Abstract

Along with many plagiarism issues in the academic world, types of Plagiarism and its linguistic patterns are still under investigation. This study focuses on how Almuslim University EFL graduates perceive Plagiarism. The data for this study were gathered through documents and interviews using a descriptive qualitative design. Fifteen theses were used as samples to determine Plagiarism types and linguistic patterns, and 15 respondents were interviewed to determine the factors that influence Plagiarism. The documents were coded based on the types of Plagiarism, and the respondents were asked five questions during the interview. The findings revealed that 12 of the 15 theses samples had plagiarism rates greater than 25%, and three were found to have a small percentage of Plagiarism. According to the samples, most EFL graduates completed their theses using patchwriting instead of verbatim Plagiarism. In both types of Plagiarism (literal Plagiarism and intelligence).Furthermore, the interview results revealed that Plagiarism could occur due to various factors, including a lack of information, a desire to finish it quickly, an adverse environmental influence, and viewing the thesis as a graduate formality. Furthermore, the findings of this study can be used to educate others about the various types, causes, and contributing factors to Plagiarism. As a result, lecturers and universities can take precautionary measures to avoid Plagiarism in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of teacher mover collaboration in improving the quality of middle school teacher performance in Southeast Aceh Regency using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling) method. The approach used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and interrelated document studies. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: Teacher collaboration management is the driving force in improving the quality of performance of State Middle School teachers in Southeast Aceh Regency. The planning is going well, starting with identifying teacher needs, followed by discussions involving all teachers through effective communication and preparation of work programs, but there is still need for improvement in the preparation. vision and mission so that the desired goals are achieved. In the organizing function, it is still necessary to clarify the division of tasks between each element of the collaboration team so that they can be responsible for the success of this function. In its implementation function, collaborative management takes place in the form of collaborative activities and improvements are needed in managing time and lack of funds and infrastructure by strengthening the concept of appreciative inquiry. Likewise, the supervisory function has been carried out well by observing, providing feedback, mentoring and coaching, and conducting evaluation meetings to follow up on the development of collaborative activities with indicators of teacher performance quality increasing from before.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of school principals, obstacles to principal management and teacher responses in using ICT-based learning media through In House Training (IHT) for teachers at SD Negeri 3 Baktiya. The benefit of this research is that it becomes reference material for future research related to school principal management in the use of ICT-based learning media through In House Training (IHT), increases researchers' knowledge, especially in the field of school principal management and provides information for school principals in managing activities. utilization of ICT-based learning media through In House Training (IHT). This research uses a qualitative approach with primary data sources or subjects, namely the principal and teachers of SD Negeri 3 Baktiya and secondary data sources, namely school profile, organizational structure, teacher data and student data at SD Negeri 3 Baktiya. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research show that school principal management in utilizing ICT-based learning media through in-house training (IHT) starts from planning, organization, implementation and supervision. Planning is tailored to teacher needs with the aim of providing teacher skills in utilizing ICT media. The organization of school principals is carried out through efficient collaboration, which distributes tasks and authority to teachers according to their competencies. The principal's implementation is carried out by providing motivation, direction and coordination. Meanwhile, supervision is carried out through observation and supervision activities. The obstacles experienced in utilizing ICT-based learning media through in-house training (IHT) at SD Negeri 3 Baktiya are the limited ability of the principal in managing activities, limited innovation development, limited instructors, limited teacher knowledge in information and communication technology operating skills. The response of SD Negeri 3 Baktiya teachers to the use of ICT-based learning media through In House Training (IHT) was very positive which was able to raise teacher motivation and feelings of joy so that skills could improve.

Abstract

Implementation of Independent Curriculum requires teachers must be able to use digital media to create classroom more active, innovative, enjoyable, and can improve students’ learning outcomes. However, students' speaking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Gandapura are still low due to the teacher not yet utilizing digital media optimally in teaching speaking. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality (AR) media in improving students' speaking skills. This research used an experimental method and the sample of the research was taken two classes; class XI Merdeka 1 as control group and class XI Merdeka 2 as experimental group. The research instrument used was pre-test and post-test. The collected data was analyzed using inferential statistics with a t-test, through SPSS version 16 software. The finding was the students’ average pre-test speaking score in the experimental class was 69.7, while the average post-test score was 72.3. In conclusion, the use of AR media is effective and can enhance students' speaking skills.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana memiliki peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan pengadaan, pemeliharaan, penggunaan, Penghapusan dan pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah, Khususnya di MTsN 9 dan MTsN 11 Bireuen. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jumlah peralatan, lapangan yang tersedia dan juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengaadan,penggunaan, pemeliharaan dan penghapusan yang ada di sekolah MTsN 9 dan MTsN 11 Bireuen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian terkait pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran PJOK di MTsN 9 dan MTsN 11 menunjukkan bahwa : aspek pengadaan, pemeliharaan, penggunaan, dan pemanfaatan yang di lakukan di MTsN 9 Bireuen berjalan dengan baik, hal ini di buktikan dengan hasil wawancara yang telah di lakukan yang mana pihak sekolah melakukan perawatan secara berkala terhadap sarana dan prasarana, melakukan inventaris terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang di miliki, mengajukan pengadaan terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang di butuhkan pihak sekolah khusunya peralatan olahraga. Sedangkan di MTsN 11 Bireuen masih membutuhkan perhatian khusus di sebabkan oleh keterbatasannya anggaran sehingga berdampak pada minimnya sarana dan prasarana di sekolah, selain itu terbatasnya lahan sekolah membuat pengaadaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah ini menjadi terhambat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on organizational commitment, the effect of job stress on organizational commitment, and the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, as well as the combined effect of work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in the “School Movement” program in North Aceh Regency. This study was conducted at elementary schools in the “School Movement” program in North Aceh Regency. The study population totaled 380 people, with a sample of 76 individuals determined proportionally according to their work units. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis for this study employed the Product Moment correlation and Multiple Regression techniques. The results of the study indicated that (1) work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment by 58.1%. (2) Job stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment, with a correlation value of 0.027 and a total effect of 0.1%. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a correlation value of 0.057 and a total effect of 39%. (4) Collectively, work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction affect organizational commitment with a significance value of 0.007 at a 0.05 significance level. The results of this study demonstrate that work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction can influence organizational commitment. Therefore, to enhance organizational commitment, it is necessary to improve work motivation, reduce job stress, and increase job satisfaction among teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the role of the Merdeka BelajarKampu Merdeka (MBKM) or the Independent Learning Program in enhancing the culture and citizenship literacy of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) pre-service teachers at Universitas Almuslim, Indonesia, through the PERMATA-SAKTI Program, a student exchange program. This research employed a mixed method. The respondents of this study were prospective EFL teachers who participated in the program. Five informants were interviewed extensively to collect qualitative data. The interviews were transcribed and the results were analyzed through thematic analysis. A number of 35 pre-service EFL teachers filled in a closed-ended questionnaire to collect quantitative data. These data were analyzed descriptively. The findings of this study indicated that the program could strengthen the cultural and citizenship literacy of EFL pre-service teachers by introducing culture and diversity through the online learning process. The active combined learning process revealed the values of solidarity, tolerance, diversity, and unity. EFL pre-service teachers developed an attitude of mutual respect through a dynamic learning process involving diverse languages, races, ethnicities, religions, and worldviews. This study concluded that the PERMATA-SAKTI Program effectively strengthened the EFL pre-service teachers cultural and citizenship literacy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen Pendidikan Inklusif Di SD Negeri 4 Lhoksukom Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang bersifat penelitian lapangan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah yaitu :1) Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan menciptakan sekolah efektif sesuai dengan kriteria sekolah efektif. Yaitu kepala sekolah merencanakan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk program jangka pendek, program jangka menengah dan program jangka panjang yang terdokumentasi. Dalam membuat program dan penyusunan RKAS kepala sekolah melibatkan guru, orang tua murid dan pesonel sekolah lainnya. 2) Kemampuan manajerial kepala SD Negeri 4 Lhoksukon dalam pengorganisasian sekolah efektif sesuai prosedur yaitu dengan adanya struktur organisasi yang jelas, pembagian tugas yang jelas, fungsi dan wewenang serta tanggung jawab yang diberikan yaitu dengan membuat surat tugas maupun surat keputusan. Semua unit saling berkordinasi antara unit yang lainnya sehingga tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam menciptakan sekolah efektif dapat berjalan dengan baik. 3) Kemampuan majaerial kepala sekolah SD Negeri 4 Lhoksukon dalam Pengarahan menciptakan sekolah efektif juga sudah berjalan dengan baik. Adanya kepemimpinan yang kuat, proses belajara mengajar yang tinggi, lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan tetib, pengelolaan pendidikan yang efektif, memilki team work yang kompak, cerdas dan dinamis, partisipasi yang tinggi dari masyarakat, memiliki komunikasi yang baik, lulusan yang dihasilkan dapat masuk ke sekolah unggul dan favoritserta banyaknya prestasi yang telah diraih SD Negeri 4 Lhoksukon, 4) Kemampuan manajerial Pengendalian atau pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kepala SD Negeri 4 Lhoksukon dalam menciptakan sekolah efektif dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan prosedur yang sudah ada. Yaitu dengan melakukan monitoring setiap semester dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan baik dari pengawas maupun dari kepala sekolah langsung, evaluasi juga telah dilaksanakan pada saat rapat kordinasi disetiap bulan maupun pada akhir semester, setiap proses yang telah berjalan yaitu dengan mengacu pada tahap perencanaan awal. Monitoring yang dilakukan sudah terjadwal oleh kepala sekolah serta demi meningkatkan mutu, maka pembinaan kepada guru serta pengawasan evaluasi juga dilakukan oleh instansi terkait.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru adalah aspek terpenting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan, karena hasil yang dicapai akan menjadi acuan bagi keberhasilan pendidikan, melalui outcome yang dihasilkan. Salah satu upaya dalam menghadapi pembelajaran khususnya dalam peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, yakni literasi digital, self regulated learning, dan kompetensi Pedagogik Guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh simultan dari ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap mutu pembelajaran, serta menentukan faktor mana yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan diambil data primer dari 53 sampel. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Bambel. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Selain itu, kemampuan self regulated learning berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, kompetensi pedagogik guru juga berperan signifikan positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Bahkan, secara bersama ketiga variabel ini berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SMPN se-Kecamatan Bambel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis kearifan lokal di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Gugus Tiga Kecamatan Babussalam, Aceh Tenggara, serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan identitas budaya siswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen untuk menggali penerapan nilai-nilai budaya dalam mata pelajaran seperti Bahasa Indonesia dan Seni Budaya, serta kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis kearifan lokal berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan akademik siswa sekaligus membangun karakter, rasa bangga terhadap budaya, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat menjadi elemen penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan kurikulum ini, meskipun terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan bahan ajar yang relevan dengan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menyarankan adanya dukungan yang lebih besar dari pemerintah, seperti penyediaan sumber daya yang sesuai, pelatihan guru, dan bahan ajar yang mendukung nilai budaya lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk implementasi kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal di daerah lain, sehingga nilai-nilai budaya dapat terintegrasi dalam pendidikan dan mampu menciptakan generasi yang memiliki identitas budaya yang kuat di tengah tantangan global.
