Traditional herbal medicine is one of the health drinks that exist and come from many enthusiasts. Herbal drink is an ancestral heritage recipe for the people of Indonesia which is still preserved and developed to this day. The ingredients used in making herbal medicine are herbal plants that can be found in the surrounding environment. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design method. The results of the organoleptic test of traditional herbal medicine with the addition of 30 grams of palm sugar resulted in an average respondent's answer, namely having the aroma of turmeric, Javanese sugar, sweet taste, dark yellow color, and a liquid texture. Stevia Sugar The results of the organoleptic test of herbal medicine with the addition of traditional stevia sugar as much as 30gr have results with - the average respondent's answer is that it has a taste like tea leaves, sweet taste tends to be bitter, dark brown in color, and has a thick texture. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the addition of stevia sugar to the sour turmeric herbal medicine is considered ineffective. The addition of palm sugar to the traditional herbal medicine turmeric acid is considered more effective.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that are well-known for the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This impact makes people's purchasing power decrease, and many consumers switch to making online purchases. So it is necessary to provide assistance to MSMEs regarding digital marketing through market places and marketing content, the importance of legality in easy business development, as well as skills for MSME businessmen to manage finances. The target of this community service activity is the owner of MSMEs in Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The implementation method used in this community service is the training method and door to door assistance for each MSME actor. Evaluation of the activities used in this community service is an element of skills and knowledge. The training provided by the 141 Thematic KKN MBKM UPN “Veteran” East Java group regarding the digitization of MSMEs succeeded in changing MSMEs in Plosokerep which were initially still conventional to digital. The purpose of this activity is that business actors can use the internet and technology to support product marketing and expand the reach of the target market through digital marketing.

Avocados contain high amounts of fat. The fatty acids in avocados 60-80% are monounsaturated fatty acids. The predominant fatty acids in avocado oil are oleic (67-72%), palmitic (13-10%), palmitoleic (3-5.1%), and linoleic (10.4-12%). And the rest is linolenic (1.5%). The high oleic acid content in avocados is good for adding to ice puter. This study aims to perform organoleptic tests on the sensory properties of es puter in the form of aroma, color, texture, and taste in each different treatment using hedonic tests so that the best es puter can be determined in terms of sensory properties. There were two experiments conducted, namely the characteristic experiment of avocado ice puter with vegetable fat sources and avocado ice puter with animal fat sources. The results showed that the addition of cow's milk to the ice puter had a more fragrant avocado aroma, while the addition of soy milk to the ice puter did not smell avocado. The addition of cow's milk to the ice puter is darker green in color, while the addition of soy milk to the ice puter is pale green. The addition of cow's milk to the ice puter has a smooth texture, while the addition of soy milk to the ice puter has a slightly coarse texture.

The information system used by cooperatives is generally an accounting information system because it has transaction processes, ledgers, and processes various accounting reports such as balance sheets, cash flows, and profit and loss. The Patria Karya Bersama Cooperative is a cooperative entity engaged in the field of Service Cooperatives where the main service sector is in Tourism. At the present time the condition of the Patria Karya Bersama Cooperative is carrying out all semi-manual administrative processes because some of the data processing processes have utilized computers and data processing aids, but most of them still use handwriting. This study builds a data model that can later be used to build a cooperative system database. The method used for the development of the data model in this study is the Data Base Life Cycle (DBLC) method. The model has several stages of work and will also produce several data models. However, this article only describes the results of research that produces a data model in the form of an E-R Diagram. The use of this method has provided convenience, accuracy and compatibility between the data requirements needed according to the Cooperative Patria Karya Bersama business process. The data model in the form of an E-R diagram has been generated in this study. The data model design of the cooperative information system model resulted in ten entities. The design of the data model produced in this study will make it easier for database developers to build a comparative information system database.

The alumni association is an important organization in a higher education institution. Apart from being a forum for communication between graduates, alumni associations also play a major role in providing information related to career opportunities, as a medium for exchanging training information and knowledge. Informatics Study Program at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur already has an alumni association called IKATIFA (Ikatan Alumni Teknik Informatika). Although there is already an IKATIFA information system, the website does not have a specific system regarding alumni information in the world of work. By utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) can present data specifically by using a map as an interface. In this research, alumni clustering was carried out using a fuzzy algorithm. There are 3 clusters, cluster 1 mean alumni work fields existing is according to study program competency, cluster 2 mean alumni work fields existing is almost according to study program competency, cluster 3 mean alumni work fields existing is not in accordance with study program competency. The test results on the testing data show that as many as 62% alumni work fields existing is according to study program competency, as many as 18% alumni work fields existing is almost according to study program competency, and as many as 20% alumni work fields existing is not in accordance with study program competency.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan tindak dan kerjasama dengan Mitra. Koperasi Patria Karya Bersama ini merupakan salah satu Mitra dari Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di mitra. Salah satu permasalahan yang diselesaikan oleh Tim untuk bisa memberikan sebuah kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diawali dengan kegiatan pemetaan usaha dan jenis produk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) untuk bisa dijadikan sebuah karya utama dari salah satu kegiatan pemasukkan untuk koperasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini nanti bisa menghasilkan sebuah softskill yang diberikan oleh tim kepada operator atau pengurus koperasi untuk aplikasi berbasis digital yang sudah ada. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 2 model, daring dan luring, dimana kegiatan daring ini digunakan untuk melalukan penjadwalan ke lapangan sehingga bisa memaksimalkan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan pendataan umkm berbasis digital. Untuk kegiatan yang berbasis luring ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat untuk ke lokasi mitra yang berjarak kurang lebih 150 Km dari Kampus UPN â€œVeteranâ€ Jawa Timur. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini membentuk basis data produk umkm dan anggota koperasi yang akan di lakukan untuk membuat aplikasi berbasis digital dan bisa dioperasikan oleh operator atau pengurus koperasi.

Business owners need to estimate their revenue, which is crucial for the sustainability of their operations. Thus, entrepreneurs such as micro, small, and medium-sized business owners, as well as owners of grocery stores, leverage technological advancements to maximize their sales operations. However, manual sales activities can pose challenges for managing sales data, such as disorganized sales record keeping, failure to record sales of high-volume customers, and time-consuming manual reporting for revenue predictions. To address these issues, researchers have developed a revenue prediction information system. In this study, revenue and profit predictions for the following period were calculated using the Least Square algorithm with the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). An example calculation for a 12-month period resulted in a revenue forecast of Rp. 2,837,687.76 for the month of June 2023 with a MAPE of 12.71%.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satunya, UMKM mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar. Wedang Jempol Bu Shobah merupakan UMKM yang berasal dari Blitar yang saat ini banyak tenaga kerja yang menghasilkan produk minuman herbal. Sayangnya, secara kemasan jauh sekali dari standart kemasan yang telah di tentukan. Namun jika tidak didukung dengan kemasan produk yang informatif dan estetik, maka akan sulit untuk UMKM bersaing dengan produk pabrikan. Perancangan ini merancang kemasan produk minuman wedang jempol Bu Shobah dengan tujuan untuk menambah segmen pasar sekaligus meningkatkan awareness.

Algorithm selection is the main key in producing a system, especially an artificial intelligence-based system, for example, a course scheduling system that involves many constraints in producing an optimal schedule. This research develops a scheduling system using the ICWFPSO algorithm which is a development from previous research, namely the development of a scheduling system using the MIPSO algorithm. The use of inertia weight in the MIPSO algorithm which is used as a scheduling algorithm in previous research can be optimized by using a combination of inertia weight and constriction factor. Scheduling system development is carried out using the waterfall method with research steps namely problem and needs analysis, data collection and literature study, system design, system implementation, and ends with testing the performance of the algorithms that are applied to the scheduling system that is built. Based on the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the ICWFPSO algorithm provides 2 times better performance compared to the MIPSO algorithm in terms of optimal schedule generation time. Meanwhile, tests carried out on CPU and RAM usage showed that there was no significant impact on these two parameters through the implementation of MIPSO and ICWFPSO in the course scheduling system created.
