Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia bertujuan untuk menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang logis dan menyeluruh terkait pengembangan lingkungan dimana sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini didorong agar belajar untuk tumbuh. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan upaya terus menerus untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara luas, melalui pendidikan (pembelajaran), pelatihan, dan pembinaan. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia adalah melalui pendidikan atau pembelajaran yang langsung diterapkan di lapangan dalam bentuk field study. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa field study memiliki manfaat yang baik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa. Manfaat yang didapat mahasiswa tersebut dalam bentuk informasi baru atau terkini, dapat melihat dunia kerja secara langsung, peningkatan pengalaman dan dapat membandingkan teori yang diperoleh di kelas dengan yang ada di lapangan. Sedangkan peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dari kunjungan belajar dalam bentuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang dunia kerja, dan mahasiswa menjadi lebih kritis terhadap lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 9 dari 23 kelompok usaha perempuan miskin di Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas modal usaha bergulir DP3AKB (dulunya bernama BPMPKS) bagi kelompok usaha perempuan miskin sejak tahun 2011-2014. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik focus group discussion. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 kelompok usaha perempuan miskin yang tersebar dibeberapa gampong/desa dalam kabupaten Aceh Timur. Penentuan sampel itu didasarkan atas beberapa faktor seperti jenis usaha yang dilakukan oleh kelompok penerima bantuan modal usaha bergulir, keterwakilan lokasi kegiatan (cluster), dan jumlah modal usaha yang diterima. Informan yang dalam penelitian adalah ketua dan anggota kelompok usaha perempuan miskin penerimaan modal bergulir DP3AKB Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Alat analisa yang dipergunakan adalah SWOT analysis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan modal usaha bergulir yang diberikan kepada 8 (delapan) kelompok usaha perempuan efektif meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok baik dari aspek pendapatan, pertambahan jumlah anggota kelompok, bertambahnya varian produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok maupun perluasan jaringan pemasaran produk.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of real work on the development of human resource competencies (students) at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Samudra who had attended real work classes in 2018. The number of respondents in this study was 150 students from the Management Study Program, Economics Level IV Development and Accounting Economics that has attended real work classes in 2018. Using the Slovin formula, there are 60 students as a sample. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to students as many as 60 questionnaires which were all returned without defects. From the results of data analysis, it was found that there were positive and significant influences on KKN on improving human resource competencies, namely personality competencies and social competencies. Where the coefficient of determination (R2) personality competence is 21.2% while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The coefficient of determination (R2) of social competence is 21.4% while the remaining 78.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of PT Mopoli Raya, Pematang Jaya District. The population in this study were 345 employees. Using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents taken was 78 employees. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 78 employees in the workplace of PT Mopoli Raya, Pematang Jaya District. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the value of t sig. emotional intelligence variable of 0.077 compared with alpha of 0.05, there is no significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of PT Mopoli Raya, Pematang Jaya District. The results of testing the coefficient of determination obtained that the coefficient of determination (R) variable emotional intelligence of 0.009. This means that the independent variable only has an effect of 0.9% on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of training the development of family medicinal plants through the participation of the community in Kampung Seuriget, Langsa Barat Subdistrict is to increase the interest of the community to be able to utilize vacant land around the house or yard so as to produce better use value for daily use from the value of family medicinal plants. economical. This training activity involved villagers as suspicious as especially housewives. The implementation of this training involved partners, namely the Seuriget Health Center in West Langsa District. The training method uses the apprenticeship method (direct guidance and work). The family medicinal plant development training was carried out from 7 February 2017 to 10 April 2017 with details of the activities including: making land for cultivation, plant nurseries and planting medicinal plants. The results obtained by the training participants were that they had begun to be able to prepare the land for the crops in the house and to grow crops according to the type of medicinal plants they were interested in. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of this family medicinal plant can be further processed to be able to become food ingredients or other types of processed products of economic value, not just limited to drugs.

Abstract

The East Aceh Regency Community, Women's and Family Empowerment Agency (BPMPKS) through the field of women's empowerment currently has 21 productive business groups of poor women that have been running since 2010 until now. The productive business groups of these poor women have various types of business products that are run such as making cookies, presto milkfish, pandanus matting, grocery business, salted fish production, making organic fertilizers and others. One of the matting groups that has grown rapidly from the production side is the bungong chirih women's business group, which until now has more than 20 members. The results of the woven mat products provided are in great demand by the community because of the reliability quality can be proven. But from the marketing side it still needs further improvement to be able to develop. The current PKM activity is to provide e-marketing-based entrepreneurship training. This is because so far the marketing of the production of woven mats still revolves around the local scale. So with the entrepreneurship training, it is expected that the marketing scale can be broader and reach the five countries. Based on the results of this training, every member of the Chirih Bungon group has been able to use marketing media on line to market the matting products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The regression equation produced in this study Y = 2.984 + 0.460X1 + 0.203X2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t value of 0.029 <0.05 was obtained. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t-value of 0.035 <0.05 was obtained. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the F test where F sig 0.034 <0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be explained that job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic model for the development of the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using informants who are all managers of the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak sub-district. The instruments used in this study were field notes and interview guides. The results of the data obtained from the informants were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and verifying. In this study, there are two types of data, namely the potential of entrepreneurs in the form of competence and commitment, and business strength / competitive position from internal and external sides. The results showed that to be able to develop the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak sub-district, a good cooperation between several parties is needed, namely the East Aceh Regency Government, the Peureulak District Government and the Village Head (Geuchik), Raw Material Providers, Distributors (agents) and Village-Owned Enterprises. (BUMG). The East Aceh Regency Government must play a role in fostering the small pandan mat woven industry in terms of policies that support the development of this industry and provide capital assistance so that this industry can continue to survive even in difficult economic conditions. The District and Geuchik governments must play an active role in mentoring and fostering this mat-woven industry to continue to grow by granting legality (business permits) and working capital both in the form of money and equipment for work and always including this industry in every event or exhibition held by the government area. Provision of raw materials to continue to develop the pandan mat woven industry is guaranteed. It is known that this industrial group already has its own land which provides abundant raw material for pandan (seuke). Even if there is a critical shortage of raw materials, it is still easy to get them from a neighboring village that also has pandanus trees. Distributors or agents play an active role in marketing pandan mat woven products and make it easier for people to get pandan mat woven products. Gampong-Owned Enterprises must tie closer together as joint-owned enterprises owned by the village (gampong) as a container for the production of woven pandanus mats so that they can be marketed and make it easier for people to get pandan mats. The Pandan Mat Matting Industry must prepare reliable workforce expertise, guaranteed product quality, use environmentally friendly technology, improve financial administration, increase production and marketing so that it can meet consumer demand.

Abstract

Gampong-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) Minapolitan Meurasa Saban is a business entity owned by 5 villages (bale buya, matang gleum, kuala leuge, seuneubok peusangan and seuneubok pidie). with one of their business is BUMDES Mart Minapolitan Meurasa Saban. The weakness of administrative and financial as well as manual product registration are problems encountered in marketing the products on display at BUMG. The purpose of this program is to improve administrative and financial management staffs  based on edutechnopreneurship. The activity was carried out for 5 months starting from May to September 2019. The activities involved 15 BUMG management and supervisors of  Minapolitan Meurasa Saban. The method used is discussion and active participation of the target group by applying adult learning model. The activities were carried out in several stages which included coordination, socialization, training and mentoring activities. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the activity showed that there was an increase in the capacity of BUMG's Bersama Minapolitan Meurasa Saban supervisors and management staffs on improving BUMG's administrative and financial governance. The results of the questionnaire showed that 10 administrators (75%) understood all the training material well, while 5 administrators (25%) understood all the training material. The level of satisfaction of the training participants showed 12 managers (85%) were very satisfied and 3 administrators (15%) were satisfied with the implementation of the training. Abstract

The Real Working Lecture (KKN) is a vehicle for the application and development of science and technology, which is conducted outside campus in time, working mechanism, and certain requirements. KKN implemented by the university is an effort to improve the content and weight of education for students and to gain greater added value in higher education. With the implementation of KKN is expected to develop social competence and student personality competence. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Real Work Lecture as part of the development of student competence. Populations and samples in this study students participating KKN and community location student KKN implementation. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Interview method aims to dig information about student's social competence and student's personality competence felt by society during KKN take place. From the research results obtained that the role of KKN as part of the development of student competence, especially social competence and personality competence is very clear found in the location of research.
