Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang semakin maju dan bertumbuh sangat cepat membuat masyarakat selalu ingin mendapat hal secara instan namun tujuan dapat tercapai dengan baik. Hal ini lah yang akhirnya membuat banyak bermunculan jasa layanan pesan antar makanan secara online atau yang kita sebut dengan Online Food Delivery (OFD). Salah satunya adalah aplikasi Mcdonald’s. Aplikasi Mcdonald’s membantu pengguna dalam memesan makanan dari mana dan kapan saja dengan banyak promo yang menarik. Namun, ternyata banyak keluhan yang muncul terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Mcdonald’s. Maka dari itu, perlu untuk dilakukan peningkatan kualitas layanan pada penggunaan aplikasi Mcdonald’s dengan menggunakan atribut Usability pada ISO/IEC 9126 dan Nielsen Model. Didapatkan sebanyak 32 atribut pernyataan berdasarkan Usability. Dalam mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan aplikasi terhadap pengguna dapat menggunakan metode E-Servqual. Kemudian mengidentifikasi atribut yang prioritas untuk ditingkatkan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan didapatkan 7 atribut yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Setelah itu, atribut-atribut yang prioritas untuk ditingkatkan akan diproses lebih lanjut dengan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Berdasarkan 7 atribut prioritas tersebut, yang kemudian selanjutnya merancang peningkatan kualitas pelayanan aplikasi kedalam 5 prioritas respon teknis yaitu “Pengembangan sistem aplikasi Mcdonald’s”, “Penambahan notifikasi peringatan/ status pesanan”, “Penambahan panduan informasi pada aplikasi Mcdonald’s”, “Pengembangan design interface pada aplikasi Mcdonald’s”, dan “Penambahan fitur search pada tampilan awal aplikasi”. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil tersebut didapatkan rancangan perbaikan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Mcdonald’s.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Daerah Potensi Porang Di Kabupaten Nganjuk kali ini ditingkatkan manajemen budidaya dan pengolahan Porang yang meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan proses budidaya dan pengolahan porang menjadi aneka olahan lainnya (kerupuk porang, tepung porang, mie porang, pentol porang, chip porang, dan kue porang), pengelolaan keuangan, permodalan, metode pengemasan dan merek, teknik penjualan dan manajemen pemasaran serta kewirausahaan bagi para pembudidaya porang wilayah Kec. Loceret untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah Action Research. Masalah dapat diselesaikan ketika muncul metode pengolahan porang menjadi aneka olahan dengan kapasitas produksi yang lebih tinggi serta sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang pengolahan porang yang baik dan ben ar. Inovasi pengolahan porang ini berupa pengolahan porang menjadi aneka olahan yang menggabungkan beberapa fungsi pengolahan namun aman, nyaman, dan sehat bagi penggunanya dan efektif bagi produknya. Hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah diterapkannya mesin potong dan pengering porang dan beberapa pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam program ini meliputi: Pelatihan 1: Penyuluhan dan Praktek Pengolahan Porang, Pelatihan 2: Penyuluhan dan Praktek Pengemasan Porang, Pelatihan 3: Penyuluhan dan Praktek Permodalan serta Keuangan, Pelatihan 4: Penyuluhan dan Praktek Penjualan serta Pemasarannya. Akhirnya diharapkan setelah pelatihan di atas muncul banyak wirausaha yang menggerakkan potensi porang.

Abstract

Crowdfunding merupakan solusi bagi pelaku usaha untuk memperoleh modal yang cukup untuk mengembangkan atau menjalankan usahanya. Crowdfunding sendiri memiliki beberapa jenis, salah satunya berbasis ekuitas. Dana yang disimpan dalam crowdfunding berbasis ekuitas akan menjadi persentase kepemilikan unit usaha yang dikelola oleh UMKM sehingga dapat memberikan pendanaan jangka panjang. Di satu sisi, pemilik ekuitas dapat menerima pengembalian yang lebih tinggi dan dapat mengendalikan UMKM melalui kepemilikan ekuitas. Namun, mewujudkan platform crowdfunding berbasis ekuitas untuk UMKM membutuhkan beberapa studi yang lebih mendalam. Pengembangan model crowdfunding diwujudkan melalui beberapa hal, mulai dari peningkatan literasi bagi para pengelola UMKM dan calon investor, melakukan pemetaan terkait solusi pendanaan eksternal agar sesuai dengan bentuk usahanya, studi kelayakan terkait pelaksanaan suatu kerangka crowdfunding terkait dengan standar operasional dan hal teknis lain, serta langkah terakhir ialah rancangan platform crowdfunding yang diharapkan dapat menyederhanakan proses crowdfunding.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digitalisasi memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis perusahaan. Perusahaan mulai berlomba-lomba memasuki dunia bisnis digital untuk dapat terus eksis dan bersaing di era digitalisasi. Dunia industri mengalami disruptive era dengan kehadiran teknologi, khususnya industri perbankan multifinance yang mayoritas menjalankan proses bisnis secara konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik meta analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan model technology readiness and acceptance model (TRAM) yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi secara mendalam terkait niat penggunaan teknologi terhadap pengguna. Narasumber penelitian merupakan marketing dan agen pengguna teknologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan teknologi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat penggunaan teknologi secara nyata. Faktor pendorong dari teknologi yaitu optimism dan innovativeness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap manfaat penggunaan teknologi, innovativeness juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kemudahan hanya saja optimism tidak begitu mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dari kesiapan teknologi yaitu discomfort dan insecurity masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat penggunaan teknologi. Faktor eksternal lainnya dari model penerimaan teknologi diantaranya technology self efficacy, perceived of external control, technology anxiety, perceived enjoyment masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi. Hal ini yang mempengaruhi niat adopsi penggunaan teknologi secara aktual.

Abstract

Many factors affect the hit probability in a shooting between surface combatants, which involve the environment where the warfare takes place, the weapons and ammunition used, the shooting personnel and so on. Due to technological developments, these influencing factors can be improved for the better results. These influencing factors are interrelated with each other, and can even reduce each other. Bayesian Network is a method applied for probability analysis that considers the relationship of these influencing factors and is arranged in a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG). Bayesian network structure is composed of initial information (prior probability) and the relationship between conditional probabilities at each node that have been determined based on expert knowledge or certain analysis. Such conditional probability is only valid for data analysis at the time of collection. In this study, a Bayesian network model for naval warfare, surface ships are involved was developed. The model is based on the results of a literature study and validation based on experienced professionals. The relationship between nodes shows five main influencing factors are fire control system, ammunition, personnel, movement of the target being shot and environmental factors dominated by the marine environment.

Abstract

Decision-making is the process of selecting from several alternatives. Decision-making in selecting an alternative is a series of long processes, starting with identifying problems, seeking information about the alternatives to be selected, and analyzing how good each alternative is, leading to alternative decisions to be made. At the stage of identifying the criteria of an alternative, it is not only about identifying these criteria but also knowing the interrelationships between the criteria of the alternative to be selected. The DEMATEL method is one of the methods in multi-criteria decision-making that can be used to identify the interrelationships between criteria. In this study, calculations were carried out using the DEMATEL method to identify twenty criteria used in the selection of unmanned aircraft. From the results of this study, the DEMATEL method was able to identify and describe the relationship between the criteria quantitatively in the form of a table of the number of relationships and an impact-digraph map. The results of this study indicate that of the twenty criteria, four of the most influential criteria were obtained in the decision-making process for selecting an unmanned aircraft, with the payload criteria being the most influential criterion with the largest value of 0.412, followed by the political criteria in second place with a value of 0.356, while the endurance criteria and range are in third and fourth place on the four criteria that most influence the decision-making process for selecting an unmanned aircraft with a value of 0.355 and 0.341, respectively. Abstract

The high intensity of private vehicle usage has led to uncontrolled road congestion. To encourage residents to switch to public transportation, the Surabaya City Government introduced Trans Semanggi Suroboyo. Trans Semanggi Suroboyo experienced a decrease in passengers in 2023, with a decline of 324,711 passengers. Based on a preliminary survey with direct interviews conducted with 35 Trans Semanggi Suroboyo passengers, frequent complaints were related to service and facilities. Therefore, it is important to analyze and propose improvements to the services of Trans Semanggi Suroboyo as public transportation in Surabaya. To enhance the quality of services and facilities, it is essential to identify and evaluate passenger perceptions using service quality dimensions based on the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation Number SK.5923/AJ.005/DRJD/2016. The most important service quality priorities for passengers are measured using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research identified 9 critical attributes that require improvement. Subsequently, a service quality improvement design was developed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach through the House of Quality (HoQ) matrix, resulting in 5 priority technical responses. Based on these findings, a plan for improving the service and facilities of the Trans Semanggi Suroboyo bus was proposed to maintain the quality of public transportation services.

Abstract

The logistics business sector is experiencing increasingly competitive and complex developments, requiring enhancements to remain competitive. The method used in this research is the Model-Based and Integrated Process Improvement (MIPI) method, and business process mapping using Business Process Model and Notation. The MIPI method consists of four stages: Understand Business Needs, Understand the Process, Model and Analyze Process, by conducting activity analysis using Value-Added Analysis and Cause and Effect Analysis to identify problem causes, and the final stage is Redesign Process. Value-Added Analysis indicates that in the outbound process, there are 21 activities, comprising 4 Real Value Added, 15 Business Value Added, and 2 Non-Value Added. In the inbound process, there are 21 activities with a composition of 2 Real Value Added, 16 Business Value Added, and 3 Non-Value Added. Based on Cause and Effect Analysis, customer complaints were found to be related to delayed delivery of goods, with root causes identified in planning, methods, equipment, and human factors. Based on these findings, a proposal for a new business process design is made, including the elimination of Non-Value Added activities and parallelism in some activities to simplify Business Value Added activities. Recommendations for these issues include expanding partnerships and collaboration with vendors, increasing fleet size, and providing employee development training.

Abstract

Era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) menghadirkan tantangan besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Mahasiswa dituntut untuk menguasai pengetahuan teoritis dan praktis dalam menghadapi dinamika tersebut. Program kontekstualisasi pembelajaran yang melibatkan mahasiswa, penggerak ekonomi, dan pengelola pendidikan melalui forum Larasdikdudi, diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan ini. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi focus group discussion, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, generating business idea, mentoring peserta, pitching ide bisnis dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontekstualisasi pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan praktis, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan problem-solving di kalangan mahasiswa dan siswa. Selain itu, program ini juga berhasil menciptakan trainer yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan pemahaman teori ke masyarakat luas. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu membantu mahasiswa dan siswa beradaptasi dengan tantangan VUCA dan memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini juga dapat menciptakan Kontekstualisasi pembelajaran untuk mendorong penggerak ekonomi di era VUCA.

Abstract

Investment in chemical/oil tankers is crucial for enhancing operational performance and maintaining competitiveness in the global shipping industry. The background of this research is the need to provide solutions to challenges in ship investments that often fail to meet targets, whether in technical performance, compliance with international regulations, or cost efficiency. These conditions affect the competitiveness of companies, as most chemical/oil tanker fleets are over 15 years old, require high maintenance costs, and pose risks of detention by Port State Control (PSC) and rejection by major oil companies. The methodological approach is the integration of Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) to analyze the selection of chemical/oil tanker ship investments. DEMATEL is used to identify cause-effect relationships so that dominant factors can be prioritized. Once the dominant factors are obtained, ANP processes the relationships and dependencies among criteria in the network model and determines more precise weighting. Subsequently, priority calculations are carried out by constructing a supermatrix that encapsulates the relationships among elements. This supermatrix is analyzed to produce final priorities for determining the best alternative. The research data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with stakeholders, including top management and experts. DEMATEL revealed key influencing factors such as Initial Investment, Operating Costs, Regulatory Compliance, Market and Geopolitical Risks, and Technological Risks. These factors are analyzed in the ANP method to obtain a model, network, and pairwise comparisons.
