Abstract

Keterbatasan penggunaan media pembelajaran seperti buku LKS yang monoton dan kurang menarik menyebabkan sebagian siswa merasa bosan dan kurang minat dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media Pop-Up Book berbasis kearifan lokal melalui model ADDIE yang valid dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Pancasila materi Pancasila pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, yakni terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan angket. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 14 Cakranegara dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi kearifan lokal, ahli materi Pancasila, angket respon siswa dan angket respon guru.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa media Pop-Up Book berbasis kearifan lokal memperoleh persentase skor validitas dari ahli media sebesar 88,75%, dari ahli materi kearifan lokal sebesar 93,3%, dari ahli materi Pancasila sebesar 82,6%. Nilai tersebut termasuk kategori sangat valid. Uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan rata-rata sebesar 91% berdasarkan angket respon siswa, dan 84% dari guru wali kelas IV SD Negeri 14 Cakranegara. Sementara itu, pada uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh rata-rata persentase skor sebesar 90,45% dari siswa. Seluruh nilai tersebut termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Pop-Up Book berbasis kearifan lokal melalui model ADDIE layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Pancasila materi Pancasila pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar karena telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis.

Abstract

Creativity is a crucial ability in teacher education, especially for prospective teachers, as it relates to designing innovative, engaging, and contextually relevant learning strategies, methods, and media. However, the creativity of prospective teachers in designing primary science learning remains a challenge, as teaching practices are often conventional and less connected to local cultural contexts. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Ethno-STEM Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in fostering prospective teachers’ creativity in designing science learning media and modules for primary schools. The research was conducted at a University in Mataram involving 59 students of the Elementary School Teacher Education study program, divided into two classes. Data were collected using product assessment observation sheets with a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–4), and the scores were analyzed descriptively to determine the level of creativity demonstrated in the students’ products. The results show that students successfully developed learning products in the form of media and modules integrated with Ethno-STEM. Based on 15 indicators, the average score for learning media was 81.69, while the average score for modules was 82.52. These findings indicate that the products were in the good category, reflecting a positive impact of the model on fostering prospective teachers’ creativity.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS siswa kela IV di SDN 28 Cakranegara disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru dan kurangnya variasi model pembelajaran yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 28 Cakranegara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas IV, dengan sampel kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes uraian yang telah diuji validitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata posstest yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 83,61, dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 70,46. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-tes, diperoleh nilai t hitung 5,523 > t tabel 1.671 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga (Ho) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 28 Cakranegara.

Abstract

This study focuses on improving the low motivation of fifth-grade students in science learning at SDN 46 Cakranegara through the use of innovative learning models and media. This problem is caused by learning activities that only rely on textbooks and note-taking without utilizing more interesting learning media with the material presented. This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the teams games tournament (TGT) type assisted by wordwall media on the motivation of fifth-grade students in science learning at SDN 46 Cakranegara. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The population consists of 20 people in the experimental class and 20 in the control class. The data analysis technique uses the t-test, but previously a prerequisite test in the form of a normality test was carried out, obtained normally distributed data with a significance value of > 0.05. The results of the Pretest  and Posttest  homogeneity tests obtained sig. of 0.531 and 0.714 which means > 0.05 then the data is declared homogeneous. The results of the hypothesis test were obtained through the independent sample t-test getting sig. (2-tailed) 0.004 < 0.05 and the calculated t value ≥ t table is 3.036 ≥ 2.024, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Furthermore, the N-Gain test obtained a gain of 0.4919 which indicates a moderate level of influence. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the teams games tournament learning model assisted by wordwall media on the motivation to learn science in class V at SDN 46 Cakranegara with a large influence of 0.4919 which is included in the moderate category.

Abstract

Science learning in elementary schools still faces various obstacles, especially in the use of learning media that are less interesting and have not integrated local culture in the learning process. As a result, students are less active, do not understand the material contextually, and have a low understanding of their own regional culture. This study aims to develop interactive picture storybook learning media based on local wisdom of the Mbojo tribe in science learning for grade III elementary schools that are valid and practical to use. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, linguists, teachers, and grade III students of SDN 2 Sila. The instruments used were validation questionnaires and practicality questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the level of media validity based on the assessment of material experts was 83.3%, linguists 86.3%, and media experts 93.75% with a very valid category. The results of the practicality test showed that student responses were 89.3% and teacher responses were 97.2% with a very practical category. Based on these results, interactive picture story books based on the local wisdom of the Mbojo tribe are suitable and practical for use in science learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Sunflower Clock learning media for teaching second-grade elementary school students how to read and determine the direction of clock hands at SDN Timuk Gawah. The development of this learning media was motivated by the lack of student enthusiasm and participation in learning activities due to the limited availability of instructional media. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The study involved 20 second-grade students and one teacher, including 5 students in the small-group trial and 15 students along with one teacher in the large-group trial. Data were collected using questionnaires. The results of the study produced a valid and practical Sunflower Clock learning media. Based on the media expert validation, the learning media achieved a validity score of 80%, while the material expert validation yielded a score of 92.8%. Furthermore, the results of both small-group and large-group trials, involving teacher and student responses, indicated that the Sunflower Clock learning media falls into the practical category, with an average score of 88.4%.
