Raya Kalirungkut Surabaya Indonesia E-Mail: fetty_ta@yahoo.com Abstrak Seleksi fitur merupakan tahapan penting dalam proses klasifikasi. Proses ini menganalisa data (fitur) sehingga menghasilkan fitur yang berperan atau kurang berperan dalam proses klasifikasi. Fitur yang kurang berperan dapat tidak digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi. Peranan sebuah fitur dalam klasifikasi dapat dikalkulasi dengan suatu rumusan, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode gain ratio untuk mendapatkan bobot atribut dalam proses klasifikasi. Gain ratio pengembangan dari information gain yang digunakan untuk membangun pohon keputusan (decision tree). Metode seleksi fitur gain ratio menggunakan pendekatan seleksi fitur filter, karena dilakukan terlepas dari mesin klasifikasi. Mesin klasifikasi yang digunakan adalah Artificial Neural Network Particle Swarm Optimization (ANNPSO), dimana mesin ini menggabungkan konsep kecerdasan buatan saraf manusia (neural networks) dengan kecerdasan hewan (particle swarm intelligence). Metode yang diusulkan akan diuji coba terhadap 3 dataset UCI, antara lain iris, breast Wisconsin dan dermatology. Uji coba dengan variasi nilai batas gain ratio fitur menunjukkan nilai akurasi yang cukup tinggi terhadap 3 dataset yaitu 97,6%, 96,41%, dan 99,29%. Kata kunci: Gain Ratio, klasifikasi suara terbanyak, ANNPSO biclassifier.. Abstract Feature selection is an important step in classification process, it analyze the data (features) resulting role each features in the classification process. The role of a feature in the classification can be calculated with a formula, in this research the gain ratio method is used to get the attribute/feature weights. Gain ratio is the development of information gain. Information gain is used to form the induction of decision tree (ID3). Gain ratio feature selection method using the filter feature selection approach, as is done separately from classification engine. Classification engine used is Voting of Artificial Neural Network Particle Swarm Intelligence (ANNPSO) Biclassifier, where this engine combines the concept of artificial intelligence human nerve (neural network) with animal intelligence (particle swarm intelligence). The proposed method is tested on three datasets of UCI, including iris, breast wisconsin and dermatology. Trials with the variation of the boundary gain ratio feature showed a high accuracy of the three datasets are 97.6%, 96.41%, and 99.29%. Abstract

Gim atau permainan digital ( Video Game ) memiliki berbagai macam aspek yang mempengaruhi didalamnya, aspek-aspek ini seperti gameplay, visual, story dan banyak aspek lainnya. Dalam tema permainan tertentu, terkadang sebuah aspek lebih menonjol daripada aspek lainnya. Dungeon Crawler adalah tema gim yang menonjolkan aspek gameplay nya berupa petualangan yang berbeda-beda selama permainan, sebuah kesulitan baru pada sisi pengembang gim ( Developer ) saat hendak mengembangkan sebuah gim Dungeon Crawler. Dikarenakan gim lebih mengutamakan aspek petualangan, developer diharuskan menciptakan banyak area permainan agar pemain tidak bosan, sedangkan bila diharuskan merubah satu-per-satu akan memakan waktu yang lama, untuk itu diperluhkan cara untuk membuat sebuah area berubah-ubah bentuknya. Pada akhir penelitian ini di ajukan sebuah cara melakukan modifikasi peta gim Dungeon Crawler menggunakan algoritma optimisasi, Genetika.Selain aplikasi, rumus yang digunakan juga akan dibuktikan dengan melakukan modifikasi terhadap rumus

Digital marketing is currently growing rapidly. The COVID-19 pandemic has increasingly triggered the acceleration of digital marketing, especially for SME (Small and Medium Entreprise). The growth of social media users and marketplace users both as buyers and sellers has also soared. Today's society is starting to shift to cashless transactions. Both social media and marketplace have advantages that can be collaborated as digital marketing. Abstract

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran of East Java has a mission to become an ”Unggul berkarakter Bela Negara” university. Bela Negara is a determination, attitudes and behavior of citizens which are done regularly, thoroughly and integrated. It was inspired by the love of the nation of Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and UUD 1945 in ensuring the life of nation and state. As a campus that is committed to apply the concept of Bela Negara characters, UPN “Veteran” of East Java is always working so that the academic community (Employees and Students) can understand and interpret the concept of Bela Negara. In this research we propose to apply Bela Negara in a mobile application using waterfall method. To perform needs analysis, data/information is collected through questionnaires. Questionnaires uses 5 variations of values Strongly Agree (SA), Agree (A), Less Agree (LA), Disagree (D), and Strongly Disagree (SD). Based on result of requirement analysis using questionnaire instrument from 51 respondents obtained 29,41% SA, 58,82% A, 11,76% LA, 0% D, and 0% SD stated that Bela Negara can be applied to information technology.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence applications are now highly developed, where hardware is given the ability to think and act like humans. One method for building artificial intelligence applications is artificial neural networks (ANN). ANN is currently highly developed in areas of application that start as diverse as classification, prediction, games, robots, IoT, object/sound recognition, and so on. Unlike the human brain, which is designed to solve many problems, ANN can only solve a specific problem. To make ANN intelligent, learning methods are needed to train ANN to be able to solve certain problems with a good degree of accuracy. There are 3 learning methods commonly used to make ANN intelligent, are perceptron, backpropagation, and extreme learning method. Perceptron is the simplest learning method for the simplest ANN structure. Backpropagation was found to answer the weaknesses of perceptron which cannot solve nonlinear problems. And finally ELM exists to overcome the problem of long computational time in perceptron and backpropagation learning. This research will conduct an analysis of the three ANN learning methods using several problems. Problems used include AND logic, OR logic, XOR logic, iris datasets and MNIST digit handwritten digits. Because the ANN learning method is based on random parameters, each case will be trained 10 times for each method. After testing it is concluded that ELM has a very good speed with a pretty good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Landslide is one of the disasters that often occurs in several areas in Indonesia, especially in hilly areas, valleys, and volcanoes. Soil conditions in some parts of Indonesia are classified as prone to landslides. The latest data from the Central Statistics Agency related to landslides in 2018 occurred as many as 10,246 events with the highest incidence on the island of Java IoT-based ground motion monitoring using fuzzy logic is a tool that is able to detect ground movements that can trigger landslides. The manufacture of this tool is based on the ig-norance of the community in predicting the occurrence of landslides. To avoid this, an early warning tool is needed in the delivery of information that is easily understood by anyone, especially the public. This tool consists of a Microcontroller, Weather Sensor, Rain Sensor, Ground Movement Sensor, and GSM Shield as well as programs to make it hap-pen. This system was created to provide information to the public directly in land-slide-prone areas. With this early warning system, it is hoped that people who are in landslide-prone loca-tions will know more quickly and can monitor the condition of landslide-prone areas so that they will be more alert to possible dangers that come suddenly, especially fatalities, can be minimized. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities must be carried out online from home. The development of technology today really helps the online teaching and learning process, there are many tools / software that can be used. Tools / software commonly used in online teaching and learning activities are Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, and Virtual Lab. Another impact of technological developments coupled with pandemic conditions has led to more interactions between humans being carried out online through internet intermediaries on cellphones or computers. Currently cellphones do not only function as a medium of communication, some work that was previously completed using a computer / laptop can now be completed using a smart phone. So that cellphones can be used for more positive activities and support the teaching and learning process, sharing is carried out with students through sharpening design creativity through mobile applications on smart phones. In this activity, students hone graphic design skills using the CANVA application to support the teaching and learning process. The enthusiasm of students is quite high, as evidenced by the work produced in the form of personal profile designs, extracurricular activities and logos. Students can practice well the material presented. The school welcomes this activity, and wants to form an extracurricular Graphic Design at SMA Dharma Wanita so that it becomes a forum for student creativity in graphic design.

Abstract

The measurement of the similarity of texts is very extensive research. The most common implementation is finding documents that match the search keywords. And the current implementation is to measure the plagiarism of scientific documents. In the academic field, the topic of undergraduate students needs to be done an examination of similarity, in addition to knowing the title of the previous thesis that is similar, also to provide recommendations for suitable supervisors. In this study, we propose a system that can help undergraduate students determine supervisors based on the undergraduate thesis title to be proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is quite good as a recommendation system for undergraduate thesis supervisors with an accuracy of 80% in the field of research and 87.5% in the field of lecturer research.Keywords: Text similarity, Dice Coefficient, Supervisor Recommendation.

Abstract

A doctor diagnose a disease by evaluating patient condition or by comparing with another patient that have similar conditions or symptoms. In computer science, this task can be done by a computer program that included intelligent algorithm in it. Some disease have similar symptoms, such as typhoid fever, hepatitis, and dengue fever. Based on UCI database there are 17 symptoms of Hepatitis that may be similar with other disease, so it needs a method to find the major symptoms. In this research, we proposed hepatitis diagnose using statistic Bayesian network and find major symptoms using ReliefF algorithm. ReliefF algorithm resulting 4 majority symptoms and used to constructing Bayesian Network. ReliefF and Bayesian Network have 76,8% accuracy, 76,5% precision, and 100% recall for 69 test data. Keywords: Hepatitis, ReliefF, Bayesian Network, Probabilistic.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan suatu program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang memberikan bantuan secara tunai kepada Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM/KSM) jika mereka memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan.[1] Karena banyak program Keluarga Harapan yang tidak tepat sasaran, dimana masih banyak masyarakat yang memenuhi syarat, tetapi tidak akan mendapatkan dana bantuan PKH.[1] Hal ini dikhawatirkan terjadi di Desa Sumberaji karena proses program bantuan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada staf desa dalam menentukkan penerima bantuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode fuzzy- MOORA karena kombinasi metode fuzzy-MOORA fleksibel secara rinci serta praktis dalam membuat suatu keputusan.[2]
