Abstract

This thesis disscuss “Islamic Law Perspectives On Women Who Run Career In The Iddah Period”. This study examines the perspectives of islamic law in regard of women who have careers during the iddah period. More detail is the problem of women who runs her career during the iddah period. This study aims to analyze how islamic law views women who careers during the iddah periode. This research that uses a qualitative describe method, which describes the perspectives of islamic law. The result of this study are women who have a career in legal iddah period are allowed, as long as it do not violate the rules of islamic law and is urgent to fulfill their needs. Women who have career during the iddah period are allowed on condition that they do not cross the boundaries, such as going out in clothes that provoke men’s eyes, wearing fragrances that attract men’s desire. Key word: Islamic Law, Career Women ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Pandangan Hukum Islam Terhadap Perempuan Yang Berkarir Dalam Masa Iddah”. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pandangan hukum Islam terkait perempuan yang berkarir dalam masa iddah. Lebih rinci yaitu masalah seorang perempuan yang menjalankan karirnya dalam masa iddah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam tentang perempuan yang berkarir dalam masa iddah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan pandangan hukum Islam. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu wanita berkarir dalam masa iddah hukumnya dibolehkan, selama hal tersebut tidak melanggar aturan-aturan syariat Islam dan merupakan suatu keperluan yang mendesak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Wanita berkarir dalam masa iddah dibolehkan dengan ketentuan tidak melewati batas seperti keluar dengan pakaian yang memicu pandangan laki-laki, memakai wewangian yang menimbulkan perhatian para laki-laki. Abstract

The role of parents is very important in fostering an attitude of responsibility for children's learning. Seeing the current situation caused by the emergence of the corona virus (Covid-19) in 2020, the world has experienced many changes and bad impacts. This virus has affected the state of the economy to the point of changing face-to-face learning patterns to distance learning or commonly called online. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. This study aims to determine the role of parents in fostering a responsible attitude to student learning during online learning. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher met 3 respondents, namely the parents of the students of Mts Insan Sejati Bogor. Researchers conducted this research at Mts Insan Sejati Bogor, which was carried out for one month. The results of the study show that parents at Mts Insan Sejati Bogor have played a role in fostering an attitude of learning responsibility for students during online learning. Thus parents have a very big role to increase the sense of responsibility for children's learning. Keywords: Role; Parents; Responsibility; Online Learning

Abstract

Today people prefer to do online transactions on the marketplace. Online trading is the same as offline trading. But there is a different process between offline and online selling, and offline trading requires the seller and buyer to meet at the same time dan place, while the internet accesses online trading. Therefore, some consumers are disappointed when doing online transactions. For example, the goods or the orders are not sent by the seller. Moreover, for the highly nominal fraud of the consumer, that is why implementing Islamic businesses ethic is very important to practise at Tokopedia. The methodology used in this research is qualitative method data obtained by interview and observation. Investigation, observation and interviews show that implementing Islamic business ethics at Tokopedia is consistent with some of the ethical principles of Islamic business ethics. However, as a whole, it has not been in accordance with the ethical principles of the Islamic business, such as fraud, those who sell bad quality of goods or imitation products that we call KW goods. And still, others sell items that are cherished in Islam, such as alcohol, AIDS, and sex dolls.Keywords: implementation, Islam business ethics, online transaction AbstrakSaat ini, oranglebih cenderung  bertransaksi secara online . Transaksi online sama saja dengan transaksi offline. Hanya saja proses jual belinya berbeda dengan jal beli offline, jual beli offline penjual dan pembeli bertemu sedangkan jual belionline melalui melalui internet. Nyatanya beberapa konsumen kecewa dan dirugikan saat  bertransaksi secara online, misal barang yang di pesan tidak sesuai atau tidak dikirim oleh penjual, terlebih lagi bagi konsumen yang mengalami penipuan dengan nominal yang besar. Oleh karena itu sangat  penting untuk mempraktikan etika bisnis Islami saat bertransaksi di Tokopedia. Metodologi dalam skirpsi ini adalah metode kualitatif data diambil dari wawancara dan observasi.dari hasil penelitian, observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan, bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islam di Tokopedia sesuai dengan beberapa prinsip etika Islam. Nmaun secara keseluruhan, penerapan etika bisnis Islam di Tokopedia belum sesuai spenuhnya. Sebab masih ada penjual yang melakukan penipuan, dan masih ada yang menjual produk berkualitas rendah dan produk yang diharamkan seperti produk tirun atau produk KW, minuman keras, alat bantu sex dan boneka sex.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Etika Bisnis Islam, Transaksi Jual Beli Online

Abstract

Marriage is one of the ways to be able to build a sakinah family, with the aim of creating quality offspring, then the conditions and pillars of marriage must be fulfilled, one of which is the existence of a guardian who has rights in a woman's marriage contract, among scholars there are different opinions on the issue of marriage without a guardian, some say it is okay and some are not allowed and among the community, there are also many who do not know the law of marriage without a guardian Therefore, the author tries to examine the problem. This research method uses a literature review method that uses sources from books and other sources using a qualitative approach. The result obtained from the researcher is that in marriage without a guardian there are two different great views, namely Imam Shafi'i and Imam Hanafi, the opinion of Imam Shafi'i says that marriage without a guardian is invalid because the guardian is the pillar of the marriage that must be fulfilled whereas in the opinion of Imam Hanafi said that marriage in the absence of a guardian is permissible because the woman who is already baligh can choose her own partner. from the analysis of the most correct opinion according to the researcher is the opinion of Imam Shafi'i because the guardian is the pillar of marriage as well as the opinion of the KHI also says that the marriage cannot take place before the harmony and conditions are met and according to the KHI the guardian includes the pillars and conditions of marriage.Keywords: Marriage Without Guardian, Ulama Perspective, Compilation of Islamic Law Abstrak.Pernikahan adalah salah satu jalan untuk bisa membangun keluarga yang sakinah, dengan tujuan menciptakan keturunan yang berkualitas, maka syarat dan rukun nikah harus terpenuhi salah satunya adanya wali yang memiliki hak dalam akad nikah seorang perempuan, di kalangan ulama ada yang berbeda pendapat tentang masalah nikah tanpa wali, ada yang mengatakan boleh dan ada juga yang tidak membolehkan serta di kalangan masyarakat juga masih banyak yang belum mengetahui hukum nikah tanpa wali. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba mengkaji permasalahan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka yang menggunakan sumber dari buku dan sumber yang lainnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari peneliti adalah bahwasanya nikah tanpa wali ada dua pandangan besar yang berbeda yaitu Imam Syafi’i dan Imam Hanafi, pendapat Imam Syafi’i mengatakan bahwa nikah tanpa wali itu tidak sah karena wali adalah rukun dari pernikahan yang harus di penuhi sedangkan menurut pendapat Imam Hanafi mengatakan bahwa pernikahan tanpa adanya wali itu di bolehkan karena wanita yang sudah baligh dapat memilih pasangannya sendiri. dari analisis pendapat yang paling benar menurut peneliti adalah pendapat dari Imam Syafi’i karena wali adalah rukun dalam pernikahan begitu pula dengan pendapat dari KHI juga mengatakan bahwa pernikahan tidak dapat dilangsungkan sebelum rukun dan syarat terpenuhi dan menurut KHIwali termasuk dar rukun dan syarat pernikahan.Kata Kunci: Nikah Tanpa Wali, Perspektif Ulama, Kompilasi Hukum Islam

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions and Islamic institutions that act as distributors of agents of change, namely the students make a major contribution to the community in the pesantren environment and the wider community. Pesantren opens opportunities for the community to participate and play a role in the activities in the pesantren. The effectiveness of the empowerment role carried out by pesantren will be maximized if the pesantren is able to equip itself with skilled and professional personnel to manage various activities that involve the community. It is also necessary for caregivers related to the role of pesantren, in addition to having social sensitivity, they must also have broad insight on how to build a religious society. Religion itself can be defined as a person's appreciation of religious values ​​that are believed to be in the form of obedience and applied in daily behavior. Seeing the background of the problem, a question arises, how is the role of the Daarul Fikri Islamic boarding school in increasing the religious values ​​of the people of the Bekasi Warung Bambu Village. The aim of this research is to find out the role of pesantren and what activities are carried out in increasing the religious values ​​of the community in the pesantren environment. The type of research that the researcher uses is field research which is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the administrators of the pesantren and the surrounding community, observations were made by observing the conditions in the pesantren and around the pesantren. Documentation is used to support the data that researchers get in the field. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the Daarul Fikri Islamic Boarding School has held activities that lead to increasing the religious values ​​of the community, including traveling Subuk (Flute), Elderly Islamic Boarding School, Clean Friday, Santri serving. In addition to the activities held by community boarding schools, they often involve pesantren in some of the religious activities they carry out, this is an opportunity for the cottage to continue to broadcast Islam in the community. Abstract

The Picture and Picture learning model in the learning process emphasizes that students are required to be responsible for everything that is done in their group. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Picture And Picture model on the learning outcomes of class II students in fiqh subjects at MI Al - Ikhlas Cicadas Bogor. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a true experimental design type of research. This study aims to answer questions in the formulation of the problem which include: 1) How is the application of the Picture And Picture learning model to the learning outcomes of class II students in the control and experimental classes at MI Al – Ikhlas Cicadas Bogor 2) How are the learning outcomes of class II students in the experimental class on the subject of fiqh by using the Picture And Picture learning model at MI Al – Ikhlas 3) How does the Picture And Picture learning model affect the learning outcomes of class II students in the experimental class at MI Al – Ikhlas Cicadas Bogor. The results of this study indicate that: a) the application of the Picture And Picture learning model in the experimental class most students are able to think logically, this is evidenced by the ability of students to compose pictures of the material that has been studied, which of these activities train the level of students' thinking abilities and students are more enthusiastic, active and enthusiastic because the learning process with pictures attracts students' attention more b) learning outcomes on the average pretest score of students in the control class is 33.77 and the pretest of students in the experimental class is 59.64 , meanwhile the results of the average value in the posttest control class is 69.11 and the posttest in the experimental class is 78.58 c) the effect of the significance of the difference in the average of the two groups given the treatment of both the conventional model and Picture And Picture which is applied to the Mann test -Whitney obtained Asymp results. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.029 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the Picture and Picture model on learning outcomes in fiqh subjects with a medium significance category because the significance value used by researchers is 0.05 (5%). The Picture And Picture learning model can be used as an alternative for teachers in the fiqh learning process in order to develop a learning model that is applied to students, so that students do not feel bored when carrying out learning activities, this saturation can be minimized optimally, with the implementation of the Picture And Picture learning model in the learning process. the learning process to determine the effect on students' cognitive learning outcomes to contribute optimally in the learning process.  Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Picture And Picture, Fiqh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Rancangan ini memiliki pretest yaitu kelompok kelas eksperimen dengan metode discovery learning dan kelompok kelas kontrol dengan metode diskusi. Kemudian diberikan posttest untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda dengan pelajaran yang sama. Batasan berdasarkan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA MAN 2 Kabupaten Bogor. mata pelajaran Fiqh dengan hasil belajar yang diinginkan.Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran discovery berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fikih kelas X MAN 2 Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan perhitungan Independent Sample t test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,612 dengan jumlah siswa 60 orang. Pengambilan keputusan dengan melihat hasil sig. (2-ekor) adalah 0,001. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are very important in a person's education to determine a learning success that has been obtained after following the teaching and learning process. There are various teaching methods that can be used by teachers to obtain learning outcomes in students. One of them is the Mind Mapping method. Furthermore, this study aims to determine whether there is a role of the Mind Mapping method in improving the learning outcomes of SKI material on Khulafaurrasyidin in class VII students at MTsN Kota Bogor. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection using tests with multiple choice forms. The data analysis technique uses the T-Test Test. In this study there are several findings, namely 1). There was an increase from the Pre-Test results to the Post-Test results in the control class of 11.34. And the Pre-Test results and Post-Test results in the experimental class amounted to 16.94; 2). The average N-Gain Score in the experimental class was 57.0411 or 57.04%; 3). Independent sample t-test output in the Equal Variances Assumed section shows that the Sig value. (2 tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the above findings, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in increasing the value of student learning outcomes, so that there is a Role of the Mind Mapping Method in improving SKI Learning Outcomes on Khulafaurrasyidin Material in Class VII Students at MTsN Kota Bogor. Abstract

The family is the environment where the child finds education firstly. Therefore, the role of parents in education is a direct action to supervise, control, and evaluate every child's activity. In order for children's education to be better, parents must act as educators who can set an example or model for their children. This study aims to find out how important parental exemplary is in supporting school programs, especially in the Tahfidz learning process for grade 6 SDIT Darul Hijri Dramaga Bogor. This research is a field research using qualitative methods. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data obtained using techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion show that parental example is very important and there are even parents who take part in the Al-Quran program to follow and be able to control their children's memorization at home. There are even children who are able to achieve the target of memorizing one juz or more, in general, children of students who have high motivation and most importantly, these children are children who are assisted, guided by their parents at home. However, this is not shown by all children who are students at SDIT Darul Hijri Dramaga Bogor because of the lack of ability and understanding of parents towards the Al-Quran, and parents are busy at work. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data yang valid dan tepat berkenaan dengan korelasi antara Keterlibatan Siswi (Student Enggagement) Dalam Program Keputrian Dengan Akhlak Siswi Di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bogor dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket/kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 520 siswi dan sampel sebanyak 84 siswi di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bogor dengan menggunakan simple random sampling (sampel acak sederhana). Teknik analisis data antara kedua variabel, antara lain: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji koefisien Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi rhitung= 0,653 menunjukkan rhitung > rtabel baik pada taraf kepercayaan 0,1 maupun 0,05, rtabel (0,18;0,21) menunjukkan koefisien korelasi antara keterlibatan siswi dalam kegiatan program keputrian dengan akhlak siswi di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bogor memiliki korelasi positif yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan siswi (student engagement) dalam program keputrian memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan akhlak siswi di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bogor.
