Abstract

Jeruk besar merah Pangkep merupakan komoditi unggulan Kabupaten Pangkep yang potensial mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dan Indikasi Geografis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apsek agroklimat, bio fisik dan kimia lahan dan aspek budidaya yang merupakan bagian dalam pengusulan indikasi geografis yang diperlukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu dengan survey lahan dan pengambilan sampel tanah di lapangan serta hasil analisis sampel tanah di laboratorium dan melalui kegiatan Focus Graoup Discussion (FGD). Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data sekunder dan data primer yang berasal dari pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi pengembangan jeruk yang terdapat di Kecamatan Labakkang, Mar’rang dan Sigeri dari aspek agroklimat, bio fisik lahan sudah sesuai yang syarat tumbuh yang dibutuhkan oleh tanaman jeruk. Kondisi kimia tanah kandungan unsur hara makro Nitrogen, Fosfor dan Kalium masih rendah. Aspek agronomi menunjukkan petani sebagian besar sudah melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharan tetapi dalam kegiatan panen buah jeruk sebagian besar petani tidak melakukan penjarangan buah dan sortasi buah. Berdasarkan aspek agroklimat, bio fisik dan kimia lahan serta aspek agronomi, tanaman jeruk besar merah Pangkep sudah sesuai untuk dijadikan sebagai Indikasi Geografis. Kata Kunci: Indikasi Geografis, bio fisik lahan, Jeruk besar besar, budidaya tanaman, Pangkajene Kepulauan.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomesin Grade IV Students of SDN 012 Rambah Hilir". on learningmathematics about recognizing the meaning of fractions byusing paper folding props. with folding paper ribs obtainedstudent learning outcomes are increasing and meet theminimum completeness criteria that have been determined.Teaching aids used by each teacher are diverse, one of whichis a teaching aid used to increase and enhance studentlearning achievement. Classroom Action Research (CAR) isdivided into two cycles using the Classroom Action Research(CAR) design which is divided into two cycles. Each cycleconsists of 4 (four) stages, namely: (1) Improvement Plan, (2)Improvement Implementation, (3) Data Collection, (4)Reflection. The study was conducted at SDN 012 in RambahHilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, with the number ofGrade IV students totaling 20 students consisting of 8 malestudents and 12 female students. The results of the studybefore the cycle showed that students still did not master thematerial, especially in determining the meaning of fractions,in the process of getting 40% completeness while in the firstcycle 60% completeness results, in the second cycle reached95% completeness proved that after using folding paperprops students are active in teaching and learning activities.From the results of this research it seems clear that usingpaper folding props can improve student achievement inlearning Mathematics Students of SDN 012 Rambah Hilir,especially in identifying the meaning of fractions.

Abstract

Coconut oil Mandar processing business is one of the typical products of Majene Regency which has a special flavor and it is generally produced traditionally with one of the main superiority that is free from preservatives. In general, coconut oil processing center produces the main products in the form of coconut oil and by products are quite varied. This research aim to find the application of the cost of production of Mandar Coconut Oil Processing Business In Majene Regency). The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique is interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical method used are qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the cost of production of Mandar Coconut Oil for each production (assuming 150 coconuts) which is Rp. 370,000 / day / every time production in 2018.

Abstract

Islamic law must be oriented to the maqasid al-shari'ah, namely the benefit of mankind. However, Islamic law has always seemed rigid, so that when faced with diverse realities, it seemed unable to provide a solution. In fact, a law was made with the aim of providing comfort, security, and welfare for human life. Through a system approach, Jasser Auda offers a concept for the development of Islamic law in the current era. The system approach proposed by Jasser Auda includes six interconnected features, namely: cognitive nature; wholeness; openness; interrelated hierarchy; multi-dimensionality; and purposefulness. Jasser Auda's thoughts can be contextualized in the world of early childhood education (PAUD), for example in the internal structure of PAUD agencies, especially in the preparation of strategic plans (RENSTRA)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service activity entitled "Socialization of Law No.13 of 1998 concerning the Welfare of the Elderly" aims to increase awareness of the importance of improving the welfare of the community in the elderly, so that the elderly can achieve increased welfare. This community service activity should be of benefit to various parties, including contributing to more awareness and improvement of the welfare of the elderly, especially in the city of Surakarta. It is the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially the third Dharma, and the results can be used as input to LPPM and as a support for other Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. This community service was carried out on-line using the windows-teams facility with about 35 participants. The implementation was carried out by means of webinars using windows-teams due to restrictions on human meetings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Keynote : socialization, welfare, elderly. ABSTRACTKegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berjudul “Sosialisasi Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 1998 Tentang Kesejahteraan Lanjut  Usia” ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya peningkatan kesejahteran masyarakat pada kelompok lanjut usia, sehingga para lanjut usia nantinya dapat tercapai peningkatan  kesejahteraannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat kepada berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran dan peningkatan kesejahteraan para lanjut usia, terutama di kota Surakarta.  Merupakan pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya Dharma ketiga, dan hasilnya dapat menjadi masukan kepada LPPM dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri dharma lainnya yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara on-line dengan menggunakan sarana windows-teams dengan peserta sekitar 35 orang. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara webinar menggunakan  windows-teams karena adanya   pembatasan pertemuan antar manusia sebagai akibat pandemic covid 19. Kata kunci: sosialisasi, kesejahteraan, lanjut usia

Abstract

Arabica Coffee is one of the superior products of Enrekang Regency's plantation. SME Maqfirah as a coffee producer both in the form of green beans and roasted coffee products in Enrekang Regency faces the problem of not having production equipment so it needs supporting equipment to guarantee quality and increase the production. The aims for developing SME Maqfirah as the producer of kalosi arabica coffee by increasing production capacity, quality, and variety of products and emerging the market. The SME assistance program is implemented through the synergy between the Team of Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkajene Kepulauan and the Enrekang Regency Industry Office in March-August 2018. The method of implementation is program socialization, counselling, assistance, and development in production and marketing. The implementation of science and technology resulting in the increase in production by 75%, increase in the quality of coffee flavour and aroma, increase in income, and the increase in marketing which has penetrated outside the province.

Abstract

Counselling and training at the business group of smoked fish and fish cracker were aimed to understanding how to produce good food for home industries is an important factor for quality standards useful for the continuation of the food industry, Through this CPPB the food industry can produce quality food, suitable for consumption and safe for health. There are 3 methods of the approach taken, namely: extension methods include CPPB to improve food security, food quality and product shelf life. Training methods include: making smoked fish products and fish crackers, accompaniment methods: managing business and production permits to the Health Office. The results of counselling and training that the problem of the chimney has been renovated so that the smoke appears when burning has been thrown out of the room. CPPB-IRT counselling and integrated micro-entrepreneurship management have been carried out for both partners. It has been carried out counselling on handling, processing fresh fish, storing fish and assisting in making cracker packaging and labelling designs. Assist in obtaining P-IRT permit from the Health Office. Targets to be achieved on smoked fish products and fish crackers must meet smoked fish (SNI 1992) and (SNI 1999) fish crackers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The biang fish can experience a decrease in quality so processing is needed to maintain its quality. One of processing is the manufacture of fortified fish  flour in the manufacture of sago crackers. The addition of biang fish flour in the manufacture of sago crackers can increase the nutritional value of sago crackers which are dominant with carbohydrates. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of adding  biang fish flour to sago crackers. The experimental research method consisted of three stages, namely: 1) Making fish flour, 2) making sago crackers, and 3) organoleptic testing with using a non-factorial complete randomized design (CRD) with 4 levels; K0 (without fish flour), K1 (2.5% fish flour), K2 (5% fish flour), K3 (7.5% fish flour). The results showed that the appearance value were K0 (7.48%), K1 (6.91%), K2 (7.03%), and K3 (6.36%). The treatments K0, K1 and K2 were not significantly different, but the treatments K3 were significantly different. odor value were K0 (7.43%), K1 (7.85%), K2 (7.90%), and K3 (8.17%). The treatment of K0 was different from other treatments, but the treatment of K1, K2 and K3 was not significantly different. The taste value were K0 (7.08%), K1 (7.11%), K2 (7.85%), and K3 (8.15%). K0 and K1 treatments had no significant effect, but the K0 and K1 were significantly different from K2 and K3 treatments. The texture value were K0 (7.08%), K1 (7.56%), K2 (7.43%), and K3 (7.32%). Each treatment K0, K1, K2  and K3 significantly affected each other with all treatments.. The best treatment was 7.5% (K3) with the characteristics of crackers in the form of flat thickness, bright brown color, quite strong odor, delicious and savory taste, crunchy and dry texture. Keywords: Crackers, Diversification, Flour, Organoleptic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of adding toppings of different types of fish on consumer acceptance. The method used was an experimental method, namely pizza processing with toppings of different types of fish (carp fish, tilapia and catfish). Pizza is processed using ingredients such as wheat flour, yeast, oil, glade and salt with each topping made from different fish meat. The final product was observed for consumer acceptance and chemical composition. The results showed that pizza with carp fish topping was the most preferred pizza by consumers. Pizza contained: moisture 42.12%, protein 7.53%, fat 4.42%, and ash 4.86%. The conclusion of this research showed that the organoleptic test of pizza with different types of fish topping had a significant effect on the value of appearance, flavor, taste and texture.Keyword: Freshwater Fish.
