Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources and the utilization of information systems on the internal control system in the Deli Serdang Regency OPD. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, reliability test, validity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression test obtained Y = 1.652 + 0.173X1 + 0.393X3. Based on the reliability and validity test, all data were declared valid and reliable. And the results of the normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests of the data showed normal results, there was no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. While the results of the partial test (t test) indicate that the quality of human resources has no significant effect on the internal control system of OPD Deli Serdang Regency but the use of information systems has a significant effect on the internal control system of OPD Deli Serdang Regency. While the results of the simultaneous test (F test) of the quality of human resources and the use of information systems have a significant effect on the internal control system of OPD Deli Serdang Regency. And the results of the coefficient of determination test show that 23.30% of the variables of the quality of human resources and the utilization of information systems can explain the influence of the variables of the internal control system.

Abstract

Student competence is one of the final goals to be achieved by higher education. High competence will be able to provide great opportunities for students to win the competition in this day and age. In education a number of things are able to develop competencies including educational facilities, students' interests and motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, interests and motivation on student competencies during the Corana virus. When the corona virus took place, the distance lecture was implemented, where students and lecturers did not meet directly during the education process. Based on the results of the study it was found that partially the facility had a positive and significant effect on the development of student competencies with a tig value of 0,000 <0.05. Interest in pasial has a significant and positive effect on the development of student competencies with a t-sig value of 0.005 <0.05. And the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on the development of student competencies with a tig value of 0.004 <0.05. Simultaneously variable facilities, interests and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the development of student competencies with a F sig value of 0,000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.452 means that the facilities, interests and motivation variables have 45.2% of the development of student competencies.

Abstract

A growing company should prioritizes discipline, compensation and employee safety and health to be able to produce employee satisfaction which can ultimately improve performance or positive results for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and health and occupational health and safety on employee job satisfaction at PT Sisirau Aceh Tamiang Regency. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, which were all employees who were in the section under study. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the relationship between each based variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and occupational health and safety had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: work discipline, compensation, occupational health and safety, job satisfaction

Abstract

Langsa Barat Health Center is a first-rate health facility that provides health services to the community. In providing health services to the community, all existing service units and all employees are committed to providing quality health care and care for the safety of patients, visitors, communities and employees. Service standards are a commitment of service providers to provide services with a certain quality determined on the basis of a combination of community expectations and the ability of service providers. Establishment of service standards through identification of service type, identification of service type, customer identification, customer expectation identification, vision and service mission formulation, process and procedure analysis, facilities and infrastructure, time and cost of service.To set the standard of service whether or not a reference is used from the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform Number KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2/2004 on general guidelines for the preparation of public satisfaction index. Where is the location of this research is Puskesmas Langsa Barat. This study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with public services at the Langsa Barat Health Center. The respondents in this study were the health service users in Langsa Barat Health Center.Based on the result of the research, it is found that service indicator is in the form of officer discipline, officer responsibility, courtesy and officer friendliness, suitability of cost with specified, and service unit comfort have excellent service quality. While other indicators have good service quality. And overall the index of community satisfaction on public services at Langsa Barat Health Center has good quality of service.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine how the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of Langsa Health BPJS employees. The population in this study were permanent employees at the Langsa Health BPJS, which numbered 31 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling using saturated sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression equations with the help of SPSS software carried out t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression obtained by the equation Y = 1,098 + 0,260X1 + 0,290X2. To prove the hypothesis partially carried out t test for each variable, where the organizational commitment variable obtained t sig <5% (0.03 <0.05) so that it can be stated that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. Job satisfaction variables obtained t sig <5% (0.04 <0.05) so that it can be stated that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. And to prove the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is carried out, so that F sig <5% (0.00 <0.05) can be stated that organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of BPJS employees in Langsa City. As well as the determination coefficient test results obtained by 33.4% organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of health workers BPJS Langsa City.

Abstract

The purpose of training the development of family medicinal plants through the participation of the community in Kampung Seuriget, Langsa Barat Subdistrict is to increase the interest of the community to be able to utilize vacant land around the house or yard so as to produce better use value for daily use from the value of family medicinal plants. economical. This training activity involved villagers as suspicious as especially housewives. The implementation of this training involved partners, namely the Seuriget Health Center in West Langsa District. The training method uses the apprenticeship method (direct guidance and work). The family medicinal plant development training was carried out from 7 February 2017 to 10 April 2017 with details of the activities including: making land for cultivation, plant nurseries and planting medicinal plants. The results obtained by the training participants were that they had begun to be able to prepare the land for the crops in the house and to grow crops according to the type of medicinal plants they were interested in. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of this family medicinal plant can be further processed to be able to become food ingredients or other types of processed products of economic value, not just limited to drugs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya Unit I of Langkat Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, and Determination Test (R2). The results obtained by Y = 1,212 - 0,002X1 + 0,230X2 + 0,516X3, Partially, Communication Capability does not significantly influence employee performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.348 or 34.8% communication skills, job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of PT. Mopoli Raya Unit I and the remaining 65.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of professionalism on the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Aceh Tamiang Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. To get the data used observation techniques, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The sources and types of data used are qualitative and quantitative as well as primary and secondary data. The population in this study were 43 BAPPEDA employees, all of whom were sampled using saturated sampling technique. The results of the research that has been processed with the help of SPSS show the results of the linear regression equation, namely Y = 3.791 + 0.421X. The coefficient of determination (R) shows a value of 0.436. And the t sig and F sig values of the professionalism variable show a value of 0.004. From all the results, it can be concluded that professionalism has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Aceh Tamiang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) employees. 43.6% of the professionalism variable can explain the effect on performance and the remaining 56.4% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal relationships, work performance and competence on employee performanceat the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in Langsa City. The method used in sampling was nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling technique and the number of samples in this study were 31 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the interpersonal relationship variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work performance variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. And competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously interpersonal relationships, work performance and competence have a positive but not significant effect on employeeperformance. The results of the resulting multiple linear regression equation, it can be concluded that the interpersonal relationship variable has a positive influence on employee performance of 0.468X1. The work performance variable has a positive influence on employee performance of 0.043X2. And competency variables have a positive influence on employee performance of 0.153X3. Of the three independent variables that exist, the one that has the greatest positive influence on employee performance is the interpersonal relationship variable. From the results of the determination coefficient test it can be explained that 12.2% of the interpersonal relations variable, work performance and competency can explain the performance variable

Abstract

Kandungan protein keong emas hampir mencapai 56,77%, sementara ikan memiliki 60 hingga 70% protein. Oleh karena itu, tepung ikan dapat dikurangi atau diganti dalam formulasi pakan dengan tepung keong emas, sebagai komponen pakan alternatif. Akan tetapi selama ini keong emas hanya menjadi hama bagi para petani di sawah. Oleh karena itu, hama keong yang potensial dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai komponen dalam pakan potensial, yang merupakan solusi alternatif pada permasalahan mitra. Kegiatan PKM yang telah diselesaikan: 1) memberikan pengetahuan tentang dampak positif dan negatif akibatt kehadiran keong emas; 2) pendampingan serta pelatihan pembuatan pakan alternatif; dan 3) pendampingan serta pengemasan pakan alternatif. Di akhir kegiatan, mitra mendapatkan informasi mengenai komposisi keong emas dan bagaimana keong emas dapat digunakan sebagai sumber nutrisi pengganti. Untuk lebih menghemat biaya pengeluaran pakan ikan, mitra juga semakin mahir dalam membuat pakan pengganti yang dihasilkan dari keong emas..
