This research aims to identify the steps that have been taken by SMK Forward Nusantara in order to improve and build the school's image as shown by the absorption of graduates. This research was designed with a qualitative approach and used interview, observation and document analysis research instruments. The results of this research state that SMK Forward Nusantara has a mission to create a mid-level workforce that is skilled and professional and ready to enter the world of work/industry and is expected to be able to channel its alumni or act as job introducers. This hope can be realized by entering into a cooperation agreement between the Employment Service, the Education Service and the Business/Industrial World which is linear with the existing departments. As a follow-up to the cooperation agreement, SMK Forward Nusantara is responsible for absorbing its graduates to obtain jobs that suit their interests, abilities and career by establishing a Special Job Fair.

This study aims to understand the plan strategy Permata Mojokerto Foundation in building an organization and strategies that are organization programs in developing human capital and implementing it. This study is a qualitative study using a data collection method that uses primary data from observations, interview, and documentation. Data types and data source originate from documentation and are analyzed in accordance with research objectives before comparing research findings using metrics. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data mapping, and conslusion. The results of the study indicate that the strategy for Permata foundation has been successfully implemented by enhancing the quality of human resources in the aforementioned foundation. The culture of organizations based on the seven character that serves as distinctive features can also be implemented successfully. A few things A few things that should be noted are the program's implementation guidelines and evaluation methods. Therefore, Permata foundation must carry out strategic tasks like reaffirming existing formulation of vision and mission, increasing the use of information systems in all program components, assisting various staff members in evaluating decision, and creating more detailed program descriptions for human capital development.

The purpose of this study is to examine how training and education affect worker performance at the State Police School (SPN) Polda NTB, using learning motivation as an intervening variable. This study employs survey-based quantitative methodologies. Employees of SPN Polda NTB who had taken part in the education and training program made up the research sample. To investigate the direct and indirect effects of variables, data were gathered using questionnaires and analyzed using path analytic techniques. The analysis revealed that training had a considerable impact on employee performance at the State Police School (SPN) Polda West Nusa Tenggara, whereas education had no discernible influence. The best model was obtained with an r-square of 91.1%. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that learning motivation improves worker performance. The relationship between education and training and performance is mediated by learning motivation, which is an intervening variable. Good training and education will raise learning motivation, which will enhance employee performance. According to this study, enhancing the caliber of training and education initiatives and paying more attention to learning motivation are crucial for raising employee performance at SPN Polda Nusa Tenggara Barat.

Background: Leadership is a central aspect of the nursing management process, with nurses serving as front-line personnel in providing services to patients. Inadequate quality of care has a significant impact on high mortality rates and substantial cost burdens. Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationship between the transformational leadership style of nurse managers and the quality of patient care. Method: Literature search was conducted in five database journals covering various disciplines. Original research and peer-reviewed methods published in English were included in the review criteria. The initial search yielded 4397 articles and only 24 articles met the criteria for analysis. The review process used the PRISMA system guideline. Results: The results of literature from various articles reveal that factors influencing the quality of care included job satisfaction, non-compliance with standard drug administration, high staff turnover, stress and fatigue, and organizational commitment. Conclusions: There was a significant correlation between transformational leadership and the quality-of-care outcomes. This leadership style provided inspiration to nursing managers enhancing care quality to the best level. Further study needs to provide evidence of adoption and implementation transformational leadership style.

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and job stress on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable at the North Koyong Regional Finance Agency. The study used a causal associative approach, with a population of 42 employees of the North Koyong Regional Finance Agency, and a saturated sampling technique. The sampling technique used a questionnaire and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that workload did not significantly influence employee performance, indicating that a high workload does not necessarily directly increase or decrease performance. Work stress also did not significantly influence employee performance, indicating that work pressure is still tolerable by employees. In addition, workload did not significantly influence work motivation, indicating that a high workload is unable to generate internal drive to work better. Conversely, work stress was shown to have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, where certain pressures can be a driving force for increased motivation if perceived as challenges. Work motivation itself significantly influences employee performance, confirming that motivated employees tend to show more optimal performance. However, work motivation was unable to significantly mediate the relationship between workload and job stress on employee performance, indicating that motivation's role as an intermediary is still not optimal.

The aim of the research is to analyze and explain the influence of charismatic leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment of the Nahdlatul Wathan congregation in the district. East Lombok. The population in this research is all people in East Lombok who claim or declare themselves to be citizens or congregations of Nahdatul Wathan (NW). with purposive and random sampling techniques, the number of samples in this study was 211 respondents. This type of research is causal associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable and other variables. The research results show: 1). Charismatic Leadership Style has a variably positive influence on Organizational Commitment, 2). And Organizational Culture has a variably positive influence on Organizational Commitment and is significant, 3.) Charismatic Leadership Style and Organizational Culture are simultaneously positive on Organizational Commitment, 4). Organizational Culture has more influence on Organizational Commitment compared to Charismatic Leadership.

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of competence, compensation and organizational commitment on the performance of village officials in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously it has a significant influence on the performance of village officials. Partially, the variables of competence and organizational commitment each have a significant positive influence on the performance of village officials. Meanwhile, the compensation variable has no influence on the performance of village officials in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The coefficient of determination value on the adjusted R square was obtained at 30.1%. This means that 30.1% of the performance of village officials in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency is influenced by the variables of competency, compensation and organizational commitment.

This study aimed at 1) analyzing partially the influence of emotional intelligence, work environment, and work discipline on the work productivity of Educators in State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. 2) analyzing whether the variables of emotional intelligence, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously influence on the work productivity of Educators in State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. 3) analyzing the variables of emotional intelligence, work environment, and work discipline, which variables had the most dominant influence on the work productivity of Educators in State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. This study was a causal associative research. This study was also a population study where the number of respondents who returned the questionnaire was 105 respondents. Quantitative analysis technique was used in this study with the assistance of SPSS 20. This study showed that 1) Emotional Intelligence had a positive influence on the productivity of the performance of educators in State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. 2) The work environment had a positive influence on the productivity of the performance of educators at State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. 3) Work Discipline had a positive influence on the productivity of the performance of educators at State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District.

The aim of this research is to explore and describe leadership strategies in improving the performance of BUMD PD Selaparang Agro employees, East Lombok Regency. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research where the presentation of the data was done by describing the data in the form of words and language. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses stages starting from data reduction, data presentation and verification. Research results Leadership strategies in improving employee performance in PD. Selaparang Agro does several things, namely: 1) Building good communication with employees by briefing every morning and open communication. 2) Provide motivation to employees. 3) Provide comparative study opportunities in order to increase employee experience, skills and abilities at work. 4) Apply discipline. 5) Give rewards or awards to employees who achieve achievements.

(English Version)The aims of this study is to analyze alternative formulas and marketing strategies for online taxation services according to the SWOT matrix during the Covid-19 pandemic and in the coming years. This research method uses a SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS approach with 17 informants of KPP Pratama Malang Utara and 13 taxpayers who are registered in KPP Pratama Malang Utara. The results showed that the online service marketing strategy of Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Malang Utara was in quadrant II (supporting the stability strategy), which had a very large opportunity, but also faced several internal weaknesses. The focus on this strategy is to use the strengths of the company to minimize internal weaknesses so as to maximize greater opportunities, so that the marketing objectives of online tax services can be optimized by making various alternative strategies. (Versi Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis formula alternatif dan strategi pemasaran layanan perpajakan online sesuai matrik SWOT dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 dan tahun mendatang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT melalui pendekatan IFAS dan EFAS dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 17 pegawai KPP Pratama Malang Utara dan 13 Wajib Pajak yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Malang Utara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran layanan online Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Malang Utara berada pada kuadran II (mendukung stability strategy) yaitu memiliki peluang yang sangat besar, tetapi juga menghadapi beberapa kelemahan internal. Fokus pada strategi ini adalah menggunakan kekuatan yang dimiliki organisasi guna meminimumkan faktor kelemahan internal sehingga dapat memaksimalkan peluang yang lebih besar, sehingga tujuan pemasaran layanan perpajakan online dapat optimal dengan membuat berbagai alternatif strategi
