Abstract

The scholarship is a development program obtained by the students to be able to enroll their studies, in the form of financial assistance. At the Economics Institute of Palangka Raya, there is a BBP-PPA Scholarship to help the students who are financially disadvantaged. In selecting the scholarship awardees, Economics Institute of Palangka Raya experienced difficulties due to a large number of prospective scholarship awardees. Because of that, the Economics Institute of Palangka Raya disposes to accelerate the selection process by using one criterion, that is by grading the students’ GPA. This process might be inaccurate, indeed the selection process will be much quicker by that GPA rank criterion. Yet it is inappropriate considering other several criteria that have to be considered carefully as well. Thus, the solution to this problem is to establish the Decision Support System to select the BBP-PPA scholarship awardees which are web-based. The Decision Support System (DSS) uses the Technique for Order Preference Method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). In developing the DSS, it will apply Waterfall software development methodology as Ian Sommerville’s. The software used in building this website is Notepad ++, SQLyog, and XAMPP. This system can run well as black box testing on the system.

Abstract

Science and technology are experiencing very rapid development, one of them in the field of web applications whose growth has been increasing rapidly. Staffing Department of Universitas Palangka Raya has used applications to manage employee data, one of them is the employee attendance list. However, the management is still not efficient because staff from the staffing department cannot directly enter employee attendance status such as leave, permission, and illness directly on attendance data processors because they have to wait for data retrieval from the electronic attendance machine at the end of the month so that the process of making attendance recapitulation runs slowly. Software development in generating a file of the attendance data of Universitas Palangka Raya employees using the Waterfall software development method. The first step is to carry out a needs analysis of the system created, including library research, data collection, consultation, and design. Based on this analysis, the system design was created that uses Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, as the system design that will be created. The next step is writing the program code. In writing program code, the programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as interface designs supported by PHP and MySQL programming languages for data storage and exchange. In the next step, testing is done to test the functionality of the application that has been made using the black box method. This software will be a tool to generate files on attendance data for Universitas Palangka Raya employees.

Abstract

The new normal life post COVID 19 pandemic can utilize the technology to support the implementation of social distancing, particularly in finding out the number of crowds or people gathering in an event or a location accurately. The process so far is done by manual counting which requires a lot of efforts. This information is demanded to suppress the number of COVID 19 cases. Therefore, the mobile application that can be used anywhere and can support high mobility is currently needed. This study tries to create a Mobile Assistant Application based on the Android Operating System, by incorporating a tracking function from the location using GPS (Global Positioning System) or a method commonly called Location Based Services (LBS) to inform the people’s presences in public places that can be accessed such as market, office, hospital, praying building, school and others. Software development method will apply the Extreme Programming method cosisting of four stages namely planning, design, coding and testing. This application can support the Government's performance in carrying out the new normal life and finding out the number of crowds, so that the social distancing can run optimally and reduce the virus spread.

Abstract

The process of attendance information that already exists at Palangka Raya University Informatics Engineering cannot be monitored or is still sharing manually using social media, especially such as informing the presence / presence of lecturers on campus for consultation or signature documents. The purpose of this research is to design and build a Mobile Assistant Application for Informatics Engineering at Palangka Raya University, whose development is based on Location Based Service using a prototype methodology with stages of Communication, Quick plan, Modeling Quick Design, Prototype Formation, Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The modeling of the system uses Java Android object-oriented programming and structured for web applications using the programming language using PHP database using MySQL. From the research conducted, the writer implements the results of the research into the Mobile Assistant Application of the Informatics Engineering Department of Palangka Raya University where there are features of lecturer attendance, class schedules and practicum, as well as assignments. The application of Location Based Service in this application is applied to the Google Map API with geofencing, the central point of the Informatics Engineering department is made a marker that generates a radius where if the application user enters into each radius it will produce a room information notification and send an update of the data to the database as the presence status lecturer.

Abstract

Along with today's rapid technological developments, the application of information systems to support business processes will be beneficial in operational activities within an institution. To be able to manage payment transactions for Education Development Contributions (SPP) better, it is necessary to build an Information System that can help manage data and transactions to be optimal. Therefore we need a payment information system that can facilitate SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya in dealing with the payment of tuition fees that are not yet optimal. In this study, a tuition payment information system was created that could be used for recording tuition data, cash, and non-cash payments, as well as informing parents/guardians of students about tuition payments and invoices. This study uses the Waterfall software development method which has stages of analysis, design, program code generation, testing, and maintenance. Non-cash payments and Whatsapp message delivery on applications use features on Midtrans and Whatsapp API. Unit testing is carried out using the Blackbox method. Based on the results of the research, it was found that this tuition payment information system could facilitate the school and students. The SPP Payment Information System is used as a means of managing SPP payment data for schools, non-cash SPP payments for parents, and information on SPP payments for both.

Abstract

Jurnal ilmiah berisi kumpulan artikel yang dipublikasikan secara periodik dan ditulis oleh ilmuwan atau peneliti untuk melaporkan hasil-hasil penelitian terbarunya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Palangka Raya, jurnal dikumpulkan dan diperiksa secara manual serta penerbitannya masih berupa media cetak. Oleh sebab itu, penyelesaian masalah tersebut adalah dengan membangun sebuah website untuk memeriksa plagiat pada E-Journal Fakultas Kedokteran. Website ini menerapkan Algoritma Rabin Karp untuk mendeteksi plagiarisme pada abstrak. Tahapan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) pengumpulan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka dan observasi, (2) metode yang diterapkan adalah metode waterfall yang sudah dimodifikasi melalui analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi dan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing. Dengan adanya Website untuk memeriksa plagiat pada E-Journal diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas Fakultas Kedokteran dalam melakukan pengelolaan jurnal yang terbit sehingga jurnal tidak perlu dicetak. Jurnal dapat diunduh dan diunggah melalui website ini dan fasilitas yang ada dapat pula membantu dalam mendeteksi plagiat sehingga kedepannya bisa menghasilkan jurnal dengan kualitas yang baik. Diharapkan untuk pengembangan dimasa akan datang, website ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan algoritma stemming untuk mendapatkan hasil perhitungan kemiripan yang lebih akurat dan memperhatikan kesalahan ejaan yang ada.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia kesehatan sangatlah vital bagi penyediaan layanan kesehatan di semua tempat. SI/TI diadopsi untuk mengoptimalkan pegelolaan tersebut. Namun terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan dengan kebutuhan aplikasi SI/TI di lapangan. Diperlukan blueprint yang mampu memetakan portofolio saat ini dan solusi SI/TI yang dituju, untuk mensinergikan kebijakan strategis di lingkungan dinas kesehatan, untuk itulah diadopsi Enterprise Architecture (EA). Perencanaan EA ini akan menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF ADM digabungkan dengan framework Ward & Peppard pada tahapan Business Architecture. Analisis yang digunakan antara lain SWOT, Value Chain, CSF dan 5 Daya Porter. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih valid dan up to date. Adapun tahapan TOGAF ADM yang dilalui adalah tahapan Architecture Vision, Business Arsitecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, dan Oppurtinities and Solution. Hasil penelitian adalah blueprint awal yang dapat digunakan sebagai portofolio dan pedoman awal pengembangan blueprint SI/TI keseluruhan di lingkungan Kantor Dinkes Prov. Kalteng.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi peminjaman buku online bernama CozyBook yang berbasis mobile. Aplikasi ini menggunakan teknologi Flutter dan mengintegrasikan API dari proyek website serta Artificial Intelligence (AI) dari Gemini. CozyBook menawarkan solusi bagi keterbatasan ruang fisik perpustakaan tradisional dan memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakses layanan perpustakaan digital dengan mudah melalui perangkat mobile. Implementasi AI dalam CozyBook bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas layanan peminjaman buku online. Fitur AI ini mencakup chatbot untuk layanan pengguna. Dengan demikian, CozyBook diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang efisien dan inovatif untuk sistem peminjaman buku konvensional, serta mendorong minat baca di kalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem kepegawaian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas proses manajemen sumber daya manusia di organisasi khususnya pada Yayasan WWF Indonesia Cabang Kalimantan Tengah.Analisis bisnis proses system lama dan baru digambarkan Gunakan diagram alur. Sistem desain aliran data menggunakan diagram alir data (DFD) dan diagram hubungan entitas (ERD), bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrogaman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Pengujian sistem website dilakukan menggunakan metode pengujian kotak hitam (Blackbox testing). Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Extreme Programming. Sistem E-Employee menjadi solusi untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan data kepegawaian. Namun, Kantor WWF Indonesia Cabang Kal-Teng belum memiliki sistem E-Employee terutama pada pegawai tidak tetap dan pegawai proyek, sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian menjadi sangat penting dan dibutuhkan. Dengan harapan dapat menjadi alternatif atau solusi untuk permasalahan yang dialami kantor WWF Indonesia Cabang Kal-Teng.

Abstract

Many housewives are still confused about what dishes they will cook with existing food ingredients. Most housewives get recipe ideas from the website. Recipes from the website have the advantage of being easily accessible, but the disadvantages are sometimes troublesome for users because they have to choose a recipe from which site because there are many sites that contain the same recipe, and most of the recipe websites on the internet do not have a feature to search recipes based on the ingredients they have. The aim of this research is to implement a content-based filtering method using TF-IDF and cosine similarity for a recipe recommendation system. The TF-IDF and cosine similarity models are used to find similarity values between material data in the database and the query entered by the user in the search form. The sample data used in this research is 30 recipe data points taken from the website makapahariini.com. As a result, this system displays recipe recommendations that match the query of ingredients inputted by the user on the search form, and based on the test results using root mean square error (RMSE), it can be said that the recommendation system with the content-based filtering method that has been implemented produces quite good recommendations with a value of 0.356359182.
