village Office, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative by using secondary data collection techniques by conducting literature studies and secondary data sources as well as conducting direct research to the field to obtain primary data through observation, documentation, and interviews. In this study, researchers used the theory of Sitorus (2009; 86) which consists of 6 indicators namely Justice, Comfort, Care, Reliability, Convenience, and Trust. The results showed that the services of the Pebaun Hilir Village office in village government services had not been carried out optimally It is known that there is still a lack of provision of facilities and infrastructure supporting services such as the absence of a special waiting room for the applicant community, service reception counters and the provision of permanent village offices so that most service activities are carried out in the village. House. office employees, as well as the lack of employee cooperation in providing services so that service achievement is less than optimal.

Abstract

Bukit Kili - Gunung Talang merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi panas bumi yang akan dikembangkan oleh pemerintah dengan potensi lebih kurang 20 MW. Kebijakan pengembangan tersebut mendapat penolakan dari masyarakat setempat dan masyarakat sipil. Gerakan penolakan yang awalnya hanya dilakukan oleh masyarakat sekitar kemudian mendapatkan dukungan dari salah satu organisasi non-state yaitu LBH-YLBHI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat strategi dari LBH YLBHI di dalam membangun opini publik untuk menolak rencana pembangunan PLTP WKP Bukit Kili - Gunung Talang serta melihat dampak dari strategi tersebut terhadap keberlanjutan rencana pembangunan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang kami kumpulkan yaitu data wawancara, hasil observasi, naskah dinas atau kebijakan, dan juga artikel jurnal, website di internet, surat kabar, media sosial, dan youtube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LBH YLBHI Padang memiliki beberapa strategi di dalam membangun opini publik untuk menolak rencana pembangunan PLTP WKP Bukit Kili – Gunung Talang. Beberapa strategi tersebut antara lain: mengeluarkan press release sebagai strategi di dalam membangun opini publik, mengajukan sengketa informasi publik, dan membuka ruang dialog. Adapun dampak dari upaya tersebut mengakibatkan ditundanya kegiatan eksplorasi dan pembangunan PLTP WKP Bukit Kili - Gunung Talang dan belum adanya solusi dari Pemerintah dalam eksplorasi dan pembangunannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The “Ayah Hebat” innovation is an innovation program in the KB village. This ayah hebat program is in the Toddler Family Development (BKB) group. This innovation begins to empower fathers who have an important role in a family, making a "Ayah hebat" who is always there for their children, knows more about their children's growth and development and most importantly, establishes emotional closeness with children. This ayah hebat's innovation has existed since the change project from the BKKBN and began to be implemented in Air Dingin from the end of 2019 until now. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the ayah hebat innovation in KB Village as a pilot in Air Dingin Village and find out what are the obstacles to this "ayah hebat" innovation. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and the required data, both primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and documentation, are then analyzed based on research problems. The results of this study indicate that: first, the "ayah hebat" innovation has not run optimally. Secondly, there are several obstacles, including the ayah hebat cadre understanding and social status that must be continuously guided, given training and understanding about the implementation of this innovation as well as providing convenience for the community, especially fathers.
