Abstract

DETERMINE THE IMAGE OF FAMILY ANXIETY WHEN FACING THE RECURRENCE OF FAMILY MEMBERS WITH CHRONIC DISEASES  ABSTRACTChronic illness is a condition (illness) that lasts for a long time and continuously. Some chronic diseases that exist in the community such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, etc. The aims of this study to determine the image of family anxiety when facing the recurrence of family members with chronic diseases. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, with total sample 64 respondents. The level of family anxiety was measured using an anxiety-related DASS questionnaire consisting of 14 questions. The results showed that the majority families experienced anxiety at the level of moderate anxiety. The need for family and community-based health services to improve the ability of families in overcoming anxiety so as to care for family members with chronic diseases. Keywords: Anxiety, family, chronic illness

Abstract

DECREASING ANSIETAS LEVELS OF STUDENTS IN PREPARING THE SKRIPSI THROUGH ANSIETAS GENERALIS THERAPY ABSTRACTWhen students make thesis, they get several problems which cause anxiety. The anxiety that not handled soon will become emotional mental problem. The way to overcome anxiety is anxiety generalist therapy. The purpose of this study was determine the affect of anxiety generalist therapy with the student anxiety levels during making thesis. The design of this study used quasi experiment one group design pretest-posttest. The sample were 68 students who divided into 2 groups, first group is the students who hadn’t proposal examination and the second group is the students who had proposal examination. The result of Mann Whitney statistic test showed p value of both group is 0,000 (p<0,05) with heavy anxiety decreasing in the group which had not proposal examination (61,7%) and the group which had proposal examination the moderate anxiety is decreased (17,6%). The result of this study showed there are affect of anxiety generalist therapy to the student anxiety levels who makes thesis in the group student who hadn’t proposal examination and already proposal examination. anxiety generalist therapy can applied as independent on the students who anxiety when makes thesis and it’s used nurses to help anxiety of patient.

Abstract

Menarche yaitu menstruasi yang terjadi pertama kali sebagai tanda kematangan alat reproduksi wanita. Kejadian menarche yang cenderung lebih awal, ketika  anak belum mencapai kedewasaan pikiran ditambah dengan faktor kurangnya pengetahuan memunculkan bermacam respon psikologis pada anak perempuan yaitu ansietas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat ansietas anak usia sekolah di desa dan di kota saat mengalami menarche. Desain penelitian  ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 60 siswi yang sudah mengalami menarche, 30 siswi di desa dan 30 siswi di kota. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat ansietas anak usia sekolah di desa mayoritas mengalami ansietas sedang sebanyak  17 anak (56,7%), sedangkan tingkat ansietas anak usia sekolah di kota mayoritas mengalami ansietas ringan sebanyak 23 anak (76,7). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Man-Whitney diperoleh nilai p value adalah 0,004 (p < 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat ansietas anak usia sekolah di desa dan di kota saat mengalami menarche.Kata kunci: menarche, tingkat ansietas, anak usia sekolah di desa dan di kota THE DIFFERENCE DIFFERENCES IN ANXIETY LEVELS OF SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN IN THE VILLAGE AND IN THE CITY WHEN EXPERIENCING MENARCHE ABSTRACTMenarche is menstruation which occurs first as a sign of maturity in a woman's reproductive organs. Menarche events that tend to be earlier, when children have not reached maturity of mind coupled with a factor of lack of knowledge raises a variety of psychological responses to girls, namely anxiety. This study aims to determine differences in anxiety levels of school-age children in the village and in the city when experiencing menarche. The design of this study used a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 60 female students who had experienced menarche, 30 female students in the village and 30 female students in the city. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis using Mann-Whitney statistical test. The results of the study showed that the prevalence of school-age children in the village had a majority of moderate anxiety by 17 children (56.7%), while the anxiety level of school-age children in the city had a majority of 23 children (76.7) with mild anxiety. The results of the analysis using the Man-Whitney test, the p value is 0.004 (p <0.05) which indicates that there are differences in the anxiety level of school-age children in the village and in the city when experiencing menarche. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan psikososial merupakan perubahan dan kestabilitas dalam emosi, kepribadian dan hubungan sosial yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap fugsi kognitif dan fisik pada anak usia sekolah. anak usia sekolah (6-12 tahun) berada dalam industry vs inferior dimana perkembangan psikososial anak akan mampu menghasilkan keterampilan atau karya, berinteraksi dan berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perkembangan psikososial dengan prestasi belajar anak usia sekolah di SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik penelitian menggunakan Total Sampling. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah perkembangan psikososial yang diukur dengan kuesioner, dan variabel independen adalah prestasi belajar yang diukur dengan nilai rata-rata raport siswa. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Kendall Tau b yang dilakukan selama 5 hari di SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tidak ada hubungan antara perkembangan psikososial dengan prestasi belajar anak usia sekolah di SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal dengan hasil r= 0,600 > 0,05. Peneliti menyarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti faktor-faktor yang membuat anak takut ketika tampil di kelas sehingga diketahui perkembangan psikososial anak yang menyimpang.Kata Kunci : Anak Usia Sekolah, Perkembangan Psikososial, Prestasi Belajar  ABSTRACTPsychosocial development is a change and stability in emotions, personalities and social relationships that can affect cognitive and physical function in school-age children. school age children (6-12 years) are in the industry vs inferior where the child's psychosocial development will be able to produce skills or work, interact and achieve. This study aims to determine the relationship of psychosocial development with school-age learning achievement in SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. This research is quantitative research. Samples of 100 respondents. The research technique uses total sampling. The dependent variable of this study is psychosocial development as measured by a questionnaire, and the independent variable is learning achievement as measured by the average value of student report cards. The analysis of this study used Kendall Tau b which was conducted for 5 days in SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. The results showed there was no relationship between psychosocial development and learning achievement of school-aged children in SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal with results r = 0,600> 0, 05. Abstract

Perkembangan psikososial anak usia prasekolah perlu dilakukan stimulasi agar anak mencapai perkembangan psikososial yang normal. Pelaksanaan stimulasi perkembangan psikososial anak usia prasekolah tidak terlepas dari peran orangtua. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan orangtua dalam melakukan stimulasi pada anak usia prasekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Populasi peelitian ini adalah orangtua anak usia prasekolah  di TK Kecamatan Kota Kendal dengan sampel berjumlah 72 orang. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas orangtua mampu melakukan stimulasi perkembangan psikososial berupa melibatkan anak membantu pekerjaan rumah ibu/ ayah, memotivasi anak  bermain dengan teman sebaya dengan permainan sesuai jenis kelamin, dan memotivasi anak membantu pekerjaan sederhana di rumah (merapikan mainan, meletakkan mainan pada tempatnya). Kata kunci: kemampuan orangtua, anak usia prasekolah, perkembangan psikososial  THE RELATIONSHIP OF PSYCHOSOCIAL DEVELOPMENT WITH SCHOOL-AGE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT ABSTRACTPsychosocial development of preschool children needs to be stimulated so that children achieve normal psychosocial development. The implementation of stimulation of the psychosocial development of preschoolers is inseparable from the role of parents. The study aims to determine the ability of parents to do stimulation in preschool children. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analytic method. The study population was parents of preschoolers in Kendal City District Kindergarten with a sample of 72 people. Research data were analyzed using frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of parents were able to stimulate psychosocial development in the form of involving children helping homework mom / dad, motivating children to play with peers with games according to sex, and motivating children to help simple work at home (tidying toys, putting toys in place) . Keywords: parental abilities, preschool children, psychosocial development

Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien akan lebih optimal jika melibatkan keluarga. Keluarga   sebagai   suatu   kelompok   individu   dalam   keluarga yang  dapat   mencegah masalah dan memperbaiki masalah kesehatan serta pengambilan keputusan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan anggota keluarganya. Status kesehatan pasien sebagian besar ditentukan oleh kondisi keluarganya, sehingga penetapan   keluarga   sebagai klien   atau   sasaran   asuhan   keperawatan merupakan hal yang tepat. Pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga mampu meningkatkan kemandirian keluarga dalam mengatasi masalah kesehatan sehingga kepuasan dalam menerima pelayanan dapat dikaji lebih lanjut. Kepuasan keluarga sebagai penerima asuhan keperawatan sangat tergantung pada persepsi dan ekspektasi keluarga. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran psikologis kepuasan keluarga dalam menerima asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSI Kendal. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dilakukan pada 96 orang keluarga yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 12 pertanyaan. Data dianalisis secara univariat berupa central tendensi dan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden menyatakan sangat puas dalam menerima asuhan keperawatan (54%). Kata kunci: kepuasan, keluarga pasien, asuhan keperawatan PSYCHOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION OF FAMILY SATISFACTION IN RECEIVING NURSING CARE ABSTRACTNursing care provided to patients will be more optimal if it involves the family. Family as a group of individuals in a family that can prevent problems and improve health problems and decision making in improving the health status of family members. The patient's health status is largely determined by his family's condition, so determining the family as a client or nursing care target is appropriate. The provision of nursing care to families can increase family independence in overcoming health problems so that satisfaction in receiving services can be studied further. Family satisfaction as a recipient of nursing care is highly dependent on family perceptions and expectations. The study aims to determine the psychological picture of family satisfaction in receiving nursing care in Kendal Hospital Inpatient Room. Quantitative research with descriptive design was conducted on 96 families selected by accidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire consisting of 12 questions. Data were analyzed univariately in the form of central tendency and frequency distribution. Abstract

Cyberbullying behavior is still quite high among adolescents. This behavior does not have to look face to face because only by using social media and material threats to someone who wants to be a victim. This is closely related to personality types. The research aims to identify personality types in adolescents with cyberbullying. Quantitative research with descriptive methods has been conducted on 126 respondents in one of the high schools in Malang. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been declared valid and reliable. The questionnaire consisted of 35 statements which were categorized into 2 types of personality namely extrovert and introvert. Data were analyzed univariately using a frequency distribution. The results showed that there were 53.2% of respondents had introverted personality types. The results of the study concluded that the majority of adolescents who behave cyberbullying have introverted personality types.

Abstract

Sejak Pandemi Covid-19, proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, sehingga peran orangtua sangat diperlukan. Karakteristik orangtua jawa menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakeristik dan peran orangtua jawa dalam membimbing anak usia sekolah selama proses pembelajaran daring di Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif dilakukan pada 180 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur berupa kuesioner sebanyak 20 pernyataan. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orangtua jawa dalam membimbing anak selama proses pembelajaran daring sebagian besar baik. Hal ini didukung dengan karakter orangtua jawa yang menonjol yaitu keingintahuan, keadilan, dan kreativitas.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan dan keluarga. Peran orang tua dalam merawat anak dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua baik secara fisik maupun verbal akan berdampak negatif pada anak-anak. Kekerasan pada anak memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, yaitu tindakan fisik, psikologis, kekerasan seksual dan penelantaran. Kekerasan fisik termasuk pemukulan, pelecehan, menampar, dan menendang, sedangkan kekerasan psikologis, misalnya, pelecehan / kekerasan verbal dengan kata-kata. Pelecehan verbal adalah semua bentuk ucapan yang memiliki sifat menghina, mematahkan, mengutuk, dan menakutkan dengan mengeluarkan kata-kata yang tidak pantas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi verbal abuse orang tua pada anak usia sekolah di SD Negeri 1 Ngilir, Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 61 anak usia sekolah yang menduduki kelas 4, 5, dan 6 di SD Negeri 1 Ngilir di Kota Kendal yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengalami pelecehan verbal sebanyak 53 anak (86,9%). Peneliti lebih lanjut diharapkan untuk menambahkan variabel atau intervensi keperawatan yang mempengaruhi pemahaman orang tua tentang pengetahuan, dampak, dan pencegahan pelecehan verbal, sehingga orang tua dapat menjalin komunikasi yang lebih baik dengan anak-anak dan jumlah peristiwa pelecehan verbal dapat diminimalkan.Kata Kunci: kekerasan anak, usia sekolah, verbal abuseDescription of Verbal Abuse of Parents in School-Age ChildrenAbstractChild growth and development is influenced by the environment and family. The role of parents in caring for children can affect the growth and development of children. Violence committed by parents both physically and verbally will have a negative impact on children. Violence in children has different characteristics, namely acts of physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglect. Physical violence includes beatings, abuse, slapping, and kicking, while psychological violence, for example, verbal abuse/violence with words. Verbal abuse is all forms of speech that have insulting, snapping, cursing, and frightening qualities by issuing inappropriate words. This study aims to determine the verbal description of the abuse of parents in school-age children in SD Negeri 1 Ngilir, Kendal Regency. This study uses design descriptive research. The sample of this study was 61 school-age children who occupied grades 4, 5, and 6 in SD Negeri 1 Ngilir in Kendal City who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical test in this study used univariate analysis with a frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced verbal abuse as many as 53 children (86.9%). Further researchers are expected to add variables or nursing interventions that affect parents' understanding of knowledge, impact, and prevention of verbal abuse, so that parents can establish better communication with children and the number of verbal abuse events can be minimized.Keyword: child abuse, school age, children, verbal abuse

Abstract

Perilaku kekerasan merupakan penyebab utama klien dibawa ke RSJ. Perilaku kekerasan yang ditunjukkan kepada diri pasien sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan termasuk alat-alat rumah tangga. Respon perilaku kekerasan yang tidak dapat dikendalikan oleh klien akan membawa dampak buruk bagi klien, dan orang-orang yang berada disekitar klien seperti keluraga dan tenaga kesehatan pada saat klien dibawa ke RSJ. Faktor penyebab perilaku kekerasan diantaranya adalah faktor predisposisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor predisposisi pada pasien dengan resiko perilaku kekerasan. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 52 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi tentang data demografi responden yang meliputi usia, jenis kelamin dan pendidikan terakhir, sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor predisposisi yang meliputi faktor biologis, faktor psikologis, dan faktor sosiokultural. Data dianalisis secara univariat berupa distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menyatakan tidak ada anggota keluarga yang mengalami gangguan jiwa, pernah dirawat sebelumnya, sering mengalami kekerasan fisik yang dilakukan oleh keluarga, mengalami kekambuhan dikarenakan pasien diprovokasi, keinginan pasien tidak terpenuhi dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap pengobatan. Kata kunci: faktor predisposisi, pasien resiko perilaku kekerasan PREDISPOSING FACTORS FOR PATIENTS AT RISK OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR ABSTRACT Violent behavior is the main reason clients are taken to the mental hospital. Violent behavior that is shown to patients themselves, others, and the environment including household appliances. Violent behavioral responses that cannot be controlled by the client will have a negative impact on the client, and people around the client such as family and health workers when the client is brought to the mental hospital. Factors causing violent behavior include predisposing factors. This study aims to determine predisposing factors in patients at risk of violent behavior. Quantitative research uses descriptive research design with a survey approach. The sampling method in the study conducted using the Total Sampling technique with a sample of 52 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire containing respondents' demographic data which includes age, sex and recent education, while to determine predisposing factors which include biological factors, psychological factors, and sociocultural factors. Data were analyzed univariately in the form of frequency distributions. The results showed that the majority of respondents stated that no family member had mental illness, had been treated before, often experienced physical violence perpetrated by the family, experienced a relapse due to the patient being provoked, the patient's wishes were not fulfilled and non-compliance with treatment.
