Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Human Relations (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Etos Kerja (Y) pada pegawai negeri sipil dinas pendidikan kota depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan pegawai negeri sipil dinas pendidikan kota depok menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel propotional random sampling dengan jumlah 110 pegawai sebagai responden yang berasal dari bidang Jabatan Fungsional, Sub Bagian Umum & Kepegawaian, Sub Bagian PEP, Sub Bagian Keuangan & Aset, Bidang Pembinaan SD, Bidang Pembinaan SMP, Bidang Pembinaan PAUD & DIKMAS dan Bidang Sarana & Prasarana Kependidikan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Normalitas, Uji Linearitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien parsial (Uji T), Uji Koefisien Determinasi (Uji F) dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel human relations (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap etos kerja dengan Thitung sebesar 7,905. Variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap etos kerja dengan Thitung sebesar 6,416. Selanjutnya, Variabel human relations (X1)dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja (Y) dengan Fhitung 5,916 yang memiliki pengaruh sebesar 53,5% sehingga masih ada sisanya 46,5% yang dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the analysis of employee welfare at the Head Office of the Director General of Taxes, South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. This qualitative research was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the South Jakarta tax head office has carried out all existing management stages or cycles, but not all welfare in the prosperous life cycle has been well maintained. This can be seen from the extensive work and information system changes carried out by tax office employees.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are extremely vital to a company's operations in the current era of globalization. In order to create a productive work environment or performance, high motivation is needed given by superiors to subordinates. This requires the company to provide motivation in accordance with the aim of raising the enthusiasm of employees in the work environment in order to achieve the common goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work motivation of employees in PD. XYZ. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study say that the motivation of keryawan work in PD. XYZ is already fairly high, but there are several things that cause a lack of enthusiasm at work due to lack of appreciation from superiors even though they have worked optimally

Abstract

Rapid and competitive industrial development encourages companies to improve their performance. Employee performance is an important factor in achieving competitive advantage. Performance evaluation is an integral part of human resource management that measures, manages and improves employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Energi Unggul Persada (PT. EUP), a palm oil processing company. Pre-research with 20 PT employees. EUPs indicated that most did not regularly participate in performance evaluations, and their understanding of performance evaluations was limited. The research aims to deepen performance evaluation at PT. EUP, identifies factors that influence the performance evaluation process, and explores the benefits for employees and companies. Qualitative research methods involve interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research results are expected to provide valuable insight for PT. EUP in designing more effective strategies to improve employee performance. In a changing business environment, a better understanding of performance evaluation will help companies maximize their human capital and strengthen their position in the competitive market. This research is expected to be a valuable source of information in the company's efforts to achieve a higher level of competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of learning motivation, learning facilities, and self-confidence on the academic performance of students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Learning motivation is defined as the drive stemming from both internal and external factors that encourage academic success. Learning facilities refer to adequate infrastructure supporting learning activities, such as classrooms, libraries, and educational technology tools. Self-confidence reflects an individual’s belief in their own abilities to accomplish tasks and tackle academic challenges. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 50 student respondents selected through probability sampling. Data was collected using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression to identify the relationships between the independent variables (learning motivation, learning facilities, and self-confidence) and the dependent variable (academic performance), measured by the Grade Point Average (GPA). The analysis results indicate that all three independent variables have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on students' academic performance. Partially, learning facilities exert the most substantial influence, followed by self-confidence and learning motivation. This study suggests that educational institutions should focus on providing optimal learning facilities and supporting the development of student motivation and self-confidence to enhance academic performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Ethical Behavior of Secretariat Employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. Data collection in this research used secondary data from the company and a questionnaire in the form of Google forms using random sampling techniques. The sample used in this research was 170 employees from a total population of 250 employees. This research uses SPSS by calculating multiple regression analysis and testing data hypotheses. The results of this research show that Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a significant effect on Ethical Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning styles and how to teach on student learning outcomes. The population used in this study was students of SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. The number of samples used was 108 respondents. The method of data collection is questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Statistics. The results of this study show: 1) Learning styles have positive values and have a significant effect on learning outcomes, 2) How to teach have a positive effect and have a significant effect on learning outcomes, 3) Learning styles and how to teach have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research analyzes the professionalism of secretaries in PT Bulog by examining their attitudes, skills, and competencies in fulfilling their roles. It explores how corporate culture influences secretarial professionalism, strategies for addressing workplace challenges, and the impact of ethical practices and personal values on work quality. Data was collected qualitatively through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results reveal that professionalism encompasses effective communication, time management, technological adeptness, and ethical conduct. Additionally, corporate culture significantly shapes secretaries' work attitudes and behaviors. To address challenges, secretaries adopt strategies like continuous learning and adaptability. This research highlights the importance of corporate culture, ethics, and ongoing skill enhancement in maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Abstract

This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methodology that requires identifying and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data are obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data are obtained through books, previous research, and articles directly related to research. The purpose of this study was to determine extrinsic motivation in PT. Digivla Indonesia by analyzing obstacles and solutions to overcome extrinsic motivation in employees and companies. From the results of this study, it can be seen that PT. Digivla Indonesia has provided concrete examples of the implementation of extrinsic motivation regularly and periodically, but not all employees get equal attention. This can be seen from the employee's answer regarding the level of extrinsic motivation provided is very lacking, and some divisions have not been able to carry out tasks in accordance with deadlines, so regular supervision is needed for companies to provide extrinsic motivation.

Abstract

The main problem discussed is the Evaluation Analysis of the Security System at the Bank Indonesia Museum based on the standards set by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the Indonesian Museum Handbook. This research uses a descriptive evaluative method with a qualitative approach, namely analyzing and assessing museum security. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and reviewing literature studies. The theory used is the museum security system and evaluation of the implementation of museum security. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it has been found that there are advantages and disadvantages in the security system of the Bank Indonesia Museum, including the advantage that the Bank Indonesia Museum has minimal threat of theft because there are guards in each collection, and most of the security systems meet standards. security supporting infrastructure, namely that there are still deficiencies in human resources and in terms of technology that can threaten building security.
