Abstract

Technometric is one of technology component contribution measurement method that consists of technoware, humanware, inforware and orgaware technology (ES-CAFE). The usage of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Proces) method has weaknesses in measuring the assumption of cluster criteria independency and other decision elements. This research analyzed the possibility of ANP (Analytic Network Process) implementation in technometric method for handling dependency relation among the technology components. ANP Method is AHP development method using feedback approach and decision components that are arranged in network shape not in linear hierarchy, so it is able to count interdependency relation between the technology component and elements in industrial system more completely. For testing the validation of a ceramic industrial object that will be used as an object of technology intensity measurement. The research result shows that measured technology component or almost all of the elements inside make multi direction relation, means there is an interdependency relation between the component and the elements. This technology coefficient contribution for industry is 0.81, with technoware component contribution 0.86, humanware 0.88, orgaware 0.8, and inforware 0.69.

Abstract

The government in an effort to increase global competitiveness makes a plan through the RPJPN document (2005-2025) which implies a gradual transformation to develop a competitive economy in accordance with regional competencies and excellence. Thus, the challenges faced are efforts to increase competitiveness through the development and implementation of innovation systems (innovation driven economy). The national innovation system (SINAS) consists of the support of a number of regional innovation systems (SIDa) so that industrial clusters are formed based on the thematic superior regions. South Sumatra Province in the process of determining the plantation industry cluster based on regional superior commodities is based on the results of deliberations by the regional government without the support of an educational approach undertaken in the determination of the thematic superior. The determination of this industrial cluster can be used as a direction for regional development that can facilitate regional innovation actors in taking strategic policy steps in advancing the region. So this research aims to determine the regional superior commodities and products that are carried out with the academic draft approach to have acceptable and operational characteristics. In this study the determination of regional superior commodities and products is carried out with a scientific approach using the LQ, Integration DEMATEL and ANP methods. The results of this study are coffee (4.54), rubber (4.49) and oil palm (4.45) priority commodity-based priority products that have a good industrial value chain to be developed by innovation actors in formulating policies and programs for support the regional superior products in order to have national and global competitiveness.

Abstract

As a relatively young software company, PT. Hexavara Tech needs to select incoming projects since the number of requests exceeds the amount that the company can manage. Currently, there are no guidelines for selecting projects, so the project selection process is less structured and subjective. In fact, project selection is faced with several qualitative and quantitative criteria that tend to be conflictual in achieving objectives. So in this study, the integration of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Goal Programming (GP) methods is used to select software projects that consider limitations and multi-objectivity. Based on the calculation of the level of importance of the criteria using AHP, the sequence of project selection criteria is obtained, namely profit for the company (0.287), potential development of the project scope (0.155), initial development capital (0.1), the opportunity to get relations from clients (0.097), conformity to team capabilities (0.093), risks contained (0.078), increasing the value of the company's portfolio (0.073), the opportunity to create a template for the next project (0.07), and the opportunity to learn new technology (0.047). After the optimization process using GP, the best final results are obtained, namely the e-wallet development project of savings and loan cooperatives, development of an android-based online motorcycle taxi application, development of e-commerce design works, development of overseas money transfer applications, and development of a website framework for cross border e-commerce

Abstract

Several previous studies explained that the implementation of an integrated information system needed to be realized at Perum BULOG because the old system has not been integrated. This was also realized by the management of Perum BULOG by carrying out one of its long-term plans, namely carrying out the implementation of ERP system in 2020. On the other hand, ERP is a complex system because ERP systems often adds more difficulties to the implementation process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of ERP implementation at Perum BULOG to see how ERP users will accept this technology using the extended TAM 3 approach. Outer Model and Inner Model are used to test and analyze data from research instruments using the SMART PLS 3.0. Based on the research findings, it can be seen from 12 research hypotheses, 9 research hypotheses were accepted and 3 were rejected. It is known that perceived usefulness is found only factor in system- technology ERP and perceived ease of use which have a positive and significant correlation. Meanwhile, the perceived ease of use factor was found only the organization process characteristic and system-technology ERP factor that had a positive and significant correlation. Furthermore, the attitude factor of ERP user is influenced by the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Where the ERP user attitude factor is able to encourage behavioral intention and have implication for use and user satisfaction.

Abstract

In Indonesia, information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the most crucial economy accelerators, for every 10% increase in the ICT investment, the nation’s GDP grows as much as 1.87%. However, the use of ICT leaves adverse impacts on the environment, particularly carbon emission and toxic waste. This phenomenon has led to the proliferation of the topic of environmental sustainability, one of which is green information technology (GIT). GIT is defined as the utilization of ICT that can directly or indirectly reduce the adverse impact of business processes on the environment. This paper aims to evaluate GIT research to attain a better understanding of the field of GIT in Indonesia through a literature review. Published papers are categorized and a gap analysis is presented to reveal areas that need to be explored more. The results of this study potentially serve as a guide for future studies in GIT, particularly in Indonesia. This research finds that the topic has gained popularity in recent years. There are various research themes under the topic of GIT in Indonesia, with the most explored one being the design and implementation of GIT. The majority of the studies are case-based, limiting the research scope to one particular organization. This leaves broader research objects open to be explored more.

Abstract

National fish consumption is increasing every year, both sea fish and fish farming. That is because the appeal and invitation of the government to consume fresh fish (white meat) which contains lots of vitamins and protein. Milkfish is one of the most consumed fish species because it is easy to get and the price is relatively cheap. One of the biggest milkfish producers in East Java is located in Gresik Regency. The fulfillment of milkfish consumption needs depends on its productivity. Milkfish productivity depends on the area of the pond. The greater the land area, the more milk fish can be produced. However, milkfish farming is often constrained by the size of ponds, so the amount of milkfish harvest is also limited. In this study, the goal programming method is used to obtain several objectives, namely maximizing profits, minimizing capital, minimizing production costs and inventory costs, taking into account the changing demands in each harvest period, population density, milkfish survival rate and growth rate. The profit from selling the harvest can be optimized by selling some fish (on demand) and re-raising the remaining milk fish from the harvest (inventory) for resale in the next harvest period. Although production costs and inventory costs increase with more food, these benefits will be maximized compared to selling the entire harvest during that period. Because the greater the weight of milk fish, the higher the selling price. So the benefits will be far more leverage.
