Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan aplikasi EMIS 4.0 pada Lembaga Non Formal Kementerian Agama Pandeglang sebagai langkah Pengambilan Keputusan pada Program Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 komponen penelitian penerapan EMIS 4.0 pada lembaga non formal, pertama, pengambilan keputusan; kedua, sumber daya manusia; ketiga, pengendalian program kementerian Agama. Data dalam penerapan EMIS 4.0 dilihat dari 3 sub indikator yaitu kategori, ketepatan waktu pengumpulan data, dan aturan dalam proses pengumpulan data ketiga unsur tersebut telah dilakukan dengan cukup baik oleh operator EMIS lembaga non formal. Faktor pendukung penerapan EMIS 4.0 Pertama, peran pimpinan dalam disiplin data lembaga terlaksana dengan baik. Kedua, Pemahaman dalam pendataan di EMIS 4.0, pengelola lembaga cukup memahami tentang EMIS 4.0 bukan hanya pendataan tapi lembaga memahami EMIS 4.0 sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan pada program Kementerian Agama. Pengelolaan EMIS 4.0 yang baik oleh lembaga non formal akan menentukan keaktifan lembaga. Kualitas operator dapat dilihat dari pendataan di EMIS 4.0 dri disiplin pelaksanaannya tiap semester, peningkatan pendidikan kualitas operator lembaga non formal yaitu dengan pelatihan dari Kementerian Agama, serta disiplin lembaga dalam menyajikan data pada 4D (Dukung Dampingi Demi Data).

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a model for marketing staff performance by considering motivation as a mediating variable. The research methodology employed includes a survey conducted among 333 employees of PT Quadra Inti Solusi, with a sample size of 77 respondents. The findings reveal the following: 1) there is no significant impact of marketing staff loyalty on marketing staff performance; 2) social interaction positively influences marketing staff performance; 3) marketing staff loyalty does not significantly affect motivation; 4) work performance has a positive effect on motivation; 5) motivation significantly impacts marketing staff performance; 6) marketing staff loyalty does not influence marketing staff performance through motivation; and 7) work performance positively affects marketing staff performance through motivation.. Conclusion, to improve marketing staff performance, encouragement from leaders and colleagues is needed, and it is important to give awards for employee achievements.

Abstract

Reforestation is one of the important activities that must be carried out conceptually in dealing with environmental problems. Cijeruk Village is one of the villages that is quite good at responding to this reforestation activity. Tree planting is also a form of environmental preservation that needs to be cultivated. Reforestation and planting of seedlings are carried out with the aim of the community in Cijeruk Village. This community service activity was carried out in the Cijeruk area, Mekar Baru District, Tangerang Regency, with the aim of increasing public awareness of reforestation of the environment by planting trees. Planting on land on the side of the road was carried out together with village officials and the community, planting on empty plantation lands was carried out together with the community, while planting in residents' yards was carried out independently by the community. This activity received a very good response from the village officials and the community of Cijeruk Village which was the center of the activity location. Our hope is of course to make the community aware of the importance of tree planting activities to save water sources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak perubahan perilaku konsumen terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM dalam ekonomi digital, mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi, serta mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi yang efektif, seperti digitalisasi bisnis, pemanfaatan media sosial, transformasi layanan pelanggan, dan inovasi produk. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk mendukung transformasi digital UMKM.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam, survei, dan studi kasus, serta data sekunder dari literatur, laporan industri, dan publikasi pemerintah. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik, statistik deskriptif, dan content analysis untuk mendapatkan gambaran komprehensif mengenai strategi adaptasi UMKM di era digital.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang telah mengadopsi strategi digital seperti pemanfaatan platform e-commerce, media sosial, dan sistem customer relationship management (CRM) memiliki daya saing yang lebih tinggi dalam menghadapi perubahan perilaku konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor pendukung utama keberlanjutan UMKM meliputi peningkatan literasi digital, inovasi produk, serta dukungan infrastruktur dan kebijakan pemerintah. Implikasi penelitian ini sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM dan pemangku kepentingan, karena memberikan panduan strategis dalam mengoptimalkan transformasi digital serta merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di tengah persaingan ekonomi digital yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan memainkan peranan penting dalam pengoperasian dan pengelolaan sistem, yang dapat membantu meminimalkan potensi kerugian ini. Keadaan ini menimbulkan kebutuhan masyarakat akan kinerja, mengingat listrik merupakan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat dalam kehidupan dan PLN merupakan satu-satunya lembaga yang bertugas menyediakan tenaga listrik untuk kepentingan umum sehingga menuntut adanya perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh langsung employee relation terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh langsung employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Serta untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja dapan memediasi pengaruh employee relation dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan alat bantu olah data Smart Pls. Dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya dengan berbagai metode, variabel, serta hasil yang berbeda, belum ada penelitian yang secara khusus menggabungkan Employee Relation, Employee Engagement, dan kepuasan kerja dalam konteks kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero). Penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan baru tentang pentingnya Employee Relation, Employee Engagement, dan kepuasan kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai PT. PLN (persero) unit induk distribusi Banten sebanyak 250 karyawan. sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan 140 orang responden. Secara keseluruhan, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua hubungan antar variabel yang dihipotesiskan dalam model penelitian ini signifikan secara statistik, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui variabel mediasi Kepuasan Kerja).   Adapun hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh langsung employee relation terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh langsung employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh langsung employee relation terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh langsung employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh employee relation terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh motivasi kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis berupa regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian quality control sebanyak 120 karyawan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan yang ditoleransi sebesar 5% diperoleh sample sebanyak 92 responden dengan alat bantu menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Strategically, regional apparatus organizations (OPD) have an important role in the continuity of government, the division of tasks and authority is an effective way to achieve the stated goals. Achieving strategic targets cannot be separated from the employee's performance, so the importance of employee performance in achieving the goals that have been set as a whole by the agency This research was conducted on employees of regional organizations in Serang City with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, career path on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, E-performance assessment on work discipline, career path on discipline work, E-performance assessment of employee performance through work discipline and levels of employee performance through work discipline. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational design with a total population of 3,646 OPD employees in Serang City with sample determination using multiplication of the number of indicators with the highest value on the Likert scale so that the total sample used is 215 employees. The analysis method in this research uses regression analysis with the Smart PLS statistical tool. The results of the H1 test obtained a P-value of 0.199 > 0.05 and a T-Statistics value of 1.283 < 1.96 so that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, the results of the H2 test obtained a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the T-value The statistics are 4.851 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H3 test show a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T-Statistic value of 6.996 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H4 test are obtained The P-value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the T-Statistic value is 7.354 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H5 test show a P-value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a T-Statistic value of 3.182 > 1.96 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of testing H6 get a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T-Statistics of 3.555 > 1.98 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of testing H7 get a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T-Statistics of 4.136 > 1.98 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Work discipline influences employee performance, career level influences performance and work discipline, and E-performance assessment and career level influence employee performance through work discipline. The study's findings indicate that while E-performance assessment has no effect on employee performance, it has a significant impact on work discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted on non-Asn employees in Curug District with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment on employee performance, self-regulation on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, work environment on job satisfaction, self-regulation on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction and self-regulation on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational design with a total population of 58 non-ASN employees in Curug District with sample determination using a quota sampling technique, namely the entire population is sampled so that the total sample used is 58 non-ASN employees. The analysis method in this research uses regression analysis with the SmartPls statistical tool. The research results obtained from seven hypotheses, three hypotheses were rejected and four hypotheses were accepted, the conclusion of this research is that work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, self-regulation has no effect on employee performance but has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has no effect on performance through job satisfaction and self-regulation has no effect on performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

The results of service performance cannot be separated from the performance of the employee himself, the better the performance assessment carried out by the leadership, the higher the employee's performance which will have an impact on the performance of the organization. This research was conducted in Walantaka Village, Walantaka District with the aim of the research, namely to determine and analyze the influence of work culture on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, performance appraisal of employees, work culture on performance appraisal, work discipline on performance appraisal, work culture on performance through performance assessments and work discipline on performance through performance assessments of sub-district employees in Walantaka District. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design. The analysis method in this research uses regression with the SmartPLS statistical tool. The population of this study focused on the Subdistrict Civil Service (ASN) in Walantaka District as many as 67 employees, with sample determination using census sampling techniques so that the number of samples studied was 67 employees. The H2 test results obtained a P-value of 0.054 > 0.05 and a T-Statistics value of 1.927 < 1.96 so that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, the H2 test results obtained a P-value of 0.148 > 0.05 and the T-value The statistics are 1.445 < 1.96 so that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, the results of the H3 test show a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T-Statistic value of 16.501 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H4 test are obtained The P-value is 0.014 < 0.05 and the T-Statistic value is 4.453 > 1.96 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of the H5 test show a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T-Statistic value of 4.720 > 1.96 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the results of testing H6 get a P-Values ​​value of 0.014 < 0.05 and T-Statistics of 2.452 > 1.98 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the results of testing H7 get a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T-Statistics of 4.435 > 1.98 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the human resource capacity of cake MSMEs in Serang Regency, Banten through practical managerial and accounting education based on interactive modules. This training was held in February 2025 and involved MSME players who previously had limited knowledge in business management and accounting. The method used is interactive module-based training which includes material on business management, financial planning and simple accounting records. Evaluation results show significant improvements in managerial understanding, accounting skills, and application of acquired knowledge in their businesses. Before the training, participants had limited basic knowledge, but after the training, the majority of participants were able to manage business finances in a more structured and systematic manner. The increase in participant satisfaction with the training was also very high. This activity succeeded in increasing the capacity of MSME players to be more efficient in managing their businesses, which is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the area.
