Abstract

Dalam dunia pertelevisian, materi siaran senantiasa didokumentasikan untuk memonitor sejauh mana proses penyelesaian sebuah program acara. Proses dokumentasi ini juga bermanfaat untuk meninjau jumlah materi yang telah dibuat dan membantu petugas Master Control Room dalam membangun jadwal siaran. R Channel Jawa Barat sebagai stasiun televisi lokal masih menggunakan spreadsheet sebagai media penyimpanan materi siaran. Spreadsheet yang terpisah antara program satu dan lainnya membuat proses pengelolaan data materi siaran menjadi tidak efisien. Data hasil produksi yang tidak bisa dilihat secara langsung oleh tim produksi juga memperlambat proses pelaporan pada Supervisor. Selain itu, petugas siaran juga mengalami hambatan dalam dokumentasi hasil uji kualitas episode terbaru karena tidak adanya tools khusus untuk menyelesaikan proses bisnis ini. Untuk menanganinya, dilakukanlah penelitian dengan menggunakan metodologi Extreme Programming dengan tahapannya yaitu planning, designing, coding, dan testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi materi siaran berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyatukan seluruh data materi siaran dalam suatu sistem informasi, memudahkan petugas dalam mengelola data materi siaran, serta mendokumentasikan hasil uji kualitas episode terbaru.

Abstract

Penerimaan siswa baru merupakan gerbang awal yang harus dilalui peserta didik dan sekolah didalam penyaringan obyek-obyek pendidikan. Peristiwa penting bagi suatu sekolah, karena peristiwa ini merupakan titik awal yang menentukan kelancaran tugas suatu sekolah. SPK merupakan sistem berbasis komputer interaktif yang membantu pengambil keputusan (manajer) memanfaatkan data dan model untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yangsemi/ tidak terstruktur, Maka dibuatlah Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Siswa Baru Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Matching Profile, dimana dalam perancangan Sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru ini menggunakan metodologi Rapid application development (RAD) dengan memiliki 5 tahapan perancangan seperti Bussiness Modelling, Data modelling, process modelling, application generation dan testing & turnover dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP serta Mysql untuk databasenya. Dimana proses penyeleksian penerimaan siswa baru harus di dukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang akan mempermudah petugas dalam menyeleksi calon siswa baru, serta membantu dalam penentuan penerimaan siswa baru sesuai kriteria, mengurangi human error dan keamanan data lebih terjamin karena disimpan dalam database.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan merupakan bantuan sosial yang diperuntukan bagi keluarga miskin yang telah memenuhi syarat serta telah ditetapkan sebagai Keluarga Penerima Manfaat. Tujuan dari program bantuan ini adalah membantu keluarga miskin dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup melalui akses layanan pemerintah berupa layanan pendikikan, layanan Kesehatan dan layanan kesejahteraan sosial. Akan tetapi dalam prosesnya masih terdapat kendala salah satunya dalam penentuan penerima pkh dikarenakan proses penentuan masih dilakukan secara manual serta data yang diberikan relatif sama satu dengan yang lain sehingga sulit untuk menentukan mana yang lebih membutuhkan. Penggunaan sistem prediksi diharapkan mampu menjadi sebuah solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Logika Fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan dalam proses penentuan calon penerima. Dalam penggunaanya logika fuzzy model mamdami memiliki empat tahapan yang harus dilakukan, mulai dari tahapan pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, aplikasi fungsi implikasi, komposisi aturan sampai defuzzyfikasi atau penegasan. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu Penghasilan, Aset, Status Kepemilikan Rumah, Kondisi Dinding Rumah, Kondisi Lantai Rumah dan Syarat Khusus yang merupakan syarat dari program bantuan ini. Syarat khusus yang dimaksud adalah adanya salah satu dari ibu hamil, anak usia dini, anak produktif sekolah, lansia dan disabilitas berat. Fuzzy rules yang digunakan sebanyak 486 aturan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sebuah sistem prediksi yang memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 87 % dan sistem prediksi ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam proses penentuan calon penerima bantuan oleh pendamping pkh atau ketua penerima program.

Abstract

In the current implementation of Agrarian Reform, farmer unions must be able to collect and consolidate data on objects and subjects of Agrarian Reform that will be proposed through an acceleration of Agrarian Reform Priority Locations (LPRA). However, the farmer unions that are members of the Pasundan Farmers Union (SPP), in managing object and subject data, still use paper records, so that data is prone to lose, the lack of access to information about arable land, and the difficulty in conducting location surveys. Therefore, a geographic information system is needed by the Pasundan Farmers' Union in Garut Regency as a source of information on arable land and material for proposed administrative completeness for Agrarian Reform Priority Locations (LPRA), the development of this system uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology with the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. With this geographic information system for mapping arable land, the management of object and subject data within the Pasundan farmers' union in Garut Regency is better and can become fast precise and accurate information.

Abstract

Posyandu activities aim to obtain information about the health developments of posyandu targets including: toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly. During the Covid 19 period, all service activities including Posyandu were limited because significant crowds were not allowed. This affects the current posyandu activities where there are no facilities to facilitate data management, reporting, and delivery of information on posyandu targets in several existing posyandu. This causes data storage to be stored by officers and submission of reports to the puskesmas only via short message media or SMS. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system to support the posyandu reporting process to the puskesmas. The purpose of this research is to create a posyandu information system that can manage data and report to the puskesmas online. The research method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. This research produces a posyandu information system that can provide information to the public on the target category of posyandu in particular, as well as an information system that can carry out online reporting from the posyandu to related parties such as villages or puskesmas.

Abstract

Patients with psychiatric disorders in Indonesia have increased every year, this is due to the lack of public knowledge of the symptoms and types of psychiatric disorders themselves, plus mental health facilities which are still limited in number, and the number of psychiatric specialists is relatively small and the cost of treatment is relatively not cheap. . In the current technological era, computer applications have been applied to all fields including the health sector, so to diagnose psychiatric disorders a computer application can be made that has the ability to diagnose like a psychiatrist. Therefore, in this study an expert system application was built that applied the forward chaining inference method and certainty factor, where the application was developed using the expert system development life cycle (ESDLC) method. The results of this study are a website-based expert system application with a knowledge base consisting of 2 diagnoseable diseases, namely Schizophrenia and Bipolar, as well as 22 disease symptoms. This application has been tested with 100% accuracy in 10 cases compared between the results of expert diagnoses and the results of expert system application inferences.

Abstract

Submission of diplomas and grade transcripts is an important process in the management of education in tertiary institutions. However, at the Garut Institute of Technology (ITG), the process of submitting diplomas and grade transcripts is still conventional, resulting in obstacles such as long queues and difficulty accessing students who are outside the campus. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design and develop an efficient and integrated management information system for filing new diplomas and grade transcripts. The method used in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Software development is carried out by utilizing web technology and features such as validation, submission monitoring, email notifications, and submission logs. Students can apply for diplomas and transcripts online through the platform provided, fill out the online submission form, and upload the required documents. Related units, such as BAAK, Libraries, BAK, CDC, LP3B, and Study Programs, can carry out validation and verification processes online. Students can also monitor the progress of their submissions through the monitoring feature and receive notifications via email.

Abstract

Diseases in freshwater fish can be grouped into several types, namely diseases caused by bacteria and viruses. This greatly affects the survival of fish, deaths in large numbers result in huge losses for fish farmers because it can cause yields that are not optimal. This research aims to design a web-based expert system for freshwater fish disease diagnosis using the Forward Chaining inference method. The design method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This expert system aims to diagnose freshwater fish diseases. This expert system was developed by involving knowledge from fish experts and a knowledge base that includes freshwater fish symptoms and diseases. The result of this research is a web-based application that uses the Forward Chaining inference method to determine freshwater fish diseases based on the input symptoms. This application involves designing use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, menu structures and interfaces. Alpha testing has resulted in an accurate system for producing drug administration recommendations based on a knowledge base that has been defined by fish experts. This research concludes that the use of the Forward Chaining inference method in an expert system for diagnosing freshwater fish diseases provides efficient and accurate results in providing recommendations for drug administration. With the existence of an expert system for diagnosing freshwater fish diseases that involves knowledge base sources from fish experts, fish farmers can be more effective in dealing with the symptoms and diseases suffered by fish. This is expected to support a sustainable increase in crop yields.

Abstract

The Indonesian Smart College Card Scholarship or KIP-K is one of the many scholarships provided by the government to continue their education to a higher level for students who excel but are constrained by costs. One of the universities in Garut that provides new student admissions through this scholarship route is the Garut Institute of Technology. Every year, the Garut Institute of Technology always experiences an increase in the number of KIP-K scholarship applicants, however this is not commensurate with the number of quotas obtained so a selection process must be carried out so that the scholarship can be right on target. The selection process itself is carried out manually without the help of a special system that can help select more precisely and efficiently. The aim of this research is to build a web-based prediction system application by applying the K-Nearest Neighbors classification model to help select prospective KIP-K scholarship recipients at the Garut Institute of Technology based on test scores, economic conditions, academic and non-academic achievements of each participant. The classification model is applied in the system as a process of classifying the eligibility of prospective recipients so that the selection process is more focused on participants who are categorized as eligible. The system was built using the waterfall approach method so that system development is more structured. This research produces an application in the form of a web-based prediction system that can help classify eligibility and select prospective KIP-K scholarship recipients at the Garut Institute of Technology with a system accuracy level in predicting participant eligibility of 91.86%.
