Abstract

Swabs and PCR are ways to track patients infected with COVID-19. One private swab and PCR service provider in Surabaya offers swab and PCR tests with fast results and is open 24 hours a day. This research aims to determine service quality performance, identify the causes of consumer dissatisfaction, and identify service attributes that must be maintained and improved for Swab and PCR services in Surabaya. This research uses an integration of the Servqual and Kano methods. The integration of Servqual and Kano determines the service attributes to be improved. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using the five-dimensional Servqual approach, then calculated to get a gap value and categorized using the Blauth formula. The Servqual gap and the Blauth formula's category values are combined to make action decisions. The results state that swab and PCR service providers still need to improve all factors used in this research. Three attributes fall into the weak and indifferent category, so the decision that needs to be made is to ignore them because they do not affect consumer satisfaction and are not a priority for improvement. The other twenty-one attributes fall into the weak and one-dimensional category, meaning companies must improve these attributes to satisfy consumers. Companies need to make improvements to ensure better service, including increasing the number of medical officers to reduce fatigue and queues and providing training on medical procedures and communication skills for medical officers.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity was carried out in RT 16 RW 6, Kembang KuningMulyo, Surabaya. This area is an urban village area with poor public facilities. The result of thesituation analysis in the area is that Balai RT 16 suffered some damage with conditions that wereunfit for use. One of them is that some of the room floors in Balai RT 16 are still in the form ofcracked and perforated cement floors. Then the solution offered based on priority problems andthe intensity of its use is the installation of advanced floor tiles in the inner room and terrace ofBalai RT 16. Implementation of floor tile installation is carried out by teams, RT managers, andresidents who have expertise in carpentry. Community service activities are fully supported by thecommunity as evidenced by the participation of residents in the installation of ceramics and theirunderstanding to help maintain the better condition of the Balai RT 16. Kemudian solusi yangditawarkan berdasarkan masalah prioritas dan intensitas penggunaannya adalah pemasangan ubinlantai canggih di ruang dalam dan teras Balai RT 16. Implementasi pemasangan ubin lantaidilakukan oleh tim, pengelola RT, dan warga yang memiliki keahlian dalam pertukangan.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat didukung penuh oleh masyarakat yang dibuktikan denganpartisipasi warga dalam pemasangan keramik dan pemahaman mereka untuk membantu menjagakondisi Balai RT 16 yang lebih baik. Abstract

Pesanggrahan Village is a village located on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. In Pesanggrahan Village, there are youth groups, but they have not carried out entrepreneurial activities. Even though one of the goals of the youth organization is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is because members of the youth organization are passive, the management and members are less skilled in starting a business, and lack of funds. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of providing entrepreneurship knowledge through counseling, discussions to choose the type of business, and starting a simple business. The counseling contains material on entrepreneurial motivation, the benefits of entrepreneurship, home-based entrepreneurship, preparation for opening a business, determining profit, and healthy business space. The business that is being developed by the youth organization is a coffee shop business. The realization of a coffee shop business is carried out by preparing a business place and procuring coffee shop facilities. The result of mentoring youth organizations in pioneering coffee shops is to increase the motivation of young people to become entrepreneurs, open jobs, increase cash for youth organizations, and add supporting facilities in the village sports room.

Abstract

Abstract: Covid-19 is an acute respiratory tract infection that is easily contagious. Wonocolo Village is one of the villages in Surabaya that is prone to the spread of Covid-19 due to high population mobilization. In addition, in the Wonocolo area RT 11 RW 4 does not yet have public hand sanitizer facilities. Public awareness about personal hygiene is also starting to decrease. By observing these phenomena and problems, a hand sanitizer pedal procurement activity was carried out in the Wonocolo RT 11 RW 4 area. The hand sanitizer pedal is operated by stepping on the foot to minimize the possibility of the spread of Covid-19 due to alternating hand touches. The method used is to make and install a hand sanitizer pedal, and explain how to operate it. The changes felt by residents from the procurement of pedal hand sanitizers are that the Wonocolo RT 11 RW 4 area has public hand sanitizer facilities. This indirectly reminds and familiarizes residents to clean their hands before and after activities outside the home. The activity went well and was greeted enthusiastically by the residents. It is evident from the participation of residents in helping the process of making and installing hand sanitizer pedals.

Abstract

Abstract: Covid-19 is a type of virus that is dangerous and contagious. Children are the most vulnerable group to be infected with Covid-19. Policies to narrow the spread of Covid-19 can be done by complying with health protocols. Sumur Geger Village, Menganti, Gresik is an area that is quite densely populated. In this area most of the residents have children, aged 8 months to 12 years. The majority of parents are busy working outside the home. This causes parents to be less in control of their children's activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Children play together outside the house without complying with health protocols. Therefore, the community service team helped the residents of Sumur Geger Village, especially children aged 4-10 years, providing education on Covid-19 and how to prevent it through the practice of health protocols. Activities include delivering Covid-19 material through cartoon videos, power point materials, introduction of health protocol items, and direct practice of health protocols. All activities went according to plan and received full support from parents and RT management. They were helped by the presence of the service team because from the service activities the children began to implement health protocols in their daily lives.Keywords: Covid-19, health protocols, children.Abstrak: Covid-19 merupakan jenis virus yang berbahaya dan menular. Anak-anak merupakan kelompok yang rentan terinfeksi Covid-19. Kebijakan mempersempit penyebaran Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Desa Sumur Geger, Menganti,Gresik merupakan daerah yang cukup banyak penduduknya. Di kawasan ini sebagian besar warganya memiliki anak, berusia 8 bulan sampai 12 tahun. Mayoritas para orangtua memiliki kesibukan bekerja di luar rumah. Hal ini menyebabkan orangtua kurang mengontrol kegiatan anak-anak mereka selama pandemi Covid-19. Anak-anak bermain bersama di luar rumah tanpa mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Maka dari itu tim pengabdian masyarakat membantu warga Dusun Sumur Geger, khususnya anak-anak usia 4-10 tahun, memberikan edukasi Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya melalui praktik protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi Covid-19 melalui video kartun, materi power point, pengenalan barang-barang protokol kesehatan, dan praktek protokol kesehatan secara langsung. Semua kegiatan berjalan sesuai rencana dan mendapatkan dukungan penuh dari orangtua serta pengurus RT. Mereka terbantu dengan hadirnya tim pengabdian karena dari kegiatan pengabdian anak-anak mulai menerapkan protokol kesehatan dikeseharian mereka.Kata kunci: Covid-19, protokol kesehatan, anak-anak.

Abstract

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a method used to analyze the impact of a product on the environment during the product life cycle. LCA itself can also be said as an approach to measure the environmental impact caused by company activities, then the production process, and finally waste management. LCA aims to make a study of the impact of recycling a product on the area and provide detailed data for the consumption of materials and energy during the creation period. There are several benefits from implementing this LCA, namely saving energy and raw materials, cheaper distribution costs, and many more benefits from implementing this LCA, especially in companies whose products produce quite a lot of waste. At the LCA stage, the entire series in the product life cycle is always considered. In research activities, LCA is an added value to provide information on the environmental impacts that occur from the research process and then produce the product of the research itself.

Abstract

Shampoo is a human need that is used to clean the scalp and hair. Shampoo is usually used every 2-3 days to keep hair clean and healthy. It contains proplene glycol; diethanolamine; triethanolamine; sodium lauryl sulfate; parabens; sodium chloride. However, there are still many people who do not understand the importance of shampoo and measuring their level of satisfaction with the product. By measuring the level of consumer satisfaction, product/service providers can make changes to their products/services so that they can affect them effectively in people's lives. This journal will discuss the level of public satisfaction with Korean viral shampoo. The level of community satisfaction can be demonstrated using the Kano Model research method. The survey will be conducted with a sample of 64 respondents who come from different backgrounds but understanding the performance of Korean viral shampoos. The resulting data will be implemented in the required variable table by providing functional and dysfunctional questions. The results of the data show that Korean viral shampoo does not require overhauling in terms of quality, performance or characteristics because the level of customer satisfaction cannot affect it.

Abstract

Persaingan industri karton box semakin ketat. Perusahaan berlomba untuk menghasilkan kualitas yang terbaik pada setiap produk karton box yang dihasilkan. Salah satu perusahaan karton box yang bergerak di bidang karton box pengemasan adalah perusahaan yang berada di Lamongan. Perusahaan tersebut memiliki masalah terhadap pengendalian kualitas, termasuk pada produk cacat karton box di bagian proses flexo printing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kecacatan karton box dengan metode fishbone diagram dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Penelitian dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi penyebab kecacatan dan menentukan prioritas kecatatan yang perlu ditangani. Hasil menunjukkan penyebab kecacatan disebabkan faktor manusia, material, metode, mesin, dan lingkungan. Nilai nomor resiko jenis cacat tertinggi sebesar 512, yaitu produk masuk kategori not good karena mesin bekerja tidak stabil. Jenis kecacatan tertinggi pada karton box adalah salah warna. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan untuk mesin yang sering mengalami ketidakstabilan adalah evaluasi serta perawatan mesin dan pelatihan pekerja tentang operasional mesin flexo printing secara berkala.

Abstract

Tri-Wall Natura Surabaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kardus. Para pekerja bagian perakitan dan pengemasan pada suatu perusahaan seringkali mengalami kelelahan setelah melakukan pekerjaannya. Postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, gerakan berdiri, menunduk, membungkuk, dan memutar dalam jangka waktu lama sehingga menimbulkan nyeri pada anggota badan. Jika kondisi ini terjadi berulang kali, maka dapat mengakibatkan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs merupakan risiko kerja berupa gangguan otot yang disebabkan oleh postur kerja yang salah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab MSDs dengan metode REBA pada pekerja perakitan dan pengemasan. Ini adalah langkah awal dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi kesalahan postur saat bekerja. Metode REBA digunakan untuk menilai postur kerja dengan memberikan skor risiko satu sampai lima belas. Skor tertinggi menunjukkan tingkat risiko yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa postur kerja pada proses perakitan dan pengemasan memiliki tingkat risiko sedang, dengan level 4-7 terkena risiko MSDs. Tindakan perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut adalah dengan mengarahkan postur tubuh yang baik dan tepat pada saat bekerja, menggunakan meja pada saat proses perakitan, dan mengurangi berat kardus pada saat proses aktivasi untuk menghindari cedera.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, various types of transportation have experienced increased innovation in shapes, colours,models, and even engines. However, one thing that needs special attention is the number of pollutants or emissions released by vehicles. One effort to reduce emissions is increasing the production of Battery-Based Electric Motorized Vehicles. Battery-based electric vehicles developed in Indonesia include electric cars and electric motorcycles. Among these types of electric vehicles, Indonesian society widely adopts electric motorcycles. However, sales of electric motorbikes were only 15 thousand units, lower than sales of petrol motorbikes which reached 5 million units. This study contributes to understanding further how the community responds to electric motorcycles in detail through sentiment analysis on social media data. Consumer acceptance of electric motorcycles can be seen from the numerous active Twitter users in Indonesia who provide positive and negative comments on the presence of electric motorcycles. Text information based on public comments in Indonesia via Twitter is collected using Sentiment Analysis in R Studio. Twitter comments will be classified into positive, negative, and neutral groups. The results show 63% positive, 21% unfavourable, and 14% neutral opinions. This condition means that Indonesian society accepts and has a supportive opinion of the presence of electric motorcycles. The government and entrepreneurs can use this information to create electric motorcycles that align with the community's preferences.
