Abstract

TECHNOLOGY is growing over time which is marked by the industrial revolution 1.0 to the industrial revolution 4.0. Along with the development of this technology resulted in changes in the pattern of social behavior of the community (society). This is evident from the beginning that every society's behavior was only centered on meeting the needs of the community without any influence from technology, but now every order of life and community needs will be centered on humans and based on technology. Currently the development of society is at the level of society 5.0. So what is meant by society 5.0? “Society 5.0 is defined as a human-centered society that balances economic progress with solving social problems through a system that deeply integrates virtual and physical space.”The concept of society 5.0 was initiated by the State of Japan and is considered as a complement to the concepts of the industrial revolution that already existed before. Where Japan has implemented Society 5.0 in January 2019. In society 5.0, it is hoped that the community can solve various economic and social challenges and problems by utilizing various innovations that were born in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 such as the Internet on Things (internet for everything), Artificial Intelligence (artificial intelligence), Big Data (large amounts of data), and robots that can improve the quality of human life

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakansalah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian KepadaMasyarakat ini, diharapkan menjadi kesempatan bagi anak-anak yang ada di Yayasan PondokPesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ihsan untuk berdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait denganPentingnya Pendidikan Anak Pada Usia Dini. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian KepadaMasyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan tujuanutamanya adalah untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada anak-anak yang ada di YayasanPondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ihsan. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdiankepada masyarakat ini keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepadapengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakatMetode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah kami mendatangi langsung ke lokasiPKM yaitu di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ihsan. Hasil pengabdiankepada masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni anak-anak yang di Yayasan Nurul Ihsan dapatmengetahui manfaat dari pendidikan anak dan usia dini. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the number of job placements and workload in increasing employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. With the unit of analysis are employees at PT. Clean Healthy. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed descriptively with the flow of documentation studies, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. In order to obtain the validity of the data, an analysis is carried out through the validity of trust, the validity of transferability, the validity of dependence, and the validity of certainty. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that from the results of interviews with key informants, the role of balance between the number of job placements and workload is very important in an effort to increase employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. Increasing motivation and work productivity is very important to strive for optimal achievement of company goals. Effectiveness and Efficiency are very important considerations in implementing a balance between the number of workers in each job placement position at PT. Clean Healthy with the workload delegated to every employee at PT. This Healthy Clean. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to still be unbalanced in the number of workers. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to have a workforce that is still not balanced with the workload it delegates. So that it can have an impact on increasing their motivation and work productivity. Thus PT. Bersih Sehat is considered necessary to review its application to the number of workers in each job placement so that it can be balanced with its workload as an effort to increase the motivation and work productivity of its employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the form of educational services that have been implemented by the Head of the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the Riau Islands, and the commitment of the Head of the Madrasah in improving the educational services of the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the Riau Islands. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research covers aspects related to the commitment of madrasa heads in organizing the cultural governance of educational services at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Riau Islands, which consists of the leadership of the MTsN Riau Islands, as well as teachers and other educational staff. The data collection techniques are through documentation, behavioral observation, or interviews with participants. The data was then analyzed through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that madrasa heads must be committed to taking real action to improve the quality of education at State MTs in the Riau Islands. Concrete steps that can be taken are to initiate teacher training programs, update the curriculum to reflect the latest developments, and strive for (tangible) facilities that are comfortable and conducive to learning. Madrasah heads must also try to always be open to input from all parties involved in the educational process.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the management of micro business assistance at the national zakat institution (LAZNAS) Dārut Tauhīd, Jambi province, and what inhibiting and supporting factors are faced by mentors and micro business beneficiaries, as well as what efforts have been carried out by the Darut Amil Zakat institution Monotheism in mentoring. The use of this research is to provide an evaluation of the program that has been carried out so far by the national amil zakat institution (LAZNAS) Dārut Tauhīd caring for Jambi as well as as input and suggestions so that the implementation of assistance in the future will be even better. This research is qualitative research with a method using a descriptive approach, where data is collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques

Abstract

This research aims to look at the phenomenon of school principal management in improving teachers' pedagogical and professional competence. Principal management includes planning, implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors and evaluation carried out by the principal. This research uses a qualitative phenomenology approach which was carried out at State Vocational High Schools in Jambi Province. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The research was carried out at SMK Negeri 4 Sarolangun, SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City and SMK Negeri 4 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Research subjects included school principals, deputy principals, heads of skills programs, teachers and school staff. Research results: (1) principal planning in the form of teacher needs analysis, in house training, teacher internship program, bringing in guest teachers, upskilling and reskilling programs, (2) implementation includes: learning planning, application of learning methods, classroom management, professional development , collaboration with colleagues, curriculum understanding, use of educational technology, teacher skills development, educational research and measurement and evaluation. (3) The supporting factors are: leadership commitment, teacher empowerment, providing space for teachers to develop initiatives. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are budget limitations, resistance to change, unavailability of human resources, teachers' insufficient ICT capabilities and lack of support from related parties. (4) Evaluations carried out by school principals include teacher performance assessments, evaluation discussions with teachers, training and professional development. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that management was carried out directly by the school principal in improving the competency of State Vocational School teachers in Jambi Province. Recommendations were submitted to the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, the Jambi Provincial Education Office and the Industrial and Business World to develop teacher competencies in accordance with industry needs.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of Private Junior High Schools (MTs) in the Riau Islands. As an effort to improve the quality of education in madrasas, it is hoped that private madrasas can compete with other public schools. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Abstract

The history of the development of Tariqah an Naqsyabandiyah began in the 14th century in Türkiye from Shaykh Muhammad bin Muhammad Baha'uddin an Naqshbandi. Tariqah developed rapidly in Maro Sebo Ulu District in 2015-2020, previously centered in Sungai Ruan Ilir Village in 2007/2008. Thariqah Naqsyabandiyah in Maro Sebo Ulu is a pure Islamic teaching that focuses on Sufism preached by Imam Syafi'i (Young Sheikh Muhammad Khairun Nasihin). The beginning of Tariqah Naqsyabandiyah was present in Jambi Province when it was brought by Muhammad 'Ali Idrus (Teacher Bambang). The social role that Tariqah Naqsyabandiyah brings to society contains a lot of goodness, being social, minimizing polytheism and crime in the local environment and others. And da'wah invites people to accept the guidance of Allah SWT. Previously, their work was full of evil and neglect, after being gently taught the ways of Rasulullah SAW, they wanted to repent and take this holy path, namely Tariqah an Naqshbandiyah. The research method used is a qualitative research method. This research method is research that produces descriptive data in the form of words or spoken or written in the form of interviews, scientific works and others. The conclusion is that Tariqah Naqsyabandiyah is an Islamic teaching from Rasulullah SAW and was developed by Muhammad Baha'uddin An Naqsyabandi over time until it reached Jambi by Muhammad Ali Idrus and arrived in Maro Sebo Ulu District brought by the Young Sheikh Muhammad Khairun Nasihin until he succeeded in preaching it despite various obstacles such as opinions and criticism from the public who do not believe in his presence.
