Abstract

A fundamental characteristic of investor relations is the full disclosure of information for the companies that have gone public through the capital market and have the title "Tbk”. To public, a company that has declared going public, having the responsibility to disclose any information regarding the activities or internal actions of the company to all stakeholders, especially to its investors, counting when a public company is experiencing an internal crisis. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of communication tools in order to carry out public information disclosure by public companies (issuers) in maintaining stock liquidity. The study was conducted at the office of PT Bumi Resources, Tbk., 12th floor Bakrie Tower Jalan Epicentrum Utama Raya, Rasuna Epicentrum Kuningan, South Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Techniques used in data collection include: a) Primary data in the form of in-depth interviews with key informants and data from the company, and b) Secondary Data obtained through literature such as books, journals, articles, and previous research related to this research. Communication tools carried out by the investor relations division consist of; Press release, News, Annual Report, Analyst Meeting, GMS, Website, Contact Center, Financial Reports, Financial Media Meeting and Financial Advertising. The use of these tools depends on the situation and conditions faced by the company.

Abstract

The earth's temperature from 1981 to February 2021 has relatively increased. The increase in temperature on earth has made many people choose to use air conditioning so that the temperature in their homes is not too cold. The energy demand from air conditioning worldwide will be three times as much by 2050. Bangladesh has created a system called the Eco-Cooler as an alternative to lowering room temperature without using large electrical energy so as to save energy and costs. The eco-cooler can reduce temperatures from 1-3˚C in a room with a size of 4.2 × 4.2 × 3.3 m3 using an Eco-cooler with a bottle diameter of 6 cm and a board area of 48 × 48 cm2. This can be a good educational point for being applied in Indonesia. The advantage of using the Eco-Cooler is that it is easy to maintain, easy to use, the air is more humid, and it saves energy.

Abstract

Pada Pilpres 2014 muncul sosok yang berbeda dengan gayanya yang sederhana dan dekat dengan rakyat. Mun-culnya sosok Jokowi pada Pilpres 2014 menambah keragaman karakter calon presiden Indonesia di kancah politik Indonesia. Komunikasi politik pasangan Jokowi-Jk pada Pilpres 2014 berhasil memenangkan Pilpres ini. Salah satu bentuk komunikasi politik adalah melalui debat politik yang ditayangankan secara langsung oleh media mas-sa televisi. Debat politik capres dan cawapres Pilpres 2014 diselenggarakan oleh KPU dengan perbedaan format dari debat capres-cawapres Pilpres 2009 dan 2004. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya komunikasi politik Jokowi pada debat capres Pilpres 2014 yang diselenggarakam oleh KPU. Teori dan konsep yang difgunakan pada penelitian ini : komunikasi politik, interaksi simbolik, dramaturgi/impression man-agement, debat politik, pencitraan, dan gaya komunikasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigm konstruktivisme. Menggunakan data tayangan debat Pilpres 2014. Gaya komunikasi Jokowi pada debat capres Pilpres 2014 menonjolkan karakteristik pribadi Jokowi. Penampilan kedua kandidat dengan pakaian, ekspresi wajah, volume suara, intonasi, bahasa tubuh, gesture. Kandidat capres menjawab permasalahan yang diutaran dalam debat Pilpres 2014 mengguatkan gaya komunikasi politik dari Jokowi. Gaya komunikasi Jokowi yang santai, berbicara dengan volume suara yang tidak lantang dan menjawab pada aspek-aspek yang sejalan dengan programnya.

Abstract

Studi public relations di Indonesia dalam persepktif gender belum berkembang dibandingkan dengan negara-negara maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencermati profesi public relations sector swasta lebih dominan maskulin atau feminism dan menggali lebih dalam mengenai indikasi feminitas dan maskulinitas pada profesi public relations sector swasta. Peneliti mengembangkan kerangka konseptual profesi public relations sebagai profesi gender dari tiga teori yakni kontruksi realitas social untuk memahami bagaiamana peran gender pada profesi public relations dikontruksi, teori social rules untuk menganalisa indikasi keseteraan gender pada profesi public relations, dan genderlect styles untuk menganalisa perbedaan persepsi PR wanita dan pria. Dua praktisi PR pria dan dua praktisi PR wanita dikaji dengan observasi partisipasi, diwawancarai, dan ditelaah dengan metode penelitian fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesi PR di perusahaan swasta cenderung lebih dominan maskulin daripada feminism namun pada industry perhotelan profesi public relations menjadi feminism-oriented profession menurut nilai hospitality. Peneliti juga menemukan adanya indikasi maskulinitas pada sektor swasta dan feminisasi pada sektor industri perhotelan karena stuktur dimensi budaya nasional Indonesia sebagai Negara maskulin, identitas perusahaan, kebutuhan perusahaan, kebijakan perusahaan, dan preferensi menejemen. Kebanyakan responden dalam penelitian ini mempersepsikan indikasi feminitas dan maskulinitas merujuk pada atribut komunal dan agentik. Pada situasi tertentu praktisi PR dalam penelitian ini memainkan peran yang berbeda bukan berdasarkan atribut komunal dan agentik.

Abstract

Presidential election is part of democracy system in Indonesia. The backbone of political campaign for election is found within power of communication. Public relations are the tool of political campaign that have manage ment function such as: researching, planning, implementing and evaluating an array of communication activities. Frame political public relations in political campaign are : image management, information management, media management, and internal communication.

Abstract

This research focus the constructive meaning from Metro Tv on presidential and vice-presidentcandidacy debate in Presedential election 2009. Qualitative research method with a constructiveparadigm is used in this research. A case study approach is seen to best describe the political publicrelations activities in this research. This research is divided into two parts, first, a visual framinganalysis on Metro TVThe findings showed that the meaning construction on Metro TV in a debate broadcast In Indonesiabersatu through a frame: The debate 2009 which is a democratic party of a political event of theIndonesians. The constructive meaning broadcasted on Metro Tv tries to give an understanding to theIndonesians especially the viewers to become a rational voters, not an emotional ones by broadcastinga discussion on the presidential debate 2009.

Abstract

Although Tasikmalaya City’s revenue has increased in recent years, this study shows that the city government is still dependent on support from the central government. Nonetheless, the evaluation shows that the local financial management of Tasikmalaya City is working well and efficiently, although there are some problems with the management of routine expenditures that need to be improved. The results suggest that the Tasikmalaya municipal government should improve the management of routine expenditure to be more in line with the regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD) and to optimize the use of capital to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government operations. This could improve local financial independence and reduce their dependence on the central government. This research is quantitative and uses data from the annual report on the realization of the Tasikmalaya city regional revenue and expenditure budget from 2020 to 2022. The analysis was conducted using ratio analysis techniques to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, growth, and harmony of regional financial management. Furthermore, research can be conducted to identify methods that can be used by the Tasikmalaya city government to improve the management of routine expenditure as well as to find components that cause a decrease in revenue in 2022. In addition, further research could concentrate on how improvements in routine expenditure management impact local economic growth and the quality of public services. Abstract

Currently, competition among financial institutions is becoming stronger in completing business activities; each financial company is doing everything they can to maintain their business presence in the eyes of the public by attracting buyers' attention and striving as much as possible. It is hoped that they can further develop administration to buyers. In this condition, the showcase area has a good relationship with human resources that become agents of promotional activities. Advertising in completing work in sharia financial institutions will determine the focus of achievements that must be made. The purpose of this research is to find out the achievement of marketing lending targets from the perspective of Islamic business economics present at BMT Assyafi’yah Berkah Nasional Pekalongan. This type of research is a field study that uses a subjective inquiry strategy. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The means of information investigation are information search, information disclosure, and objectives and confirmation. The final results of this research show that the behavior of workers in achieving advertising focus at BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Pekalongan has been implemented and is in accordance with the 4P methodology, namely: product technique, cost procedure, place system, and progress system. Meanwhile, representative behavior in achieving display targets is in accordance with Islamic business ethics which consists of 5 standards, namely obligation, fairness, unity, unlimited choice, and balance

Abstract

Jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 terbanyak di Kota Cirebon yaitu di Kelurahan Karyamulya yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Majasem. Kader kesehatan sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat perlu diberikan pelatihan tentang protokol kesehatan supaya keterampilannya meningkat, sehingga dapat didesiminasikan kepada masyarakat dalam upaya memutus mata rantai penularan Covid- 19. Metodenya dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan kepada kader tentang protokol kesehatan COVID-19 yang meliputi cara mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan memakai masker yang benar terhadap semua kader kesehatan sebanyak 54 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya total sampling. Pengukuran keterampilan diperoleh menggunakan cheklist observasi yang dilakukan secara pretest dan posttest. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistiknya paired t-test. Terjadi peningkatan keterampilan kader tentang protokol kesehatan, dalam melakukan cuci tangan pakai sabun beda rata-ratanya 3,48, sedangkan keterampilan kader memakai masker yang benar beda rata-ratanya 2,90 dengan p-value = 0,000. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan kader tentang protokol kesehatan dalam melakukan cuci tangan pakai sabun dan memakai masker yang benar antara pre test dan post test.
