Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah gizi kronis yang menghambat kualitas sumber daya manusia di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Bima, sehingga diperlukan upaya penanggulangan berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman gizi dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Wilamaci melalui pemanfaatan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) dan rumput laut Sargassum sebagai pangan tambahan untuk pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi sederhana, pendampingan, serta evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat, dimana 90% responden menilai sosialisasi sangat baik/baik, serta peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan pangan lokal, di mana 90% masyarakat puas hingga sangat puas pada tahap pelatihan. Selain itu, aspek pendampingan memperoleh apresiasi tertinggi dengan 65% sangat puas, sedangkan keberlanjutan program mendapat dukungan positif dari 85% responden. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran gizi, keterampilan pengolahan pangan lokal, serta mendorong terbentuknya kelompok usaha desa berbasis kelor dan Sargassum, sehingga berpotensi menjadi model pengabdian berkelanjutan dalam penanggulangan stunting.

sea. This study aims to find out the types of macroalgae found in Ria Beach, Woja District, Dompu Regency, to find out the Macro Diversity of algae in Ria Beach, Woja District, Dompu Regency. This study used an exploratory survey method, sampling using the Transect Line method with the Quadrant Sampling technique. Analysis of data types and utilization of research results using qualitative analysis techniques, while the level of diversity using quantitative analysis techniques, namely the index of diversity. The results of the study in the Ria Beach area, Woja District, Dompu Regency found 4 types of macroalgae, namely, Boergesenia forbesii, Ulva lactuta, Padina australis, Sargassum polycystum. The diversity of macroalgae species in the Ria Beach area, Woja District, Dompu Regency is moderate.

Abstract

This research aims to study the use of medicinal plants in the community as one of the community's healing traditions in Bumi Pajo Village, Donggo District, Bima Regency as well as the traditional medicinal plant processing methods used by the people of Bumi Pajo Village, Donggo District, Bima Regency. As a type of qualitative research, this research has four informants: village heads, community leaders, religious leaders, and medicine makers. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis consists of three stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the use and management of traditional medicinal plants in Bumi Pajo Village has been passed down from generation to generation. Medicinal plants are processed in various ways, such as boiling, pounding, steaming, pounding, grinding, grating, and kneading in water. Recommendations from this research are (1) The use of medicinal plants must be maintained and taught to the next generation (2) In the process of consuming plants medication by the people of Bumi Pajo Village, care needs to be taken in determining the amount of medication that can be used to prevent or treat disease (3) This is necessary because it is hoped that this will enable researchers to study more factors related to the use of traditional medicine, especially relating to local communities in certain areas.

Abstract

Helicobacter pylori bacteria is a pleomorphic bacteria that can cause wounds and bruising in the stomach, and even lead to cancer. The use of antibiotics in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori has the effect of causing the body to become resistant to antibiotics and the global crisis has caused treatment costs to become increasingly expensive at this time. Therefore, it is necessary to think about ways to find new alternative treatments to control the growth and infection caused by Helicobacter pylori bacteria, such as traditional medicines which have the potential to have damaging effects on genes. The Ministry of Health has launched a traditional medicine development program towards phytotherapy group medicines. One natural ingredient that is thought to contain active antibacterial ingredients is sea cucumber. Sea cucumbers have long been used as a source of traditional medicine. The research results show that there are several zones of resistance from sand sea cucumber simplicia (Holothuria scabra) to inhibit the growth of Helicobacter pylori. Then there was also a change in the DNA integrity profile of the Helicobacter pylori gene due to the effect of the sand sea cucumber simplicia (Holothuria scabra), namely by not forming DNA bands.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the types of plants found on the Wadu Jao Coast, Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara and the use of plant types as learning media. This research was carried out around Wadu Jao Tourism. The method used is an exploratory survey method by means of observation which includes identifying plant types by combing several locations which are used as sampling points for plants which are considered to be criteria for shade plants by observing the structure of tree leaves, stems and branches. In this research, 14 types of shade plants were found consisting of 10 families.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Air Sebagai Parameter Kesesuaian Wisata Bahari Kota Bima. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode STORET dengan pengambilan sampel pada satu titik dalam tiga waktu. Penelitian dilakukan di pantai Lawata dan pantai Bonto Kota Bima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari hasil uji laboratorium pada pantai Lawata diperoleh pada parameter fisika berupa suhu memiliki nilai minimum sebesar 28℃ dan nilai maksimum sebesar 32℃, dengan rata-rata sebesar 30,3333℃. Parameter TDS dengan nilai minimum 20,8ppm, dan nilai maksimum sebesar 21,7ppm, dengan rata-rata 21,3667ppm. Parameter DO dengan nilai minimum sebesar 10,76mg/L, maksimum sebesar 14,34mg/L, dan rata-rata sebesar 13,14mg/L. Pada parameter kimia berupa parameter pH, nilai minimum sebesar 8,7, nilai maksimum sebesar 8,9 dengan rata-rata 8,8. Dengan menggunakan metode STORET didapatkan hasil bahwa Pantai Lawata dan Pantai Bonto termasuk kedalam kelas C yaitu status tercemar sedang, dengan masing-masing skor Pantai Lawata -29 dan Pantai Bonto -25.
