Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of PKN learning in shaping the religious character and discipline of students at SDITA eL Ma'mur Bogor. The method in this research is qualitatively desktiptif with the type of field study approach (Field Riserch) and research conducted in class V takes 2 classes with a total number of 61 students. Data collection techniques in this study are carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that PKN learning can shape students' character values such as religious characters and disciplines not only in theory but students can also implement them in everyday life. With the passage of several character-based school programs (Adab month) it can also be used as a reinforcement for the formation of religious character and student discipline. Abstract

This study examines the "Kafa'ah Concept In Selecting A Life Partner According To The Four Imams Of Madzhab". In more detail, discussing the process of determining a partner, it is recommended to choose one who is in agreement, balanced, level and equal. Although this is not a necessity, it is intended to produce harmony in order to avoid failure in fostering a household caused by striking differences, both differences in religion and in social strata. These differences can be a source of disputes which ultimately lead to family disharmony. This study aims to analyze how the views of four madhhab priests about the concept of kafa'ah in choosing a life partner. This research is a research that uses a normative approach with a qualitative descriptive method, namely describing the views of four priests of a school of thought. The research results obtained from the discussion of this research, namely that according to the scholars of the four schools of thought kafa'ah have different perceptions with the criteria of kafa'ah. Therefore, it is important to explain in this thesis the views of the four madzhab scholars regarding the standardization of kafa'ah in choosing a life partner. It was concluded that kafa'ah had an important role in marriage and the criteria differed among the four madzhab scholars, namely lineage, wealth, religious quality, employment, disability and independence. Abstract

Moral education is very important for every human being among educational institution, the behavior attitudes and courtesy of student are prioritized because they reflect student who have good character. Therefore, learning aqidah morals has the ain of forming patterens of behavior, attitudes and manners of student through learning on the subjects of aqidah morals, so that the implementations of learning aqidah morallity can be realized optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of learning aqidah morals and to know the teacher’s ability to cultivate the polite attitude of students. The method in thos study uses a case study approach, wich is a method for collecting and analyzing data on particular case.The result of this research are that students geta good important and learn moral aqidah so that they can practice it in everyday life an always get used to being polite to those who are older, such as getting used to the 5 S(greeting, greeting, polite, smile and sharing) they always do. Do it every time you meet the teacher or someone who is older. The ability of the teacher to cultivate the polite attitude of students is by giving example of good things. There are the behavior of students, namely internal factors, two namely factors that influence that originate from and with themselves. Student such as the character or character of each student. While the second factor is external factors, namely factors that come from the environment of students. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is needed for the development of students. Abstract

Divorce is the severance of the relationship between husband and wife, caused by failure husband or wife in carrying out all the bonding roles of each. This research is based on turn to the consenquences of parental divorce on children’s education. The purpose of the study is to find out how the impact of divorce in law Islam, to find out how the impact of divorce on children’s education in the village Ciherang Pondok, to find out how to overcome the impact of divorce on children’s education in Ciherang Pondok Village. The research method used is research qualitative method with descriptive method, while the data collection techniques used are observation,interview and documentation. The data analysis procedures used in this research is a data analysis of the Miles and Huberman Model, namely : data collection (data collection), data reduction, display (data presentation), levers (data collection). From the result of the study show that : in Islamic teachings, divorce is indeed not prohibited and it is allowed, but it is hated by Allah SWT, the education of the child of the victim’s child divorce has a huge impact on children’s education, attitudes and behavior as well as learning achievement declining, one of the efforts to overcome the impact of divorce on children’s education is inseparable from the role of parents, teachers,and the people around them. Abstract

This study examines the "Effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Divorce Rate in Bogor City (Case Study in the Bogor Religious Court Class 1A". The purpose of this study was to determine the divorce rate in Bogor City during the COVID-19 pandemic and to find out how much influence the COVID-19 pandemic in Bogor City had on the divorce rate. In this study, a quantitative research approach was used, called quantitative because the research data was in the form of analytical figures using statistics, and the research method in this study used a simple linear regression method. The population that the authors took samples in this study were the people of Bogor City. The sampling technique in this study was determined by the author with a probability sampling technique, and the number of samples was 5%, which was as many as 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires) as many as 30 items of statements, observations, documentation, and interview. Then the data that have been obtained, analyzed by the author using the correlation technique in SPSS 25. The results showed that there was a strong influence between the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the divorce rate in Bogor City, this was obtained from the rxy result of 0.639 which when viewed from the guideline table for the interpretation of the correlation value of the research variables, 0.639 lies in the coefficient 0.60 – 0.799, and the level of this coefficient is included in the level of strong influence. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa, pengelolaan pembelajaran menggunakan model BBL dan bagaimana penerapan model BBL dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. ditandai dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang masih dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimun. meskipun pembelajaran telah berpusat pada siswa, masih banyak ditemukan siswa yang tidak mengikuti jalannya pembelajaran seperti tidak mendengarkan saat guru menjelaskan atau teman sebayanya menjelaskan didepan kelas, tidak berani mengungkapkan pendapatnya, tidak berani untuk bertanya jika tidak tahu. hal tersebut berimplikasi pada proses dan hasil belajar yang kurang optimal karena kurangnya aktivitas belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan di kelas. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bogor yang terdiri dari 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa tes, angket, wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan analisis data dari hasil belajar siswa sebelum menerapkan model pembelajaran Brain Based Learning dapat diketahui bahwa siswa yang memiliki nilai kurng dari kriteria ketuntasan minimal KKM=75 sebanyak 6 siswa atau 17.14 %, sedangkan yang sudah mencapai ketuntasan minimal sebanyak 29 siswa dengan persentase 82.86%. diperoleh simpulan bahwa 1) Dari segi siswa, yaitu berupa aktivitas siswa, siswa aktif dan siswa bergairah dalam belajar hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata siklus I yaitu 81.904%, dan siklus II yaitu 83.047%, rata-rata keseluruhan siklus I dan siklus II adalah 82.476% artinya sesuai dengan apa yang diajarkan. 2) Dari segi guru, yaitu kegiatan guru dalam pembelajaran baik dengan presentasi rata-rata siklus I pertemuan ke-1: 91.071%, siklus I pertemuan ke-2: 96.428%, dan siklus II pertemuan ke-1: 92.857% , siklus II pertemuan ke-2: 100%, rata-rata keseluruhan siklus I dan siklus II adalah 95.089%. 3) Dari segi hasil belajar yaitu, berupa hasil belajar siswa meningkat sehingga meningkatkan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran PAI, khususnya dalam materi Al-Khulafa Al-Rasyidun dan Hidup Jadi Lebih Damai dengan Ikhlas, Sabar, dan Pemaaf. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tes hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I 94.29%, masih dibawah indikator keberhasilan, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II 100%, siklus II sudah diatas indikator keberhasilan. Dengan demikian penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini telah selesai dilaksanakan dengan tujuan yang diharapkan yakni dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PAI dikelas VII B SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Seorang pendidik memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Selain itu, pendidik juga ditekankan harus kreatif dan kompeten agar dapat melakukan proses pendidikan yang memotivasi peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi secara interaktif, inspiratif, dan menyenangkan. Jika seorang pendidik ingin mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien, maka penguasaan materi saja tidak cukup, pendidik harus menguasai berbagai keterampilan dan metode untuk diberikan di dalam kelas dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang baik tentunya bisa membangkitkan motivasi belajar peserta didik, salah satunya dengan menerapkan metode poster session yang merupakan bagian dari strategi active learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan dan efektivitas metode poster session dalam pembelajaran PPKn kelas III SDN Nanggewer Mekar Cibinong. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, redukasi data, display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa penerapan metode poster session dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SDN Nanggewer Mekar sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan efektif. Hal tersebut terbukti adanya efek dan akibat yang memberikan hasil memuaskan, sudah terlaksananya semua tugas pokok dan adanya partisipasi aktif serta respon yang positif dari peserta didik. Penggunaan metode poster session ini berjalan dengan baik, peserta didik lebih bersemangat, adanya interaksi antar peserta didik maupun dengan guru, serta tidak adanya keluhan pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung dari peserta didik.

Abstract

This thesis disscuss “Islamic Law Perspectives On Women Who Run Career In The Iddah Period”. This study examines the perspectives of islamic law in regard of women who have careers during the iddah period. More detail is the problem of women who runs her career during the iddah period. This study aims to analyze how islamic law views women who careers during the iddah periode. This research that uses a qualitative describe method, which describes the perspectives of islamic law. The result of this study are women who have a career in legal iddah period are allowed, as long as it do not violate the rules of islamic law and is urgent to fulfill their needs. Women who have career during the iddah period are allowed on condition that they do not cross the boundaries, such as going out in clothes that provoke men’s eyes, wearing fragrances that attract men’s desire. Key word: Islamic Law, Career Women ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Pandangan Hukum Islam Terhadap Perempuan Yang Berkarir Dalam Masa Iddah”. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pandangan hukum Islam terkait perempuan yang berkarir dalam masa iddah. Lebih rinci yaitu masalah seorang perempuan yang menjalankan karirnya dalam masa iddah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam tentang perempuan yang berkarir dalam masa iddah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan pandangan hukum Islam. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu wanita berkarir dalam masa iddah hukumnya dibolehkan, selama hal tersebut tidak melanggar aturan-aturan syariat Islam dan merupakan suatu keperluan yang mendesak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Wanita berkarir dalam masa iddah dibolehkan dengan ketentuan tidak melewati batas seperti keluar dengan pakaian yang memicu pandangan laki-laki, memakai wewangian yang menimbulkan perhatian para laki-laki. Abstract

The role of parents is very important in fostering an attitude of responsibility for children's learning. Seeing the current situation caused by the emergence of the corona virus (Covid-19) in 2020, the world has experienced many changes and bad impacts. This virus has affected the state of the economy to the point of changing face-to-face learning patterns to distance learning or commonly called online. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. This study aims to determine the role of parents in fostering a responsible attitude to student learning during online learning. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher met 3 respondents, namely the parents of the students of Mts Insan Sejati Bogor. Researchers conducted this research at Mts Insan Sejati Bogor, which was carried out for one month. The results of the study show that parents at Mts Insan Sejati Bogor have played a role in fostering an attitude of learning responsibility for students during online learning. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions and Islamic institutions that act as distributors of agents of change, namely the students make a major contribution to the community in the pesantren environment and the wider community. Pesantren opens opportunities for the community to participate and play a role in the activities in the pesantren. The effectiveness of the empowerment role carried out by pesantren will be maximized if the pesantren is able to equip itself with skilled and professional personnel to manage various activities that involve the community. It is also necessary for caregivers related to the role of pesantren, in addition to having social sensitivity, they must also have broad insight on how to build a religious society. Religion itself can be defined as a person's appreciation of religious values ​​that are believed to be in the form of obedience and applied in daily behavior. Seeing the background of the problem, a question arises, how is the role of the Daarul Fikri Islamic boarding school in increasing the religious values ​​of the people of the Bekasi Warung Bambu Village. The aim of this research is to find out the role of pesantren and what activities are carried out in increasing the religious values ​​of the community in the pesantren environment. The type of research that the researcher uses is field research which is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the administrators of the pesantren and the surrounding community, observations were made by observing the conditions in the pesantren and around the pesantren. Documentation is used to support the data that researchers get in the field. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the Daarul Fikri Islamic Boarding School has held activities that lead to increasing the religious values ​​of the community, including traveling Subuk (Flute), Elderly Islamic Boarding School, Clean Friday, Santri serving. In addition to the activities held by community boarding schools, they often involve pesantren in some of the religious activities they carry out, this is an opportunity for the cottage to continue to broadcast Islam in the community.
