Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media bullet journal sebagai media dalam meningkatkan disiplin diri pada siswa. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). dengan model pengembangan yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation (ADDIE). Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 212 orang dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 5 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara tak terstruktur, instrumen validasi ahli dan praktisi serta dan angket disiplin diri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, menggunakan uji berpasangan yaitu analisis data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan data sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dari satu kelompok atau membandingkan data antar waktu. produk yang dikembangkan memperoleh penilaian pada kategori layak dengan hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 90,83%. Hasil uji coba produk terhadap 5 orang subjek penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku disiplin diri siswa meningkat setelah menggunakan media bullet journal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara variabel konsep diri dengan variabel penerimaan diri siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini berdasarkan aspek konsep diri yang dikemukakan oleh William H. Fitts dan juga ciri penerimaan diri yang oleh Sheerer. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan diri individu adalah adanya konsep diri individu. Penelitian ini didasarkan dari fenomena yang terjadi di sekolah, dimana terdapat siswa yang menunjukkan konsep diri yang kurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara konsep diri dengan penerimaan diri. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dengan cara membagikan instrumen kuisioner berupa checklist dengan skala Likert pada subjek. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan sisa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang tahun ajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 192 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan terdapat 125 siswa atau 65% subjek yang memiliki konsep diri tinggi, 67 siswa atau 35% subjek yang memiliki konsep diri sedang, sedangkan tidak terdapat siswa yang memiliki konsep diri dengan kategori rendah. Dan terdapat 87% siswa atau 45% subjek yang memilikipenerimaan diri tinggi, 105 siswa atau 55% subjek yang memiliki penerimaan diri dengan kategori sedang, dan tidak terdapat siswa yang masuk kedalam kategori rendah. Kemudian dilakukan analisis correlation product moment pearson mendapat nilai pearson correlation 0,614 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan penerimaan diri pada siswa dengan arah hubungan yang positif, yang artinya jika konsep diri rendah maka penerimaan dirinya juga akan rendah. Begitupun sebaliknya, jika konsep dirinya tinggi maka akan tinggi pula penerimaan dirinya. Pada SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang terdapat 131 siswa yang memiliki arah hubungan positif antara variabel konsep diri dengan variabel penerimaan diri atau sebesar 68%. Sedangkan 61 siswa lainnya atau 32% responden memiliki arah hubungan yang negatif antara variabel konsep diri dengan penerimaan diri.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative approach with a correlation research method, which explains how the relationship between two variables, this research discusses the influence of parental authoritarian parenting on student career planning. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between authoritarian parenting by parents on students' career planning. The research data collection method uses a questionnaire consisting of questionnaires for two variables. The questionnaire used in this study uses a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses the Total Sampling technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 72 students in class XI of the Motorcycle Engineering Department of Vocational High School Regency in the 2023/2024 school year. The results of this study indicate that parental authoritarian parenting has a negative relationship to student career planning. This is shown through the results of the Pearson product moment correlation test analysis with the correlation value of the two variables which is r = -0.709, stating that there is a strong relationship between the two variables. Furthermore, the value of determination (R Square) is 0.503, this value states that authoritarian parenting (X) has an effect of 50.3% on student career planning (Y). Based on the results of the study, researchers provide suggestions for counseling teachers and parents to create a service programme to educate parents and students about the influence of parental parenting on student career planning. The suggestion for further research is to conduct research to find other aspects that influence student career planning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing trait and factor group counseling on improving student career planning. The method used in this research is experimental times series design with a population of 47 students and a research sample of 6 students. The data collection method in this research used a student career planning questionnaire consisting of 23 statements with a reliability value (rcount) of 0.868. Based on the research results, pre-test results 1, 2, 3 were obtained which showed that the career planning of students in the research sample was in the low category. Meanwhile, the post-test results 1, 2, 3 show that students' career planning has increased and is in the high category. So, it can be concluded that providing trait and factor group counseling has an influence on improving the career planning of student.

Abstract

Adversity quotient is a person's ability to think, manage and control their actions in cognitive and behavioral aspects, as well as their resilience to challenges and difficulties that enable them to continue to struggle diligently in achieving life goals or success. This research aims to assess the impact of individual counseling services using self-talk techniques in increasing the adversity quotient of students who receive confirmation of secondary education at SMA Negeri 2 Serang City. The research method used is single subject study with an A-B-A research design. The research results show that there is no overlap between the conditions in this study at 0%. Data obtained from the results before and after the intervention showed that the adversity quotient score in the baseline phase A1 was 63, while in the baseline phase A2, the score increased to 90, indicating an increase of 27 points or 43%. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the self-talk technique has proven to be effective in increasing the adversity quotient of students who receive secondary education affirmation at SMA Negeri 2 Serang City.

Abstract

Conformity is a social behavior change experienced by an individual during socialization in their environment. In the adolescent phase, teenagers often engage in conformist behavior, where they follow the rules of a large or small group to be recognized as members, even if it goes against their true selves. The purpose of this research is to examine whether there is a change in the impact of Role-Playing Technique on reducing negative conformity among adolescents at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. The research uses a Quasi-Experimental method with an Experimental Group and a Control Group. The Pre-Test results show that out of a total of 124 students, 16 students fall into the high category, 108 students in the moderate category, and no students in the low category. Those in the high category become the experimental sample. The hypothesis test in this research uses the Mann Whitney U test, and the hypothesis test result shows an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001, where the value is < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this research is accepted, and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the results between the experimental group that received treatment and the control group that did not receive treatment. Due to this difference, the result can be stated that the Role-Playing Technique has an effect on reducing the negative impact of conformity among adolescents at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the personality competence of guidance and counseling teachers, especially fresh graduate teachers. The research employed a quantitative descriptive research method and used total sampling techniques to gather 32 respondents from the fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers at Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa as the research sample. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The research findings indicated that the personality competence of the fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers from Untirta fell into the high category, at 87,5%. Meanwhile, in the moderate category, it was at 12.5%, and in the low category, it was 0%. Consequently, it can be concluded that the majority of the fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers from Untirta have a high level of personality competence according to the provisions of the National Education Minister Regulation No. 27 of 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competence. Abstract

This study aims to find out the general description of academic procrastination in State Vocational School students in Serang City. The type of research used was a descriptive study with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling with a total sample of 336 students in Serang City, divided into 8 schools. The measurement tool used is the academic procrastination scale which consists of aspects, namely delays in starting or completing the tasks at hand, delays in doing assignments, time gaps between plans and actual performance and carrying out other activities that are more enjoyable, which as a whole consists of 37 statement items . The data analysis technique uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that the level of academic procrastination in students in the high category was 3.1%, medium was 89%, and low was 7.1%. Therefore, the academic procrastination of State Vocational High School students in Serang City is in the moderate category. After analyzing the results of the research and obtaining categorization, the guidance and counseling program design was made based on the needs of the student.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental care and adolescent emotional maturity at SMP N 1 Serang City. The population is taken with the condition that adolescents aged 13-15 years from these criteria obtained the number of respondents 158 students through random sampling. The research method used is quantitative. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire measuring scale consisting of aspects of parenting with a reliability value of 0.941 and a questionnaire measuring scale consisting of aspects of emotional maturity with a reliability value of 0.921. Based on the results of the regression test, the results obtained sig (2-tailed ) is 0.000 < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.303 (p < 0.01). This means that there is a significant relationship between parenting and adolescent emotional maturity, where the higher the parenting style will have an impact on emotional maturity.
