Abstract

Satisfaction is a response received, then compared with performance according to expectations. The performance of the health services received exceeds expectations, so the patient feels satisfied, conversely, if the performance they receive does not meet their expectations, it can be said that the consumer feels dissatisfied. This study aims to determine factors related to BPJS patient satisfaction with the quality of health services at the Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.  The population of this study was BPJS patients who received treatment at the Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2023, totaling 717 respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 88 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling using the Slovin formula.  Inclusion criteria are willing to be a respondent by filling out a consent form. This research was carried out on March 28 - April 28 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The research results show a  tangibles (p value 0.005), responsiveness (p value 0.006) and empathy (p value 0.05) with BPJS patient satisfaction at the Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2024. Conclusion: there is a relationship between tangibles, responsiveness and empathy with BPJS patient satisfaction in Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2024. The Community Health Center should complete the facilities and infrastructure at the Community Health Center such as examination equipment

Abstract

Infant deaths are caused by the top three causes of death, namely LBW, asphyxia and infection. Meanwhile, the highest cause of other neonatal deaths was caused by intrapulmonary complications such as respiratory and cardiovascular disorders.  This research aims to determine the picture of infant mortality in the working area of ​​North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a case control approach.  The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth in North Musi Rawas Regency in January 2023. The sample in this study was 99 people, with sampling using case and control 3:1. Namely cases as many as 33 respondents and controls as many as 66 respondents, with the inclusion criteria being willing to become respondents by filling out a consent form, and parents of toddlers.  This research was carried out on March 30 - April 29 2024. Primary data was collected by interviews using questionnaires. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between birth attendant (p value 0.01), place of delivery (p value 0.002), birth weight (p value 0.006), ANC visits (p value 0.00), and comorbidities (p value 0, 00) with the incidence of infant deaths in the working area of ​​North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The most dominant factor in the incidence of infant deaths in the working area of ​​North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024, namely birth weight (p value 0.004) (OR 0.261). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between birth attendants, place of delivery, birth weight, ANC visits and comorbidities. The Health Service should coordinate with the Community Health Center to carry out scheduled posyandu activities.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is one of the top 10 causes of death worldwide. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the working area of the Talang Pangeran Public Health Center, Pemulutan Barat District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research design uses a case-control approach in determining the sample using a total sampling technique for cases and purposive sampling for controls. The sample number was 96, with 32 cases and 64 control respondents. Based on bivariate using chi-square test. The variables that have a relationship with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the work area of the Talang Pangeran Public Health Center, Pemulutuan Barat District, Ogan Ilir Regency, are temperature p-Value = 0.004 (OR= 5.073; 95%CI= 1.7-14.8), humidity p-Value = 0.016 (OR= 3.4; 95%CI= 1.3-8.7), lighting p-Value = 0.048 (OR= 4.081; 95%CI= 1.1-15), roof  p-Value = 0.016 (OR= 3.182; 95%CI= 1.3-7.7). A variable that has no relationship with the incidence of tuberculosis is the type of wall p-Value = 0.828. The most dominant variable is house temperature. So that the temperature is normal, it is necessary to carry out home improvement interventions by the criteria for a healthy house. By expanding the size of the house, ventilating the house, and planting trees around the house.

Abstract

Penyakit berbasis lingkungan seperti skabies masih menjadi penyebab masalah kesehatan terbesar bagi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis faktor risiko kejadian skabies di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2024. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan metode deskriptif dan survei analitik melalui pendekatan cross-sectional dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan teknik cluster sampling terhadap 93 orang narapidana. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan uji statistic chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur dan sistem pengelolaan air limbah memiliki nilai p value > 0,05, variabel pengetahuan (0,016), penggunaan handuk (0,000), menjemur handuk (0,011), frekuensi mandi (0,005), penggunaan sabun (0,009), penggunaan pakaian bergantian (0,004), kebersihan tempat tidur (0,020), jumlah penggunaan air (0,003) nilai < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara umur dan sistem pengelolaan air limbah dengan kejadian skabies serta ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, penggunaan handuk, menjemur handuk, frekuensi mandi, penggunaan sabun, penggunaan pakaian bergantian, kebersihan tempat tidur dan jumlah penggunaan air dengan kejadian skabies di Lapas Kelas II A Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

The incidence of nosocomial infections can actually be prevented if health care facilities consistently implement the PPI program. Infection Prevention and Control is an effort to ensure protection for everyone against the possibility of contracting infection from sources in the general public and when receiving health services at various health facilities. The research targets were nurses who worked at Sungai Lilin Regional Hospital. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to hand hygiene compliance among nurses at Sungai Lilin Regional Hospital. This research was conducted in February 2024 with a research sample of 57 people. The sampling technique used a total population of 57 samples. This research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The test was carried out using bivariate analysis with the chi-square test. Based on the research results, namely gender P-Value: 0.400, employment status P-Value: 0.250, length of service P-Value: 0.169, knowledge P-Value: 0.000, attitude P-Value: 0.000, availability of P-facilities -Value: 0.038 and the role of the PPI Team P-Value: 0.003. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, availability of facilities and the role of the PPI Team with hand hygiene compliance among nurses. It is hoped that there will be support from management in the form of giving awards such as certificates to nurses who comply with hand hygiene properly so that nurses at Sungai Lilin Hospital will have a more positive attitude in carrying out hand hygiene..

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a public health problem in the world even though efforts to control TB have been implemented in many countries since 1995. TB disease can be cured with regular and routine treatment according to the treatment program. This study aims to analyze factors related to preventive measures for tuberculosis in patients at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is an analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency from January to February 2024. The population in this study were all families of tuberculosis patients seeking treatment at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency and samples were taken using total sampling techniques. Data analysis is univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, namely gender P-Value: 0.029 (OR= 2.667), education P-Value: 0.015 (OR= 3.611), knowledge P-Value: 0.018 (OR= 2.877), attitude P-Value : 0.021 (OR= 2.825), family support P-Value: 0.013 (OR= 3.062), contact history P-Value: 0.002 (OR= 3.977). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between gender, education, knowledge, attitudes, family support and contact history with tuberculosis prevention measures. It is hoped that all officers at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency, will undergo regular examinations and screen patient contact history, as well as create GRABB TB innovations in an effort to provide quality services in an effort to prevent the transmission of tuberculosis.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah Kesehatan Masyarakat khususnya di negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Menurut data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, CDR (Case Date Rate) kasus TBC yang tercatat dan terlapor di SITB. Pada tahun 2022 target 100% dan capaian CDR 107% dengan jumlah kasus 1.280 kasus. Pada tahun 2023 target program TB 100% dan capaian CDR 117% dengan jumlah kasus 1.409 kasus, pada tahun 2024 target 100% dan capaian CDR 111% dengan jumlah kasus 1.350 kasus. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru di UPT Puskesmas Babat Toman. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purporsive sampling terdiri dari 80 orang yang terregistrasi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Babat Toman. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis Univariat, Bivariat dan Multivariat. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pengetahuan, riwayat merokok, riwayat kontak, kepadatan hunian, ventilasi, suhu dan kelembaban dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru di UPT Puskesmas Babat. Hasil analisa analisis multivariat variabel pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis paru. Saran: Di akhir penelitian di sarankan agar diharapkan agar puskesmas Babat Toman dapat menyusun rencana program kegiatan pencegahan kejadian tuberkulosis paru, meliputi kegiatan penyuluhan faktor-faktor risiko kjadian tuberkulosis paru. Kata kunci : Tuberkulosis Paru.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Upaya dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat membuka akses pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, berkualitas dan terjangkau. Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Gratis (PKG) bertujuan agar dapat menjawab permasalahan kesehatan di masyarakat serta melalui penyediaan Layanan Skrining sesuai Siklus Hidup. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan PKG. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan pada April – Mei 2025 di Kota Prabumulih. Populasi semua pengelola pelaksanaan PKG. pengambilan partisipan penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan metode wawancara Focus Group Discussion (FGD) 15 partisipan pengelola pelaksanaan PKG yang telah diminta persetujuannya dilembar inform consernt. Uji kredibilitas dilakukan dengan member checking dan triangulasi. dengan melakukan in depth interview. Hasil: PKG di Kota Prabumulih dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur dan standar dari segi pemenuhan SDM, Komitmen Negara, pendanaan, penggunaan sarana prasarana, pemakaian alat kesehatan dan BMHP serta faktor kepemimpinan. Tetapi keberhasilan belum bisa diukur dikarenakan pelaksanaan belum berjalan genap 1 tahun dan masih proses pemenuhan dan pengalokasian secara khusus untuk meningkatkan kompetensi petugas, kebijakan dari kepala daerah, dan belum ada alokasi khusus untuk pengadaan sarana prasarana, alat kesehatan dan BMHP. Saran: Untuk meningkatkan kualitas Dinas Kesehatan Kota Prabumulih hendaknya mengalokasikan anggaran khusus untuk pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, alat kesehatan dan BMHP dan peningkatan kompetensi petugas dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja petugas serta pengoptimalan kegiatan PKG di Kota Prabumulih. Kata Kunci:, Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Gratis (PKG)

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia pada ibu hamil trimester II merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang masih sering dijumpai, Anemia selama kehamilan berisiko menyebabkan komplikasi bagi ibu dan janin, seperti persalinan prematur, bayi berat lahir rendah, hingga kematian maternal. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester II. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 ibu hamil trimester II yang dipilih secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran antropometri, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square untuk analisis bivariat dan regresi logistik ganda metode backward LR untuk analisis multivariat. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi anemia sebesar 56,3%. Variabel yang berhubungan signifikan secara statistik dengan kejadian anemia meliputi pengetahuan (p=0,000), LILA (p=0,000), dukungan keluarga (p=0,011), dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p=0,001), dan kunjungan ANC (p=0,029). Sementara variabel pendidikan dan jarak kehamilan tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap anemia (OR=18,495), diikuti oleh dukungan tenaga kesehatan (OR=11,813) dan kunjungan ANC (OR=0,232) sebagai faktor protektif. Saran: Diperlukan upaya peningkatan edukasi gizi, penguatan peran tenaga kesehatan, serta keterlibatan keluarga dalam mendukung ibu hamil guna menurunkan angka kejadian anemia di trimester kedua. Kata kunci : Anemia, Ibu Hamil, Trimester II, Status Gizi.

Abstract

Background: Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the use of PPE remains low due to the lack of a safety culture in the workplace. Safety culture is influenced by behavioral, environmental, and personal factors. This study aims to analyze compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among Emergency Department (ER) personnel at Prabumulih City Hospital in 2025. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design, with a population of 72 respondents and a sample size of 72. The sampling method used was total population sampling. This study was conducted from June 1 to July 1, 2025. Data collection and collection used a questionnaire. Results: Statistical analysis using Chi-Square and logistic regression showed a significant relationship (p-value <0.05) for the variables knowledge (p-value 0.036), attitude (p-value 0.000), length of service (p-value 0.019), training (p-value 0.025), supervision (p-value 0.014), waste management (p-value 0.017), availability of PPE (p-value 0.001), and no relationship with gender (p-value 0.719). Multivariate statistical analysis revealed that the dominant factor influencing PPE compliance was PPE availability (p=0.003; OR=14.213). Conclusion: It is recommended that education programs, supervision programs, and adequate PPE availability be improved to support officer compliance.  Keywords: PPE, Availability, Compliance, Officers
