Abstract

This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of entrepreneurial interest and education on entrepreneurial motivation by level IV students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ocean. The research method was conducted by surveying and distributing questionnaires to IV level students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Samudra in 2018. Based on the Slovin formula the sample was taken as many as 60 respondents representing 150 level IV students of the Faculty of Economics, Samudra University in 2018 consisting of Management Study Program students 30 people, Development Economics 60 people and Accounting 60 people. Based on the results of the analysis, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.351 + 0.543X1 + 0.389X2 is obtained. From this equation can be translated that the constant of 0.351 shows the value of motivation for entrepreneurship if the interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education is worth zero (fixed) of 35.1%. The value of the independent test variable (interest in entrepreneurship) shows a significance value of 0,000 <0,05. The value of the independent test variable (entrepreneurship education) shows a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneously it is shown that the value of F sig is 0,000, because the value of F sig is 0,000 <0,05, it can be stated that the interests and education of entrepreneurship simultaneously have a significant effect on motivation for entrepreneurship. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.611 or 61.1% means the variability of entrepreneurial motivation variables which can be explained by the variability of interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education by 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9%, explained by other variables not included in the model this regression.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of individual characteristics and job satisfaction onemployee performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital, Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 86respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing usingt test, F test, and determination test (R2). The results showed that Y = 0.895 + 0.151X1 + 0.805X2. The resultsof the t test for individual characteristics sig <α 5% (0.019 <0.05), it can be stated that individualcharacteristics have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Cut Meutia Hospital, LangsaCity. The results of the t test job satisfaction t sig <α 5% (0,000 <0.05) can be stated that job satisfaction hasa significant effect on the performance of the employees of Cut Meutia Hospital, Langsa City. The results ofthe F test are known from F sig <α 5% (0,000 <0.05), it can be stated that individual characteristics and jobsatisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Cut MeutiaHospital, Langsa City. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results of 0.737 or 73.7%of individual characteristics and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at Cut Meutia Hospital,Langsa City and the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, and to determine the effect of perceived price, brand image and product quality simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Mart 212. in Langsa City. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at 212 Mart in Langsa City. The exact population number is not known, so the sampling uses the unknown population formula. So that the number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The results showed that price perception had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at 212 Mart in Langsa City. Simultaneously, price perception, brand image and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at 212 Mart in Langsa City. The coefficient of determination test results show that 71.6% of the variable price perception, brand image and product quality can explain the purchasing decision variables at 212 Mart in Langsa City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and job training on work motivation of the employees of the Langsa City Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital. The population in this study were all employees totaling 34 people. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling, so that all populations were sampled in this study. The results showed that the resulting liner regression model was Y = 5.597 - 0.192X1 - 0.054X2. Career development variables have a negative effect on employee work motivation by -0.192 and job training variables have a negative effect on employee motivation by -0.054, so that career development and job training do not need to be given at this time because of 5.597 values which have very good meanings the work motivation of the employees of the Langsa City Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital at this time. Partially career development and job training have an insignificant effect on employee motivation. And simultaneously career development and job training have an insignificant effect on employee motivation. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination, only 4% of career development and job training variables can explain the variables of work motivation for the employees of the Langsa City Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital.

Abstract

Bungong Chirih group is one of the handicraft women groups in Aceh Timur District which has produced various kinds of handicrafts. The lack of equipment technology facilities and limited member's knowledge were crucial problems in producing high-quality handicraft products. The aim of this activity is to produce high-quality nipah stick weaving products. The activity was carried out for five months from April to August 2019. These activities involved 22 participants of Bungong Chirih members group. The mixed methods to develop group capacities in producing quality products were carried out including. group discussions coordination, socialization, training and mentoring. The results of group assessment after the program show that knowledge of the group members on producing various kinds of nipah stick weaving has increased. Twenty group members (90.9%) have an excellent understanding of the whole of training materials; two members (9.1%) have a moderate understanding of the training material. The 81.8% group members that participating in the training are very satisfied with the program and 18.2% are just satisfied. From the mentoring programBungong Chirih women groups are able to produce 25 units of tissue boxes, 15 units of napkins, 2 units of beverage packaging boxes, 8 units of maps, 6 pairs of hotel slippers, 8 units of female bags and 3 units of flower vases. Bungong Chirih women groups are able to develop a business plan that has been cascaded into the group annual work program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mopoli Raya Wilayah Timur Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan cara sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 33 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan melalui uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 2,883 + 0,293X1 + 0,025X2. Hasil uji t diperoleh pada kompensasi t sig sebesar 0,008 < 0,05, maka hipotesis diterima yang berarti bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian hasil uji t pada lingkungan kerja t sig sebesar 0,881 > 0,05, maka hipotesis ditolak yang berarti bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F diperoleh F sig sebesar 0,023 < 0,05, maka hipotesis diterima yang berarti bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R2) diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Mopoli Raya Wilayah Timur Aceh Tamiang sebesar 22,3% dan sisanya sebesar 77,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Keywords: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Pandemik Covid-19 berdampak pada perkembangan bisnis UKM di Indonesia termasuk Bungong Chirih. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan produk kerajinan tenun lidi nipah pada kelompok Bungong Chirih. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di desa Mangan Gleum, Kecamtan Peureulak, Kabupaten Aceh Timur dengan melibatkan 23 orang peserta. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Participatory Tecnology Development, dan Community development. Telah terjadi peningkatan jumlah produk tenun lidi nipah dari 13 jenis pada tahun 2019 menjadi 34 jenis pada tahun 2020. Terdapat penambahan varian produk berupa produk tenun lidi nipah motif khas Aceh sebanyak 15 jenis produk. Pengembangan pemasaran online menjadi langkah efektif dalam mempertahankan bisnis pada masa pandemik Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas, harga, lokasi dan promosi terhadap keputusan sewa lapangan futsal oleh mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra. Jumlah mahasiswa pada penelitian ini sejumlah 120 orang yang berasal dari Program Studi Manajemen dan Ekonomi Pembangunan tingkat IV. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka jumlah mahasiswa sebagai sampel sejumlah 55 orang. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa sebanyak 55 buah kuesioner yang semuanya dikelmbalikan tanpa cacat. Pada penelitian ini hanya mengukur variabel independent berupa fasilitas (X1), harga (X2), lokasi (X3) dan promosi (X4) dan variable dependent keputusa sewa (Y). Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variable indepent terhadap variable dependent tersebut dilakukan beberapa analisis yaitu uji reliabilitas dan uji korelasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap 25 pernyataan kuesioner didapat bahwa item-item pernyataan dalam kuesioner memiliki keandalan yang baik karena nilai alpha cronbach adalah 0,883. Dan dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa fasilitas, harga, lokasi dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan sewa lapangan futsal oleh mahasiswa dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,763 atau 76,3% yang berarti memiliki pengaruh yang cukup tinggi. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,582 atau 58,2% yang berarti sebesar 58,2% pengaruh ini dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi ini.
