Abstract

This research is a case study that analyzes the problem of the Faith-Learning Integration management process for the Korean Sunday School “Y” in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, data collection was carried out with 5 informants, 58 questionnaires from respondents consisting of students, parents and teachers as well as recordings of student activity results. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in the Faith-Learning Integration management process. First, students are not satisfied with centering on video learning platforms because there is no interaction between teachers, students and their friends so it needs to be changed from a one-way platform, such as video to an interactive platform between students and teachers such as Zoom or Google Classroom, etc.  In addition, students from parents of other religions do not get support and attention from their parents to carry out  Faith-Learning Integration with Work From Home (WFH)  so that  Faith-Learning Integration activities stop. Second, teachers' technical skills are very limited, so interactive online classroom training is required. Third, parents feel burdened and stressed when they have to give examples of faith, morals and good discipline to children in  Faith-Learning Integration during WFH. The last obstacle, the 5 dimensions of the Faith-Learning Integration are not tightly integrated with each other so they do not run in harmony. The dimensions of Leitourgia and Didache were implemented well, while Kerygma, Koinonia, and Diakonia were not carried out well due to social distancing obstacles. For this reason, it is recommended that "Y" management use an interactive platform and develop innovative and creative ways that can motivate students so that they do not feel the distance between teachers and students and the surrounding environment is getting farther away even though they participate in social distancing.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang menganalisa masalah proses manajemen pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman Sekolah Minggu Korea “Y” di Indonesia pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan pengumpulan data dengan 5 orang narasumber, 58 hasil kuesioner dari responden yang terdiri dari siswa, orangtua dan guru serta rekaman hasil aktivitas siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini terlihat adanya beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh siswa, guru dan orang tua dalam proses manajemen pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman. Pertama, siswa tidak puas dengan berpusat pada media pembelajaran video karena tidak terjadi interaksi antara guru, siswa dan teman-temannya sehingga perlu diubah dari media yang bersifat satu arah, seperti video ke berbagai media yang interaktif antara siswa dan guru seperti Zoom atau Google Classroom, dll. Selain itu, siswa dari orangtua yang beragama lain kurang mendapat dukungan dan perhatian dari orangtuanya untuk melakukan pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman dengan pembelajaran daring dari rumah sehingga aktivitas pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman jadi terhenti. Kedua, keterampilan teknis guru sangat terbatas sehingga diperlukan pelatihan kelas online secara interaktif. Ketiga, orangtua merasa terbebani dan stress ketika harus memberikan contoh iman, moral dan disiplin yang baik kepada anak-anak dalam pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman selama pembelajaran daring dari rumah. Kendala yang terakhir, 5 dimensi dari pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman tidak terintegrasi satu sama lain secara erat sehingga tidak berjalan selaras. Dimensi Leitourgia dan Didache dilaksanakan dengan baik, sedangkan Kerygma, Koinonia, dan Diakonia tidak terlaksana dengan baik karena adanya hambatan social distancing. Untuk itu disarankan manajemen “Y” menggunakan berbagai media yang interaktif dan mengembangkan cara yang inovatif dan kreatif yang dapat memotivasi siswa supaya tidak merasakan jarak antara guru dan siswa serta lingkungan sekitarnya semakin jauh walaupun mengikuti social distancing.

Abstract

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities need to be possessed by each person in order to be able to solve various problems and make decisions correctly. One of many tools for developing critical thinking skills is learning mathematics. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether Problem Based Learning is able to increase students’ abilities in critical thinking, problem solving, and learning achievement. Using Classroom Action Research (CAR) methods for three cycles, research was conducted on 24 grade 8 math students at the Pelangi Kasih School. The results of this study showed that Problem Based Learning is able to increase students’ critical thinking, problem solving, and learning achievement.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan memecahan masalah adalah dua hal penting untuk siswa agar mampu membuat keputusan yang benar dan memecahkan berbagai masalah dalam hidupnya. Salah satu sarana untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah adalah melaui pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus, penelitian  dilakukan pada dua puluh empat siswa pada kelas matematika kelas VIII, Sekolah Pelangi Kasih jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah pada  siswa .

Abstract

The world of education is very dynamic. Teachers, as the frontliners of education, are expected to keep up with the times. 21st century skills are believed to be essential to be integrated and implemented for the success of students and teachers. One of the 21st century skills taken as the basis of this research is innovation. Innovative work behavior is a continuous process that starts with seeking opportunities for ideas to solve problems encountered, then developing those ideas in new or alternative ways so that they can be accepted in the organization and implemented to provide benefits to both performance and the organization. This study aims to see the effect of intrinsic motivation, perceived autonomy support, and job crafting on innovative work behavior in XYZ Early Childhood Years and Elementary School, South Tangerang. Data were obtained from 80 Early Childhood Years and Elementary School teachers by using online questionnaires. This research is quantitative research using the path analysis through SEM-PLS method. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic motivation, perceived autonomy support, and job crafting have positive effect on innovative work behavior.Bahasa Indonesia AbstrakDunia pendidikan sangatlah dinamis. Sebagai pelaksana dan ujung tombak pada dunia pendidikan, guru diharapkan untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Keterampilan abad 21 diyakini penting untuk diintegrasikan dan diimplementasikan bagi kesuksesan para siswa dan guru. Salah satu keterampilan abad 21 yang diambil sebagai dasar penelitian ini adalah inovasi. Innovative work behavior adalah suatu perilaku yang berkelanjutan, yang dimulai dari pencarian peluang ide untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi, lalu dikembangkan dengan cara-cara baru atau alternatif sehingga dapat diterima dalam organisasi dan diimplementasikan untuk memberikan keuntungan atau manfaat kepada kinerja maupun organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh intrinsic motivation, perceived autonomy support, dan job crafting terhadap innovative work behavior di TK-SD XYZ Tangerang Selatan. Data diperoleh dari 80 guru di TK-SD tersebut dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur melalui metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intrinsic motivation, perceived autonomy support, dan job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the improvement of conceptualunderstanding and motivation to learn of students of class 2 SD using traditional gamescongklak as learning media. This classroom action research was implemented in threecycles. The participants were six students of grade 2. The data were collected throughobservations, interviews, photos, tests, and rubrics. Abstract

The mastery of English vocabulary and student motivation have received a great deal of attention in Sekolah Victory Plus (SVP) Kindergarten. English is used as the language of instruction in all Kindergarten classes. In addition, students are also encouraged to express their feelings and opinions in English. The lack of Englishvocabulary in EY 2 Jupiter students have led to a decrease in students’ motivation in using English in daily learning and conversation. Therefore, students of EY 2 Jupiter need to be equipped with a proficient English vocabulary so that they can be motivated to express opinions clearly and to understand any explanation by teachers during lessons. The aim of this research is applying sociodramatic play method to improve Englishvocabulary mastery on garment and learning motivation of students in EY 2 Jupiter. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) with three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting where the subject of research is 18 students of Class EY 2 Jupiter at SVP TK Victory Plus. The data collection was done by conducting observations, tests, questionnaires and interviews and were then analyzed descriptively qualitative. Theresults showed that applying the method of sociodramatic play has led to an increase in vocabulary mastery in English and students’ learning motivation

Abstract

Creativity and collaboration are softskills that are needed in the current era. Therefore, it is essential to habituate creativity and cooperation among students. However, the success of learning objectives is strongly influenced by students' interest in learning. Therefore, the objective ofthis classroom action research is to analyze the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PJBL) on learning interest, creative behaviour, and student collaboration of the 5th graders Athalia Elementary School Tangerang. The subject of this research was 9students in the Art, Culture, and Craft lesson. This classroom research focused on recycling products topic. The results showed that the implementation of PJBL in teaching Art, Culture, and Craft was able to increase the students learning interest, creative behaviour, and student collaboration. The result of thisof this study impliesthat if schools or teachers need to improve student’s creative behavior, students’ interest in learning, and student collaboration, then this project-based learning model is suitable to implement.

Abstract

The pandemic that is being experienced by all countries, including Indonesia, has made learning activities undergo changes. Learning, which was initially carried out face-to-face, must turn into distance learning. This change has an impact on student motivation. Therefore, this study aims to examine three variables that are considered to have an influence on student learning motivation which are the role of parents while accompanying student learning, teacher creativity in designing and managing learning, and also student interest in learning. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method on 34 students of grade III SD. The results obtained are the role of parents, teacher’s creativity, and interest in learning each have a positive effect on student’s learning motivation. The role of parents is the most influential variable.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate a product that is developed in the form of an interactive module for employees of the Biro Pengembangan Pembelajaran Multimedia Nusantara University. This development follows the systematic procedure of S. Thiagarajan's 4D development model. This development model consists of four major steps, Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. The subjects of this study were 21 employees at the Biro Pengembangan Pembelajaran Multimedia Nusantara University. The evaluation of this interactive module includes a feasibility test from experts including, learning design experts, material experts, media experts, and users. The results of this study showed that the trial of learning experts, media experts and material experts stated that this interactive module was feasible to use. The results of the one-on-one got an average score of 3.87, the results of the small group trial with an average value of 3.66, the results of the evaluation test trial showed an average score increase of 34 points with an N-Gain Score of 73%, based on these three trials it was stated that users responded positively and indicated that this interactive module have a good quality and effective in use as a Articulate Storyline Guidance at the Biro Pengembangan Pembelajaran Multimedia Nusantara University.

Abstract

Karyawan, dalam lembaga pendidikan merupakan sumber daya yang penting bagi sekolah. Dalam pencapaian tujuannya, sekolah memerlukan bukan hanya karyawan yang berkualitas secara keterampilan namun juga diperlukan karyawan yang memiliki komitmen terhadap organisasi. Dengan adanya komitmen organisasi dalam karyawan di sekolah, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sekolah. Komitmen organisasi tentu saja berkaitan dengan banyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh empowering leadership, job crafting, dan work engagement terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan dalam situasi tersebut. Adapun subjek penelitian terdiri dari 54 karyawan yang bekerja di sebuah Sekolah Swasta, dimana teridentifikasi komitmen organisasi di dalamnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa empowering leadership, job crafting dan work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.
