Abstract

Banyak masalah timbul akibat rendahnya mutu lulusan. Di antara penyebab rendahnya mutu lulusan adalah belum diterapkannya manajemen peserta didik yang baik. Madrasah Diniyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan tengah berupaya berinovasi agar tidak tertinggal. Manajemen peserta didik diperlukan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan pengaturan terhadap peserta didik mulai dari masuk hingga kelulusan, guna meningkatkan daya saing lembaga pendidikan di madrasah diniyah. Madrasah Diniyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Pagotan telah menerapkan pengaturan peserta didik berdasarkan manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik serta kontribusi pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan pada Madrasah Diniyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Pagotan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah single case study. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis menurut Miles Matthew dan A. Michael Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik meliputi empat tahap, yaitu planning meliputi analisis kebutuhan peserta didik menyesuaikan daya tampung, penyusunan program; organizing meliputi rekruitmen dengan pembentukan panitia dan pembuatan brosur; actuating meliputi penerimaan dengan sistem promosi dan seleksi, seleksi menggunakan tes tulis, lisan dan praktik, orientasi dilakukan sehari dengan pemberian informasi dan arahan terakit aturan dan tata tertib madrasah, pengelompokkan dengan sistem kelas, pembinaan dan pengembangan meliputi kegiatan kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler; controlling yang meliputi pencatatan kehadiran dan ketidakhadiran dalam buku absensi, pencatatan dan pelaporan ditulis dalam formulir pendaftaran, buku induk, klapper, buku nilai, rapot dan ijasah; kontribusi pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik yakni meningkatkan prestasi akademik, prestasi non akademik dan kualitas lulusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya dan seberapa besar pengaruh empat variabel dari teori bauran pemasaran yang dikemukakan oleh Philip Kotler, terhadap keputusan siswa memilih untuk melanjutkan pendidikan menengah atas di SMA Negeri 1 Pulung, secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Empat variabel yang dimaksud adalah Product/Produk, Price/Harga, Place/Tempat/Lokasi, dan Promotion/Promosi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Pulung, mulai kelas X-XII tahun pelajaran 2020/2021, yang berjumlah 734 siswa. Karena populasi yang berjumlah banyak, sebagai objek penilitian digunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah 15% dari populasi, yaitu sebanyak 110 siswa sebagai responden. Setelah melakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji homogenitas dan linieritas data, kemudian baru dilakukan proses uji Hipotesis dengan menggunkan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 16. Dan didapatklan hasil bahwa secara parsial/terpisah, hanya 3 variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan siswa memilih sekolah di SMAN 1 Pulung yaitu variabel Product/Produk (31.9%), Place/Tempat (56.1%), dan Promotion (45.6%). Sedangkan variabel Price/Harga tidak ada pengaruhnya. Kemudian secara simultan, variabel bauran pemasaran, memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan siswa memilih sekolah di SMAN 1 Pulung sebesar 35.3%.

Abstract

Isu mengenai keadilan dan kesetaraan gender masih menjadi isu yang sensitif untuk dibahas dalam Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, contohnya pada Lembaga pondok pesantren. Anggapan bahwa perempuan tidak memiliki kesempatan yang sama seperti laki-laki karena adanya tradisi sosial yang telah mendarah daging dan masih dipegang teguh sehingga perempuan masih dikucilkan ketika memberikan pendapat. Hal ini tentu menjadi perhatian di beberapa pesantren seperti di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo. Penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi implementasi keadilan dan kesetaraan gender di pondok pesantren tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo telah menerapkan nilai keadilan dan kesetaraan gender dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Hal tersebut diketahui melalui wawancara kepada pengasuh dan santri mengenai pemahaman keadilan dan kesetaraan gender, kemudian berbagai kegiatan yang ada di pondok tersebut menggambarkan bahwa tidak adanya ketimpangan gender yang terjadi.

Abstract

Even though the pandemic has ended, working mothers face challenges in achieving work-family balance so that children's character education goes well. This paper looks at the effect of Work-Family Balance (WFB) and burnout on working mothers in carrying out character education for children after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a quantitative method with a survey design. Data was collected from distributing questionnaires on the Google form filled in by female lecturers at the Islamic University in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that there is an effect of WFB and burnout on post-pandemic children's character education. Female lecturers at Islamic universities can be categorized as working mothers who can achieve WFB and educate their children well so there are no born-outs. This research shows that even as working mothers, lecturers at an Islamic university can carry out their role in children's education well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas 4 MI Ma’arif Polorejo, (2) Mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual dalam meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas 4 MI Ma’arif Polorejo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas Kemmis&MCTaggart. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan proses belajar belajar siswa. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil observasi pemahaman konsep belajar siswa. Pada tahap pra siklus persentase pemahaman konsep siswa sebesar 60,74% meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 84,6% kemudian mengalami peningkatan lagi pada siklus II sebesar 86,9%. (2) Model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut diketahui dari adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pada setiap siklusnya. Pada tahap pra siklus nilai hasil belajar yang berada dalam kategori tuntas sebesar 19,3% kemudian mengalami peningkatan menjadi 35% pada siklus I, kemudian mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 88,5% pada siklus II dari total jumlah siswa di kelas. Maka dengan demikian penerapan atau implementasi model pembelajaran kontekstual terbukti dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The 2021 KPM-DDR activity will be held in Jingglong Village, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency. We and the community chose the personal asset owned by Mrs. Siti Zulaecha, namely the Angkringan business, on the grounds that the development of personal assets is aimed at making the business owned by Mrs. Siti Zulaecha more developed, especially in this Covid-19 pandemic situation. In a pandemic situation like this, it has a big impact, one of which is in the economic sector, moreover the government has issued a letter related to PPKM policies, one of which is the implementation at 20.00 WIB. Therefore, angkringan businesses that are known to be open until 12 hours and above must be closed according to government policy. The marketing strategy that we did to develop the angkringan business was by making branding, posters and uploading on social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp as well as financial management applications. KPM-DDR activities use the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method through four stages of implementation, namely inculturation, discovery, define, reflection and RTL. The result of this activity is to implement online marketing strategies through social media and the use of financial management applications can increase revenue and help angkringan business owners discipline financial bookkeeping. In addition, it makes angkringan businesses survive in the midst of a pandemic situation with new innovations to market them on social media.

Abstract

In the last few decades, especially after the fall of the New Order regime, the political constellation in Indonesia has been quite dynamic and tends to be populist. Many people consider that the populism aspirations of Muslims as the majority religion embraced by Indonesian citizens in several aspects of political life are experiencing a strengthening trend. One of the precedents that indicates the strengthening trend of Islamic populism is the case of blasphemy and the emergence of the 212 movement. This movement emerged after the 2017 DKI Jakarta election campaign where one of the candidate pairs at that time was suspected of insulting Islam by quoting Tarjamah Surah al-Maidah Verse 51 for pragmatic purposes of electoral politics. The question is, how do translation institutions in Indonesia that are considered authoritative translate this verse, especially the word "auliya". This study focuses its discussion on the presentation of tarjamah data for the word "Auliya'" which is contained in the work of Tarjamah Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and Tarjamah Tafsiriyah M. Thalib. The results of this study indicate that the differences that occur between the translations of the two translations are very diametrical. The translation of the word "auliya'" in the Tarjamah M. Talib uses a more fundamental diction when compared to the tarjamah of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. The Tarjamah Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia chose to use the term "friend". Tarjamah M. Talib prefers to use the term "leader".

Abstract

In patriarchal cultures and societies, the practice of women’s domestication is commonly embraced. As an educational institution, pesantren are inherently led by the kyai due to their exclusive leadership. Many scholarly studies often neglect the roles of their wives as counterparts or nyai in the pesantren. Even in a broader society, the contributions of nyai in the transformation of pesantren are frequently eclipsed by the roles of their husbands or male counterparts. Therefore, this study aims to comprehend the roles of nyai and how they deal with cultural barriers that are essential for their public participation inside and outside the pesantren. Through an anthropological approach, this study presents the life narratives of two nyais in contemporary Indonesia and demonstrates the significant roles of nyai in the pesantren. It also aims to portray the life experiences of nyais in dealing with cultural barriers and promoting gender awareness to their students (santri). It also explores the interpretation of the gender equality concept within Islamic terms amid the prevailing patriarchal cultures and societies. In addition, it also examines the reception and practices of santri regarding gender awareness and equality. Thus, this study further argues that nyai plays an essential role in promoting gender equality in the pesantren. Nyai’s life experiences and leadership serve as an important modality for the pesantren to transform the society towards just and justice.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the discipline profile of early childhood worship in RA Perwanida, Pucangombo Hamlet, Tegalombo Pacitan; (2) to describe the role of the teacher as a guide in improving the discipline of early childhood worship at RA Perwanida, Pucangombo Hamlet, Tegalombo Pacitan; (3) to describe the teacher's role as a supervisor in improving the discipline of early childhood worship in RA Perwanida, Pucangombo Hamlet, Tegalombo Pacitan. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The results of this study are: (1) Discipline profile for children of age in RA Perwanida Pucangombo Hamlet Tegalombo Pacitan in general is included in the category of lack of discipline. Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility of gender responsive semester learning plans (RPS) according to gender responsive learning experts, learning design experts, and the effectiveness of using gender responsive RPS in Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKI). This research is developmental by using the instructional system model of Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel (1974) with a modified 4-D model. The 4-D model consists of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. In this study, modification of the 4-D model was carried out, namely simplification from four stages to three stages. The results showed that the RPS was gender responsive from the development of the 4-D model in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Studies, Hadith Studies, Introduction to Islamic Studies, and the History of Islamic Civilization are considered appropriate according to gender responsive learning experts and learning design experts. The limited trial showed a very satisfactory response based on the assessment of observer lecturers and PIAUD students who had participated in this study.
