Abstract

Drinking water according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 492/Menkes/per/IV/2010 is water that has been processed or unprocessed, which meets health requirements and can be directly consumed by humans. In simple terms, drinking water goes through a gradual process to become drinkable. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design. Qualitative methods, according to Meleong, are research techniques that produce descriptive data from people and actions that can be seen from written or spoken language. According to Kountur, this type of research focuses on describing a condition or situation as clearly as possible without assessing the research subjects. The results of this study are a description of information from the findings of researchers in the field that are real and factual. Researchers conducted a survey to the research location by means of interviews, documentation and observation of research subjects that had been determined by informants in this study. In its implementation, the Water Zone Refill Drinking Water Depot is a characteristic of Sharia Marketing, including. Theistic, Ethical, Realistic, HumanisticBased on the results of the research that has been conducted on the sharia marketing strategy carried out by the Water Zone Refill Drinking Water Depot, it can be concluded that: The Sharia Marketing Strategy that has been carried out by the Drinking Water Depot turns out to include sharia marketing, namely Theistic, Ethical, Realistic, Humanistic. Sharia marketing constraints include less than optimal marketing strategies, Tight competition among businesses, Low human resources. Solutions to sharia marketing constraints that have implications for increasing sales Changing the way of thinking from negative to positive. This is done in order to always be confident and optimistic in facing problems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of socialization and accountability on the level of receipt of zakat funds at BAZNAS Muaro Jambi regency.this research uses primary data obtained through filling out questionnaires. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis uses validity and reliability, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linier regression methods. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression using SPSS 27.0. the results of this research show that : (1) socialization has a significant effect on the level of receipt of zakat funds, (2) accountability has a significant effect on the level of receipt of zakat funds, (3) socialization and accountability in general together have a significant effect on the level of receipt of the zakat funds.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of trading volume and trading frequency on stock returns at PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk 2023. This research uses a quantitative approach with the data collection method obtained is secondary data, the population in this research is daily data on trading volume and trading frequency. The sample in this research uses a saturated sample. The results of this research show that the trading volume variable influences stock returns individually with a significance level of 0.001. Trading frequency has no effect on stock returns with a significant value of 0.415. Meanwhile, together, trading volume and trading frequency influence stock returns with a significant value of 0.001.

Abstract

The economy can be said to be experiencing growth if the level of economic activity in that period is higher than the previous period. Economic growth is used to describe economic progress and development in a country or region. This research aims to determine the influence of exports, PMA investment and sharia financing on economic growth in Jambi Province. This research is quantitative research using secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the One Stop Integrated Investment Service (DPMPTSP), the Industry and Trade Service (Disperindag) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with a combination of time series and cross data. section for the 2018-2022 period. The method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results of this research show that the t test of the export and sharia financing variables has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Jambi Province, the PMA investment variable does not have a significant effect on the economic growth of Jambi Province. Then the results obtained from the f test show that exports, PMA investment and sharia financing simultaneously influence the economic growth of Jambi Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and communication on the performance of educators in Public Elementary Schools in the Catur Tunggal Cluster. Educator performance is greatly influenced by various factors, including effective principal leadership and good communication. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 educators in elementary schools that are members of the cluster. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership and communication on educator performance. Principals who are able to demonstrate good leadership and establish effective communication with educators will improve their performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of educational management at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The main issue in Catholic Religious Education (PAK) learning in Grade VI of SD Negeri 23 Tikalong, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan, is the lack of student participation and engagement. The teacher tends to apply a lecture-based approach that minimally involves students, resulting in low learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the improvement in students’ independence and achievement in PAK learning through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The study focuses on strengthening the independence dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile, with the goal of enhancing students’ affective development throughout the learning process.This research adopts a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were two sixth-grade students. The observed learning outcomes covered cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Prior to the intervention, the percentage of students achieving the minimum mastery criteria (KKM = 75) was only 30%. The findings show a significant improvement in cognitive performance: the average score increased from 75 in Cycle 1 (with 50% in the “competent” category) to 80 in Cycle 2 (with 50% in the “proficient” and 50% in the “competent” categories). Student independence also increased from 77% in Cycle 1 to 100% in Cycle 2. Reflections during the research suggest the need for affective support to optimize students’ overall learning outcomes. In conclusion, the implementation of the PBL method proved effective in enhancing Catholic Religious Education learning outcomes and student independence in Grade VI.

Abstract

One of the human activities in meeting daily needs requires a market as a means of support. The market will progress if financial management runs well, but on the other hand, if management does not run well it will result in losses, both in the market and for its partners. This article aims to analyze the knowledge of Vegetable Trader entrepreneurs and how they practice Sharia financial management in the businesses they run. This research was carried out at the Muara Tembesi Market directly and freely using descriptive qualitative research, namely direct interviews conducted in a relaxed manner, without complicating the informants, and the questions asked were not of an interrogative nature but only to obtain the data needed to complete and complete the writing in this research. The research results show Sharia financial management. Using a phenomenological approach, this research observed 15 informants who were vegetable traders at Muara Tembesi Market. The results of this research prove that all informants have knowledge of the concept of Islamic or Sharia financial management. Entrepreneurs have also implemented Islamic financial management through allocating budgets for zakat, infaq and alms. Apart from that, business actors also have savings and investment funds for their businesses. However, the majority of entrepreneurs still implement simple financial management. Regarding budgeting, financial reports and cash management have not been implemented in a structured manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Makmur Village, Tebing Tinggi District when analyzed in terms of Profitability Ratios using Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Service Operational Independence (BOPO). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in the form of financial ratio analysis based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/Dep.0/IV/2016 concerning Guidelines for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives Cooperative Savings and Loans Unit. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in 2018-2022 based on Return on Assets (ROA) is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Assets (ROA) for 5 years, namely 8, 64%, in the unfavorable criterion, it is still far below the cooperative Return on Asset (ROA) standard, which is 10%. Based on Return on Equity (ROE) it is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Equity (ROE) for 5 years, namely 14.50%, in the criteria in very good criteria it meets the cooperative Return on Equity (ROE) standard, namely large 5%. Based on Service Operational Independence (BOPO) it is considered high, this is based on the calculation results of the average Service Operational Independence (BOPO) for 5 years, namely 9.92%, in very good criteria it meets the cooperative standard Service Operational Independence (BOPO), which is 100% .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the profit sharing system carried out by rice field owners with rice cultivators in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency and to find out the rights and obligations carried out by Shahibul Maal and Mudharib to rice cultivating farmers in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. As well as to find out the constraints faced by Shahibul Maal and Mudharib on rice cultivating farmers in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The analytical approach used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. The results showed that the profit-sharing system that occurred in Senaung Village between Shahibul Maal and Mudharib was based on an agreement between the two parties according to local customary law that applies for generations, where custom is used as a source of law that can be obeyed by the local community and Profit sharing agreements that occur are generally carried out verbally with mutual trust among members of the community. Farmers' obligations that must be carried out to support production results are starting from the management preparation stage, the rice seed preparation stage, the next stage is starting to transfer the seedlings, the planting season preparation stage, rice planting, after the rice plants are 15, 25 and 45 days old, fertilization is carried out. After fertilization is carried out grazing between the rice fields, when the rice is 60 days old, pest control is carried out, the final stage is harvesting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study was 100 UIN Jambi students. The results of the partial price study had no influence and were not significant on consumer purchasing decisions, obtained a significance value of 0.688 > 0.005 calculated value (-0.403) < smaller than ttable (1.985). And promotion has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005 is obtained and t calculate > t table which is 6.873 > 1.985. Based on the results of the F test, it can be known that the significance value for the effect of price (X1) and promotion (X2) simultaneously on product purchase decisions (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcalculate > Ftable (46.886 > 3.09). So it can be concluded that Ho was rejected which means that there is a significant influence between price and promotion simultaneously together on consumer purchasing decisions on Tiktok Shop. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) which means that consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by price (X1) and promotion (X2) on consumer purchase decisions (Y) has an influence of 48.1% and the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this research model and the most dominant influential variable is promotion (X2).
