Abstract

ABSTRACTThis aims is to determine the factors of academic service quality and analyze the relationship between academic service quality to student satisfaction and loyalty at Bina Bangsa University. This is explanatory research with the population of the students of Bina Bangsa University odd semester, academic year 2018/2019. The research sample uses purposive sampling with a total of 200 respondents. Data were analyzed with the Equation Model Structure (SEM) consisting of measurement models and structural models. It can be concluded that improving the quality of the system will be able to influence student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. Indirectly through student satisfaction, student loyalty can be increased through the quality of the system. Improving the quality of information both directly and indirectly can affect student satisfaction and loyalty. Quality of service at a tertiary institution becomes very important in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Satisfaction; Loyalty; Quality of academic services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of motivation on the job satisfaction of lecturers at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business, to know the effect of compensation on lecturer satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business, and to know the effect of motivation and compensation together on lecturers satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business. This research method used quantitative methods with multiple regression models. The populations of this study were 98 lecturers and the samples used in this study were all lecturers. The results showed that motivation had an effect on lecturers job satisfaction, compensation did not affect on lecturers job satisfaction, also motivation and compensation had an effect on the work satisfaction of lecturers together

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait kendala yang dihadapi oleh KSP Sejahtera Bersama Cabang Serang akibat dari adanya pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi dengan pendekatan ilmiah menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi kendala kinerja yang diakibatkan oleh pandemic Covid-19.  Penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak lima orang yang terdiri dari tenaga penyuluh koperasi, anggota koperasi, dan staf administrasi.  Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan inisial R1, R2, R3, R4, dan R5 dengan maksud menjaga kerahasiaan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan cara semi-terstruktur yang dilakukan dengan perntanyaan yang sudah disiapkan berdasarkan literature terkait. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh anggota, staff, dan penyuluh koperasi yang disebabkan oleh terganggunya likuiditas dan proses Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) yang dialami oleh Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama. Kata kunci: Kinerja Koperasi, anggota koperasi, staff operasional, penyuluh koperasi,  pandemic covid-19, studi eksploratif

Abstract

Variabel dalam penelitian ini antara lain, Produk (x1), Harga (x2), Lokasi (x3), Promosi (x4) dan Kepuasan Pelanggan (y). tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari produk terhadap kepuasan elanggan, harga terhadap kepuasn pelanggan, lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Supermarket, khususnya K-Store Krakatau Junction pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 68 responden. Peneliti menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui hasil dari data penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua variable memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Supermarket.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities is an obligation that should be carried out by lecturers and students. This service was carried out in Sindang Mandi Village, Anyar District. The purpose of this service is to improve the skills and welfare of the people by making innovative products from Small and Medium Enterprise. With the innovation of these products, it is hoped that they will be able to provide a better selling value, so that it can increase the profits for business actor. So far, tamarind products are sold only in the form of raw materials, so innovation is needed to make it more developed. Making tamarind candy and tamarind juice drinks, does not require a large additional production cost, but creativity is needed to make tamarind more valuable. The training on making sweets and drinks from tamarind is expected to hone the skills of business actors to be more creative.  This training will increase their income. when the training takes place, they will be given methods of packaging and labeling products to make them cleaner and more attractive. In addition, sweets and tamarind drinks are expected to be able to expand market segmentation so that they can be used as favorite products for all people. Through community service activities, in addition, to challenge the lecturers and students to be more creative and innovative, it will also improve the quality and sustainability of the products produced in the future

Abstract

Titik keberangkatan adanya filsafat adalah kegiatan manusia, khususnya apa-apa yang terjadi dan dialami oleh manusia. Dalam arti luas, titik berangkat filsafat adalah pengetahuan tentang kenyataan yang mendahului filosofis itu sendiri. Ilmu sosial dan alam adalah sebuah ilmu yang berkembang dari ilmu filsafat. Ilmu itu sendiri telah berkembang kembali menjadi ilmu-ilmu yang lebih sempit. Ilmu sosial dan alam merupakan ilmu yang didapatkan dari pemikiran para filosofi yang terus berkembang dan berkembang. Hanya saja ilmu alam yang sifat perkembanganya lambat, bahkan statis. Tidak ada kebenaran yang hakiki kecuali kbenaran dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Abstract

Natural sustainability need our attention.  Plastic waste is a big problem of environmental pollution for the preservation of nature. Plastic waste is one of the wastes that are very difficult to decompose by the soil. So, one of the efforts to avoid environmental pollution is by recycling the plastic waste.  This community service activity aims to empower and motivate young people to care and love the environment.  This activity is expected to foster a spirit of youth empowerment.  This community service provides training on recycling plastic bottle waste by honing youth creativity, so that plastic waste from garbage can be recycled into simple mosquito traps that are environmentally friendly. The method used in this service activity is observation and documentation. The result of this training is the teenagers have the skills and creativity in processing the economical plastic bottle waste

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to determine leadership style on official performance, work discipline on official performance, and leadrship style and work discipline simultaneously on officials performance. This research used a quantitatve method with regression analysis tool. The population and samples were 88 officials using SPSS tool. The result were leadership style has positif and significant influence on official performance, work discipline has positive and significant influence on official performance, and leadership style and work discipline simultaneously has positive and significant influence  on official performance

Abstract

This community service aims to empower livelihoods in Siremen Village, Tanara District, Serang Regency, through the application of egg hatching technology to improve the community's economy. Preliminary studies are carried out to understand village conditions, identify potential, and determine needs that form the basis for planning economic empowerment programs. Collaboration through coordination meetings with related parties, such as the village government and local breeders, has proven to be a crucial factor in the success of the program. The implementation of training and workshops focuses on increasing the knowledge and skills of village communities regarding egg hatching technology and livestock management. Research findings show that training with the active participation of local farmers can increase the acceptance and implementation of new technologies. The implementation of egg hatching technology is supported by the provision of equipment and technical guidance, increasing efficiency and productivity in its application on chicken farms. Regular monitoring and evaluation of progress on the farm, including data collection on egg and chicken meat production, is the basis for assessing the program's economic impact. Extension and dissemination of activity results through seminars, reports and scientific publications are crucial steps in increasing awareness of new technologies in the agricultural and livestock sectors. Overall, this activity succeeded in empowering livelihoods in Siremen Village, with solid collaboration, effective training, technology implementation, and regular monitoring being the key points for its success

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, employee performance is the main key to the effectiveness and efficiency of public services, especially in the Regional Secretariat of a region. Lack of Cognitive Flexibility and Digital Literacy among non-ASN employees at the Serang City Regional Secretariat, this is a significant challenge. Inability to adapt to technological changes and lack of understanding of digital technology can affect their performance. This obstacle needs to be overcome with intensive training efforts and competency improvement. This research adopted the structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method for a sample of 125 non-ASN employee respondents at the Serang City Regional Secretariat through the application of the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Exogenous variables in this research includeCognitive Flexibility by utilizing 10 indicators, as wellDigital Literacy using 11 indicators.Job Satisfaction acts as an intervening variable with 11 indicators, whereasJob Performance employee is an endogenous variable with 15 indicators. A total of 7 hypotheses were tested in the framework of this research. The results of the Outer Model evaluation showed that of the total of 47 indicators tested, 11 indicators were found to be invalid because they had a loading factor value below 0.70, while the remaining 36 indicators were proven to be valid. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that of the 7 hypotheses proposed, 6 hypotheses were successfully accepted while 1 other hypothesis was rejected. Thus, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence the performance of non-ASN employees at the Serang City Regional Secretariat, and their implications for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of public services in the increasingly developing digital era.
