Abstract

Catfish is one of the favorite foods of some Acehnese people, including for lhokseumawe region, and surrounding areas. This is what makes the community interested in cultivating catfish, in addition to the selling price is quite expensive as well as the demand for catfish that increases every year. To meet the increasing demand catfish breeders need the right feed to increase the growth rate of fish. This feed is a problem for farmers in the Lhokseumawe region because of the high price. The industry knows around Lhokseumawe quite a lot but industrial waste knows not to be utilized properly. Tofu waste in the form of tofu pulp can be used as catfish animal feed. The purpose of this devotional activity is to provide education and training to the community and catfish farmers in order to utilize industrial waste tofu as an alternative feed so as to solve the problem of too high feed prices. This devotional activity is carried out by providing counseling and technical guidance to the community so that it can make feed independently. Feed results showed the feed was able to float for 30-50 seconds and the fish showed interest in the feed. The cost aspect is known that the use of feed from tofu waste can reduce the cost of feed up to 50% with the calculation of the cost of the manufacturer's feed is Rp 18,000 / kg and feed from tofu pulp has a selling value of Rp 9,000, so the savings that occur are quite significant. Abstract

ABSTRAK Toko Daffa merupakan salah satu wholesaler barang umum dapat diartikan sebagai pelaku usah ayang menjual barang dalam jumlah besar,dimana didistribusikan kepengecer, pengguna bisnis industri, komersial, institusi atau kepada penggrosiran didaerah kabupaten Batubara. Diketahui banyaknya karyawan tidak menjamin kecepatan pelayannya, Toko Daffa belum melakukan pengukuran beban kerja di setiap stasiun kerja sehingga menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian beban kerja sehingga membuat kinerja karyawan tidak efektif dan menimbulkan antrian di Toko Daffa. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang diterima karyawan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang optimal menggunakan metode Workload Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode FTE diketahui ada ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, pada divisi pencetak struk under load, divisi pengambil barang overload dan divisi kasir under load maka perlu perbaikan dengan menggabungkan elemen pekerjaan kasir dengan pencetak struk dan dilakukan penambahan tenaga kerja pada divisi pengambil orderan sebanyak 3 orang. Berdasarkan metode Workload Analysis didapatkan tidak perlu penambahan tenaga kerja pada divisi pencetak struk dan kasir, namun perlu penambahan tenaga kerja pada divisi pengambil barang sebanyak 3 orang. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Full Time Equivalent, Workload Analysis

Abstract

SD Negeri Gampong Jawa is one of the elementary schools in Langsa City, Aceh. SD Negeri Gampong Jawa has completed a series of re-accreditation activities, from meeting the requirements to filling in the accreditation instruments and field assessments. This Community Service activity is a field assessment for accreditation activities at SD Negeri Gampong Jawa, Lhokseumawe City. The results of school accreditation include four components: quality of graduates, learning process, teacher quality, and school management. Based on the assessment results, information was obtained that SD Negeri Gampong Jawa applied good quality standards for the four components above. Then, the assessor provides recommendations to the school principal for continuous improvement of the school. The Head of Gampong Public Elementary School accepts the recommendations given well and is committed to implementing them in the future.

Abstract

Pada PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda yang bergerak di bidang industri kimia. Perlu diketahui bahwa pada PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda di Tahun 2018 pernah mengalami kelebihan (over stock) persediaan bahan penolong dan spare part disebabkan human error dan perhitungan yang tidak sesuai untuk kebutuhan perusahaan yang mengakibatkan kelebihan stock yang membuat persediaan menumpuk di penyimpanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalian dan merencanakan persediaan  bahan  penolong karena perhitungan atau metode dari perusahaan juga pernah tidak tepat sasaran. Perhitungan pemakaian bahan penolong yang optimal dengan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) yang dapat mencegah terjadinya kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan bahan penolong digudang. Terdapat metode MRP menggunakan teknik lot sizing dimana teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik lot for lot, economic order quantity, dan period order quantity serta menggunakan perhitungan peramalan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan bahan penolong dimasa mendatang. Hasil metode optimal yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode MRP, adalah metode yang memiliki total biaya bahan penolong terendah. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan perbandingan biaya dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian persediaan untuk seluruh komponen bahan penolong yang optimum dari metode yang baik diantara LFL, EOQ, dan POQ adalah metode lot for lot, dan period order quantity karena pada metode lot for lot memberikan pemilihan biaya unit terkecil. Pada bahan penolong Sodium carbonat sebesar 46.407.816. Sedangkan metode period order quantity memberikan biaya persediaan yang timbul kecil. Pada bahan penolong Coagulant Aid persediaan yang timbul sebesar 9.619 dengan pemesanan sebanyak 6 kali selama periode berurutan. Maka pembelian sebanyak kuantitas tersebut akan lebih efisien sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan pakan ikan di berbagai daerah membutuhkan pengendalian bahan baku yang efektif, untuk meninjau hal tersebut dilakukan penelitian pada BUMG Malaka yang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Gampong yang bergerak di bidang produksi pakan ikan terapung yang diproduksi langsung oleh masyarakat Jangka Alue Bie Kabupaten Bireuen. Permasalahan terjadi diindikasi adanyaketidakpastian dari segi persediaan jagung sebagai bahan baku utama pakan ikan itusendiri, sehingga dapat berdampak buruk bagi proses produksinya. Dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan analisis deskriptif. Tujuannya untuk menentukan jumlah ekonomis pemesanan sehingga meminimalisasi biaya total persediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pemesanan ekonomis sebanyak 2.303 kg. Dan frekuensi pemesanannya sebanyak 4 kali dalam setahun serta titik pemesanan kembali (ROP) sebanyak 1.075 kg yang mengakibatkan biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan menurun.

Abstract

A dynamic state of people, processes, environments, goods, and services that either meet or beyond expectations is known as service quality. It is vital to improve services to compete and provide higher-quality services at the Muara Satu Community Health Center through initiatives to enhance human resources and ongoing performance improvement. The Muara Satu Community Health Center has received major accreditation for its services; however, as of yet, no reassessment has been conducted. The management of Puskesmas wishes to refine the accreditation to become plenary so that patient satisfaction can serve as a gauge of the success of the center's health services provided to the community. This study aims to evaluate the degree of agreement between patient interests and satisfaction and the Muara Satu Community Health Center's service quality performance. Additionally, it seeks to identify the attributes that should be given priority for service improvement through the application of the Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV) method. Patients' complaints regarding services, such as uncomfortable waiting rooms and a lack of information about the ailments they were suffering from, posed a challenge for this study. Five categories were created based on 17 characteristics of the patient requests made at the health center and were given to 58 pre-selected samples. This category includes Assurance, Empathy, Tangible, Reliability, and Responsive. The Muara Satu Health Center is required to implement seven priority orders for quality improvement based on the IPA and PGCV methods, based on data processing findings. These orders include requiring the Community Health Center staff to inform patients before providing services, having a comfortable waiting area, and having officers act quickly and appropriately when necessary. Facilities in Puskesmas are fully equipped. The types of ailments, their treatments, and how to take medication are all thoroughly explained by the doctor.
