Abstract

PD. Restu Ibu yaitu sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi jenis produk yang diperlukan oleh manusia. PD. Restu Ibu merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan sumpia. Salah satu produk yang mengalami penurunan jumlah penjualan selama 3 tahun ialah sumpia. Kegiatan promosi yang belum tepat di perusahaan menyebabkan kurangnya jumlah produk oleh pembeli/ kostumer. PD. Restu Ibu dalam melakukan pemasaran produk masih sangat sederhana yaitu dengan cara mulut ke mulut. Oleh sebab itu pihak perusahaan perlu mencari alternatif-alternatif pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode STP untuk mengatahui posisi perusahaan berada dimana dan ANP untuk menentukan peringkat pada TOPSIS juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapat alternatif strategi perusahaan terbaik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil perhitungan bobot antar kriteria dengan metode ANP menunjukan bahwa kriteria Promotion merupakan kriteria pemasaran yang memiliki bobot terbesar yaitu 15,15% , hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Promtion merupakan kriteria yang terpenting mengembangkan. Dapatkan strategi pemasaran dengan metode TOPSIS. karena dapat menilai alternatif terbaik dengan melihat jarak ideal dari titik negatif dan positif. Nilai preferensi terbesar hasil perhitungan metode TOPSIS dimiliki oleh alternatif iklan di media sosial dengan nilai preferensi sebesar 0,5008705. Oleh sebab itu, Pengambilan keputusan yang berfokus pada kriteria promosi melalui iklan alternatif di media sosial merupakan strategi bisnis yang tepat dan dapat meningkatkan angka penjualan di Pd Restu Ibu.

Abstract

Bahari Mandiri merupakan usaha kecil, mikro dan menengah (UMKM) yang mendistribusikan ikan basah di kabupaten Garut. Lokasi UMKM Bahari Mandiri berada di Kp. Babakan Rt.05 Rw.01 Desa Rancabango Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha bagi UMKM Bahari Mandiri dalam mengembangkan usaha yang dijalankan serta melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method, dimana pada tahap awal menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis Ansoff Matriks, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Nilai matriks ansoff yaitu 3.68 untuk IFE dan 3.78 untuk EFE, yang artinya UMKM Bahari Mandiri memiliki kekuatan internal yang baik dalam mengatasi kelemahan yang ada, sehingga UMKM Bahari Mandiri dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan kondisi tersebut dapat mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth oriented strategy) yang tidak akan menutup kemungkinan UMKM Bahari Mandiri dapat mempeluas pangsa pasar. Maka strategi yang mendukung dalam permasalahan ini dengan menggunakan strategi ST-1 dengan Nilai daya tarik (TAS) paling besar yaitu memepertahankan kualitas ikan basah dan meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku agar tidak kalah dengan pesaing lain yang memiiki nilai total daya tarik (TAS) sebesar 7,86. Pada tahap analisis kelayakan finansial menunujukan bahwa UMKM Bahari Mandiri layak untuk dijalankan. UMKM Bahari Ditetapkan bahwa UMKM Bahari Mandiri layak karena nilai NPV>0 atau positif, menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan kas akan melebihi biaya. Payback Period (PP) terjadi pada 1 tahun 4 Bulan dengan waktu pengembalian modal investasi selama 3 tahun, UMKM Bahari Mandiri mampu mengembalikan biaya investasi dengan lebih cepat dari waktu pengembalian modal sehingga usaha ini dianggap layak. Didapatkan Nilai IRR sebesar 237% yang menyatakan bahwa IRR > MARR, maka UMKM Bahari Mandiri dinyatakan layak, serta memiliki nilai R/C>1. Dimana, nilai R/C ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Bahari Mandiri bisa di kembangkan lagi dengan memperluas pangsa pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi kerja dan penghayatan etika profesi guru terhadap kinerja guru dalam mewujudkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi dan studi dukumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian ini adalah statistik dengan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Adapun populasi dan sekaligus menjadi renponden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI Se-Kecamatan Cibiuk dan Leuwigoong sebanyak 102 orang, karena tidak dilakukan pengambilan sampel.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan penghayatan etika profesi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam mewujudkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwa motivasi kerja dan penghayatan etika profesi guru dapat terwujud dengan melaksanakan kinerja guru demi mewujudkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang optimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create an overview of student satisfaction regarding the quality of service at the Garut Institute of Technology (ITG) and create an improvement plan for ITG in the process of providing services. This is done using the service quality method which aims to create a picture of student satisfaction and quality function deployment to create an improvement plan. To plan improvements, questionnaires were distributed to ITG students from the 2019 - 2023 class with a population of 1427 with a sample of 100 students using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research results show that ITG still does not meet student expectations for the services provided. To meet student expectations for services, five service priorities were obtained for improvement with as many as seven technical responses from ITG. To improve service quality, this is done by identifying the needs for each existing service attribute.

Abstract

Abstract. Population growth has an impact on people's consumption levels and has implications for increasing the amount of waste. Waste is a common problem that is often faced by all regions in Indonesia. Integrated waste management is important as a step to reduce the amount of waste and reduce environmental pollution. Sukasari Village in Sumedang Regency has problems related to waste, as well as other problems such as poverty and stunting. To overcome these various problems, a waste management strategy that is integrated with food security is needed. This research method uses participatory action research, namely involving community participation to increase knowledge and skills in managing waste. Data was obtained based on a survey of the public and then processed and presented graphically, narratively and photos as documentation. The results of the analysis show that 40% of the community is aware and participates in waste utilization and management activities and the remaining 60% of the community has not participated. Waste management by utilizing organic waste and inorganic waste in Sukasari Village produces products that can be used by the community. Optimizing waste management to produce useful products will encourage food security and improve the quality of the environment in Sukasari Village. Abstrak. Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk berdampak terhadap tingkat konsumsi masyarakat serta berimplikasi terhadap peningkatan jumlah sampah. Sampah merupakan permasalahan umum yang sering dihadapi oleh seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Pengelolaan sampah secara terpadu penting dilakukan sebagai langkah untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Desa Sukasari di Kabupaten Sumedang memiliki permasalahan terkait akan sampah, serta permasalahan lainnya seperti kemiskinan dan stunting. Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan strategi pengelolaan sampah yang terintegrasi dengan ketahanan pangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan partisipatory action research, yaitu melibatkan partisipatif masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola sampah. Data diperoleh berdasarkan survei kepada masyarakat untuk kemudian diolah dan disajikan secara grafik, narasi, serta foto sebagai dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan 40% masyarakat yang telah sadar dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan sampah dan sisanya sebesar 60% masyarakat belum berpartisipasi. Pengelolaan sampah dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik dan sampah anorganik di Desa Sukasari menghasilkan produk yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Optimalisasi pengelolaan sampah untuk menghasilkan produk yang bermanfaat akan mendorong terwujudnya ketahanan pangan dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup di Desa Sukasari.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the strategies that SMK Insan Mandiri Garut should implement to increase graduates who are ready to work. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a special examination that is different in nature and generally uses a top-down examination. From the results it is known that the Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School research has not been successful in its implementation pattern. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the position of Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School is in quadrant 1. This means that Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School has opportunities and strengths so that existing opportunities can be utilized as well as possible by optimizing the strengths they have. The strategy that should be implemented in this condition is a growth-oriented strategy or known as the S-O strategy which includes: (a) Improving the quality of graduates through various academic achievements, competency certification, learning innovation, and establishing partnerships with more bona fide parties. business world; (b) Increasing the commitment/loyalty of teaching and education staff by ensuring their welfare; (c) Organizing a competency-based education and training model by utilizing developments in information and communication technology; and (d) Increasing the quality and quantity of prospective new student recruitment through promotional activities.

Abstract

The research is aimed at improving the quality of services at UMKM in the photography industry. The creative industries, including the photography subsector, have experienced rapid growth in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to improve the quality of services in this industry increasing competitiveness and customer satisfaction. The research uses the Quality Function Deployment and Service Quality methods to analyze and understand customer needs, QFD is used as a tool to identify attributes that need to be improved and prioritize improvement. Service Quality is used to measure the gap between expectations and performance in delivering services to customers. The level of customer satisfaction with the quality of X Photgraphy's service has not yet been met, as evidenced by the content of the questionnaire replies distributed to respondents using the Servqual method. Three attributes of service quality that need to be prioritized in order to make improvements based on the classification results are as follows: timely completion of photo results, employees dealing with customer questions and requests in a friendly and clear manner, and comfortable, safe and attractive premises. Action to improve service quality based on the need to minimize dissatisfaction with improvement priority attributes by making improvements including changing company management rules, reducing over orders, adding employees for specific positions, improving the implementation of sops, and adding concepts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find problems with PT's goods expedition services. The first Tiki Lintas Nugraha (JNE), as well as the solution to this problem, based on reviews on various social media about PT's performance and services. The first Nugraha Line Tiki (JNE). Sentiment analysis is the computational study of a person's opinions, behavior, and emotions toward highly debated events or issues in society. One of the highly debated issues in 2021 is the policy of the My JNE Application system and social media as customer service for shipping goods. Of the two classification methods, the one with the highest accuracy value was selected. In this research, the Naive Bayes Classifier method is used to determine class groups of text documents. This method shows a fairly high level of accuracy, with a value of 97.67%. Next, the most common problems found based on the appearance of negative words were analyzed using text association. There are four main topics of many problems. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) process is used in the next stage to determine the solution priority from the output of the first stage to determine the solution priority level. Solutions that can be applied to My JNE system policy problems and social media customer service related to freight forwarding services include system improvement strategies and application maintenance that many complain about. Strategy to improve the skills of couriers and employees, strategy to improve employee and courier performance, strategy to strengthen the lost package policy by replacing lost items with the same amount, and strategy to provide punishment to couriers and employees if they make a mistake.

Abstract

The problem currently occurring in the company is that currently the company only relies on acquaintances of the owners and workers there to carry out marketing, namely by marketing by word of mouth. This will of course lead to a narrow reach of consumers, unable to compete with similar companies and unable to adapt to external trends. Sales that occurred during the 12 months also experienced a fluctuating phase. Therefore, this company requires planning accompanied by the right strategy. The method used in this research is scenario planning. By using scenario planning, various scenarios can be prepared in the planning process, which allows them to be more flexible and remain focused on implementing an effective marketing plan. The research results showed that there were 4 scenario plans taken from two variables, namely clothing trends and competitors. The first quadrant of the scenario is responsive and adaptive, the second quadrant is operational efficiency, the third quadrant is innovative, and the last is differentiation. The scenario that should be used is the operational efficiency scenario because this will provide a wide consumer reach and also gain consumer trust directly through face-to-face meetings. Hybrid marketing conducted online and offline will provide flexibility to adapt strategies to changes in market trends or changes in consumer behavior. So the company can allocate resources according to needs.
