Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the head of the Madrasah's academic supervision in improving the performance of teachers at MTs Darurrahman Rimbo Bujang, Tebo Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Interviews are conducted with the head of the Madrasah, teachers, and other educational staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the academic planning and supervision processes implemented. Direct observations of teaching and learning activities, along with document analysis of the work plans, are carried out to delve into the implementation of planned programs. The findings indicate that the head of the Madrasah's academic planning is crucial for enhancing teacher performance. The head of the Madrasah develops a structured plan involving all relevant stakeholders, setting clear goals, and planning periodic training programs. The implementation of academic supervision is conducted through a collaborative approach, where the head of the Madrasah and the supervision team provide constructive feedback to teachers following direct classroom observations. The follow-up of the supervision is also a critical aspect, with a report on supervision results being prepared and regular meetings held to evaluate teachers' progress. With this follow-up, it is expected that teachers receive the necessary support for ongoing development, creating a culture of reflection and continuous improvement in the learning process.

Abstract

Early childhood is a vulnerable child aged 0 to 6 years.  Refraction programs for early childhood are very important because they will have an impact on their future life. Refraction programs are efforts made by educators and education staff deliberately to develop good behavior (good attitude) which is based on the teacher's positive and negative understanding of behavior that is objectively recognized good for young children.  This activity aims to increase the understanding of early childhood children at the Syafwan Kindergarten, Pematang Sijonam Village in terms of familiarizing themselves with implementing the PHBS program in their daily environment.  The method of activity carried out is demonstration, namely an effort to provide information to children in order to realize behavior bias and increase understanding of the material presented in the process and implementation of learning activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at "PT Berkat Cahaya Novena Bogor". The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The total population in this study was 67 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 67 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of (5,840 > 1.998) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The Work Discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value of (5,895 > 1.998) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the F (Simultaneous) hypothesis test, it can be seen that the F value is (23.315 > 3.140) and the significant value is 0.001 <0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Berkat Cahaya Novena Bogor. The R-Square is 0.421 or 42.1% and the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research. This

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV. Cozy Multi Estetika, West Jakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique employs the  formula, resulting in a sample size of 60 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 41%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (9.913 > 2.001). Work discipline also significantly affects employee performance with a determination coefficient of 39.8%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (7.144 > 2.001). Simultaneously, work ethic and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 6.781 + 0.363X1 + 0.492X2. The determination coefficient value is 36%, while the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows F-count > F-table (38.898 > 3.153).

Abstract

Effectiveness. Leadership Trust in Enhancing Career Commitment of Educators at State Madrasah Aliyah in the Riau Archipelago Province. Dissertation. Islamic Education Management, Postgraduate Program at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, 2025. Educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) play a crucial role in shaping students' character. However, currently many teachers lack commitment to their careers, which affects the quality of education. This research shows that leadership beliefs play a very important role in enhancing the career commitment of educators. When leaders are able to provide clear direction, motivation, and support, teachers will feel more inspired and engaged in their work. This will have a positive impact on the quality of student learning. Leadership confidence is important because, first, it can foster a positive learning environment: With strong leadership, schools can create a conducive atmosphere for the growth of students and teachers. Second, it increases motivation and work enthusiasm: Inspirational leadership can ignite teachers' spirits to continue learning and developing. Thirdly, improving the quality of education. Committed teachers will give their best to their students. Fourth, making MAN a model of educational excellence. The conclusion from the research findings is that strong leadership is the key to enhancing the career commitment of educators at MAN. Thus, the quality of education at MAN can be improved and the school can become a center of educational excellence. Good leadership can change everything. With strong leadership, teachers will be more motivated, students will receive a better education, and MAN will become a superior school.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pemikiran Tariq Ramadan tentang dialog antara Islam dan Barat, dengan fokus pada studi kasus Prancis. Ramadan menawarkan pendekatan dialogis berbasis nilai-nilai universal seperti keadilan, tanggung jawab sosial, dan etika spiritual. Ia menolak dikotomi antara identitas Islam dan kewarganegaraan Barat, serta memperkenalkan konsep Western Muslim sebagai bentuk sintesis antara iman dan partisipasi aktif dalam masyarakat. Di Prancis, gagasan Ramadan diuji oleh model sekularisme radikal (laïcité) yang membatasi ekspresi keagamaan umat Islam. Melalui kajian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ramadan mampu menjadi alternatif dalam membangun hubungan yang setara dan konstruktif antara Islam dan Barat, serta sebagai wacana reformasi identitas Muslim di tengah tantangan global.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Buana Mulia Indonesia Depok, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini mengguanakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 136 karyawan. Serta sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, berdasarkan rumus tersebut dapat dihitung dengan tarif kesalahan 5% maka sampel sebanyak 101 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu : uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi berganda, uji analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. berdasarkan hasil uji t didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.361>1.984 dan nilai signifikasi untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) sebesar 0.000 nilai signifikasi lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.05 atau 0.00<0.05 artinya bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Buana Mulia Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil uji t di dapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 6.477>1.984 dan nilai untuk signifikasi untuk variabel diiplin kerja (X2) sebesar 0.000 nilai signifikasi lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.05 atau 0.00<0.05 artinya bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Buana Mulia Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil uji f fiperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 350.819>3.089 dan nilai signifikasi 0.000<0.05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Buana Mulia Indonesia Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reward system in improving the performance of educators at State Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah) in Jambi Province. The research focuses on the reward mechanism, its implementation, and the factors that determine its effectiveness in improving educator performance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research locations include three madrasas: MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat, MAN 1 Kota Jambi, and MAN 1 Merangin. The results show that the implemented reward system includes financial rewards (such as incentives and allowances) and non-financial rewards (such as certificates, training, and job promotions). Rewards have been shown to play an important role in improving educator motivation, discipline, loyalty, and performance. However, the implementation of the reward system has not been optimal due to several obstacles, such as budget constraints, lack of transparency in assessments, and the incompatibility of the types of rewards with the needs of educators. On the other hand, madrasas that implement the reward system appropriately and fairly show an increase in the quality of educator work, marked by increased participation, work performance, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that an effective reward system is one that has clear criteria, is transparent, and responsive to the needs of educators. Recommendations are directed to madrasah principals and the Ministry of Religious Affairs to build a strong culture of appreciation and allocate an adequate reward budget to improve the quality of education in madrasahs.

Abstract

Digital marketing telah menjadi salah satu alat penting dalam strategi bisnis untuk berinovasi dan beradaptasi di tengah globalisasi yang semakin pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital marketing sebagai sarana untuk menciptakan inovasi dan adaptasi bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Melulaui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di MA Soebono Mantofani bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan digital marketing sebagai sarana inovasi dan adaptasi bagi siswa yang akan memasuki dunia kerja. Sekolah ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk menghadapi dinamika pasar global dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi di dunia kerja. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi seminar dan workshop interaktif, dan simulasi praktik pemasaran kreatif melalui media sosial seperti Instagram, Tiktok, dan YouTube. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi digital di tengah globalisasi, mendorong mereka untuk mengasah keterampilan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan industri, serta membentuk tenaga kerja yang inovatif, kreatif, dan mampu bersaing. Dengan menjadikan digital marketing sebagai alat inovasi, program ini turut memperkuat peran MA Soebono Mantofani dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja di era modern. Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari fondasi ontologis yang menentukan cara realitas dan kebenaran ditafsirkan dalam wacana ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi ontologi dalam perspektif modern, Islam, dan dekolonial, serta menelaah implikasinya terhadap filsafat ilmu kontemporer. Dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis komparatif-kritis, penelitian ini menelaah sumber primer dan sekunder dari para pemikir utama setiap paradigma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ontologi modern menekankan objektivitas dan positivisme, ontologi Islam menekankan integrasi wahyu, akal, dan etika, sedangkan ontologi dekolonial mengkritik hegemoni epistemik dan mengusung pluralisme serta keadilan epistemik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa rekonstruksi ontologi ilmu memerlukan pendekatan inklusif dan kontekstual yang mencakup dimensi spiritual dan etis. Implikasinya adalah perlunya kerangka dialogis yang memungkinkan integrasi lintas paradigma untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan kontemporer
