Abstract

English VersionThe aims of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on member satisfaction, marketing mix and service quality on member loyalty, satisfaction with member loyalty, satisfaction mediating on the marketing mix on member loyalty and service quality on member loyalty. The research method used was partial least square on 85 members in Batu KUD by using purposive sampling. The results showed the effect of marketing mix and service quality on satisfaction was positive and significant, marketing mix and service quality on member loyalty was positive and insignificant, satisfaction with member loyalty was positive and significant, satisfaction did not mediate in the marketing mix on member loyalty, and member satisfaction mediates the quality of service to member loyalty. Versi Indonesia Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota, bauran pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota, kepuasan terhadap loyalitas anggota, kepuasan memediasi pada bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas anggota dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PLS pada 85 anggota di KUD Batu dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan adalah positif dan signifikan, bauran pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota adalah positif dan tidak signifikan, kepuasan terhadap loyalitas anggota adalah positif dan signifikan, kepuasan tidak memediasi pada bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas anggota, serta kepuasan anggota memediasi pada kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota.

English VersionThe company, in its pursuit of achieving its objectives, places emphasis on both the workload and work discipline as crucial elements for achieving success. This study aims to explore the effects of workload and work discipline on employee performance. This research falls into the category of explanatory research and employs quantitative methods. The research sample comprises 70 individuals, and data were gathered through the use of questionnaires and observations. The data utilized in this study is considered primary data, sourced directly from its origins. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS software. The findings of the research reveal that there exists a simultaneous as well as partial relationship between workload and work discipline in relation to employee performance. Significantly, work discipline exerts a more prominent influence on employee performance. The practical implication of this research is that company management should give due consideration to workload and work discipline, recognizing their impact on the achievement of organizational objectives. Strategies to enhance employee work discipline should be implemented in diverse ways to positively affect employee performance. Versi IndonesiaPerusahaan, dalam upaya mencapai kesuksesan, mengutamakan baik beban kerja maupun disiplin kerja sebagai faktor kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini masuk dalam kategori penelitian eksplanatori, menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sebanyak 70 individu dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer, diperoleh langsung dari sumbernya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hubungan bersamaan dan sebagian antara beban kerja dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Terutama, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan beban kerja dan disiplin kerja sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Disiplin kerja karyawan perlu diperhatikan dalam berbagai cara untuk memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational goals. Compensation and leadership are the two main variables that affect job satisfaction and employee performance. This study was conducted to explore the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between compensation, leadership, and employee performance in the Notary & PPAT Office in Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to test and analyze the effects: 1) compensation on job satisfaction, 2) leadership on job satisfaction, 3) compensation on employee performance, 4) leadership on employee performance, 5) job satisfaction on employee performance, 6) compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction, and 7) leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses an explanatory research approach and was conducted at the Notary & PPAT Office in Mojokerto Regency in February-May 2021. The population of the study was 45 employees (excluding leaders). The sample was determined using the saturated sample technique, which resulted in a sample of 45 people (excluding the leader). The results of the study prove that: 1) compensation affects job satisfaction, 2) leadership affects job satisfaction, 3) compensation affects employee performance, 4) leadership affects employee performance, 5) job satisfaction affects employee performance, 6) compensation affects employee performance through job satisfaction, and 7) leadership affects employee performance through job satisfaction. This study implies that to improve employee performance in the Notary & PPAT Office in Mojokerto Regency, the focus needs to be given to improving job satisfaction through improving compensation and leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Mental Hospital, Lawang, Malang and to develop a strategic plan from the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) in conducting supervision of the Mental Hospital. This research is qualitative research. The informants are the Head of SPI and other respondents. In formulating alternative strategies, SWOT analysis is used with the IFAS and EFAS approach methods. The results showed that SPI is in quadrant I (supporting growth strategy), which has strong internal strengths to grow in seizing existing opportunities. The resulting strategy is to improve internal control in the RSJ through the formation of the SPIP Task Force in organizing internal control in the hospital, increasing the knowledge and understanding of the heads of work units, on all matters relating to inherent supervision within the scope of their work units and utilizing information technology by creating a Supervisory Information System application to support supervisory performance, especially in terms of organizing SPIP in the hospital. The implications of this research are significant for enhancing internal control systems and strategic planning within healthcare institutions. By identifying SPI's current position and proposing targeted strategies, this study provides actionable recommendations for improving internal oversight and control mechanisms. The formation of a dedicated SPIP Task Force and the development of a Supervisory Information System application are expected to strengthen internal controls, streamline supervision processes, and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous, partial, and dominant influence of transformational leadership style and democratic leadership style on the performance of GAPEROMA employees.This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of employees of the Gabungan Perusahaan Rokok Malang (GAPEROMA). The sample was selected using a representative sampling technique. In this study, the researcher used a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is used as the sample. This is often applied when the total population is relatively small, less than 100 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire, which was first tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption tests. Data were analyzed using SPSS software.The results of the study show that: i) Transformational and democratic leadership styles have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at GAPEROMA; ii) Transformational and democratic leadership styles have a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance at GAPEROMA; iii) Transformational leadership style has a dominant influence on employee performance at GAPEROMA.

Abstract

Performance is the work results of an employee or group of employees during a specific period that are compared with the performance standards determined by the company. Many variables influence this, including workability, job rotation, and job satisfaction. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of 1) workability on performance, 2) work rotation on performance, 3) workability on job satisfaction, 4) work rotation on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction on performance, 6) workability on performance through job satisfaction, 7) work rotation on performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University, Malang, using an explanatory research approach with a saturated sampling technique, obtaining 74 educational staff. Data was collected using a questionnaire method given directly to respondents. Then, it was analyzed using path analysis. The results prove that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted, namely:1) workability influences performance, 2) work rotation influences performance, 3) workability influences job satisfaction, 4) work rotation influences job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction influences performance, 6) workability influences performance through job satisfaction, 7) work rotation affects performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of the scheme for working from home in both the government and private sectors is one of the consequences of the PSBB (Working from Home/WFH). BPJamsostek plans to implement Work At Office (WAO) by complying with health protocols, and also implements Work From Home (WFH) to support activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on a case study at BPJamsostek Pandaan Branch which has implemented Work At Office (WAO) and Work From Home (WFH) in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, the author focuses on employee performance achievements by implementing Work At Office (WAO) and Work From Home ( WFH). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation and performance achievements of BPJamsostek Pasuruan Pandaan employees by implementing Work At Office (WAO) and Work From Home (WFH).The method in this research uses qualitative research, with the data analysis technique used in this research being descriptive analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of educational staff, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable, in educational staff at the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University, Malang. The approach used is quantitative with a survey and explanatory design. The entire population consisting of 46 people were used as respondents through a census technique. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis using SPSS version 26. The results show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This means that increasing work discipline and motivation not only has a direct impact on improving performance but can also strengthen performance through increasing organizational commitment. These findings emphasize the importance of building a work culture that supports discipline and motivation, as well as strengthening organizational commitment as a foundation for improving educational staff performance. Therefore, policies and leadership are needed that are able to encourage the development of these three aspects in an integrated manner to achieve sustainable work effectiveness in the higher education environment.

Abstract

This study looks at how company culture and work ethic affect the performance of Generation Z employees, using employee engagement as a mediator. Data were obtained using an associative quantitative technique through an online survey of Generation Z employees (ages 18-28 with at least six months of service) and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that company culture has a favorable and considerable impact on performance, both directly and indirectly through employee engagement. However, work ethic only has a major impact on performance when employee participation is fully mediated. One important result is that employee involvement does not directly boost Generation Z performance; rather, intrinsic motivation has a larger effect.

Abstract

Perkembangan yang cepat dalam perdagangan elektronik telah memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku konsumen di Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara belanja secara hedon, style berbelanja, emosi positif, dan belanja impulsif di kalangan pengguna Shopee. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu metode kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan data yang bersumber dari kuesioner online yang dibagikan kepada 170 responden di Kecamatan Turen, Kabupaten Malang. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja hedon memiliki efek signifikan terhadap emosi positif, yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara belanja hedon dan belanja impulsif. Meskipun gaya belanja berpengaruh terhadap emosi positif, ia tidak menunjukkan dampak langsung terhadap belanja impulsif. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa emosi positif berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial antara belanja hedonis dan belanja impulsif, serta antara gaya belanja dan belanja impulsif. Hasil ini memberikan sumbangsih terhadap pemahaman mengenai bagaimana faktor emosional dapat mendorong belanja impulsif di platform e-commerce, sekaligus memberi wawasan kepada Shopee dan platform e-commerce lainnya dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada keterlibatan emosional.
