Abstract

Jumlah pengangguran terbesar saat ini adalah tamatan SMA/SMK/SMA, hal ini terkait dengansemakin tinggiya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, yang umumnya telah tamat SLTA melanjut keperguruan tinggi. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi membawa dampak ke dunia pendidikan,sehingga minat masyarakat untuk memilih jurusan bidang informatika mencakup Teknik KomputerJaringan, Audio Visual, Design Grafis, Teknik Informatika, dll terus meningkat baik tingkat sekolahmenengah maupun tingkat perguruan tinggi. Banyaknya peminat jurusan bidang informatikamengakibatkan kuatnya persaingan para lulusan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan, sehingga perlu adaupaya penanggulangan untuk meningkatkan skill siswa-siswi dan lulusan jurusan bidang informatikaagar tidak semata-mata ingin mencari perkerjaan tetapi mampu mandiri bewirausaha dan membukalapangan kerja. STMIK Kaputama merupakan perguruan tinggi pertama dalam bidang informatika diKota Binjai. Kaputama merupakan singkatan dari Karya Putra Utama, sesuai dengan tugas utamanyamelaksanakan tridharma perguruan tinggi maka dosen STMIK Kaputama terus melakukan kegiatanpengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat, melihat kuatnya persaingan lulusan SMKmasyarakat Kota Binjai dan Kabupaten Langkat, dosen STMIK Kaputama sangat berkompeten dalambidang informatika dan merasa terpanggil untuk melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat untukmeningkatkan skill siswa-siswi SMK Swasta YPIS Maju Binjai dan SMK Swasta Harapan Stabatdalam bentuk pelatihan teknisi komputer dan ahli jaringan internet dalam meningkatkan jiwakewirausahaan mandiri siswa-siswi. Dengan adanya pelatihan teknisi komputer dan ahli jaringaninternet, diharapkan siswa-siswi SMK Swasta YPIS Maju Binjai dan SMK Swasta Harapan Stabatdapat lebih meningkatkan skill dan jiwa wirausahaan sehingga mereka mampu berwirausaha sekaligusmembuka lapangan kerja secara khusus untuk dapat menerima perbaikan komputer dan membangunjaringan warnet, jaringan internet perkantoran dan jaringan internet masuk desa. Selain adanya jiwawirausaha, masyarakat juga terbantu khususnya pedesaan agar percepatan informasi dan komunikasidapat lebih meningkat.

Abstract

Keamanan data sangat dibutuhkan dalam hal berkomunikasi. Untuk menjamin keamananan datadibutuhkan teknik untuk menyadikan data dan informasi yang disebut dengan Kritografi. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengalisis proses Hybrid Didalam Kritografi simetris dan Asimetris yangmengunakan Algoritma RSA dan Algoritma Triple DES. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan keamanan datasehingga data menjadi lebih terjaga kerahasiaannya. Metode yang digunakan Algoritma RSA (Riverst– Shamir- Adleman) ini merupakan algoritma asimetris menggunakan sistem bilangan prima secaraAcak dalam proses keamanannya dan Algoritma Triple DES yang disebut jugan dengan algoritmasimetris adalah metode OFB (Output feeback), dan sehingga ketika kedua algoritma ini digabungkandalam proses Hybrid maka keamanan datanya semakin akurat. Analisis Hybrid Kriptosistemalgoritma RSA dan algoritma Triple DES menunjukan bahwa data yang dibuat secara text akandienkripsi menjadi chipertext dengan menggunakan kedua metode tersebut dan di deskripsikankembali. Sehingga keamanan data nya relative aman.

Abstract

Changes in the learning environment can affect students' mental health so that students adapt forcefully. It is not only intelligence that determines success in learning, but peace of mind which also greatly influences the ability to use this intelligence. Mental health disorders or depression are more difficult to recognize and feel than physical health, resulting in a lack of awareness about mental health. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that tries to imitate the reasoning process of an expert in solving problems. Where the expertise of this expert will make it easier for students to know the level of depression experienced and help find the right solution or treatment. Certainty Factor is one of the methods of an expert system that can see whether a fact is certain or uncertain and can provide accurate results obtained from the calculation of the weight of symptoms selected by experts and is able to provide answers to problems with uncertain results. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest value is in the type of major depression with a value of 0.721472 or 72.1472%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the student has a type of severe depression. And the solution that can be done is to need special treatment for psychiatric problems.

Abstract

Hypertension does not occur suddenly, but through a process that lasts quite a long time. Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure in the arteries that is systemic in nature or lasts continuously for a long period of time. Uncontrolled high blood pressure for a certain period will cause permanent high pressure called hypertension. Studies conducted by health institutions in the UK stated that in general hypertension is experienced by men and women aged 48.5 years. Although there are young people who suffer from hypertension, the percentage is relatively small. With this fact, hypertension is included in the group not a congenital disease. In diagnosing hypertension, of course, it can not only be done by measuring blood pressure, but requires further examination by a doctor. However, to see a doctor the patient must queue with another patient to be examined. This will certainly make the patient bored and will even cause blood pressure to increase even more due to waiting too long to be treated. To deal with the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build an expert system that can diagnose hypertension quickly and get a treatment solution like a doctor using the Certainty Factor method. The certainty factor is a derivation and development of the conditioned probability theory (Bayes theorem). The certainty factor is obtained from the operation of reducing the value of belief (measure of belief) by the value of distrust (measure of disbelief). The main purpose of using the certainty factor is to process the uncertainty of facts and phenomena by avoiding the need for large data and calculations.

Abstract

Pemberian kredit bagi nasabah merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha atau mengatasi masalah mendesak lain. Namun, dalam pemberian kredit kepada nasabah, diperlukan suatu ketelitian agar pemberian kredit tersebut dapat dipergunakan sesuai dengan peruntukannya dan nasabah mampu melunasi kredit tersebut sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi keputusan berdasarkan ketentuan yang ditetapkan. Metode saw adalah salah satu metode dalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui cara kerja metode saw dalam menghasilkan rekomendasi keputusan serta aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu stakeholder dalam memberikan kredit bagi nasabah.

Abstract

Garbage is a waste material as a result of human activities which is a material that can no longer be used. Waste is solid waste consisting of organic and inorganic substances which are considered useless and must be managed so as not to harm the environment. Including organic waste, one of which is waste that comes from kitchen waste in every household, namely fruit and vegetable peel waste. Waste processing to reduce pollution and preserve the environment is to process waste into Eco Enzymes. The purpose of making Eco Enzyme is to process enzymes from organic waste that are usually thrown into trash cans into disinfectants and hand sanitizers.

Abstract

The development of technology as it is today allows everyone to exchange information without any limitations of time and distance. The possibility that there will be a data leak during the information exchange process is carried out. Therefore, in sending data, especially images, aspects of security, confidentiality and efficiency of data storage are very necessary. If this important information falls into the wrong hands, it will cause unwanted things, for example image manipulation in a negative form and can harm the owner of the image. One of the methods used to maintain the security of the data is cryptography using one of the techniques, namely Vmpc. The strength of this algorithm lies in the difficulty of calculating discrete algorithms on prime integers in which multiplication operations are performed. In this study, the author encodes the image encryption with the Vmpc Algorithm to decrypt the key from Vmpc. System implementation using Visual Basic Net 2010 programming language.The results of the implementation with the initial encrypted image having a time of 4282.85 Milliseconds with randomized image results while the encrypted image will be re-decrypted which has a time of 20442.84 Milliseconds with the image results returning to the beginning.

Abstract

In the era of globalization as it is today, life is felt to be growing rapidly, the number of people's needs for private vehicles to facilitate all daily activities. The development of increasingly advanced technology makes us to know the importance of the use of computers in the process of processing data quickly and practically. CV. Aneka Teknik is a company engaged in motorcycle sales services by way of cash and credit. This company cooperates with several Leasing. So far, the company only accepts application files from consumers without testing files from consumers whether they deserve credit or not.  This makes leasing difficult to handle so that the process of granting credit becomes slow. To overcome this, the author makes an application for a decision support system in determining the application of prospective customers to obtain credit facilities. After CV. Aneka Teknik processes incoming consumer files, so the files that are eligible to get credit are sent or submitted to leasing. The highest score in the ranking obtained by the ARAS method decision support system in the highest position is A9 with the name Apriandi Alfa Reza Saragih with a value of 0.1538 who has the right to be selected as a motorcycle loan recipient

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country where most of the population earn a living as farmers, including cucumber farmers. The biggest threat to cucumber farmers is the presence of diseases that attack their cucumber plants. What often happens is that there are many losses due to cucumber plant diseases that are too late to detect and have reached a severe stage, causing crop failure. To identify a disease disorder on cucumber plants, an expert on cucumber plant diseases is needed in diagnosing symptoms of disease disorders that attack cucumber plants. The distance traveled by experts to find out cucumber plant diseases at the Department of Agriculture of Langkat Regency is difficult so that it makes farmers experience losses and it is difficult to diagnose diseases in cucumber horticultural crops. For that reason, so in this study an expert system was built to diagnose diseases in cucumber horticulture crops. This expert system has 7 diseases and 16 symptoms . The Certainty Factor method was chosen because it is able to provide a level of confidenceexpert on the problem at hand. Based on the results of the Certainty Factor calculation, the highest confidence value is found in powdery mildew and rotten fruit with a value of 0.6 with a value of 60%. From the results obtained, the system diagnosed that the plant was affected by powdery mildew and rotten fruit.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card is a form of implementing the Smart Indonesia Program which is the flagship program of President Joko Widodo. The Smart Indonesia Card program supports the realization of the 9-year compulsory education program for basic education and universal secondary education or 12-year compulsory education. However, in essence, in processing the Smart Indonesia Card, errors still occur in predicting the needs of students who really need the assistance. Unpredictable gifts include students per department. In dealing with the provision of Indonesia Smart Card assistance, predictions are needed in the distribution of funds so that the distribution can be carried out evenly according to students who need the Indonesia Smart Card funds.
