Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan perilaku belanja konsumen untuk produk minyak goreng curah dan kemasan. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Pekanbaru, dengan pertimbangan merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Riau serta adanya perbaikan tingkat ekonomi dan perkembangan ritel modern dan tradisional yang lebih lengkap. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen minyak goreng yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan model sikap, model norma subjektif dan Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan sikap konsumen positif terhadap minyak goreng curah dan kemasan. Secara keseluruhan sikap konsumen cukup baik terhadap atribut minyak goreng curah dan sikap baik terhadap atribut minyak goreng kemasan. Atribut utama yang menentukan sikap konsumen terhadap minyak goreng curah adalah harga yang murah, sedangkan pada minyak goreng kemasan adalah higienis. Perilaku konsumen terhadap pembelian minyak goreng curah dan kemasan adalah 1.248,76 dan 2.060,77, artinya perilaku konsumen terhadap minyak goreng kemasan lebih baik dibandingkan minyak goreng curah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing system in the auction market and analyze marketing costs, marketing margins, marketing profits, farmer’s share and marketing efficiency at the rubber auction market in Kuantan Mudik District. The sampling method used by farmers is purpusive sampling as many as 23 people and sampling traders using the census method as many as 8 people. The results show that the auction marketing system occurs because of the problems faced by farmers, namely long marketing channels and traders can control the price of bokar due to the low quality of bokar. Farmers participating in the auction market must meet the bokar quality standards set by the Kuantan Singingi Rubber Farmers Association (APKARKUSI) and join a farmer group or Gapoktan. Farmers have limitations in marketing bokar directly to factories, therefore farmers involve marketing agencies. Rubber marketing channels in the auction market are started from farmers-big traders-factories. Farmers who participate in the auction market are subject to a 5% reduction in bokar volume consisting of 3% depreciation, 1% transportation costs and 1% group operating costs. The selling price of bokar in July 2020 received by farmers was Rp7.367,50/kg, total marketing cost was Rp1.316,56/kg, marketing margin was Rp1.596,25/kg, marketing profit was Rp229,69/kg, farmer's share 82,19% and 14,69% marketing efficiency. This auction marketing system is efficiently used by farmers in the bokar marketing process in Kuantan Mudik District, because efficiency below 50% means the lower the percentage of marketing efficiency, the more efficient marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to price changes of the input and output of siamese orange Usaha Yakin Maju farming in Pulau Jambu Village Kuok District Kampar Regency. Usaha Yakin Maju is one of the farms that has been cultivating siamese orange since 2009 until now. This research uses the case study method. Reaserch data consist of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was perfomed using four investment criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results showed that business activities carried out by Usaha Yakin Maju were financially feasible, indicated by a positive business NPV value of Rp.8.185.854.454,-, the Net B/C value is greater than one, which is 6,29, the IRR value is greater than the Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) is 43,73%, and the Paybak Period value is smaller than the age of the business, which is 4 years 9 months. The results of the sensitivity analysis to the increase in pesticide prices by 10%, a decrease in prices of Siamese oranges by 20%, and a decrease in the number of Siamese citrus production by 20% will reduce NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and PP but remain at the same level acceptable, indicate that this business is still financially feasible.

Abstract

This research was done at Pr. Unggas Jaya in Pekanbaru City, the research goals wanted to know companies patnership implementation toward broiler's farm, also to know the income differences at differMt company scales. . This research was done during three month.. from August to November 2003. This research was case study and using sensus as sampling technique toward 16 broiler's farm. The populations were devJded into three calegories, scale I< 5.000 chicken, scale II (5.000-10.000) chicken and scale III >10.000 chicken. The results show the patnership models that could be realized are letter of agreement, raising nest type, land ownership letter of broiler's farm, sapronak of the companies, companies technical assiStance. Oevident calcuJating system and devident IiIldng after harvest Mean while minimal production 5.000 chicken, the continuity of sapronak delivery, sapronak prices, harvest schedule and the price of selling were not realized. Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan disain strategi pengembangan agroindustri gula kelapa di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang merupakan sentra produksi kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dan merupakan daerah yang memiliki agroindustri gula kelapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan agroindustri gula kelapa adalah meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman, meningkatkan kualitas proses pengolahan sesuai permintaan konsumen, meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk, mempertahankan pasar yang ada serta mencari alternatif pasar melalui diversifikasi produk dan membentuk kelompok pengrajin gula kelapa.

Abstract

The results of the research showed that fish feed agroindustry business is feasible to run and developed with the value of NPV as Rp. 3.122.202.366,00(NPV bigger than zero), Net B/C of 2,78 (Net B/C bigger than one) and IRR stay at DF 64% (IRR bigger than DF 12%).The results ofthe sensitivityanalysisshowedthatifthe businesshave a risk from the increases bran prices by 12%, dried fishprice increasesof 12%,a decrease infishfeed production 25% and decline of production time to 23 days in 1 month, then businessisnotsensitive to therisks and the business is worth tobe continued. Resulting risk is not worth the effort, in case sensitivity the increases bran prices by 21,05%, dried fishprice increasesof 26,96%,a decrease infishfeed production34,72% and decline of production time to 13 days in 1 month.   Keywords: Fish Feed Agroindustry, Financial Feasibility, Sensivity

Abstract

Agricultural marketing is a process of the flow of commodities accompanied by the transfer of property and creation for the time, place and use of forms by marketing institutions by implementing one or more marketing functions.This study aims to analyze the marketing of rainfed lowland rice in Siak Kecil Subdistrict. This research was conducted in Siak KecilSubdistrictofBengkalis Regency using survey method. The technique of taking respondents is done by purposive sampling. The population in this research is rice farmer with 42 farmers. The results showed that the selling price of rice by tauke milling to the final consumer and the selling price given tauke to traders is quite high.This is due to the processing by incurring machine operating costs and labor costs. Marketing margins on channel I and II amounted to 11.11 percent involving farmers, tauke grinders and retailers. The high margin of marketing is due to retailers selling rice to Bandar sungai market located in Siak Kecil Subdistrict. Keywords: agricultural,rice, marketing,production

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the marketing channel of pineapple chips, to analyze marketing efficiency of pineapple chips, to analyze marketing mix of  pineapple chips and to identify aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and formulate strategies that can be applied in development agroindustry pineapple chips. The analityc method used in this research is survey method with sample 12 craftsmen. The reseach result shows there are two marketing channels pineapple chips are directly and indirectly. Marketing efficiency at direct and indirect marketing channel there is the same in the plastic 250gr packaging. Product strategies with respect to product attributes, branding, gift packaging, labeling and product support services. Pricing strategies based on cost and competition. Distribution strategies are directly to consumers, through retailers and wholesalers. Promotion strategies are personal selling, sales promotion and direct marketing. Pineapple chips marketing strategy are participation in training in order to development business, increase production, cooperation with the government to finding alternative problems solutions and utilizing media promotion. Abstract

This research aims to: (1). Determine the marketing mix that influence the consumers’ decisions in purchasing pesticides at UD. Agrimart Sejahtera in Pangkalan Kerinci. (2). Determine the constraints faced by UD. Agrimart Sejahtera in marketing the pesticides products.  In this research, 50 respondents has been selected through purposive sampling that would be interviewed, then analyzed descriptively and used likert scale. To answer the first goal, it has been analyzed descriptively and used likert scale. To answer the second goal, it has been done through interview at UD. Agrimart Sejahtera in Pangkalan Kerinci. The result of the research shows: (1). Overall the consumers’ decision in purchasing the pesticides at UD. Agrimart Sejahtera got an average value 195.12 that was included in “agree” categories, the consumers were agree with the marketing mix exsisted at UD. Agrimart Sejahtera with variable products, prices, places, promotions and services. (2). The constraints faced by UD. Agrimart Sejahtera: (a). Constraints in limiting some pesticides product brand from several distributors. (b). Price fluctuations constraints from distributors. (c).
