Abstract

Persepsi masyarakat atas reputasi, nilai-nilai dan kualitas pelayanan sekolah memilikipengaruh kuat terhadap kecenderungan masyarakat untuk memilih sekolah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reputasi sekolah, nilai-nilai pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasional dan data diperoleh melalui survey yang dianalisis dengan metode PLS SEM. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 275 murid kelas XI dan XII SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa reputasi sekolah, nilai-nilai pelayanan berpengaruh positif  terhadap kualitas pelayanan, reputasi sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa, namun nilai-nilai pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to understand: Does millennial transformational leadership influence organizational performance, organizational agility and IT capability? Does IT capability influence organizational agility? Does organizational agility influence organizational performance? The population of this study included selected fishery startups in Indonesia based on the data released by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Republic of Indonesia and Digital Fishery Network. This study used the statistical method of PLS-SEM to analyze the data. The findings show that there is a positive relationship between millennial transformational leadership and organizational agility, millennial transformational leadership and IT capability, IT capability and organizational agility, and organizational agility and organizational performance. Future researches are suggested to examine the effects of several mediating variables in the proposed model.

Abstract

AbstrakBanyak penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa efektifitas tim merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi performa dan kesuksesan sebuah organisasi. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan juga sangat membutuhkan hal ini untuk dapat mencapai target pendidikan dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kepemimpinan yang melayani, komitmen afektif terhadap organisasi, serta organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap tim efektivitas. penelitian ini dilakukan secara quantitatif dengan menggunakan metode SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Data yang berkaitan dengan variabel-variabel yang diteliti kemudian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mensurvei guru-guru dari sekolah XYZ sejumlah 43 orang pengajar sebagai populasi. Pengembalian data 86% dengan semua pertanyaan terjawab. Pengolahan data yang dikumpulkan dilakukan menggunakan program perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk membantu menghitung uji hipotesis yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa servant leadership, komitmen afektif dan OCB memiliki berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja tim. Didapati juga bahwa servant leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap OCB yang berbanding terbalik dengan komitmen afektif yang terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB pada sekolah XYZ.AbstractMany studies have proven that team effectiveness is one factor that affects an organization's performance and success. Schools as educational institutions also really need this to be able to achieve maximum educational targets. This study was conducted to see the influence of serving leadership, affective commitment to organizations, and organizational citizenship behavior on team effectiveness. This research is a quantitative research using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The data relating to the variables studied were then collected through a questionnaire. The study was conducted by surveying 43 teachers from XYZ school as a population. As many as 86% of data return with all questions answered. The collected data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS software program to help calculate existing hypothesis tests. The results showed that servant leadership, affective commitment and OCB affected the effectiveness of teamwork. It was also found that servant leadership does not have an effect on OCB which is inversely related to affective commitment.

Abstract

This study focuses on innovation by individual employees. This study aimed to measure the effect of leadership autonomy support (LAS) on individual innovative behavior (IIB) of MSMEs' employees in Banten which are mediated by individual creativity (IC). The data collection was done by simple random sampling of the employees of five MSMEs in Banten. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 97 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that leadership autonomy support has a positive and significant effect on individual innovative behavior, both directly and indirectly through mediating individual creativity. This new research proposed a model for building individual innovative behavior among the MSMEs' employees in Banten through enhancing leadership autonomy support with individual creativity as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Performance is an essential aspect of an organization. Therefore, organizations need to ensure that members provide positive performance for the achievement of organizational goals. One crucial aspect that influences performance is emotional intelligence. However, emotional intelligence alone is not enough, so it is also necessary to look at aspects of culture and leadership in organizations. This research studies the teachers' performance in Tunas Bangsa Greenville Middle and High School by looking at the influence exerted by the teacher's emotional intelligence, the principal's transformational leadership, and organizational culture. The data in the study were obtained by dividing the questionnaire, then analyzed quantitatively through the PLS-SEM method through a survey of 25 teachers. The results of this study indicated that teachers' emotional intelligence, principals' transformational leadership, and school organizational culture have a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Namun tidak semua pimpinan menyadari hal tersebut, tidak jarang pimpinan dibutakan oleh kepentingan pribadi yang merugikan pegawai dan organisasi itu sendiri. Kepemimpinan yang melayani adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dan pertumbuhan setiap karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan di Sekolah XYZ Tangerang terhadap kinerja, loyalitas guru/staf dan terciptanya komunitas syalom di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan software Smart-pls. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan yang melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, loyalitas guru/staf, dan terciptanya komunitas syalom.

Abstract

The impact of technological developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 also impacts the education sector, such as the opening of access to learning resources via the internet, technology-based learning models, the development of various digital learning applications, and others. On the other hand, technological developments also have a negative impact, especially on students, such as an increase in individualism and a shift in Indonesian values. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of education in the digital era. The research was carried out through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving various stakeholders in the education sector, including expert staff from the Ministry of Education and Culture, practitioners of primary and secondary education, lecturers, students, and educational technology development companies. The study results found three major themes of educator characteristics that teachers need to have in the digital era, namely having soft skills, personal-professional skills, and understanding character education.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out how to execute a successful HR audit by looking into the top ma­na­gement's commitment, HR consultants' function in the business, and the line manager's level of participation in the audit. 70% of the total population of employees who were selected using probability random sampling participated through an online questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using structural equation modeling since a total of 104 respondents supplied favorable responses, but only 101 could be employed to test the hypothesis. The result showed that the absence of HR and line managers did not affect the success of HR audits from the starting point and that the term "audit" had a negative connotation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job embeddedness, job satisfaction, dan perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment guru. Adapun responden penelitian ini adalah 204 guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Swasta Jakarta, di mana teridentifikasi guru yang memiliki affective commitment. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan deduktif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa job embeddedness berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment sebesar 0,413, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment sebesar 0,410, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment sebesar 0,103, job embeddedness berpengaruh positif tergadap affective commitment melalui job satisfaction sebesar 0,324, job embeddedness berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment melalui perceived organizational support sebesar 0,053.

Abstract

Educational institution such as schools rely heavily on the performance of their teachers in implementing educational practices. Therefore, it is very important for educational institution in managing the teachers’ performance. Factors that are thought to affect performance include organizational justice, motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice, work motivation, and job satisfaction on perceptions of the performance of 64 teachers in XYZ junior dan senior high school. The research data obtained were analyzed using a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method. The research instrument, a questionnaire to measure the impact of four variabels. The results of this study showed that organizational justice, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of XYZ Middle and High School teachers. Job satisfaction variabels succeeded in mediating the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, but on the other hand, job satisfaction did not succeed in mediating the effect of organizational justice on teacher performance.
