Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan tutor terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar warga belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe korelasi antara pendampingan tutor, motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensi dengan regresi linier sederhana dengan syarat uji hipotesis yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas, autokorelasi dan heteroskedastisitas. Populasi penelitian ini berdasarkan jumlah siswa kelas X, XI dan XII SKB Negeri Surabaya yang berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Variabel Y yang diteliti adalah pendampingan tutor (katalisator, motivator dan fasilitator), sedangkan variabel X yang diteliti adalah Motivasi dan hasil belajar. Sumber data primer diperoleh langsung dari studi lapangan dengan memberikan kuesioner. Sumber data sekunder adalah hasil rapor mahasiswa semester ganjil. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pengaruh pendampingan tutor terhadap motivasi belajar berdasarkan perhitungan dapat dilihat bahwa p value sig. 0,468 > (0,05), yang berarti pendampingan tutor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. 2) Pengaruh pendampingan tutor terhadap hasil belajar berdasarkan perhitungan dapat dilihat dengan nilai p sig. 0,847> (0,05), yang berarti peran pendampingan tutor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji implementasi pendekatan andragogi dalam pembelajaran daring di PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. Survei ini merupakan survei kualitatif terhadap siswa di PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. Siswa PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya diberikan tes pemecahan masalah, setelah itu siswa dikelompokkan berdasarkan pencapaian indikator berpikir kreatif pada level berpikir kreatif. Target dipilih dengan target sampling atau target sampling. Selanjutnya, mengidentifikasi karakteristik subjek pada setiap tahap berpikir kreatif. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan pada setiap tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelas peserta mengikuti proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan di PKBM Homescholing Pena Surabaya. Setelah itu, sebelas peserta dibagi menjadi empat kelompok setiap minggunya, dua kelompok dipimpin oleh penulis dan dua kelompok lainnya dipimpin oleh magang penulis. Dalam hal ini, penulis mencoba menerapkan prinsip Andragogi dalam proses pembelajaran di PKBM Homescholing Pena Surabaya. Sistem pendekatan ini dipilih karena mereka sebenarnya adalah remaja dewasa dengan usia rata-rata. Dalam aplikasi ini, sistem pendekatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dari prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran di PKBM Homescholing PenaSurabaya. Hasil ini menerangkan bahwa setiap subjek yang dipilih memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda pada masing-masing tingkatannya. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dapat ditingkatkan dari satu tingkat ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Peneliti memberikan saran kepada tutor untuk menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dalam pembelajaran daring untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

Kesibukan yang dialami peserta didik Paket B sehingga pembelajaran dilakukan secara online mengakibatkan turunnya motivasi dan hasil belajar khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS sehingga dipilihnya media pembelajaran Google Classroom untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Google Classroom terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik Paket B pada mata pelajaran IPS di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Pre-Eksperimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan sampel 23 peserta didik Paket B kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian melalui persentase angket motivasi belajar menunjukkan rata-rata 76.50% berkategori tinggi yang berarti ada pengaruh positif media pembelajaran Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik Paket B pada mata pelajaran IPS di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. Hasil data pretest dan posttest melalui Sign Test diperoleh angka 0.000 < 0.05 yang berarti ada pengaruh signifikan media pembelajaran Google Classroom terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Paket B pada mata pelajaran IPS di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The 21st century, the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, had significant consequences for education, especially in the learning process in the classroom. Learning innovation in the industrial revolution 4.0 era is important for renewal of learning that is able to answer the challenges of digital technology development. The National Education Association identifies 21st century skills as the "4 C's". The "4Cs" cover critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration. Four skills that education must achieve in the 21st century. One of them is creativity, an important skill achieved by students in the industrial era 4.0. This study uses quantitative research, a type of pre-experimental research that uses a One-Shot case study and One Group pretest-posttest. The effect of STEAM learning on student creativity is 69.25%, meaning that the percentage criteria show high results, and the effect of STEAM learning on student learning outcomes from the pre-test and post-test results there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test namely 63.89% and 81.67%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the learning strategies that are applied to optimize the learning outcomes of Package C program students at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an analytical technique according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results showed that the learning strategies applied to Package C Program students used the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach with cooperative learning models, discovery-inquiry, problem based learning and hybrid learning while the methods applied were lectures, discussions and assignments. The factors supporting the synergy between institutions, parents, the community and students, conducive conditions, adequate facilities and a positive response from students. There are two inhibiting factors, namely internal factors related to the ability of students to understand the subject matter and external factors from outside that hinder the implementation of learning strategies, namely signal or network conditions that are less stable.

Abstract

Non-formal education is a learning process that takes place in an organized way outside the formal education system/school, one of which is package C equivalence education. The Gresik Regency Government has provided an innovative program, namely the "Jaketku" complete drop-out program, which aims to complete out-of-school/drop-out children. The implementation of the complete dropout package chase program must of course be appropriate and right on target for people who need further education. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method at SKB Gresik, Cerme District. The data collection used was in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the program to catch up on dropouts at SKB Gresik in the Cerme District was expected to actually be able to complete the children who did not go to school/dropouts in Gresik district, especially in the sub-districts which were the targets of implementing the program to catch up/education equality. As well as the hope of the community in continuing their education level which had stopped during elementary school and high school, with the hope that the people of Gresik district, especially in the Cerme sub-district, have high enthusiasm in continuing their education in adulthood and providing welfare for their lives in the future.

Abstract

Based on data presented by the Central Statistics Agency (2022) regarding youth, as many as 30.38% are part of NEET. One way to reduce this is by involving students in internship programs. One of the institutions that runs and provides internship programs is the Aqil Learning Room. Aqil Learning Room needs to develop a program curriculum to design goals, achievements, content, assessment and program evaluation. This research uses qualitative methods and is presented descriptively. The results of this research are that the implementation of the curriculum is good. The capacity increases experienced by participants are changes in skills, changes in the learning process, knowledge management, and increased abilities. Supporting factors for implementing the curriculum are that participants are accompanied by relevant mentors, there are coaching sessions for participants that are tailored to the project tasks being carried out, there are volunteer development sessions that help participants to develop themselves after the program ends, and there is monitoring of results and mapping of the impact of participants' learning during participation. 24 Week Internship program at Aqil Study Room.

Abstract

Non-Formal Education Institutions, one of which is PKBM Budi Utama, recently implemented a school literacy movement. This was carried out because of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and based on the needs of students, especially Package A in terms of literacy. So, researchers want to examine the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the School Literacy Movement in an effort to improve the literacy skills of Package A students at PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya, examine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the School Literacy Movement in an effort to improve the literacy abilities of Package A students. . This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the literacy program is supported by a). Effective communication between facilitators or internally, facilitators and students; b). Non-human resources in the form of adequate space.

Abstract

SeTARA Daring is an LMS (Learning Management System) that helps in managing online classes in non-formal education. The concept of independent learning itself is relevant to government policy, namely independent learning which aims to provide a fun learning space for students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method where data is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies.
