Abstract

Kecamatan Palabuhanratu is a capture fishery base for fishing areas in the South of Sea Java and the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone (ZEEI) in the Indian Ocean. As most of fishermen in Indonesia, the majority of fishermen in Palabuhanratu still live in poverty. Poverty is caused by several factors, one of which is capital. The majority of fishermen want to add their capital by using conventional banks or moneylenders who charge them high interest, so they are getting poorer. This study aims to look at fishermen's perceptions of capital financing in Islamic banks. The research method used is the theory of planned behavior analysis (TPB) and structured equation modeling (SEM). The variables used in this study are subjective norms (SN), attitudes toward behavior (ATB), and perceived behavioural control (PBC). The results of data analysis show that SN, ATB, and PBC positively affect fishermen's perceptions of financing in Islamic banks. In addition, the SN and PBC variables positively affect the intention of fishermen to apply for financing in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan dan prestasi belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran matematika berbasis HOTS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian adalah quasi experimental design jenis nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah 34 siswa kelas 3 di MI Mathlaul Anwar tahun Pelajaran 2019-2020. Instrument penelitian berupa tabel observasi dan tes yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada kelas eksperimen kegiatan pembelajaran matematika berbasis HOTS, sedang pada kelas kontrol kegiatan pembelajaran matematika konvensional. Hasil analisis uji Independent Samples T-Test pada nilai posttest jiwa kewirausahaan kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran matematika berbasis HOTS bahkan peningkatannya lebih dari 200%.  Demikian juga prestasi belajar siswa melaui uji Independent Samples T-Test pada nilai posttest  kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan adanya  peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran matematika berbasis HOTS. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika berbasis Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) mampu melejitkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan prestasi belajar siswa.AbstractThis study aims to determine the increase in entrepreneurial spirit and student achievement through HOTS-based mathematics learning. This research is a quantitative research design with a quasi experimental design type nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were 34 grade 3 students at MI Mathlaul Anwar for the 2019-2020 academic year. Research instruments in the form of observation tables and tests given before and after learning activities. In the experimental class HOTS-based mathematics learning activities, while in the control class conventional mathematics learning activities. The results of the analysis of the Independent Samples T-Test on the posttest scores of the entrepreneurial spirit of the experimental group with the control group showed an increase in the entrepreneurial spirit of students using HOTS-based mathematics learning even the increase was more than 200%. Likewise, student learning achievement through the Independent Samples T-Test on the posttest scores of the experimental group with the control group showed an increase in student achievement using HOTS-based mathematics learning. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that Mathematics learning based on Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) is able to boost entrepreneurial spirit and student learning achievement.

Abstract

Wabah covid 19 berdampak terhadap mahasiswa. Mahasiswa dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan kesulitan tersebut, karena mahasiswa tersebut memiliki resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan macam-macam strategi yang dilakukan Mahasiswa FAI Semester 1dan factor apa saja yang mempengaruhi resiliensi mahasiswa tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan denga teknik purposive sampling. Anaslisis data dengan pendekatan triangulasi data. Hasil temuan bahwa Mahasiswa FAI Semester 1 Universitas Ibn Khaldun mempunyai strategi resiliensi untuk mengahadapi permasalahan akibat pandemic Covid-19 ini. strategi yang dilakukan diantaranya membangun emosi positif dan spritualisme serta menyelesaikan masalah secara rasional. Strategi resiliensi ekonomi yang dilakukan selama pendemi ini yaitu budaya hemat sebagai aplikasi dari strategi yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Yusuf. Hasil penelitian lainnya menunjukkan bahwa factor individual, keluarga, dan masyarakat sebagai factor pendukung terbentuknya resiliensi. Khusunya factor kemandirian individu dan social support

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has acted as a catalyst for change in a variety of areas of life, including education. Education, which was previously conducted solely in the classroom, has evolved into technology-based distance learning, posing challenges for students at all levels of the educational process, including students. This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education students' knowledge, problems, and efforts to improve course understanding. A semi-structured questionnaire and the probability snowball sampling approach were used to conduct an online survey. The responders were from the second semester of eight classes, and a total of 180 statements were accepted. Distance learning expertise During distant learning, 63.71 percent stated they comprehended the process, and 42 percent said they felt their parents' attention. Students cited slow learning, excessive costs, and not ideal as problems in this survey, with 51.2 percent, 63 percent, and 63.3 percent, respectively, expressing their dissatisfaction. 74.4 percent of students reported that they were making significant efforts to improve their comprehension of studying and listening courses, with 43 percent of students attempting to ask questions and 90.6 seeking for references in order to better their understanding of the course.

Abstract

Wakaf is one of the philanthropic institutions of Islam that can reliably support the social justice agenda, especially among the Islamic community. He is one way of using the treasures recommended by Allah SWT and Prophet Muhammad SAW, wakaf has been implemented since the time of the current Rosuluh with a wider form that is not only waqf in the form of non-asset but also wakaf in the form of money that is commonly known as waqf money / cash waqf. Therefore, the writer tries to eradicate the law in conveying the money of obedient scholars syafi'iyah and ulama hanafiah thus giving more understand to us about law and benefit of cash waqf. Wakaf adalah salah satu lembaga filantropis Islam yang dapat dipercaya mendukung agenda keadilan sosial, terutama di kalangan masyarakat Islam. Ia adalah salah satu cara menggunakan harta yang direkomendasikan oleh Allah SWT dan Nabi Muhammad SAW, wakaf telah diterapkan sejak masa Rosuluh saat ini dengan bentuk yang lebih luas yaitu tidak hanya wakaf dalam bentuk non-aset tetapi juga wakaf dalam bentuk dari uang yang biasa dikenal dengan uang wakaf / wakaf tunai. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba untuk memberantas hukum dalam menyampaikan uang para ulama syafi'iyah dan ulama hanafiah sehingga memberikan lebih banyak pemahaman kepada kita tentang hukum dan manfaat wakaf tunai.

Abstract

Motivasi adalah salah satu hal yang berpengaruh pada kesuksesan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa. Tanpa motivasi, proses pembelajaran akan sulit mencapai kesuksesan yang optimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits menggunakan metode Quantum Teaching. Jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-6 MTs. Ash-Shoheh Citeureup Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan pengamatan (observasi) dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hal ini dijelaskan bahwa metode Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dilihat dari pelaksanaan tindakan pada pembelajaran dari observasi awal didapat tingkat motivasi siswa pada pra siklus adalah 53,33%, dan setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran mengggunakan metode Quantum Teaching tingkat motivasai belajar siswa meningkat, pada siklus I mencapai 63,33%, pada siklus II mencapai 76,66% dan pada siklus III mencapai 90%.

Abstract

Abstrak Dampak dari kurang sadarnya peserta didik dalam menjaga kebersihan sekolah dapat menyebabkan tercemarnya lingkungan sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai penyakit, kelas menjadi bau dan peserta didik tidak nyaman ketika melakukan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu sekolah sebaiknya menerapkan nilai-nilai kebersihan terhadap peserta didik agar dapat menumbuhkan kedisiplinan bagi peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelirtian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kebersihan lingkungan yang diterapkan disekolah IT Dinamika Umat dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan nilai-nilai kebersihan lingkungan terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai kebersihan kepada peserta didik terhadap kedisplinan di sekolah IT Dinamika Umat yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan akan efektif, yaitu dengan menerapkan ketauladanan yang baik kepada peserta didik sehingga tergerak hatinya untuk meniru dan mengikutinya, ditambah dengan kegiatan-kegiatan seperti adanya jadwal piket yang membuat peserta didik dapat bertanggung jawab atas tugasnya, serta adanya sanksi yang mendidik memberikan efek jera kepada peserta didik sehingga peserta didik tidak mengulanginya lagi. Kata Kunci: Penerapan Nilai-nilai kebersihan, kedisiplinan peserta didik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Problem based learning model in an effort to improve creative thinking skills and student achievement at PIONEER Depok Elementary School in science subjects. One of the advantages of the Problem-based learning model is that it is able to train students to think high-level, critically and creatively in solving problems. Creative thinking ability can be measured based on indicators of fluency, flexibility of originality in thinking, and thinking in detail. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The results obtained must be from the learning is that there is a significant influence in the application of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model on student achievement. This means that the implementation of Problem Based Learning is effective in increasing students' creative thinking skills and learning achievement. This research was conducted by observing and doing pre-test and post-test to show maximum results so that the implementation of PBL in science learning.

Abstract

There are still many who follow traditions that are contrary to Islamic law, one of which happened in the Kayumanis Village, namely the custom of giving grants (money/goods) in the process of marriage. One of the reasons is that people still believe and believe in traditions that have been passed down, and are advice from parents that are impossible to violate. This study aims to find out what is the basis for the payment of fines/grants in this marriage step, what are the impacts for those who carry out the stepping-up custom in this marriage, and the relevance of this marriage-stepping custom to the legal rules of al'adat muhakkamah in Kayumanis Village, Tanah Sareal District. Bogor City. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method which is a method that focuses on in-depth observations. The results of this study are: what is the basis for community members who are still living this tradition that this tradition has become a tradition that is carried out from generation to generation. do not believe in this custom, just worried that their relationship is not good (between the brother and sister). Meanwhile, according to the view of Al'adat muhakkamah, the custom of giving this step cannot be used as evidence (proof, basis, or reason). This custom or tradition is very contradictory and not in line with Islamic law
