Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning independence of elementary school students in one of the public schools in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with linear regression research method. Quantitative research according to Sugiyono can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature with the aim of testing hypotheses which has been set. In this study using the linear regression method, namely statistical techniques to create a model and investigate the effect of one or several independent variables on one response variable. Based on the results of the research, data analysis, and discussion that was carried out in the previous chapter, it can be concluded from 112 respondents that students with dominant visual learning styles are 56 students, auditory learning styles are 21 students, kinesthetic learning styles are 13 students, visual learning styles and auditory as many as 10 students, visual and kinesthetic learning styles as many as 6 students, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles as many as 4 students, and students with the three dominant learning styles as many as 2 students

Abstract

The era of globalization demands more and more character building so that graduates from various levels can compete with their peers in other parts of the world. Character is something that is unique only to an individual or group, nation, and is the key to individual success. In accordance with the mission of national education, the purpose of character education is to develop skills and build a valuable national character and civilization in the framework of the formation of the nation's life. In today's world of education, it is very important to apply character values to students to be able to welcome the new Era 5.0. Through this study, it is expected to find the application of character values in the world of education to welcome Era 5.0. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study method. The object of study focuses on analyzing books, scientific articles, and other literacy sources related to efforts to apply character values in education to welcome Era 5.0. Data analysis is carried out by examining the process of strengthening character derived from digital literacy. From the study, efforts to apply character values in education can be carried out in schools and universities so that students have good character values in welcoming the 5.0 era

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research whose background is that there are still some students who still do not reflect Pancasila behavior both during learning and outside of learning. This study aims to analyze character strengthening through the application of Pancasila values ​​in thematic learning of science content at SDN 008 Samarinda Ulu. The technique used in this triangulation is triangulation of data sources to test the validity of the data. The results of research that has been carried out by researchers in class IVB SDN 008 Samarinda Ulu is that the teacher has applied Pancasila values ​​in the thematic learning of science content so that it influences student character. Its application is by getting students to pray, say hello, greet. The teacher gives freedom to students to express opinions, respect differences, help others, consult, and be fair when learning takes place which is integrated with strengthening religious, national, independent and mutual cooperation characters. There are no difficulties in strengthening character through the application of Pancasila values ​​in thematic learning

Abstract

Keberhasilan kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan pada pemahaman yang kuat mengenai pentingnya pengetahuan yang handal mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah bagi para guru, serta strategi teknis untuk mempublikasikannya di jurnal terindeks SINTA. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dijalankan melalui program pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim PKM. Tim ini memberikan panduan tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah dan memberikan pendampingan teknis kepada para guru, yang bertujuan untuk membantu mereka menghasilkan penelitian yang bisa dipublikasikan di jurnal yang terindeks di SINTA.Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan yang mencakup presentasi serta penjelasan terkait teknik penulisan artikel ilmiah, serta panduan teknis tentang cara mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah di jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang terindeks. Kegiatan ini diadakan secara langsung (offline) dan diikuti oleh 25 guru dari madrasah yang berada di pinggiran kota. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini telah berhasil mencapai sasaran yang telah direncanakan. Tidak hanya itu, lebih dari 80% guru yang berasal dari wilayah pinggiran kota turut serta dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Respons yang sangat positif diberikan oleh para guru terhadap program ini, yang membuat semangat mereka membara untuk terlibat dalam penelitian. Beberapa di antara mereka bahkan berkomitmen untuk menjalankan penelitian sebagai bagian dari usaha mereka dalam mencapai kenaikan pangkat. Selain itu, semangat mereka untuk menerbitkan artikel ilmiah secara independen di jurnal terindeks SINTA juga sangat besar.

Abstract

This paper suggested integrating podcast application to improve Islamic education storytelling sessions during pandemic COVID-19 disruption in Indonesia. The findings of a study about learning in schools and madrasahs believe that learning during a pandemic disturbance can be overcome with a remote learning system with the help of learning media with various digital applications. For this reason, we have reviewed various literature and online-based learning applications and scientific publications of the latest findings on how to deal with learning disabilities during COVID-19 to deepen new understanding to prove the assumption that many learning applications can help students learn during temporary shelters but open classrooms at a long distance. With the evidence of existing studies from various literature and scientific publications on online learning and pandemic disruption, we can say that the effectiveness of integrating the Podcast application has become an alternative superiority of distance learning media among students in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Therefore, we highly recommend pesantren's academics, especially students in the Islamic education environment, and teachers outside the Islamic boarding school to integrate digital media podcasts as an alternative distance learning solution during disruption and the new normal learning period because of the advantages and effectiveness of podcasts application for learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA di wilayah Tangerang Selatan, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sikap kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA di wilayah Tangerang Selatan, untuk mengetahui sikap kepala sekolah yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru SMA di wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 guru atau dengan kata lain subjek penelitian ini adalah 32 orang guru SMA di wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini yaitu sikap kepala sekolah dan Variabel terikat (Y) dalam penelitian ini yaitu kinerja guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan metode analisis menggunakan Regresi Sederhana. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sebelum dilakukan uji analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji liniearitas. Pengujian hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh bahwa nilai p korelasi antara variabel sikap kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru sebesar 0,079. Nilai signifikansi p > 0,05 (0,079 > 0,05), karena nilai Fhitung lebih kecil dari Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel sikap kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IIB SDN 004 Samarinda Utara melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar pendidikan pancasila yang rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak 3 siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siklus I memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik dan langsung memenuhi target peneliti dengan persentase ketuntasan 82,76%. Melalui refleksi pada siklus I, peneliti melakukan perbaikan dan perubahan pelaksanaan sehingga siklus II memperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 89,66%. Siklus III memperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 96,55% dan jumla siswa yang tidak tuntas hanya 1 orang dari keseluruhan siswa sebanyak 29 orang. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IIB SDN 004 Samarinda Utara.

Abstract

Character plays a crucial role in shaping religious moderation in the millennial generation. This research investigates the role of character education in forming attitudes of tolerance, respect for differences, and understanding of religious moderation in the millennial generation. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the findings show that character education activities in schools, such as group discussions and extracurricular activities, have a positive impact in shaping the character of the millennial generation who are moderate in religion. Character education programs that emphasize the values ​​of diversity, harmony and respect for religious plurality have also proven effective in building a strong foundation for religious moderation. In conclusion, character education is a vital instrument in supporting the development of religious moderation in the millennial generation, by emphasizing the need for collaboration between schools, government, families and society.
