Abstract

The discussion in this study is about customer perceptions of using digital banking after the COVID-19 pandemic. The implications of the research are the availability of features as a moderator of the influence of perceived trust and perceived benefits on the use of digital banking after the COVID-19 pandemic. The population used in this research were PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Bank BSI) KCP Padang Bulan Medan customers. A total of 102 respondents were selected based on multivariate analysis. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 23. The research methods used were the Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test. This research shows that perceptions of trust do not influence the use of digital banking after the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, perceived benefits influence digital banking after the Covid-19 pandemic. The availability of features also makes it easier to interact between trust and benefits of using digital banking after the Covid-19 pandemic. For further discussion, you can use an expanded research sample and explore other variables to assess customer perceptions of digital banking.

Abstract

Digitalization aims to make work easier and optimize time and resources as efficiently as possible. Teachers, like it or not, must face digitalization in this era of society 5.0. The benefits of digitizing education are that it makes teacher and student schedules more flexible, speeds up and simplifies the evaluation process, and creates a more personalized learning experience. The problem partners face is the lack of teachers' experience and knowledge in creating digital modules. Teachers are required to apply digitalization in learning based on the current implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Partner schools lack funds to support training activities to improve teacher competency. There are no instructors who are able to provide training in creating digital modules. The aim of this service activity is to provide education in the form of training and assistance in creating digital modules for MTsN Seuruway teachers, as an effort to increase competency. The method used is Participatory Action Research by involving all participants in training activities. All the teachers at the MTsN Seuruway school were involved in this activity. The results achieved after this activity were that the teachers could use the applications taught in the training. Teachers are able to create digital modules with the Canva program. Increased teacher understanding in updating the teaching modules given to students. The conclusion that can be drawn is that this training has provided additional knowledge and new skills so that teachers can create teaching media that are more interactive and interesting for teaching students.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an individual or an employee in quality and quantity in accordance with the duties and responsibilities with certain standards where the individual works. Organizational commitment is a belief that an employee has towards the company where the individual works. And job satisfaction is an attitude or feeling that shows how a person's response to his work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample in this study totaled 169 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa. The research method contained in this research is quantitative research. From the results of the study it was found that partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. And simultaneously organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, it was found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction can affect employee performance by 83.1%.

Abstract

Potential for the development of the mangrove crab business in the coastal area of the city of Langsa, which has a fairly large mangrove forest area and produces abundant mangrove crab resources. However, some of the results of the study stated that the exploitation and the absence of restrictions on the size of the capture of mangrove crabs resulted in a decrease in the number of catchments by fishermen because the condition of crab stock in nature has decreased. The purpose of dedication is to provide education and training to fishermen about selling mangrove crabs, which is more prioritized than fattening results from direct catches from nature, and to increase the production of mud crabs by utilizing local materials. The next goal is the management of crab capture. Implementation of dedication is carried out through socialization and training for coastal communities and fishermen in Sungai Pauh Tanjung Village, Langsa City. The results of the implementation of community service activities contribute to increasing skills and added value, as well as increasing the production of mangrove crabs through the use of Samudra being cages and the use of local materials as potential feed for fattening mangrove crabs before being sold at the market.

Abstract

Abstract:This study sought to ascertain how incentives, job training, and work discipline affected the performance of PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang staff. 43 PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang permanent employees form the saturated sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis and the traditional assumption test were utilized in the data analysis approach. The coefficient of determination test, t test, and F test were then employed as a proof of hypothesis. According to the results of the coefficient of determination test, 59.2% of the performance factors of the PERUMDA Air Drinking Tirta Tamiang employees may be explained by work discipline, job training, and incentives, while 40.8% can be impacted by other variables not included in this study. The outcomes of the The t-test results demonstrate that work discipline, job training, and incentives all significantly affect how well PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang personnel perform. The f test results show that incentives, job training, and work discipline all have a major impact on how well employees perform at PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang.Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Training, Incentives and Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of the Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah East Aceh units. The samples in this research were 81 employees in the Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah East Aceh units. Data were analyzed using multiple liner regression tests, t tests, F tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and insignificant influence on job satisfaction. And the results of the F test show that work discipline and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that 43% of the work discipline and motivation variables could explain the job satisfaction variable, while the remaining 57% could be explained by other variables that were not included in this research such as work environment, compensation, etc.

Abstract

Marine fisheries significantly contribute to the economy of many regions and countries. This study aims to analyze the contribution of marine fisheries to economic growth in Indonesia. Johansen cointegration (JC) test and Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS) are applied to investigate the contribution of the marine fisheries sector to economic growth. This study uses time series data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) from 2010 to 2022. The findings indicated a long-term equilibrium among the measured variables. Marine fisheries have a significant and contributing effect on long-term economic development. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y = 2,398 + 0,349X1 + 0,506X2. Dari uji t diketahui bahwa pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Dari uji F diketahui bahwa pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, sebanyak 71 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Y = 0,981 + 0,551 X1 + 0,225 X2. Hasil uji t menyatakan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, dimana dari uji t diperoleh nilai t sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, dimana uji t diperoleh nilai t sig. 0,028 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menyatakan disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, dimana dari uji F diperoleh nilai F sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, sebesar 0,385 atau 38,5% sedangkan sisanya 61,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
