Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat perilaku prososial pada siswa 11 IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Probability Sampling dengan metode Propotional Random Sampling menggunkan angket. Partisipan dalam penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI IPS 1-4  yang berjumlah 142 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran perilaku prososial siswa terbagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu tinggi dengan presentase 20%, kategori sedang dengan presentase 63%, dan kategori rendah dengan presentase 17%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan adanya potensi rendahnya perilaku prososial sedang dan rendah sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial bagi siswa. Upaya tersebut diimplikasikan dalam pembuatan program Bimbingan dan Konseling Pribadi-Sosial untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa.

Abstract

Profile Of Independence Learning Students And Their Implications For The Program Of Learning Guidance. This study aims to find a picture of the learning independence of class IX students in the 2019/2020 school year at SMPN 3 Serang City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 159 students of class IX in the 2019/2020 school year that were randomly selected. The instrument used was a student learning independence questionnaire. The results showed the level of learning independence of class IX students in the 2019/2020 school year at SMPN 3 Serang City in the low category with a percentage of 17.61% by 28 students, the medium category with a percentage of 64.78% by 103 students, a high category with a percentage of 17.61% by 28 students . After knowing the picture of students' learning independence, a study guidance program is arranged based on the results of the research obtained. The tutoring program is expected to be able to help students to overcome the learning difficulties they face, and to develop effective ways of learning, so that students' learning independence can be improved. Keywords: Learning Independence, Program of Learning Guidance

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang berupa instrumen angket atau kuesioner adiksi media sosial instagram. Produk dirancang sebagai salah satu alat untuk mengidentifikasi remaja yang memiliki adiksi media sosial instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Tujuan research and development adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan dari sebuah produk. Tahapan-tahapan pengembangan instrumen adiksi media sosial instagram adalah (1) potensi masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, dan (5) uji coba pemakaian. Hasil uji coba pemakaian instrumen adiksi media sosial instagram dengan 46 item pernyataan menghasilkan 32 item yang dinyatakan valid dan 14 item dinyatakan tidak valid dan tingkat reliabilitas  0.827 (tinggi).Kata- Kata Kunci: Adiksi,  Media Sosial Instagram, Angket, Remaja

Abstract

Usia remaja merupakan masa transisi menuju kedewasaan. Namun, beberapa siswa SMA belum menunjukkan sikap yang mengarah pada kedewasaan misalnya mencontek dan mudah dipengaruhi oleh teman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan besaran kontribusi antara pengasuhan orangtua dengan kemandirian siswa. Hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk merancang program bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kemandirian siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 96 siswa kelas XI SMAN 7 Kota Serang melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara pengasuhan orangtua terhadap kemandirian siswa, meskipun tingkat interpretasi hubungannya rendah. Besaran kontribusi pengasuhan orangtua terhadap kemandirian yakni 11%, yang berarti masih ada 89% faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap kemandirian siswa namun tidak tercakup dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Pengasuhan orangtua, kemandirian siswa, siswa SMA

Abstract

NEED ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS TO ACADEMIC ADVISOR SERVICES IN COLLEGE. The aim of this study is to assess the needs service of Academic Advisory provides guidance for students. Research also aim to found the barriers or obstacles encountered academic adviser in providing academic guidance services. This research use quantitative approach with questionare of Academic Advisory Service, interview the students and Academic Advisory Service, and documentary study. Sample in this research are students of Guidance and Counseling Study Program and lecture who have the task as Academic Advisory in Study Program of Guidance and Counseling. This research found that the Academic Advisory has giving all indicator service based on Statuta of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and Standar Operational Procedur Academic Advisory Service. But, there are seceral obstacles or constraints faced by the Advisory Academic in the service of student guidance, such as time limitation od Advisory Academic, imbalance in the ratio between the number of Advisory Academid and discipline of students in following the schedule of academic guidance.

Abstract

ROLE PLAYING TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE THE CONFIDENCE OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. The purpose of this research was to saw the influenced of role playing techniques on student’s self-confidence. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pre-post-test design. The study population was 173 students and the research sample was taken using purposive sampling, in which as many as 12 students from class IX SMPN 10 Serang City. Data collection techniques use student’s confidence instruments. The results of the study show that role playing techniques could have an effective on increasing the confidence of IX SMPN 10 Serang City. Role playing techniques have an effect on increasing student confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tentang jenis-jenis Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, cara mengidentifikasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, dan Pelaksanaan Asesmen untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus.” Alternatif penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui proses pendampingan secara intensif kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang jenis-jenis Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, cara mengidentifikasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, dan Pelaksanaan Asesmen untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode pra- eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara umum kategori pemahaman guru BK tentang jenis-jenis, identifikasi, dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khusus berada pada kategori sedang. (2) modul intervensi bimbingan teknis idenfitikasi dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khusus dirancang sebagai panduan dalam pelaksanaan sesi intervensi yang dirancang dalam 3 (tiga) rangkaian sesi. (3) bimbingan teknis identifikasi dan asesmen anak berkebutuhan khsusus efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru BK tentang (1) jenis-jenis anak berkebutuhan khsusus, (2) identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khsusus, dan (3) asesmen untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Technical guidance on identification and learning assessment of children with special needs guidance and counselling teachers Abstract: The research is motivated by the problem of the lack of understanding of guidance and counseling teachers in schools about the types of Children with Special Needs, how to identify Children with Special Needs, and Implementation of Assessment for Children with Special Needs.” Alternative solutions to these problems are through an intensive mentoring process for guidance and counseling teachers to increase understanding of the types of Children with Special Needs, how to identify Children with Special Needs, and Implementation of Assessment for Children with Special Needs. The research was conducted using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of the research show (1) that in general the category of BK teacher's understanding of the types, identification, and assessment of children with special needs is in the medium category. (2) the intervention module for technical guidance on the identification and assessment of children with special needs is designed as a guide in the implementation of intervention sessions which are designed in 3 (three) series of sessions. (3) technical guidance on the identification and assessment of children with special needs is effective in increasing the understanding of BK teachers about (1) types of children with special needs, (2) identification of children with special needs, and (3) assessment of children with special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang berupa pedoman observasi bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengidentifikasi anak berkesulitan membaca (disleksia). Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Tujuan research and development adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan dari sebuah produk. Tahapan-tahapan pengembangan pedoman observasi adalah (1) potensi masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, dan (5) uji coba pemakaian. Hasil validitas pedoman observasi adalah 0.79 (tinggi) dan tingkat reliabilitas 0.58 (sedang).  Abstract: This study aims to produce a product in the form of an observation guide for guidance and counselling teachers to identify children with reading difficulties (dyslexia). The method used is Research and Development. The purpose of research and development is to produce a certain product and test its effectiveness of a product. The stages of developing observational guidelines are (1) potential problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) usage trials. The results of the validity of the observation guidelines are 0.79 (high) and the level of reliability is 0.58 (medium).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of homosexual deviation in Serang City. The aims of the study were to determine the description of homosexuality in Serang City, to determine the dominant factors behind individuals becoming homosexual offenders, and to determine alternative guidance and counseling services that could be provided by counselors to individual homosexual offenders in Serang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. Determination of informants in this study using the purposive method. The setting of this research was conducted in Serang City. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach. This means that the data collected is not calculated data using statistical procedures but in the form of narratives obtained from the results of interviews, observations, personal documents or other information that can complement the data being studied or in other words, the data and analysis are more qualitative in nature. The number of subjects three men who live in the city of Serang. The data collection technique was done by using source triangulation and member check methods. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display (data display), and drawing conclusions, data analysis is carried out using research coding. The results show that homosexuals in Serang City tend to be secretive in their activities and have not come out yet. The dominant factor behind the informant being homosexual is a traumatic experience, especially with the father. Besides that, there are other factors, namely the influence of hormones, an unfavorable social environment, and the experience of sexual relations with individuals of the same sex. Alternative guidance and counseling that can be given by counselors to homosexual perpetrators in Serang City is counseling services with a psychoanalytic approach or with a rational emotive therapy (RET) approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media website choose your career untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 45 orang siswa yang memiliki tingkat kematangan karir rendah yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kelayakan ahli, praktisi, calon pengguna serta skala kematangan karir siswa. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengukur kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan serta analisis statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon sign rank untuk mengetahui efektifitas produk yang dikembangkan dalam meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli, praktisi dan calon pengguna terhadap produk yang dikembangkan adalah layak untuk digunakan. Hasil uji wilcoxon sign rank dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak (software) SPSS 18.00 for Windows menunjukkan hasil Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Karena nilai 0,000 leboh kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya hipotesis diterima. Artinya ada perbedaan antara hasil  pre–test dan  post–test, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media website choose your career dapat meningkatkan kematangan karir siwa.
