Abstract

Proyek konstruksi adalah suatu kegiatan yang sebelumnya direncanakan dan juga memerlukan sumber daya, baik material, biaya, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan, yang dilakukan secara mendetail. Proyek konstruksi biasanya punya batas waktu, yang artinya proyek harus sudah selesai sebelum atau tepat pada waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek tentunya tidak lepas dari yang namanya kendala maupun kegagalan. Kegagalan bisa disebabkan oleh rendahnya kinerja atau produktiftas dari para tenaga kerja dan juga perencanaan proyek yang kurang baik. Walaupun kegagalan tersebut tidak dapat dilihat secara kasat mata, namun jika terus dilakukan dengan intensitas yang besar maka kegagalan tersebut dapat terakumulasi dan dampaknya akan terlihat pada akhir proyek, contohnya seperti keterlambatan pengerjaan proyek dari jadwal yang ditentukan dan penambahan anggaran biaya dari yang semula yang sudah direncanakan. Proyek akan dinyatakan baik apabila penyelesaian proyek tersebut dinyatakan efisien baik dari waktu maupun biaya dan juga efisiensi kerja, baik manusia ataupun alat. Apapun dalam sebuah proyek yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah, justru malah sebaliknya menambah biaya, itu disebut dengan pemborosan. Hal ini justru tidak dapat memberikan nilai tambah pada proyek atau biasa disebut dengan istilah Non Value-Adding Activities, yang di dalam dunia konstruksi disebut sebagai waste. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab adanya Non Value- Adding Activities ialah ketidakefektifan yang terjadi di beberapa faktor yang ada dalam pelaksanaan proyek (man, method, machine, material, environment), dimana hal ini dapat menjadi penyebab keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek. Kurangnya perencanaan proyek yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab terlambatnya penyelesaian proyek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sentimen pengguna Indosat di media sosial twitter mengenai layanan yang telah diberikan selama pandemi covid-19 dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai keluhan yang sering muncul dan melakukan langkah – langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Analisis sentimen merupakan studi komputasi yang mengungkapkan terjadinya opini public terhadap isu, kepuasan, perilaku, emosi seseorang terhadap suatu kejadian atau topik yang diperbincangkan oleh masyarakat, salah satu topik yang diperbincangkan ini mengenai pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020 adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang menyatakan bahwa yaitu belajar dan bekerja dari rumah yang telah terjadi peningkatan internet yang sangat pesat, meningkatnya penggunaan internet mengakibatkan banyaknya keluhan mengenai layanan dari Indosat yang merupakan perusahaan seluler dengan pengguna terbanyak di Indonesia, maka untuk dapat memperoleh informasi mengenai keluhan yang sering muncul metode yang digunakan adalah Naïve Bayes Classifier dan Asosiasi Teks. Naïve Bayes Classfier digunakan sebagai cara untuk menentukan kelompok kelas dokumen teks, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan asosiasi teks untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dominan berdasarkan kemunculan kata negatif. Dari keluhan yang terjadi pada media sosial Twitter, diambil 1 keluhan yang paling sering muncul yaitu mengenai sinyal yang buruk, lemot dan terkadang hilang kemudian melakukan wawancara dengan pihak Indosat dan menggunakan metode Analysis Network Process untuk mengetahui penyebab dan akar masalah muncul nya keluhan tersebut sehingga diperoleh solusi dan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi penyebab dari munculnya keluhan mengenai keluhan tersebut.

Abstract

The benefit of this research is to help companies deal with problems that occur, namely the decline in product sales caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and which still have an impact on the new normal era. The business development strategy utilizes mapping of the company's business concept using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method which consists of nine block elements, after which an analysis phase is carried out to determine internal and external factors that influence the company, using the Internal Factor Assessment Strategy (IFAS) matrix of strength factors with the highest value must be maintained while for the company's weakness factors it must be able to handle so that it does not become an obstacle for the company, and for the External Factor Assessment Strategy (EFAS) matrix the highest opportunity factor can be utilized by the company for business development in a better direction, while for threat factors the company should be able to handle it. After that determining the company's position using the internal-external (IE) matrix by using this matrix it is known that the company's position is located between one of the cells. Furthermore, designing a strategy with a SWOT matrix, so that it will produce four elements of the strategy resulting from the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then the final stage is the decision-making stage using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Based on the results of data processing, the strategy chosen was the penetration strategy because the results of data processing showed the highest Total Attractiveness Scores (TAS).

Abstract

Quality control in reducing production process failures is very important for every company. Because the smaller the production failure, the smaller the company's losses. The problems that occur in PD. Aditya Dodol is the number of production failures that occur every month, from 2-3% per month. This study aims to reduce or control the failure of the dodol production process using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to identify the factors that cause failure and the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to calculate the weight of each failure and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to formulate the company's alternative strategy to overcome the failure of the production process. The research results obtained that the failure of the production process is dominated by imperfect processing of raw materials, improper packaging processes and poor delivery processes. While the weight of the causes of failure of each process is caused by the number of employees who make mistakes and the strategy that must be carried out by the company is to provide opportunities for employees to convey ideas or ideas to the company.

Abstract

Sawah Lega Hegar Resort is one of the natural attractions located in Garut Regency, precisely in Maripari Village, Sukawening District, Garut Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the location of the company in the competitor's market and determine a strategy so that the company can compete and maintain the business that has been built. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews with employees of Sawah Lega Hegar Resort Garut. The research was conducted using the Competitive Positioning Analysis method, there are 3 steps that must be taken to carry out the CPA method, including identifying the company's strategic and market focus using STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning), building analysis using the 8P marketing mix (product, price, promotion). , place, people, physical evidence, process, productivity and quality) and reviewing results and formulating strategies using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the SWOT Quadrant are the company's position in the market and the SWOT matrix is ​​the strategy that the company must implement. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis conducted, the company is located in Quadrant 2 with an analysis of overcoming threats with strengths. That is, even though there are many threats that arise, the company still has superior strengths compared to its weaknesses. This is the analysis of the SWOT matrix which formulates a strategy based on the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats variables. The formulation of the Strategy resulted in 4 sell strategies in a nutshell, namely Utilizing and maintaining functional areas, lodging facilities, distinctive natural nuances and good product quality by increasing selfie photo spots, children's rides and attractive promotions to meet market demand. This is done to avoid threats and take advantage of opportunities such as events that are becoming popular, people who need holidays and the trend of nature tourism. So that the increase in several useful facilities to support events or other consumer needs.

Abstract

Needs analysis as the basis of English for specific purposes (ESP) is deemed crucial to identify the target materials or languages used in the teaching-learning process and to design an effective curriculum. This study aims to investigate engineering students' needs for English-speaking materials in the English club program of one private university in Garut. To address the result of ESP analysis, the researchers used the descriptive qualitative method with questionnaires and interviews as the instruments. The need analysis result revealed that the English learning goal for the students in the English club program is to communicate actively in English. Their interest in learning English in this program is to improve their speaking ability to support their formal study as university students since it influences their academic performance and prepares them to fulfill the demands of job requirements in the future. Most students consider that the materials they need to learn are related to job life, academic purposes as engineering students, and social interaction. The result also suggests that the module created by the tutor for the English club program should focus on topics related to job life that are relevant to the current situation.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh apabila diterapkan knowledge management ke UMKM Garut terhadap kinerjanya dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas UMKM di Kab.Garut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix methods sequential explanatory dan correlation product moment, yang mana metode ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan tingkat hubungan antara dua variable. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa menggunakan metode knowledge management kinerja UMKM di kabupaten Garut dapat meningkat. Hasil pengujian dari menggunakan metode correlation product moment menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh dengan diterapkannya knowledge management untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Garut.
