Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia itself is currently at the level of being able to provide online food delivery services, making it easier for users to order food. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly changed consumer behavior to avoid or reduce activities outside the home, including ordering food. This study was conducted to identify what factors influence consumers in using online food delivery services with continuance intention after the pandemic and uses a method that integrates variables from the ECM (Expectancy Confirmation Model) and UTAUT2 (Extended Unified Theory of Use and Acceptance of Technology 2). The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires online on 252 online food delivery users. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses excel for the data screening process and the SmartPLS 3 application to test the inner model and outer model. The results of this study show that the most frequently used online food delivery service application is Go-Food and is dominated by women, with an age group of 17 years to 25 years, the majority of students domiciled mostly in West Java province. Then, there are six accepted hypotheses and five rejected hypotheses. Based on the accepted hypothesis, it is found that the variable price saving orientation, habit has an effect in influencing users in using online food delivery services in continuance intention. This research is expected to provide positive input for the authorities to be able to improve the quality of service provided to users in the future.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To analyze the effect of consultation by the Account Representative on taxpayer compliance; and (2) To analyze the effect of supervision by the Account Representative on taxpayer compliance at the Makassar South KPP. This study uses primary data through a survey of 100 corporate and individual taxpayer respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis, which is a regression model to analyze more than one independent variable. The results of this study are (1) Based on simultaneous tests, consultations provided by Account Representatives and supervision provided by Account Representatives have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, (2) Based on partial tests, tax consulting variables provided by Account Representatives, and supervision provided by the Account Representative has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Tuntutan terhadap keterampilan berbahasa semakin kompleks. Siswa tidak hanya perlu menguasai keterampilan dasar seperti membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga harus mampu berpikir kritis, berkomunikasi secara efektif, berkolaborasi, dan berkreasi. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD perlu dirancang untuk mengembangkan keterampilan-keterampilan ini, yang sejalan dengan konsep deep learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara model-model pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan pengembangan keterampilan whole language siswa. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan identifikasi kata kunci dalam deskripsi keterampilan bahasa, penetapan bobot numerik berdasarkan hierarki penguasaan, dan kategorisasi hasil ke dalam skala 1-6. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap model pembelajaran memiliki potensi yang berbeda dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa. Model inkuiri cenderung unggul dalam menyimak dan menulis, sementara model discovery learning dan PBL lebih dominan dalam berbicara. Model kooperatif, meskipun efektif dalam kolaborasi, menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi dalam pengembangan keterampilan individu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan keterampilan whole language siswa secara holistik.
