Abstract

Pet World merupakan salah satu jasa pelayanan kebutuhan hewan peliharaan yang berada di Kabupaten Garut, namun pemenuhan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitas yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta menghasilkan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada Pet World. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dimana data kualitatif dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengolahan metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, metode ZOT untuk mengukur apakah pelayanan masih dalam batas toleransi, dan metode kano untuk mengukur prioritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut layanan yang tidak memuaskan atau atribut yang memiliki gap score negatif yaitu dua atribut pada dimensi tangibles dalam segi kenyamanan dan keamanan, satu atribut pada dimensi reliability pada segi ketepatan dalam produk serta satu atribut pada dimensi responsivenes pada segi akses informasi. Selain itu, metode Servqual, ZOT, dan Kano relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan karena pada metode ini mengukur kualitas layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitasnya serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Measurement of Service Quality Based on Service Quality (Servqual) Dimensions With Zone of Tolerance (ZOT) and Kano on Pet World] Pet World is one of the services for pet needs in Garut Regency, but the fulfillment of the customer satisfaction level has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to know the level of service based on the dimensions of quality provided to customer satisfaction and to produce suggestions for improvements to improve service quality at Pet World. This study used a Mix Method approach. The Qualitative data was used to test the validity and reliability. The quantitative data was used for processing the Servqual method to measure customer satisfaction, the ZOT method to measure whether the service is still within tolerance limits, and the Kano method to measure priority. The results showed unsatisfactory service attributes or attributes with a negative gap score were two attributes on the tangibles dimension in terms of comfort and security, one on the reliability dimension in terms of product accuracy, and one on the responsiveness dimension in terms of access to information. In addition, the Servqual, ZOT, and Kano methods are relevant to the research conducted because this method measures service quality based on its dimensions and does orient to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Kano; Mix Method; service quality; zone of tolerance

Abstract

This research aims to find out the description of the business model of Sustainable Coffee MSMEs in terms of the company's BMC and to find out the company's strategy using SWOT and AHP analysis which can be developed based on the BMC results and then design the business model that will be implemented by Sustainable Coffee MSMEs which is described in BMC future. The approach used, namely descriptive qualitative with Business Model Canvas analysis techniques and SWOT Analysis. The respondents in this research were three respondents who have an important role in Sustainable Coffee MSMEs. The results of this research are improvements to the current Business Model Canvas mapping which includes nine elements, namely customer segment, value proposition, customer relationship, channel, revenue stream, key partnership, key activity, key resource, cost structure and the results of the SWOT analysis regarding design business development strategy from the Business Model Canvas. The results of the SWOT analysis provide an overview of the company's condition in quadrant III (WO). Three strategies were obtained from the SWOT (WO) matrix, then weighted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine which strategy had the highest priority based on expert views. Data processing using expert choice 11 software obtained the WO3 strategy which was used as an alternative company business strategy. Formulated proposals regarding innovation and additional product varieties of subsidiary companies.

Abstract

Pengetahuan adalah gabungan pengalaman, nilai, informasi, dan intuisi yang membentuk cara berpikir dan bertindak. Pendidikan, sebagai proses pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, berperan penting dalam memperoleh pengetahuan. Banyak penelitian sebelumnya telah membahas peran dosen dan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Namun, masih ada kesenjangan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana peran dosen dan pengalaman belajar secara spesifik mempengaruhi perilaku berbagi pengetahuan di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perkembangan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Indonesia, berdasarkan peran dosen dan pengalaman belajar di kelas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dosen dan pengalaman belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Dosen berperan sebagai fasilitator yang menciptakan lingkungan belajar kondusif untuk berbagi pengetahuan, sementara pengalaman belajar yang beragam turut mendorong perilaku ini. Harapan dari penelitian ini adalah agar hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan strategi pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam mengembangkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan di kalangan mahasiswa pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the strategies that SMK Insan Mandiri Garut should implement to increase graduates who are ready to work. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a special examination that is different in nature and generally uses a top-down examination. From the results it is known that the Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School research has not been successful in its implementation pattern. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the position of Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School is in quadrant 1. This means that Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School has opportunities and strengths so that existing opportunities can be utilized as well as possible by optimizing the strengths they have. The strategy that should be implemented in this condition is a growth-oriented strategy or known as the S-O strategy which includes: (a) Improving the quality of graduates through various academic achievements, competency certification, learning innovation, and establishing partnerships with more bona fide parties. business world; (b) Increasing the commitment/loyalty of teaching and education staff by ensuring their welfare; (c) Organizing a competency-based education and training model by utilizing developments in information and communication technology; and (d) Increasing the quality and quantity of prospective new student recruitment through promotional activities.

Abstract

The visually impaired refers to individuals who experience a loss of visual function. Approximately 4 million people, or about 1.5% of Indonesia's total population, are visually impaired. They rely on their sense of touch to recognize banknote denominations in financial transactions. However, damaged banknotes often hinder identification and increase the risk of fraud. Therefore, this study aims to develop a rupiah banknote denomination classification model to assist them in conducting independent transactions. The researchers developed a CNN-KAN model with the RMSProp optimizer using a private dataset comprising 800 images of Rupiah banknotes with denominations of IDR 1,000, IDR 2,000, IDR 5,000, IDR 10,000, IDR 20,000, IDR 50,000, IDR 75,000, and IDR 100,000 from the 2016, 2020, and 2022 emission years. The dataset encompasses variations in image perspectives, lighting conditions, and the physical state of banknotes, including both intact and damaged ones, with up to 30% of the samples comprising damaged banknotes. Data augmentation techniques were implemented to improve data diversity. The dataset was then utilized for training and testing with different split ratios: 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. Performance evaluation was conducted using loss, accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC-ROC metrics. Experimental results indicate that the CNN-KAN model with the RMSProp optimizer achieved optimal performance. In the 90:10 data split scenario, the model achieved 100% accuracy, precision, and recall, with an AUC-ROC of 1 and a loss of 0.008. Therefore, the CNN-KAN model with the RMSProp optimizer has been proven effective for implementing Rupiah banknote denomination detection for the visually impaired in an automated system.

Abstract

Pelibatan Pramuka oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat dalam program Desa Digital memunculkan kebutuhan peningkatan jumlah Pandupreneur di kalangan anggota Pramuka. Dalam program tersebut, Pandupreneur diharapkan dapat berperan sebagai administrator dan wirausahawan yang membantu pemasaran dan penjualan produk desa. Kebutuhan tersebut dipenuhi dengan melaksanakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Kursus Bina Usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yakni purwa untuk pembentukan kecakapan TIK dasar yang menunjang kegiatan Pandupreneur, madya untuk pembentukan kecakapan pengelolaan konten dan lapak di pasar siber, dan utama untuk pembentukan kecakapan transaksi elektronik yang meliputi penjualan dan pengiriman komoditas. Selain kegiatan tatap muka dan praktikum, peserta kursus diberi tugas pengabdian berupa kegiatan pembinaan anggota Pramuka Siaga terkait literasi digital, dan melatih Pandupreneur baru di kalangan anggota Pramuka Penegak atau Pandega. Kursus berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dan membentuk keterampilan membuka lapak Pandupreneur di pasar siber yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan produk desa di sekitar tempat tinggalnya. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut dapat dilatihkan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan jumlah Pandupreneur di kecamatannya atau di kecamatan terdekat. Peserta juga berperan sebagai administrator yang mengelola konten dan aktivitas di lapak Pandupreneur. Hal tersebut mendukung program Desa Digital.

Abstract

Digital platforms, particularly video-sharing platforms such as YouTube, have played a pivotal role in influencing travel decisions. As one of the emerging technologies impacting tourist behavior, YouTube has become increasingly significant. The present study focuses on evaluating the South Garut destinations, namely Santolo and Sayang Heulang Beaches, by analyzing comments provided in travel vlogs on YouTube, utilizing the Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) framework through the attitude subsystem of appraisal, specifically affect, judgment, and appreciation. Adopting a qualitative descriptive paradigm, this study aims to elucidate the language phenomena associated with the tourism sector. Six travel vlog videos featuring comments from local tourists were examined, yielding 51 evaluative clauses related to Santolo Beach and 41 clauses pertaining to Sayang Heulang Beach. The findings of this study revealed the presence of all three attitude subtypes of the appraisal system (affect, judgment, and appreciation) within the analyzed data. Among these, appreciation through valuation with positive polarity emerged as the most dominant attitude subsystem. Overall, the results indicate that local tourists expressed considerable appreciation for the natural beauty of both destinations. Nevertheless, negative evaluations were also evident, addressing concerns such as parking facilities, stray animals, garbage disposal, illegal levies, inflated food prices, ticket management, and road conditions. Despite these issues, the general sentiment among local tourists remained predominantly positive regarding both destinations.

Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi mahluk hidup. Seiring waktu, keberadaan air bersih semakin sulit dan hal ini nampaknya mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah setempat. tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas Perbaikan Teknik di Perusahaaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Intan Garut. Dengan metode asosiatif dan hubungan kausal, penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 32 petugas perbaikan teknik. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Insentif  dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas Perbaikan Teknik di Perusahaaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Intan Garut dan secara parsial pun kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Road damage, including potholes and cracks, is a significant issue frequently encountered in road infrastructure in many regions. Such conditions accelerate road degradation, increase the risk of traffic accidents, and significantly increase the maintenance and repair costs. Although several deep learning models have been proposed for road damage detection, few studies have systematically compared the performance of lightweight YOLOv8 variants using a consistent dataset. To address this gap, this study proposes a road defect detection and classification model based on the YOLOv8 series, which is enhanced using transfer learning to improve performance and efficiency. The dataset, obtained from Roboflow, comprises 3,846 images categorized into training, validation, and testing sets. Three YOLOv8 variants—YOLOv8n, YOLOv8s, and YOLOv8m—were benchmarked for performance. A performance evaluation was performed using the metrics of precision, recall, and mean Average Precision (mAP). Results show that YOLOv8m achieved the highest precision (99.00%), recall (98.40%), and mAP (99.50%). In the pothole category, precision reached 98.70% and recall 99.30%; in the crack category, precision was 99.30% and recall 97.60%. The findings demonstrate that YOLOv8, particularly the YOLOv8m variant, is highly effective for real-time road damage detection and classification, offering a viable solution for intelligent transportation systems and automated infrastructure monitoring. This research has the potential to revolutionize infrastructure monitoring by enabling scalable, real-time, and cost-effective assessments of road conditions. It minimizes reliance on manual inspections, reduces human errors, and contributes to the development of intelligent transportation systems and predictive maintenance strategies.

Abstract

The enthusiasm for Korean pop culture in Indonesia has contributed to a growing interest in learning the Korean language, including its writing system, Hangeul, which currently ranks as the 6th most studied language. Hangeul has a unique structure, where each character is arranged in syllabic blocks of consonants and vowel combinations. The main challenge in Korean character classification lies in the similarity between characters and the complex structure, making it more difficult for models to recognize. This study aims to compare two deep convolutional neural networks are ResNet50 and Xception, using transfer learning for handwritten Hangeul character classification. While previous studies have examined CNN-based character recognition, this study highlights the effectiveness of deeper architectures with limited yet augmented data. Unlike earlier works, it incorporates Grad-CAM visualizations, transfer learning with partial fine-tuning, and multiple train-test ratios to analyze model behavior. A total of 1,920 images across 24 classes were evaluated using 5-fold cross-validation, with extensive augmentation and preprocessing to simulate variation. The Machine Learning Life Cycle (MLLC) framework assessed model performance through accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC. Both models achieved high performance, with ResNet50 consistently outperforming Xception in most folds, especially in precision and F1-score. ResNet50 achieved perfect scores (100%) across all metrics, while Xception also performed strongly with up to 99.74% accuracy. These results indicate that ResNet50 is more effective in classifying Korean letters on the dataset used in this study. For future research, a robustness evaluation can be applied using data that was not included in previous training or testing.
