ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of dry skin shrimp (Acetes arythraeus) sauce with different fermentation time and salt concentration. The treatment was fermentation time (L): 20 days (L1), 30 days (L2) and 40 days (L3), and different salt concentration (G) 15% (G1), 20% (G2), and 25% (G3). The results showed that the addition of different salt concentration and fermentation time to the production of dry skin shrimp sauce had a very significant effect on taste and aroma values. L2G2treatment was the best treatment with characteristics ofaroma was specific of dry skin shrimp,the taste of the spices was specific and felt salt and dry skin shrimp, meanwhile for the color was no effect at all. The contained of proximate values of protein, ash, and amino acids were 10.54%, 18.26% and4.92%, respectively.Meanwhile fat content was no significant effect.Keywords: dry skin shrimp sauce, fermentation time, quality.

Abstract: This study discusses the Accuracy of Improved Spelling Use in Student Thesis of Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, University outside Education Study Program. This study aims to describe the Accurate Spelling Use Accuracy in the thesis of Student Education outside Education, Faculty of Teachers Training and Education University of Riau. The method used is descriptive method. In this study, the authors used three techniques namely reading, observing, marking techniques. In this research, there are 27 theses, from the results of search that the authors found in the Thesis of Student Education Outside Education Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, University of Riau. The study found that there are 281 inaccuracy of capital letter usage and 119 inaccuracy use of the letter in an enhanced spelling.Keywords: Accurate Spelling Use Acuracy, Thesis of Student, of Outside School Education.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hutang, aktiva lancar, aktiva tetap, dan penyusutanterhadap modal kerja pada PT Batara Prima Selera. Penelitin ini menggunkan bantuan SPSSwindows 20.0. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variable lhutang dan aktiva lancar berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap modal kerja karena memiliki thitung > ttabel. Sedangkan variable aktiva tetapdan penyusutan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap modal kerja pada PT Batara PrimaSelera. Secara simultan seluruh variable bebas (hutang, aktiva lancar, aktiva tetap dan penyusutan)berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap modal kerja sehingga keputusan yangdiambil adalah Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil perhitungan Koefisien Determinasi (R2), dapatdisimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini memiliki nilai Adjusted R Squaresebesar 0,923 atau 92,3%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase sumbangan variable hutang, aktivalancar, aktiva tetap dan penyusutan dapat memberikan pengaruh 92,3% terhadap variable terikatmodal kerja dan sisanya 7,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam modelpenelitian ini.

This study aim to find out the teachers’ perceptions to respond 21st century learning with local wisdom of South Kalimantan. This study implemented qualitative approach, with descriptive method. Technique of this study was purposive sampling. Subject of study were an elementary school teacher. Object of study was SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin. Data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study, were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data was checked by data triangulation. The result of this study showed that the teacher of SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin integrating South Kalimantan local wisdom in lesson plan, lesson processing, and evaluation on 2013 curriculum. Local wisdom was integrated in lesson plan that is formed traditional song tittle and traditional game. The traditional song and game were written on lesson plan/RPP. Then, on lesson processing, the teacher lead the students sing traditional song of South Kalimantan on pre-activities. Traditional game of South Kalimantan were played by the students on Friday. On the other moment, traditional game of South Kalimantan were played by the students on Physical subject. On the evaluation process, the teacher evaluated the students by two technique as a follow are test and non-test. On test technique, the teacher gave the students some tests in form essay, multiple-choice, and short answer. On non-test technique, the teacher gave the students to produce some traditional product of South Kalimantan. In addition, the teacher asked the student to perform or show by singing traditional song of South Kalimantan. The researcher gave some suggestion to other researcher to conduct teachers’ perception to respond 21st century learning with local wisdom of South Kalimantan or other local wisdom on other site.

Financial or we can say working financial every company need working financial operations every day in order to fast, because of that company need to use the Working Capital Efficiency in order to be able to produce the optimal profit. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is how the developments in the Working Capital Usage Efficiency Produces Profit In Tarawangsa Wood Instrument period 2010-2014. This research has the objective to determine developments in the Working Capital Efficiency Using Generate Profit On Wood Tarawangsa Wood Instruments. Current research variable Ratio, Return On Investment (ROI), Turnover Cash, Accounts Receivable Turnover, turnover Inventory From the analysis above use of working capital from 2010-2014 tends to rise (more efficient ) but is relatively slow , with the rate that is small efficiently too. This research aims to determine the condition of financial distress by using the Indicator Current ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Total Assets Turn Over and company size (SIZE) measured in the natural logarithm of Total Assets.The research period was 2013-2017 by dividing 2 groups of companies, namely between companies that suffered losses and companies that did not suffer losses. Data analysis, with Descriptive, Logistic Regression testing and Independent Sample T test. The results of the research obtained that the hypothesis for Current ratio and SIZE does not match the results; Total Assets Turn Over affects bankruptcy and Debt to equity ratio has no effect on bankruptcy.From the different tests obtained results there are significant differences between the group of companies in financial distress conditions and companies that are safe.Keywords: financial distress, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turn over, size, different test T test

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of life among homosexuals men who live in Banda Aceh. This study used the qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The participants of this study were three homosexual men. Data were collected using interviews and non-participant observation about 2 months. The result showed that homosexuals men found their meaning of life after becoming a gay because they had found the answer of their sexual orientation and self identity which brought them to happiness. The first and third participant found their meaning of life by sharing their life experience and supporting their homosexualmates who have the same problem related to their sexual identity. The second participant found his meaning of life by foundingYCommunity as a place to support those who are being a part of the homosexual communityand became an activist for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) encounteringtheir sexuality and gender rights issues.

Contribution of Housewife Income as Oil Refining Workers to Family Income in Pangali-Alai Village, Banggae District, Majene CityThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income of housewives as oil refining workers on family income in the village of Pangali-Alai, Banggae District, Majene City. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the income of housewives as oil refining workers had a positive and significant effect on family income in the Pangali-Alai Village, Banggae District, Majene City. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan ibu rumah tangga Sebagai pekerja penyulingan minyak terhadap pendapatan keluarga di Kelurahan Pangali-Alai Kecamatan Banggae Kota Majene. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan ibu rumah tangga Sebagai pekerja penyulingan minyak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga di Kelurahan Pangali-Alai Kecamatan Banggae Kota Majene.

The purpose of the reseach is to find students’ perceptions in using Online Dictionary in learning English. This study uses qualitative studies using those that aim to find the impact using Online Dictionary. The object of this research is the students of MA Alhidayah Muara Telang. The author takes 30 students of grade X science using the online dictionary as a sample. The method used by the author is the questionnaire. There are two impacts in this study, namely positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that students easily understand the reading text, motivating students to be active in English. While the negative impact is the weak internet connection and the lack of funds in fulfilling the Quota.
