Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of public services and the factors that influence public services in Setia Asih Village, Taruma Jaya District, Bekasi Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research, namely research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually and accurately regarding facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research informants in this study were 1 Public Service employee as a key informant, and approximately 17 community service users as supporting informants. Data analysis in this research uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that the analysis of the quality of public services in Setia Asih Village, TarumaJaya District is by using 3 important aspects, namely (1) Accessibility (2) Service Quality (3) Community Satisfaction and the low quality of public services in Setia Asih Village, TarumaJaya District is caused by several existing indicators in dimensions, Reliability, and Emphaty have not been implemented in accordance with service standards. The indicators that are not yet in accordance with service standards are (1) the Reliability Dimension, namely the employee's lack of mastery in using service tools. (2) The empathy dimension, namely whether employees are less friendly in the service process or still appear indifferent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Globalization, Challenges, Impact on CV Purchasing Decisions. Mufido Jaya Aluminum in Bekasi. The study method uses qualitative analysis, namely through primary data produced from observation, a data collection method that involves direct observation of certain actions, events or objects. In this era of globalization, business actors are required to be able to compete to maintain the continuity of superior institutions on an ongoing basis, both in the short term and in the long term, which can influence the challenges and impacts of this performance. Therefore, the problems faced in this research are (1) Identifying globalization trends, (2) Identifying challenges to CV. Mufido Jaya, (3) Analyzing the impact of globalization trends on CV business. Mufido Jaya. The results of this research can be concluded that the influence of purchasing decisions is (1) due to meeting consumer needs and tastes, (2) competition from competitors from the same business, (3) due to fluctuating economic conditions in Indonesia.(4) The impact of globalization trends on CV. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence on Brand Image and Taste at Richeese Factory on Purchasing Decisions through Purchase Intention. In this research, quantitative research methods were used and un obtaining samples the author used Non-Probability Sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents, where the focus of these respondents was consumers of Richeese Factory Golden City, Bekasi City.

Abstract

Research Organizational change management is a process for managing changes carried out by an organization. Organizational change management can help organizations to increase work productivity by increasing employee skills and knowledge, employee training and development can increase employee abilities to carry out their duties and work better. This can increase employee work productivity because employees can complete their tasks and work more quickly and efficiently, increase employee motivation and commitment, employee motivation and commitment programs can increase employees' sense of belonging and pride in the company. This can increase employee motivation and commitment to work harder and produce better performance, improve the work environment, a comfortable and safe work environment can increase employee work productivity because employees can work more focused and efficiently. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk has implemented organizational change management effectively to increase the work productivity of its employees. These efforts have produced positive results. PT employee work productivity. Mayora Indah Tbk will increase by 20% in 2023. This is proven by an increase in added value per employee by 20%. Organizational change management as an effort to increase work productivity at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk: Stay focused on change goals, ensure support from leadership, effective communication, support from employees, evaluate success. By implementing these suggestions, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk can increase the effectiveness of organizational change management and achieve its goal of increasing employee work productivity.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk membedah dampak lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Deskriptif ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan menarik yang ditentukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi faktor-faktor yang berbeda atau bagaimana suatu variabel dihubungkan dengan faktor-faktor yang berbeda. Hasil eksplorasi ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif namun tidak terlalu besar. Kepuasan kerja karyawan akan terganggu akibat berbagai faktor dan indikator di tempat kerja yang kurang mendukung. Sebaliknya pegawai yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya akan lebih termotivasi dalam bekerja.

Abstract

By using mathematical calculations, a situation can be predicted in the future through forecasting or forecasting. Companies often use this forecasting method to calculate future conditions, or to make predictions or predict future conditions that are still unknown for the company's progress. Forecasting can be implemented in various ways. Two methods are used in one example: double exponential smoothing and weighted moving average (WMA). This technique provides future forecasts by dissecting past information and applying different weights to the remaining information. Predicted proportions can also be used to improve quality of life. When a problem arises, it is almost impossible to solve or understand without first recognizing the problem. This forecasting method can be used in various fields, including forecasting at coffee shops or Sir Coffeehouse coffee shops regarding the production of milk coffee drinks. Sir Coffeehouse is a coffee shop or coffee shop that sells various kinds of coffee drinks. Until now, sales and data processing for Sir Coffeehouse Coffee Shop is still manual, which of course results in less efficient management. Because salespeople often have difficulty predicting how many products will be available in the coming month, the number of sales transactions will affect inventory. Of course, by obtaining forecasting data for future coffee drinks, it can provide an overview of future work steps and boost company productivity. In this research, taking coffee milk drink stamps for the manual prediction estimation process, of course, must dominate abilities, especially in the numerical field. The test results of the system created were used to predict coffee sales with a Weighted Moving Average (WMA) of 62 and a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0.08, while using Double Exponential Smoothing of 51.1 and a Mean Square Error of -38.0. This strategy provides stock determination for the following time period. The Weighted Moving Average (WMA) technique is superior because it has a lower error value.

Abstract

This journal aims to investigate how service quality and product quality at the Tuku Coffee Shop, North Bekasi, influence customer satisfaction. With a friendly approach, we explore the extent to which service and product quality contribute to positive customer experiences, and how this can increase the level of customer satisfaction. With a focus on warm interactions and the enjoyment of coffee, this research is expected to provide insight into the factors that form a positive relationship between customers and the Tuku Coffee Shop in North Bekasi. Since the emergence of the coffee industry in Indonesia, the Tuku Coffee Shop in North Bekasi has become as an inevitable destination for coffee lovers who appreciate authentic taste and a warm atmosphere. The customer experience at the Tuku Coffee Shop in North Bekasi does not just involve drinking a cup of coffee, it actually involves elements that create unforgettable memories. Customer satisfaction is not only a measure of service quality, but also the main pillar that influences the continuity and growth of a business.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to generate profits or targets. By improving the products the company sells. One of the marketing mix strategies that companies often consider is this strategy. This research aims to find out how marketing tactics contribute to the growth of sales of Poci Pondok Hijau Bekasi tea drinks. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely an approach that uses various scientific methods to study the condition of natural objects by describing the forms of words and language in certain natural environments. Primary and secondary data are used as data sources. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, methods are used to investigate the data and verify its correctness. These results indicate that the marketing mix and marketing strategy are very important in driving sales of the Teh Poci Pondok Hijau Bekasi beverage business.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: The influence of product quality on customer satisfaction with Geprek chicken in Bekasi Timur, the influence of price quality on customer satisfaction with Geprek chicken in Bekasi Timur, the influence of product quality and price quality on customer satisfaction with Geprek chicken in Bekasi Timur. This research is a questionnaire survey. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 15 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research show that product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek in Bekasi Timur.

Abstract

The influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Patriot in North Bekasi. This research aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline at Perumda Tirta Patriot. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, which in this study uses the Probability Sampling technique. The population in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirta Patriot, totaling 133 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it showed that in the partial test (t) the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05 and a t-count of 2.870 > table 1.978. And the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t count of 2.870 > t table 1.978. Furthermore, in the simultaneous test (f) the variables of Work Environment and Work Discipline jointly affect the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and an f-count of 283.131 > f-table 3.07. Then for the test of determination (R2), it was found that the correlation between the two variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) was 81.3%.Based on the identification of the problems that have been described, there are several problems encountered at Perumda Tirta Patriot such as performance, work environment, and work discipline. Other factors besides the work environment, motivation, and work discipline that can significantly impact employee performance, such as competence, organizational culture, workload, and other factors related to improving employee performance, need to be investigated further for further research.
