Abstract

This study examines innovations in attitude assessment within Islamic educational institutions, including madrasahs, pesantrens, and formal schools at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. The main focus is to develop affective assessment techniques and instruments that are contextually appropriate, methodologically sound, and aligned with core Islamic values such as honesty, patience, empathy, and responsibility. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and historical analysis, the study reviews primary policy documents and relevant scholarly literature. Thematic analysis reveals weaknesses in conventional assessment methods, including subjectivity, limited integration of Islamic ethical values, and a lack of adaptive systems. At the primary level, assessments rely heavily on observation and anecdotal records, which often lead to subjective results. At the secondary level, self- and peer-assessments are commonly used but are vulnerable to bias. In higher education, more contextual approaches such as case-based assessments and portfolios demonstrate better alignment with character education goals. The study highlights the potential of digital innovations, including artificial intelligence and online platforms, to enhance the accuracy and scalability of attitude assessments. These tools offer promising solutions to longstanding challenges by enabling deeper integration of Islamic values in affective evaluation. The study recommends developing standardized yet adaptable digital instruments, along with improved teacher training and curriculum development, to support effective Islamic value-based assessments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the frequency, duration, and attention to exposure to @explorebandung's Instagram content influence tourism visit interest. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this study involved 150 respondents to collect data, which was then analyzed using simple regression techniques. The findings indicate that the three aspects of tourism content exposure frequency, duration, and attention significantly influence a person's interest in visiting a tourist destination. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test reveal that 34.2% of visit interest is influenced by exposure to tourism content, while the remaining 65.8% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize that social media, particularly Instagram, plays an important role in shaping tourists' decision-making processes. Thus, this study reinforces that the alternative hypothesis can be accepted, proving that exposure to social media content has a significant impact on tourists' decisions. Additionally, this research successfully achieves its objectives and provides insights into how social media can be effectively utilized as a marketing strategy in the tourism industry.

Abstract

Purpose : This study examines the effect of career development and work environment on employee productivity, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Methodology/approach: Conducted at Halim Kusuma Airport, the research used a quantitative approach with a census of 56 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Results/findings: The findings reveal that career development and work environment significantly influence job satisfaction and employee productivity. Of the two, the work environment has the most dominant effect on job satisfaction, which in turn significantly affects productivity. Job satisfaction acts as an effective mediator, linking career development and work environment to productivity outcomes. Conclusions : These results indicate that achieving optimal employee productivity requires attention not only to formal organizational policies but also to how employees perceive their jobs and surroundings. A positive work environment contributes more strongly to satisfaction than career development, but both remain essential for fostering long-term motivation. Limitations: This research highlights the critical role of comprehensive human resource strategies that balance structural and affective aspects to enhance employee performance. Contribution: However, the study is limited by its focus on one sector, use of a cross-sectional design, and lack of analysis of specific work environment elements. Future research could adopt a longitudinal approach for deeper insights.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran etika profesi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya etika dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi publik, terutama di tengah maraknya pelanggaran etika yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan etika profesi dapat mendukung akuntabilitas dan transparansi layanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika profesi secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik, sementara pelanggaran etika berdampak negatif terhadap reputasi institusi dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya penguatan etika profesi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, pengawasan yang efektif, dan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang menjunjung tinggi integritas. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan publik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Alasan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kecenderungan penyebaran wilayah industri yang tidak terencana dengan baik sehingga mengakibatkan alih fungsi lahan pada wilayah yang semestinya bukan diperuntukkan bagi industry. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui industri unggulan di Kabupeten Sragen dan distribusi spasialnya. Hasil identifikasi industri unggulan Kabupaten Sragen menunjukkan bahwa Sragen memiliki 8 industri unggulan yaitu ISIC 10, ISIC 13, ISIC 14, ISIC 16, ISIC 21, ISIC 23, ISIC 31, ISIC 33. Hasil analisis konsentrasi spasial unit usaha industri kecil dan menengah Kabupaten Sragen konsentrasi tertinggi terdapat pada Kecamatan Plupuh dan Masaran. Konsentrasi tertinggi tenaga kerja Industri kecil dan menengah Kabupaten Sragen terdapat pada Kecamatan Plupuh dan Masaran. Wilayah yang memiliki distribusi unit usaha sangat tinggi berada didaerah: Tanon, Sragen, Karangmalang, Sambungmacan, Plupuh, Masaran, Kalijambe, Mondokan, Gondang, Gemolong. Wilayah yang memiliki distribusi sangat tinggi berada didaerah: Masaran, Plupuh, Kalijambe Tanon, Mondokan, Sidoharjo, Karangmalang, Sambungmacan, Gondang, Gemolong. Hasil analisis Indeks penyerapan tenaga kerja (CI) konsentrasi industri unggulan Kabupaten Sragen, menjelaskan bahwa konsentrasi tertinggi tenaga kerja industri unggulan berada di Kecamatan Gesi, Karangmalang, Masaran, Sambirejo, Sambungmacan, Sragen, Tanon Gondang, Kalijambe, Plupuh, Gemolong, Kedawung, Mondokan, Sukodono, Ngrampal, Sidoharjo.

Abstract

This research explores the use of wayang media as a medium for learning the history of Islamic culture. Wayang, which has strong cultural roots in Indonesia, can be an effective medium for conveying Islamic historical values ​​to students. Through a literature review, we examine how wayang can bring Islamic historical narratives to life, enrich learning experiences, and increase students' understanding of the material being taught. The research results show that the use of wayang in learning the history of Islamic culture not only increases students' interest and participation, but also helps them internalize Islamic cultural values ​​more deeply.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi ini, manajemen pemasaran selalu mencoba untuk mengenali peluang dan ancaman baru yang terjadi di dalam lingkungan pemasaran dan sekaligus memahami pentingnya memantau dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan meningkatnya perhatian pada isu lingkungan oleh pembuat peraturan publik dapat dilihat sebagai indikasi lain bahwa kepedulian lingkungan merupakan area yang potensial sebagai strategi bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Marketing dan Trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pelanggan perusahaan kosmetik Body Shop di Jakarta. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data Primer yang di peroleh dengan menyebar kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan perusahaan kosmetik Body Shop di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling.. Teknik Analisis menggunakan pengujian Hipotesis  multivariat dengan menggunakan Uji regresi logistik. Regresi logistik digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena kombinasi variabel bebas antara metrik dan nominal (non metrik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Green Price, green Promotion dan Green Trust berpengaruh positif dan significant terhadap Keputusan Pembelian .Sedangkan Green Product dan Green Place tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.  Implikasi utamanya adalah The Body Shop harus meningkatkan strategi promosi dengan banyak membuka outlet dan meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk menyeimbangkan harga premium dan menjadikan wanita sebagai target pasar utama.

Abstract

Organisational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is the contribution of individuals who Exceeding the demands of roles in the workplace is one of the important factors in improve organizational performance that supports the proper functioning of the organization effective and efficient. OCB behavior of a health worker can show quality of service. This research is motivated by Motivation and the environment Work on Organisational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).at RSAU dr. Esnawan Space. Many ways have been done by the Hospital in order to improving the quality of services, including by providing services or service excellence. This research was conducted at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa with the aim of To find out the influence of motivation and work environment on Organisational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data collection using a questionnaire with multiple linear regression data analysis.The results of this study show that (1) Work Motivation has an effect positive and partially significant to the Organisational Citizenship of Bihavior, (2) The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Bihavior, as well as Work Motivation and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Bihavior with a contribution of 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian   ini   berjudul   Kampanye media sosial TikTok @pandawaragroup dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat atas kebersihan lingkungan. Pandawara group terbentuk pada tanggal 5 Mei 2022 yang berlokasi di wilayah Kopo, Bandung Selatan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kampanye media sosial TikTok @pandawaragroup dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kebersihan lingkungan serta hambatan yang didapati dalam upaya melakukan kampanye di media sosial Tiktok @pandawaragroup. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan konsep 10 tahapan kampanye public relations dan new media sebagai pendukung. Metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta paradigma kontruktivisme. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan observasi untuk mendapatkan informasi secara langsung dari narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis kampanye yang dilakukan dalam media sosial TikTok Pandawara Group dengan menggunakan 10 tahapan kampanye public relations telah di temukan strategi, taktik, serta hambatan-hambatan dalam kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Pandawara Group. Dan menurut pandangan dari uraian new media Pandawara Group berhasil menjalin interaksi dengan mengajak masyarakat untuk ikut serta dalam gerakan membersihkan lingkungan, sehingga terbangun integrasi sosial antara Pandawara Group dengan masyarakat dan beberapa instasi pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of public relations in the socialization of the functions and duties of the high state institution, DPD RI, and to identify the obstacles faced by public relations in this process. This research also examines the use of media and facilities for socializing the tagline "From the Regions for Indonesia" on the 16th anniversary of the DPD RI. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the findings show that public relations plays six key roles: 1) Communicator, bridging two-way communication between the government and the community; 2) Facilitator, absorbing community aspirations and acting as a liaison with policymakers; 3) Disseminator, disseminating information on government policies and activities to both internal and external audiences; 4) Catalyst, influencing public opinion to align with government policies; 5) Counselor, Advisor, and Interpreter, providing advice, translating government policies, and building public trust; and 6) Prescriber, serving as a strategic advisor to leaders in decision-making.
